(2)カラーコーンは剛性を担保するためにある程度の厚みをもった樹脂製素材からなるので、内部からカラーコーンを光らせようとすると、高出力な光源が必要になる。しかし、本願発明は、薄手のカバーのみを光らせればよいため、高出力な光源は必要無く、エネルギー消費量も抑えられる。
