本発明は、上記の目的を達成する為に、引っ掛け棒の隙間を介して対向する一対の爪部を有する引っ掛け部と、引っ掛け部と筒状の柄部の間にはウォームベースを設置して連結させ、ウォームベース内には柄部の軸を中心に回転可能にしたウォームギアを設けて、また柄部基端部にはウォームギアの回転操作を出来るように操作レバー備えた。操作レバーとウォームギアを柄部の内を通して伝達棒で接続し、操作レバーの回転操作でウォームギアを回動操作出来るようにした。また、ウォームベース内にはウォームギアの柄部の軸回転とは異なる方向に回動するようにウォームギアとウォームホィールを噛合接続させて設置し、そしてウォームホィールの回動が引っ掛け部に直接に反映するように接続させてウォームホィールが回動すれば引っ掛け部をウォームベースに対して傾斜するようにした。よって操作レバーの回転操作が操作棒を介してウォームギアを回動させて、そして噛合接続しているウォームホィールを回動させることで、引っ掛け部の爪部を傾斜出来るようにした。このことで引っ掛け部の柄部の軸に対する角度を調整するには操作レバーの回転操作だけで引っ掛け部の傾斜調整が出来て、離れた場所や狭い場所に置かれた容器を入手できるようにした。
