Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a closed label, a lid and a package.
There is a technique for forming an outlet by peeling off a label attached to an area where an outlet is to be formed in order to take out the contained from the package containing the contained (see Patent Document 1). In such a package, the outlet can be resealed by reattaching the label.
If the outlet can be opened and resealed by peeling and reattaching the label, for example, if the package is placed on the product shelf as a product, the product is purchased for the purpose of mischief, confirmation of the contained contents, etc. The label may be peeled off before. In this case, the contents in the package from which the label has been peeled off cannot be sold as a commercial product.
An object of one aspect of the present invention is to provide a reclosed label, a lid and a package that can be reliably confirmed to be in an unopened state.
The reclosed label according to one aspect of the present invention is a reclosed label that can be attached to a support member on which an outlet for taking out an inclusion is formed, and the outlet can be opened and resealed. It includes a knob that serves as a starting point for opening, and a label body that is adjacent to the knob in the opening direction. The label body indicates that the outlet is in an unopened state near the knob. The unopened revealing portion has an unopened revealing portion, and the unopened revealing portion has a breaking induction line that induces breakage of the label body in response to peeling when opening from the unopened state of the outlet, and the above-mentioned in the opening direction. It is arranged on the opposite side of the knob from the break induction line, and has a break stop line for stopping the break, and the break inducement line and the break stop line are each with respect to the opening direction. The inner end of the rupture-inducing line is located at the same position as the inner end of the rupture stop line or outside the inner end of the rupture stop line when viewed from the opening direction. The outer end of the rupture inducing line is separated from the rupture stop line, and the outer end of the rupture inducing line is the outer end of the rupture stop line when viewed from the opening direction. It is located more inside.
When the reclose label is attached to the support member and peeled off from the knob to open the outlet, when the breakage trigger line of the unopened revealing part is peeled off, the label body is peeled off by the breakage trigger line. Is induced to break. When viewed from the opening direction, the inner end portion of the rupture induction line is located at the same position as the inner end portion of the rupture stop line or outside the inner end portion of the rupture stop line. When viewed from the opening direction, the outer end portion of the break induction line is located inside the outer end portion of the break stop line. Therefore, the rupture induced by the rupture trigger line is received and stopped at the rupture stop line. The rupture induced by the rupture-inducing line remains on the reclose label even if the reclose label is reattached to the support member in order to reseal the outlet. That is, in the closed label, the unopened state of the outlet can be reliably confirmed by the presence or absence of the break mark. In other words, if no trace of breakage can be confirmed in the unopened revealing portion, it indicates that the product has not been opened.
When the label body is viewed in a plan view, the inner end portion of the breakage trigger line may overlap with the inner end portion of the breakage stop line. In this case, the rupture is induced at the position of the outer end portion in the rupture induction line.
The break induction line and the break stop line are cut lines, and the outer end portion of the break stop line is located on the opposite side of the knob portion in the opening direction from the inner end portion of the break stop line. You may be. In this case, as described above, when a rupture occurs from the rupture inducing line, the portion between the rupture inducing line and the rupture stop line where the rupture inducing line and the rupture stop line overlap when viewed from the opening direction is the label body. Separated from. Due to the positional relationship between the outer end and the inner end of the rupture stop line, the rupture originating from the rupture induction line and received at the rupture stop line propagates outward.
The label body is arranged on the opposite side of the knob from the break stop line, and the first break guide portion that guides the break of the label body generated from the outer end of the break stop line in the outward direction. May have. In this case, even if the label body breaks from the outer end of the break stop line, the break is surely induced in the outward direction at the first break guide portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the reclosed label (specifically, the label body) from breaking toward the inside, so that the reclosed label (specifically, the label body) is damaged so that the outlet cannot be resealed, for example. Can be prevented.
The first break guide portion has a plurality of break guide lines that are non-parallel to the opening direction, and the plurality of break guide lines are arranged apart from each other along the opening direction, and the opening is performed. Of the two rupture guide lines adjacent to each other in the direction, the rupture guide wire on the knob side is referred to as the first rupture guide wire, and the rupture guide wire opposite to the crushed portion is the second rupture guide wire with respect to the first rupture guide wire. When referred to as a guide wire, the outer portion of the first break guide wire and the inner portion of the second break guide wire may overlap when viewed from the opening direction. In this case, the breakage of the label body generated from the outer end portion of the breakage stop line can be sequentially propagated to a plurality of breakage guide lines and guided outward.
The fracture stop line and the plurality of fracture guide lines are straight lines parallel to each other, and the arrangement relationship of the plurality of fracture guide lines is the outer portion of the first fracture guide line when viewed from the second fracture guide line. And the distance between the first break guide line and the second break guide line in the overlapping region with the inner portion of the second break guide line, and the length in the direction parallel to the second break guide line in the overlap region. Each of them satisfies the arrangement condition that the length of the second fracture guide line is 1/10 to 1/3, the fracture stop line is regarded as the first fracture guide line, and the plurality of fracture guide lines are regarded as the first fracture guide lines. When the break guide line on the side of the break stop line is regarded as the second break guide line, the arrangement relationship between the break stop line and the first break guide line may satisfy the above arrangement condition.
As a result, the breakage of the label body generated from the outer end portion of the breakage stop line can be more reliably guided outward.
The label main body is arranged near the end opposite to the knob portion, and the label main body is broken at the side edge portion so as to break a part of the label main body from the side edge portion of the label main body. It may have a second fracture guiding portion that guides toward the inside of the.
May be good.
In this case, when the reclose label is attached to the support member and then the reclose label is peeled off from the knob to open the outlet, the label body is peeled off to the second breakage guiding portion. A part of the label body breaks from the side edge to the inside. The broken portion is not easily affected by the portion of the reclose label that is not peeled off and is attached to the support member. Therefore, the peeled portion of the reclosed label is prevented from returning to its original position (moving in the direction of resealing the outlet).
The lid according to the other aspect of the present invention is attached to a support member having a notch forming a cut portion that defines a planned outlet portion to be an outlet for taking out the contained matter, and the support member. The reclose label is provided with the reclose label, and the reclose label is attached to the support member so that the notch portion is covered by the label main body, and the unopened revealing portion is the cut in the label main body. It may be formed between the region corresponding to the recess and the knob.
In the above lid, when the label is peeled off from the knob to open the outlet, the label body is ruptured by the rupture-inducing line when the rupture-inducing line of the unopened revealing portion is peeled off. That is, in the lid body, the unopened state of the outlet can be reliably confirmed by the presence or absence of the break mark. In other words, if no trace of breakage can be confirmed in the unopened revealing portion, it indicates that the product has not been opened.
The cut portion may be configured to suppress the return of the reclose label when the reclose label is peeled off and the outlet is opened. As a result, it is possible to prevent the reclose label from automatically returning to block the outlet when the outlet is opened. As a result, it is easy to take out the contents from the take-out port.
The package according to still another aspect of the present invention includes the reclose label or the lid.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a reclosed label, a lid and a package that can be surely confirmed to be in an unopened state.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same element is designated by the same reference numeral. Duplicate explanations will be omitted. The dimensional ratios in the drawings do not always match those described.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a package having a reclosed label according to an embodiment. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II-II of FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
The
When the

Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, in the opening direction D1, the side of the picking
The
The
Unless otherwise specified, the examples of various lengths and distances described below are based on the configurations of the
The
The
The first to
In the present embodiment, the
切込部13の開封方向D1の長さL3(取出口11の開封方向D1の長さに相当)の例は、30mm~230mmである。

An example of the thickness of the
The
The
The
In the
Since the
The
In order to realize such return suppression of the
The close-closed
The picking

An example of the thickness of the

[Unopened revealing part]
Returning to FIG. 4, the
The unopened revealing
In the present embodiment, the configurations of the unopened
As shown in FIG. 7, the unopened revealing
The
The
The
In the arrangement relationship between the
By having the unopened revealing
When the
The
When the
When the
Further, in the unopened revealing
The fracture of the
In the form in which the
In the form in which the vicinity of the
[First fracture induction part]
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In the present embodiment, the configurations of the first

When the
In the form in which the
Since the first

In the plurality of
The

(Second Embodiment)
A second embodiment of the reclose label will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 13 is an enlarged drawing of the area on the knob side when the reclose label is viewed from the back side (the side to be attached to the base film 10).
The
The
In the

Although various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-exemplified embodiments, but includes the scope indicated by the claims and is equivalent to the scope of the claims. It is intended to include all changes within the meaning and scope of.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the reclose label has two unopened reveals, the two unopened reveals do not have to be symmetrical with respect to centerline C (see FIG. 4). Similarly, if the reclose label has two first break guides, the two first break guides do not have to be symmetrical with respect to the centerline C. Similarly, if the reclose label has two second rupture inducers, the two second rupture inducers do not have to be symmetrical with respect to the centerline C.
The first fracture guiding portion may be configured so as to be able to guide the fracture generated from the outer end portion of the fracture stop line in the outward direction. The first fracture guide portion may be composed of one fracture guide wire or may be composed of three or more fracture guide wires.
When the first fracture guide portion is one fracture guide line, the arrangement relationship between the fracture stop line and the fracture guide line regards the fracture stop line as the first fracture guide line under the above arrangement condition X, and the first fracture guide portion. When the second break guide line under the above arrangement condition X is regarded as the break guide line, the arrangement relationship may satisfy the above arrangement condition X. That is, the arrangement relationship between the rupture stop line and the rupture guide line is the distance between the rupture stop line and the rupture guide line in the overlapping region between the outer part of the rupture stop line and the inner part of the rupture guide line when viewed from the rupture guide line. And each of the lengths in the direction parallel to the fracture guide line in the overlapping region may satisfy the arrangement condition that the length is 1/10 to 1/3 of the length of the fracture guide line.
The number of unopened revealing portions included in the reclose label is not limited to two, and may be one, for example.
