Abstract

To solve the problem that a bathtub is filled with hot water having a temperature higher than a hot water filling set temperature when the bathtub is filled with hot water having the hot water filling set temperature through a mixing valve designed assuming water feed temperatures within a predetermined range as a water feed temperature deviates from a predetermined range under an influence of direct sunshine in summer since a water feed pipe under a hot water storage tank is coupled to a water supply pipe which is shallower in burning depth in some area.SOLUTION: A control device 22 is provided with excessive temperature determination means 30 which determines whether a detected temperature of a hot water filling temperature sensor 16 has an excessively large temperature difference from a hot water filling set temperature, and if the excessive temperature determination means 30 determines that the temperature difference is excessively large, hot water filling operation control means 29 performs a corrected hot water filling operation in which a target temperature of mixing by a hot water filling mixing valve 12 is corrected to be lower than the hot water filling set temperature so that hot water in the bathtub reaches the hot water filling set temperature when a hot water filling set amount or hot water filling set water level is reached from the point of time when the temperature difference is not excessively large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

Description

The present invention relates to a bath water heater that fills a bathtub with hot water.

Conventionally, this type of bath water heater warms the water supplied from the water supply pipe by a heating means, stores the warmed water in a hot water storage tank, etc., and fills the bath with hot water in the hot water storage tank to fill the bath. It is known to do.

For example, as in Patent Document 1, the water supplied from the water supply pipe is heated by a heating means, the warmed high-temperature water is stored in a hot water storage tank or the like, and the high-temperature water in the hot water storage tank and the water supplied from the water supply pipe are mixed by a mixing valve. At the same time, the bath water filling was performed by filling the hot water at the desired hot water filling temperature to the desired hot water filling set amount or the hot water filling set water level (Patent Document 1).

Further, the water supply temperature in the water supply pipe is less affected by seasonal changes than the outside air temperature because the water pipe is buried in the ground, and is within a predetermined range (winter 5 ° C to summer 25 ° C).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-163570

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, the water supply pipe connected to the lower part of the hot water storage tank is connected to the water pipe, but in some areas, the depth of the water pipe is shallow, so that the influence of direct sunlight in summer may occur. In response to this, the water supply temperature falls outside the specified range (about 30 to 40 ° C), and the mixing valve designed assuming the water supply temperature within the specified range is used to fill the water with hot water at the set temperature. Then, hot water having a temperature higher than the set temperature of the hot water is filled in the bathtub, which causes a problem that the bather feels uncomfortable. Especially in households where the amount of hot water in the summer is small, the temperature rise has become noticeable.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a control having a hot water filling operation control means for performing a hot water filling operation in which hot water at a desired hot water filling temperature is filled to a desired hot water filling set amount or hot water filling set water level. Detects the actual temperature of the hot water mixed by the device, the hot water filling mixing valve that mixes the heated high temperature water and the water supplied from the water supply pipe so that the hot water is at the hot water filling set temperature, and the hot water filling mixing valve. In the bath hot water supply device provided with the hot water filling temperature sensor, the control device has an excess temperature for determining whether the temperature difference detected by the hot water filling temperature sensor is excessively higher than the hot water filling set temperature. When the determination means is provided and the excess temperature determination means determines that the temperature difference is excessively high, the hot water filling operation control means will start from a time point after the temperature difference is no longer excessively high. Corrected hot water filling operation in which the target temperature to be mixed by the hot water filling mixing valve is corrected to be lower than the hot water filling set temperature so that the hot water in the bathtub becomes the hot water filling set temperature at the hot water filling set amount or the hot water filling set water level. I tried to do.

Further, the excess temperature determining means integrates the excess heat amount filled with hot water at regular intervals in a state where the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor is excessive, and calculates the integrated excess heat amount. In the corrected hot water filling operation, the target temperature lower than the hot water filling set temperature and the corrected hot water filling amount at the target temperature are calculated so as to offset the integrated excess heat amount.

Further, the time when the temperature difference is not excessively high is the time when the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor reaches a predetermined hot water filling amount larger than the amount predicted to be about the same as the hot water filling set temperature. The time when a predetermined time longer than the time when the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor is predicted to be about the same as the hot water filling set temperature is reached, or the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor is the same as the hot water filling set temperature. It is a time point based on any of the time points when the temperature difference becomes similar.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if the water supply temperature rises due to direct sunlight in the summer or the like, the excess heat amount can be calculated by the excess temperature determining means and the corrected hot water filling temperature that can offset the amount filled with the excess temperature. By calculating and filling with hot water at the corrected hot water filling temperature, the hot water filling operation can be surely completed at the desired hot water filling set temperature when the hot water filling operation is completed, so that the bath temperature becomes unexpectedly high. It is possible to provide a bath hot water supply device that allows a person to take a bath with peace of mind without having to feel uncomfortable.

The hot water filling switch, 26 is a display unit for confirming and notifying the contents set by the remote controller 24, and 27 is notifying that the hot water filling completion report or the user is prompted to perform a predetermined operation based on the result calculated by the control device 22. The speaker 28 is a bathroom temperature sensor provided inside the remote controller 24 for detecting the temperature in the bathroom. Further, the display unit 26 and the speaker 27 that urge the user to perform a predetermined operation are collectively referred to as a notification unit.

Further, the control device 22 is provided with a hot water filling operation control means 29 for controlling the hot water filling operation described later, and the hot water filling operation control means 29 is desired for the bathtub 17 when the bath hot water filling switch 25 is pressed. Hot water filling The hot water at the set temperature is filled to the desired hot water filling set amount or hot water filling set water level.

Further, in the control device 22, if the temperature difference between the detected temperature detected by the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 during the hot water filling operation and the target hot water filling set temperature set by the remote controller 24 is equal to or more than a predetermined excess temperature difference (here). In the case of 5 ° C. or higher), it is determined that the temperature is excessively high, and if it is less than the excess temperature difference (here, less than 5 ° C.), the excess temperature determining means 30 is provided so as not to determine that the temperature is excessively high. ..

Further, when the hot water filling operation control means 29 determines that the temperature difference between the detected temperature and the hot water filling set temperature is excessively high by the excess temperature determining means 30, the temperature difference is not excessively high. From the time of, the corrected hot water filling temperature lower than the hot water filling set temperature is set to the target temperature to be mixed by the hot water filling mixing valve 12 so that the hot water in the bathtub reaches the hot water filling set temperature when the hot water filling set amount or the hot water filling set water level is reached. The hot water filling operation is performed by switching to.

Next, the time point after the temperature difference is not excessive will be described.
After the temperature difference is no longer excessively high, the water outside the predetermined range that has been warmed by direct sunlight or the like from the start of the hot water filling operation is gradually used for supplying water to the hot water filling mixing valve 12, and then. When the temperature falls within the predetermined range, the hot water filling temperature, which has been an excessive temperature, also converges to the hot water filling set temperature. In the present embodiment, the amount (from the water main to the bath hot water supply device) that the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor is predicted to be about the same as the hot water filling set temperature after the temperature difference is not excessively high. It is the time when the predetermined amount of hot water is reached, which is larger than the internal volume).

If the temperature difference between the detected temperature and the hot water filling set temperature is equal to or greater than the excessive temperature difference (here, 5 ° C. or higher), the excess temperature determining means 30 is set at a temperature higher than the hot water filling set temperature. Accumulate the excess heat filled with hot water at regular time intervals (every second). Then, the hot water filling operation control means 29 performs hot water filling with the corrected hot water filling temperature from a time after the temperature difference is no longer excessive so as to offset the accumulated accumulated excess heat.

Next, the boiling operation will be described.
When there is a request for boiling, a circulation pump (not shown) in the middle of the pipe connecting the hot water storage tank 1 and the heat pump type heating means 3 is driven to draw water from the inner and lower parts of the hot water storage tank 1 and heat it with the heat pump type heating means 3 to store hot water. By continuing the operation of returning to the upper part of the tank 1, the water in the hot water storage tank 1 is gradually boiled up to high temperature water.

Next, the hot water supply operation will be described.
When the hot water tap 10 is opened, water is supplied from the water supply pipe 2, flows into the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1, passes through the hot water supply bypass pipe 5, and is extruded from the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1 and the hot water supply bypass pipe 5. The water supply is mixed by the hot water supply mixing valve 6, and hot water is supplied from the hot water tap 10 so that the set temperature of the hot water supply and the temperature detected by the hot water supply temperature sensor 9 are the same.

In addition, the hot water filling operation will be described.
When the bath hot water filling switch 25 of the remote control 24 is pressed, the hot water filling operation control means 29 opens the electromagnetic valve 15, supplies water from the water supply pipe 2, flows into the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1, and supplies water for hot water filling. The high-temperature water extruded from the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1 through the bypass pipe 11 and the water supply of the hot water supply bypass pipe 11 are mixed by the hot water filling mixing valve 12, and detected by the hot water filling set temperature and the hot water filling temperature sensor 16. Hot water filling is started when hot water adjusted to have the same temperature flows into the bathtub 17 by bypassing the bath heat exchanger 20 with the bath three-way valve 21. Then, the flow rate flowing is detected by the hot water filling flow sensor 14, and when the total integrated value of the flowing flow rates flows by the hot water filling set amount, the hot water filling operation control means 29 closes the solenoid valve 15 to fill the hot water. End the operation.

Next, in areas where there is almost no risk of freezing of water pipes, the depth of burial of the water pipes connected to the bath water supply device is shallow, and the water in the water pipes is affected by direct sunlight and outside air temperature in midsummer, etc. The temperature may rise to near 40 ° C. The characteristic hot water filling operation of the embodiment useful in such a situation will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 2 and the time chart of FIG.

(S3)。 When the bath filling switch 25 is pressed (S1), the hot water filling operation control means 29 of the control device 22 sets the opening degree of the hot water filling mixing valve 12 to the opening degree corresponding to the hot water filling set temperature (S2), and the solenoid valve. 15 is opened and the hot water filling operation is started (S3).

(S4)。 At this time, the hot water filling flow sensor 14 detects the hot water filling amount, the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 detects the actual hot water filling temperature mixed by the hot water filling mixing valve 12, and the excess temperature determining means 30 actually fills the hot water. It is confirmed whether or not it is a predetermined excess temperature difference by observing the temperature difference between the hot water filling temperature and the desired hot water filling set temperature (S4).

(S5)。 When the excess temperature determining means 30 determines that the hot water filling temperature actually filled is the excessive temperature and the temperature difference is a predetermined excess temperature difference (S4 is Yes), the hot water filling operation is continued. At regular intervals (here, every second) until the predetermined amount of hot water is reached, the accumulation of the excess amount of heat filled with the excess temperature is started (S5).

(S6)。 Then, it is confirmed whether the detected value of the hot water filling flow sensor 14 has reached a predetermined hot water filling amount larger than the amount predicted that the detected temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor is about the same as the hot water filling set temperature (S6).

(S9)。 When the detected value of the hot water filling flow sensor 14 reaches the predetermined hot water filling amount (S6 is Yes), the excess temperature determining means 30 stops the accumulation of the excess heat amount (S7), calculates the integrated excess heat amount (S8), and The corrected hot water filling temperature, which is a target temperature lower than the hot water filling set temperature, is calculated and the corrected hot water filling amount is calculated so as to offset the integrated excess heat amount (S9).

When the excess temperature determining means 30 determines in S4 that the temperature difference is equal to or greater than a predetermined excess temperature difference (5 ° C. or higher), it is determined to perform a correction hot water filling operation for offsetting the excess temperature, and the hot water filling set temperature is used. The amount filled with hot water at a high temperature is accumulated as the excess heat. The calculation method of the integrated excess heat amount, the corrected hot water filling amount, and the corrected hot water filling temperature will be described.

First, the excess temperature difference is calculated by subtracting the hot water filling set temperature from the detected temperature detected by the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 as shown in the following formula, and the hot water filling flow rate detected by the hot water filling flow sensor 14 is calculated as the excess temperature difference. By multiplying, the excess heat amount is calculated every fixed time (every second).
{(Detecting temperature of hot water filling temperature sensor)-(Hot water filling set temperature)} x (Hot water filling flow rate every 1 second) = (Excess heat amount every 1 second)

Then, the excess heat amount calculated by the following formula is integrated at regular time intervals (every second), and the integrated excess heat amount is calculated.
(Excessive heat amount 1) + (Excessive heat amount 2) + (Excessive heat amount 3) + (). .. .. = (Integrated excess heat)

The corrected temperature difference is calculated by dividing this cumulative excess heat amount by the corrected hot water filling amount (here, the amount obtained by subtracting the predetermined hot water filling amount from the hot water filling set amount) (hot water filling set amount)-(predetermined hot water filling amount). ) = (Corrected hot water filling amount)
(Integrated excess heat) ÷ (Corrected hot water filling amount) = (Corrected hot water filling temperature difference)

Next, the corrected hot water filling temperature is calculated by subtracting the corrected temperature difference from the hot water filling set temperature as shown in the following formula.
(Hot water filling set temperature)-(Corrected hot water filling temperature difference) = (Corrected hot water filling temperature)

Next, a simplified example will be described based on the above-mentioned calculation method. In the present embodiment, the desired hot water filling set temperature is 40 ° C., the hot water filling setting amount is 180 L, the excess temperature is 50 ° C. (initially 50 ° C., converges to the hot water filling set temperature over time), and the predetermined hot water filling amount. When is set to 30 L, an excess heat amount is generated for about 2 minutes from the start of the hot water filling operation, and the excess heat amount is integrated at regular time intervals (every second) to calculate the integrated excess heat amount. Assuming that the accumulated excess heat amount is 300 kcal, the corrected hot water filling amount is 150 L, which is obtained by subtracting the predetermined hot water filling amount of 30 L from the hot water filling set amount of 180 L. 2 ° C can be calculated, and the corrected hot water filling temperature of 38 ° C can be calculated by subtracting the corrected hot water filling temperature difference of 2 ° C from the hot water filling set temperature of 40 ° C.

(S11)。 Then, the opening degree of the hot water filling mixing valve 12 is changed (S10) so that the corrected hot water filling temperature calculated by the excess temperature determining means 30 is 38 ° C., the hot water filling operation is continued, and the hot water filling set temperature ( Here, it is confirmed that the temperature has reached 40 ° C.) and the set amount of hot water filling (180 L in this case) (S11).

(S12)。 When the hot water filling operation control means 29 has reached the hot water filling set temperature and the hot water filling set amount (S11 is Yes), the solenoid valve 15 is closed and the hot water filling operation to the bathtub 17 is completed (S12).

(S15)。 Then, when the hot water filling operation is completed, the display unit 26 and the speaker 27 notify the user that the hot water filling operation has been completed (S15).

In this way, even if the water supply temperature rises due to direct sunlight in the summer, the excess heat amount is calculated by the excess temperature determining means 30, and the corrected water filling temperature that can offset the amount filled with the excess temperature is calculated. By filling with hot water at the corrected hot water filling temperature, the hot water filling operation can be surely completed at the desired hot water filling set temperature when the hot water filling operation is completed, so that the bath temperature does not become unexpectedly high and it is safe. It is possible to provide a bath hot water supply device that can take a bath with care and prevent the person from feeling uncomfortable.

(S13)。 Then, when the excess temperature determining means 30 determines that the hot water filling temperature actually filled is not the excessive temperature and the temperature difference is not a predetermined excess temperature difference (S4 is No), the hot water filling set temperature is set. The hot water filling operation is continued, and it is confirmed that the hot water filling set temperature (here, 40 ° C.) and the hot water filling set amount (here, 180 L) have been reached (S13).

(S14)。 When the hot water filling operation control means 29 has reached the hot water filling set temperature and the hot water filling set amount (S13 is Yes), the solenoid valve 15 is closed and the hot water filling operation to the bathtub 17 is completed (S14).

(S15)。 Then, when the hot water filling operation is completed, the display unit 26 and the speaker 27 notify the user that the hot water filling operation has been completed (S15).

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 4 and the time chart of FIG.

(S18)。 When the bath filling switch 25 is pressed (S16), the hot water filling operation control means 29 of the control device 22 sets the opening degree of the hot water filling mixing valve 12 to the opening degree corresponding to the hot water filling set temperature (S17), and the solenoid valve. 15 is opened and the hot water filling operation is started (S18).

(S19)。 At this time, the hot water filling flow sensor 14 detects the hot water filling amount, the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 detects the actual hot water filling temperature mixed by the hot water filling mixing valve 12, and the excess temperature determining means 30 actually fills the hot water. The hot water filling temperature is compared with the desired hot water filling set temperature, and it is confirmed whether the hot water filling temperature actually filled is a predetermined excess temperature (S19).

(S20)。 When the excess temperature determining means 30 determines that the hot water filling temperature actually filled is the excessive temperature and the temperature difference is a predetermined excess temperature difference (S19 is Yes), the hot water filling operation is continued. At regular intervals (here, every second) until the predetermined amount of hot water is reached, the accumulation of the excess amount of heat filled with the excess temperature is started (S20).

(S21)。 Then, it is confirmed whether the detected value of the hot water filling flow sensor 14 has reached a predetermined hot water filling amount larger than the amount predicted that the detected temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor is about the same as the hot water filling set temperature (S21).

(S24)。 When the detected value of the hot water filling flow sensor 14 reaches the predetermined hot water filling amount (S21 is Yes), the excess temperature determining means 30 stops the accumulation of the excess heat amount (S22), and calculates the integrated excess heat amount (S23). , The corrected hot water filling temperature, which is a target temperature lower than the hot water filling set temperature, is calculated so as to offset the accumulated excess heat amount (S24).

When the excess temperature determining means 30 determines in S19 that the temperature difference is a predetermined excess temperature difference (5 ° C. or higher), it is determined to perform a correction hot water filling operation that offsets the excess temperature, and the temperature is higher than the hot water filling set temperature. The amount filled with hot water at a high temperature is integrated as the excess heat. The calculation method of the integrated excess heat amount and the corrected hot water filling temperature will be described.

Further, in the second embodiment, the predetermined amount of hot water filling (here, 30 L) in which the hot water filling temperature, which has been the excessive temperature, will converge to the hot water filling set temperature, and the amount filled with hot water due to the excessive temperature are used. The corrected hot water filling amount to be offset is set in advance (here, 60 L, which is about twice the predetermined hot water filling amount), and while the hot water filling is performed with this corrected hot water filling amount, the hot water filling is performed at the corrected hot water filling temperature. I am doing it. The calculation method of the corrected hot water filling temperature will be described.

The excess heat is calculated by multiplying.
{(Detecting temperature of hot water filling temperature sensor)-(Hot water filling set temperature)} x (Hot water filling flow rate every 1 second) = (Excess heat amount every 1 second)

Then, the excess heat amount calculated by the following formula is integrated at regular time intervals (every second), and the integrated excess heat amount is calculated.
(Excessive heat amount 1) + (Excessive heat amount 2) + (Excessive heat amount 3) + (). .. .. = (Integrated excess heat)

This integrated excess heat amount is divided by the corrected hot water filling amount to calculate the corrected temperature difference.
(Integrated excess heat) ÷ (Corrected hot water filling amount) = (Corrected hot water filling temperature difference)

Next, the corrected hot water filling temperature is calculated by subtracting the corrected temperature difference from the hot water filling set temperature as shown in the following formula.
(Hot water filling set temperature)-(Corrected hot water filling temperature difference) = (Corrected hot water filling temperature)

Next, a simplified explanation will be given based on the above-mentioned calculation method. In the present embodiment, when the desired hot water filling set temperature is 40 ° C., the hot water filling setting amount is 180 L, the excess temperature is 50 ° C., the predetermined hot water filling amount is 30 L, and the corrected hot water filled amount is 60 L, the hot water filling An excess amount of heat is generated for about 2 minutes from the start of operation, and the excess amount of heat is integrated at regular time intervals (every second) to accumulate the excess amount of heat. Assuming that the accumulated excess heat is 300 kcal, the corrected hot water filling temperature difference of 5 ° C can be calculated by dividing the accumulated excess heat by 60 L, and the corrected hot water filling temperature difference of 5 ° C is subtracted from the hot water filling set temperature of 40 ° C. Therefore, the corrected hot water filling temperature of 35 ° C. can be calculated.

(S26)。 Then, the opening degree of the hot water filling mixing valve 12 is changed (S25) so that the temperature is 35 ° C., which is the corrected hot water filling temperature calculated by the excess temperature determining means 30, and the hot water filling operation is continued, and the corrected hot water filling amount (corrected hot water filling amount). Here, it is confirmed that the temperature has reached 90 L) from the start of the hot water filling operation (S26).

(S28)。 Then, when the corrected hot water filling amount is reached (S26 is Yes), the hot water filling operation control means 29 changes the opening degree of the hot water filling mixing valve 12 so that the hot water at the desired hot water filling set temperature is filled with hot water. Then (S27), the hot water filling operation is continued, and it is confirmed that the hot water filling set temperature (here, 40 ° C.) and the hot water filling set amount (here, 180 L) have been reached (S28).

(S29)。 When the hot water filling operation control means 29 has reached the hot water filling set temperature and the hot water filling set amount (S28 is Yes), the solenoid valve 15 is closed and the hot water filling operation to the bathtub 17 is completed (S29).

Further, in the second embodiment, since the excess temperature can be offset by the corrected hot water filling amount, even if the user takes a bath before the hot water filling operation is completed, the hot water at the hot water filling set temperature is surely provided. Therefore, you can take a bath with peace of mind without the temperature of the bath becoming unexpectedly high.

(S26)。 Then, when the excess temperature determining means 30 determines that the hot water filling temperature actually filled with hot water does not have an excessive temperature (S19 is No), the hot water filling operation of the hot water filling set temperature is continued, and the hot water filling set temperature is set. (Here, 40 ° C.) and the set amount of hot water filling (here, 180 L) are confirmed (S26).

(S31)。 When the hot water filling operation control means 29 has reached the hot water filling set temperature and the hot water filling set amount (S30 is Yes), the solenoid valve 15 is closed and the hot water filling operation to the bathtub 17 is completed (S31).

(S32)。 Then, when the hot water filling operation is completed, the display unit 26 and the speaker 27 notify the user that the hot water filling operation has been completed (S32).

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment and does not prevent modification without changing the gist. For example, although the heat pump type heating means has been described this time, the inside of the hot water storage tank 1 An electric water heater equipped with a heater and a combustion type bath water heater may also be used. Not only a hot water storage type water heater but also a hot water filling operation using water supply is performed, and the hot water filling temperature changes due to a change in the water supply temperature. The present invention can be utilized if possible.

Further, after the temperature difference is not excessively high, in the present embodiment, the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 becomes a predetermined hot water filling amount larger than the amount predicted to be about the same as the hot water filling set temperature. Although it is set as the time when it reaches, when the detection temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 reaches a predetermined time longer than the time predicted to be about the same as the hot water filling set temperature, or when the detected temperature of the hot water filling temperature sensor 16 reaches the hot water. It may be at a time when the temperature difference from the tension set temperature becomes about the same, or at a time slightly after those points, and the same effect can be obtained by a method different from the embodiment.

Further, in the present embodiment, the example of calculating the corrected hot water filling temperature difference has been described, but even if the corrected hot water filling temperature difference is fixed in advance and the corrected hot water filling amount is calculated, the excess temperature is offset. good.

Further, the predetermined hot water filling amount and the predetermined excess temperature difference may be appropriately changed within a range that does not change the gist, according to the hot water filling set amount and the hot water filling set temperature arbitrarily changed by the user.
