Abstract
Description
実施形態に係る超音波診断装置は、表示器、カメラ、支持機構、及び、制御部を有する。表示器には超音波画像が表示される。カメラは、表示器又はその付近から検査者を含む前方空間を撮影し、カメラ画像を生成する。支持機構は、表示器を支持する機構であり、表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を変更する駆動源を備える。制御部は、カメラ画像に含まれる検査者像に基づいて駆動源を制御する。
図1には、実施形態に係る超音波診断装置の構成例がブロック図として示されている。超音波診断装置は、病院等の医療機関に設置される医用装置である。超音波診断装置において、被検者に対して超音波が送受波され、それにより得られた情報に基づいて被検者内の組織を表す超音波画像が形成される。実施形態に係る超音波診断装置は、カート式の超音波診断装置である。
Claims (8)
- 超音波画像を表示する表示器と、
前記表示器又はその付近から検査者を含む前方空間を撮影し、カメラ画像を生成するカメラと、
前記表示器を支持する機構であって、前記表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を変更する駆動源を備えた支持機構と、
前記カメラ画像に含まれる検査者像に基づいて前記駆動源を制御する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記カメラは前記表示器に固定されており、
前記カメラの撮影視野と前記表示器の観察視野が重なり合っている、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項2記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記カメラ画像における前記検査者像の代表位置を演算し、
前記代表位置に基づいて前記表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を変更する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記代表位置は、前記検査者像における頭部像から演算され、
前記制御部は、前記代表位置が前記カメラ画像中の目標位置に一致し又は近付くように、前記表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を制御する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記カメラ画像に基づいて前記検査者が前記表示器の方を向いているか否かを判定し、
前記検査者が前記表示器の方を向いている場合に前記駆動源の制御を行う、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記制御部は、指定された応答条件に従って、前記表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を変更するに際しての運動速度を定める、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記カメラ画像に含まれる照明像に基づいて前記表示器の画面への照明写り込みを判定し、
前記照明写り込みが判定された場合に前記表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を変更することにより前記照明写り込みを軽減し又は解消する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項7記載の超音波診断装置において、
前記制御部は、
前記照明像の輪郭又は代表座標が前記カメラ画像内の判定領域に入っている場合に前記照明写り込みを判定し、
前記照明像の輪郭又は代表座標が前記判定領域から外れるように前記表示器の位置及び姿勢の少なくとも一方を変更する、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
