Description

The present invention relates to container holders and packaged products.

A paper multi-pack that can be wrapped so as to wrap the upper surface (top surface) and side surface, and the lower surface (bottom surface) of a group of containers in which multiple containers filled with beverages are arranged in one row or multiple rows. Packaging boxes are used. By using such a multi-pack packaging box, it becomes possible to easily carry a plurality of canned beers, canned juices, etc. in one package at a time, and further, the effect of bulk selling is also effective. Together with this, the use of the multi-pack packaging box has been rapidly expanding in recent years.

The multi-pack packaging box is formed by making a notch in one sheet of paper and bending it. Generally, a top plate that covers the upper surface of the container group and a side plate that is connected to both opposite ends of the top plate and covers the side surface of the container group. A bottom plate is provided which is connected to the side plate and covers the bottom surface of the container group, and openings are formed at both ends where the side plate does not exist so that the side surfaces of some of the containers constituting the container group can be visually recognized.

On the other hand, for the purpose of reducing the manufacturing cost of the packaging material for packaging the container group and saving resources, only the upper surface of the container group in which a plurality of containers filled with beverages are arranged in one row or a plurality of rows is held. Paper container holders that can be used have been proposed.

Such paper container holders include, for example, a lower support panel, an upper support panel that overlaps the upper side of the lower support panel, a side panel connected to the upper support panel by a first folding line, and an upper support panel. An end panel connected by a second fold line and a fold plate panel connected to the adjacent side panel and end panel by each fold line are provided, and the lower support panel and the upper support panel include the upper part of the container. It has been proposed that a plurality of holding holes into which the container can be inserted are formed, and a plurality of support tabs capable of locking the upper portion of the container are formed on the outer periphery of each holding hole (see Patent Document 1).

Special Table No. 8-507486 Gazette

In the container holder disclosed in Patent Document 1, only the upper portion of the container is held, and the bottom portion is not held. When the container is held by such a container holder and lifted in the vertical direction, a downward force is applied to the support tab of each holding hole due to the weight of the container. When lifting and transporting this container holder, for example, when it is swung in the front-back direction, which is often seen in general handling, the lower part of the container expands outward due to centrifugal force, and the lower part of the container is disengaged from the upper part of the container from the support tab. It becomes easy and the container may fall off from the container holder. In particular, when dew condensation occurs on each container, the container may be more likely to fall off from the container holder.

In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a container holder and a packaged product capable of holding a plurality of containers together and suppressing the dropping of each container.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 2, the container holder 1 according to the present embodiment includes a first bottom plate 11, a second bottom plate 12, a first top plate 21, a second top plate 22, and a first side surface. A portion 31, a second side surface portion 32, a third side surface portion 33, and a fourth side surface portion 34 are provided. The first side surface portion 31 is connected to the first bottom plate 11 via a first folding line 41. The first upper surface plate 21 is connected to the first side surface portion 31 via the second folding line 42. The second fold line 42 faces the first fold line 41 so as to sandwich the first side surface portion 31 in between. The second side surface portion 32 is connected to the first bottom plate 11 via the third folding line 43. The third fold line 43 faces the first fold line 41 so as to sandwich the first bottom plate 11 in between. The second bottom plate 12 is connected to the second side surface portion 32 via the fourth folding line 44. The fourth fold line 44 faces the third fold line 43 so as to sandwich the second side surface portion 32 in between. The third side surface portion 33 is connected to the second bottom plate 12 via the sixth folding line 46. The sixth fold line 46 faces the fourth fold line 44 so as to sandwich the second bottom plate 12 in between. The second upper surface plate 22 is connected to the third side surface portion 33 via the seventh folding line 47. The seventh fold line 47 faces the sixth fold line 46 so as to sandwich the third side surface portion 33 in between. The fourth side surface portion 34 is connected to the first upper surface plate 21 via the eighth folding line 48. The eighth fold line 48 faces the second fold line 42 so as to sandwich the first upper surface plate 21 in between. Between the third fold line 43 and the fourth fold line 44 of the second side surface portion 32, a fifth fold line 45 capable of folding the second side surface portion 32 in two is provided.

Two locking claws 6 are connected to the end edge of the fourth side surface portion 34, and each of the two locking claws 6 is inserted so as to overlap the third fold line 43 and the fourth fold line 44. Two possible locking holes 71 and two notch lines 72 are formed. By assembling the container holder 1 shown in FIG. 1A as described later, inserting each locking claw 6 from each locking hole 71, and inserting it into the cut line 72, the first upper surface plate 21 and the second upper plate 21 and the second upper plate are inserted. The face plate 22 can be engaged with the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12.

The first bottom plate 11 is formed so that three first holding holes 111 for holding three containers 60 arranged in one row are arranged in one row. The diameter of the first holding hole 111 may be equal to or larger than the maximum outer diameter of the cap 66 attached to the mouth 61 of the container 60 inserted into the first holding hole 111, and is slightly larger than the maximum outer diameter. It is preferably about. Specifically, the diameter of the first holding hole 111 may be about the maximum outer diameter of the cap 66 to the maximum outer diameter + 5 mm. By inserting the upper part of the container 60 into the first holding hole 111, a plurality of first locking portions 112 provided on the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 cap the tip portion 113 of the first locking portion 112. It bends from the first base 114 located along the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 so as to face the 66 side. If the diameter of the first holding hole 111 is slightly larger than the maximum outer diameter of the cap 66 (for example, the maximum outer diameter + 5 mm or less), when the upper part of the container 60 is inserted into the first holding hole 111, The peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 (the first base 114 of the first locking portion 112) can be positioned at the neck portion 62 of the container 60, and the bent first locking portion 112 is brought into surface contact with the neck portion 62 at the tip. The portion 113 can be brought into contact with a step located at the boundary between the cap 66 and the neck portion 62. If each container 60 is held by the container holder 1 in such a state, all the first locking portions 112 are located at the boundary between the cap 66 and the neck portion 62 when the container holder 1 is lifted. Since it can be reliably contacted and locked to the step, it is possible to prevent the container 60 from falling off. On the other hand, if the diameter of the first holding hole 111 is much larger than the maximum outer diameter of the cap 66, the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 (the first) when the upper part of the container 60 is inserted into the first holding hole 111. 1 The first base portion 114 of the locking portion 112) is located on the shoulder portion 63 of the container 60, and the tip portion 113 of the first locking portion 112 does not abut on the step. When the container holder 1 in this state is lifted, at least a part of the first locking portion 112 does not come into contact with or lock on the step located at the boundary between the cap 66 and the neck portion 62 of the container 60, and this is the case. Since the container 60 may come off from the step after being in contact with the container 60, the container 60 may fall off.

The second bottom plate 12 is formed so that three second holding holes 121 for holding the three containers 60 arranged in one row are arranged in one row. The diameter of the second holding hole 121 may be smaller than the outer diameter of the body portion 64 of the container 60 inserted into the second holding hole 121, and may be larger than the diameter of the first holding hole 111 by about 1 to 10%. Preferably, the diameter of the second holding hole 121 may be larger than the diameter of the first holding hole 111 by about 3 to 8%. As will be described later, a plurality of first locking portions 112 and second locking portions 122 are formed on the peripheral edges of the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121, respectively. The plurality of first locking portions 112 are formed radially so that each first base portion 114 is located on the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 and the tip portion 113 faces the center of the first holding hole 111. The plurality of second locking portions 122 are formed radially so that each second base portion 124 is located on the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121 and the tip portion 123 is directed toward the center of the second holding hole 121. There is. The peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 is defined by a substantially circle including the first base portion 114 of the plurality of first locking portions 112, and the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121 is the second peripheral edge of the plurality of second locking portions 122. It is defined by an abbreviated circle including the base 124. The diameter of the first holding hole 111 is defined as the diameter of the above-mentioned substantially circle defining the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111, and the diameter of the second holding hole 121 is the above-mentioned substantially circle defining the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121. Defined as the diameter of.

In the present embodiment, the second side surface portion 32 is folded in two along the fifth fold line 45, and the second bottom plate 12 is folded over the first bottom plate 11 along the fourth fold line 44. At this time, the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 are formed in the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 so that their centers substantially coincide with each other (see FIG. 1D). It should be noted that the fact that the centers of the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 substantially coincide with each other means that the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 is in a state where the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 are folded over each other. The purpose is to allow the centers of the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 to be deviated from each other to the extent that the above-mentioned substantially circle defining the above is located within the above-mentioned substantially circle defining the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121. The length between the centers of the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 may be within the difference in diameter between the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121.

On the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111, a plurality of first locking portions 112 capable of contacting and locking the step located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60 inserted into the first holding hole 111 are provided. It is formed with a predetermined interval. The shape of the plurality of first locking portions 112 is substantially trapezoidal. The plurality of first locking portions 112 are formed radially so that their respective tip portions 113 face the center of the first holding hole 111 (see FIG. 1B). By inserting the upper portion of the container 60 into the first holding hole, the first locking portion 112 bends from the first base portion 114 located along the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 of the container 60, and the first locking portion 112 The container 60 can be held by the tip portion 113 of the container 60 contacting and locking with the step located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60.

A plurality of second locking portions 122 are formed on the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121 with a predetermined interval. The shape of the plurality of second locking portions 122 is substantially trapezoidal. The plurality of second locking portions 122 are formed radially so that their respective tip portions 123 face the center of the second holding hole 121 (see FIG. 1C). The first side surface portion 32 is folded in two along the fifth fold line 45, and the second bottom plate 12 is folded on the first bottom plate 11 along the fourth fold line 44 and overlaps with each other. When the upper part of the container 60 is inserted into the holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121, the second locking portion 122 bends from the second base portion 124 located along the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121, and the second locking portion 122 is bent. At least a part of the locking portion 122 overlaps with the first locking portion 112. At least a part of the second locking portion 122 is attached to the first locking portion 112 that holds the container 60 by contacting and locking the tip portion 113 with the step located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60. By overlapping, it is possible to prevent the plurality of containers 60 held together from falling off. At least a part of the second locking portion 122 overlaps with the first locking portion 112, and the second locking portion 122 presses the first locking portion 112 from the outside, so that the tip portion of the first locking portion 112 is formed. It is presumed that the 113 is hard to come off from the step located near the upper part of the neck portion 62 of the container 60.

In the present embodiment, the second locking portion 122 may be provided on the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121 so that at least a part thereof overlaps with the first locking portion 112. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 5A, the second side surface portion 32 is folded in two along the fifth fold line 45, and the second bottom plate 12 is mounted on the first bottom plate along the fourth fold line 44. When the upper part of the container 60 is inserted into the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 which overlap each other in a folded state, the second locking portion 122 becomes the two adjacent first holding portions. It suffices to be located between 112 and overlap the two first locking portions 112. In other words, when the center of the circle defining the peripheral edge of the first locking hole 111 and the center of the circle defining the peripheral edge of the second locking hole 121 are aligned, the plane of each first locking portion 112 The angular coordinate value of the geometric center in the visual view and the angular coordinate value of the geometric center in the plan view of each second locking portion 122 may be different from each other, and the angular coordinate value of each second locking portion 122 may be different from each other. The value is preferably the average value of the angular coordinate values of the two first locking portions 112 adjacent thereto. By overlapping the one second locking portion 122 with the two first locking portions 112, the holding force of the container 60 can be increased, and the container 60 can be reliably held.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4A, the tip portions 113 and 123 of the first locking portion 112 and the second locking portion 122 are in contact with the step located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60. The tip portion 123 of the second locking portion 122 is in contact with the step so as to enter between the tip portions 113 of the two adjacent first locking portions 112. On the other hand, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5A, the tip 113 of the first locking portion 112 is in contact with the step located near the upper portion of the neck 62 of the container 60, but the tip of the second locking portion 122 is in contact with the step. The portion 123 does not abut on the step located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60. As shown in FIG. 4A, the tip portion 123 of the second locking portion 122 is also in contact with the step located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60, so that the holding force of the container 60 can be effectively increased. Can be enhanced.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the second side surface portion 32 is folded in two along the fifth fold line 45, and the second bottom plate 12 is folded into the first bottom plate 11 along the fourth fold line 44. When the upper part of the container 60 is inserted into the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 which overlap each other in the stacked state, one second locking portion 122 overlaps with one first locking portion 112. However, it does not have to overlap with the other first locking portion 112. In other words, when the center of the circle defining the peripheral edge of the first locking hole 111 and the center of the circle defining the peripheral edge of the second locking hole 121 are aligned, the plane of each second locking portion 122 is aligned. The angular coordinate value of the geometric center in the visual view may be substantially the same as the angular coordinate value of the geometric center in the plan view of each first locking portion 112 on which the second locking portions 122 overlap. With such an embodiment, the holding power of the container 60 can be enhanced.

When a packaged product in which n containers 60 arranged in a row are held by the container holder 1 is swung along the row direction of the container 60 by grasping the container holder 1, for example, the container holder. When 1 is gripped from above and the arm is swung back and forth, the inertial force in the first swing direction D1 acts on the container 60. When the highest point is reached, that is, when the swing direction (front-back direction) is switched from the first swing direction D1 to the second swing direction D2, and the container holder 1 tries to move in the second swing direction D2. , The container 60 tends to move in the first swing direction D1 due to the inertial force. Therefore, a larger force acts on the tip 113D of the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second swing direction D2 than on the tip 113U located on the upstream side (see FIG. 3). As a result, the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second rocking direction D2 is easily deformed so as to roll down, and the tip portion 113D of the first locking portion 112 is located on the upstream side. Compared to the tip portion 113U of the locking portion 112, the container 60 is more likely to come off from the step located near the neck portion 62. In the present embodiment, since the second locking portion 122 is provided so as to press the first locking portion 112 from the outside, the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second rocking direction D2. Is deformed so as to roll down, and it is possible to prevent the tip portion 113D from coming off from the step located in the vicinity of the neck portion 62 of the container 60. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4A and 5A, the outer line 125 of the second locking portion 122 is first engaged in the tip portion 113D of the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second rocking direction D2. Since it intersects the outer line 115 of the stop portion 112 (see FIGS. 4B and 5B), the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second swing direction D2 is deformed, and the tip portion 113D thereof is the container 60. It is possible to more effectively suppress the deviation from the above-mentioned step located in the vicinity of the neck portion 62. In particular, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4A, the tip portion 123 of the second locking portion 122 is in contact with and locked to the step located in the vicinity of the neck portion 62 of the container 60, whereby the first locking portion is described. It is possible to more effectively prevent the 112 from being deformed and deviating from the above-mentioned step. Further, also in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, since the second locking portion 122 similarly presses the tip portion 113D of the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second swing direction D2 from the outside. It is more effective that the first locking portion 112 located on the downstream side of the second swing direction D2 is deformed and the tip portion 113D thereof is disengaged from the step located near the neck portion 62 of the container 60. It can be suppressed.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4B and 5B, the upper portion of the container 60 is inserted into the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 121 which overlap each other, and the first locking portion 112 is bent along the first base portion 114. 2 In a state where the locking portion 122 is bent along the second base portion 124, the intersection P between the outer contour line 115 of the first locking portion 112 and the outer contour line 125 of the second locking portion 122 is the first locking portion. It is preferable that the 112 is located closer to the tip 113 than the midpoint M of the length between the first base 114 and the tip 113. Since the intersection P is located closer to the tip 113 than the midpoint M, the action of the second locking portion 122 to press the first locking portion 112 from the outside becomes relatively large, so that the plurality of containers 60 can be used. When carrying the container holder 1 to be held together, the tip 113 of the first locking portion 111 is less likely to come off from the vicinity of the neck 62 of the container 60, and the container 60 can be prevented from falling off.

As shown in FIG. 1A, a first window hole portion 116 extending in the radial direction of the first holding hole 111 is provided on the peripheral edge of each first holding hole 111, and a second holding hole 121 is provided on the peripheral edge of each second holding hole 121. 2 A second window hole portion 126 that expands in the radial direction of the holding hole 121 may be provided. In the first window hole portion 116 and the second window hole portion 126, the second side surface portion 32 is folded in two along the fifth fold line 45, and the second bottom plate 12 is formed along the fourth fold line 44. 1 It is provided on the peripheral edge of the first holding hole 111 and the peripheral edge of the second holding hole 121 so as to overlap each other when folded onto the bottom plate 11. By being provided in this way, when the container 60 is held in the container holder 1, the printed portion 621 printed on the neck portion 62 of the container 60 becomes visible through the first window hole portion 116 (FIG. FIG. 7).

The widths W 116 and W 126 of the first window hole portion 116 and the second window hole portion 126 may be such that the printed portion 621 on the neck portion 62 of the container 60 can be visually recognized, but the width of the second window hole portion 126 may be large. It is preferable that the width W 126 is larger than the width W 116 of the first window hole portion 116. In this case, the first window hole portion 116 and the first window hole portion 116 and the first window hole portion 116 so that the entire first window hole portion 116 overlaps the second window hole portion 126 when the second bottom surface plate 12 is folded over the first bottom surface plate 11. The two window hole portions 126 may be provided in the first locking hole 111 and the second locking hole 121. When the width W 126 of the second window hole portion 126 is smaller than the width W 116 of the first window hole portion 116, the first window hole portion is formed when the second bottom surface plate 12 is folded over the first bottom surface plate 11. The full width of 116 does not open to the side surface of the container holder 1. Then, the visible range of the printed portion 621 of the container 60 is narrowed, and the printed portion 621 may be difficult to see. Further, as shown in FIG. 1A, the first window hole portion 116 is provided so as to straddle the first fold line 41 or the third fold line 43, and the second window hole portion 126 is provided with the fourth fold line 44 or the fourth fold line 43. It may be provided so as to straddle the 6-fold line 46. By being provided in this way, the printing portion 621 of the container 60 held by the container holder 1 can be visually recognized from the side surface of the container holder 1 (see FIG. 7).

FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged side view showing a schematic configuration of the container holder in the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 are folded, the first side surface portion 31 and the third side surface portion 33 are folded, and the second side surface portion 32 is folded in two. Even if the end portion 49 of the second upper surface plate 22 facing the seventh fold line 47 comes into contact with the second side surface portion 32 when the first upper surface plate 21 and the second upper surface plate 22 are folded to form a packaged product. good. Even if the end portion 49 is brought into contact with the second side surface portion 32 and receives an impact substantially horizontally from the second side surface portion 32 side or from the first side surface portion 31 and the third side surface portion 33 side. It is possible to suppress the deformation of the container holder 1.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the length L1 from the second fold line 42 to the eighth fold line 48 of the first top plate 21 is the length from the third fold line 43 to the first fold line 41 of the first bottom surface portion. It is preferably longer than L2. Since the length L1 is longer than the length L2, each locking claw 6 is inserted into each locking hole 71 and the cut line 72, and the first upper surface plate 21, the second upper surface plate 22, and the first bottom are inserted. When viewed from the open end side of the container holder 1 in which the face plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 are engaged, the shape of the container holder 1 is substantially an inverted trapezoidal shape (see FIG. 9). Since the container holder 1 has a substantially inverted trapezoidal shape, a packaged product in which a plurality of containers 60 are held by the container holder 1 is placed on the first upper surface plate 21, and the packaged product is placed in two stages. It can be stacked more stably. The relationship between the length L1 and the length L2 may be any relationship as long as the horizontal surface can be formed on the first upper surface plate 21, and the length L1 may be shorter than the length L2. However, it may be equal to the length L2. That is, the shape seen from the opening end side of the container holder 1 may be a substantially trapezoidal shape or a substantially rectangular shape.

FIG. 10 is a developed view showing a schematic configuration of another aspect of the container holder according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 11 shows a schematic configuration of a state in which the container holder shown in FIG. 10 is assembled and the container is held. It is a perspective view.
As shown in FIG. 10, the container holder 1 may further include an advertising portion 8 connected to the fourth side surface portion 34 via the ninth fold line 50. By providing the advertising unit 8, the advertising area of the container holder 1 can be increased and the visibility of the advertising information can be improved as compared with the embodiment shown in FIG. 1A of the container 60. The advertising unit 8 may be provided with a tenth fold line 51. Since the tenth folding line 51 is provided, the advertising portion 8 can be provided along the shoulder portion 63 and the body portion 64 of the container 60 held by the container holder 1, so that the container holder 1 can be provided. The packaged product in which the container 60 is held can be easily handled, and the packaged product can be easily displayed in the store.

The operation of the container holder 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
The upper portions of the three containers 60 arranged in a row are inserted into the first holding holes 111 and the second holding holes 112 of the first bottom plate 21 and the second bottom plate 22. At this time, the first locking portion 112 and each second locking portion of each first holding hole 111 are pushed up by the cap 66 attached to the container 60, and the tip portion 113 of the first locking portion 112 and each second locking portion are pushed up. The tip portion 123 of the second locking portion 122 is bent upward from the first base portion 114 and the second base portion 124, respectively. Then, when the cap 66 and the mouth portion 61 pass through the first holding hole 111 and the second holding hole 112, the first locking portion 112 and the second locking portion 122 each slide into contact with the neck portion 62 of the container 60, and the neck portion 62. The tip 113 of the first locking portion 112 and the tip 123 of the second locking portion 122 abut on the upper side of the above, and at least a part of the second locking portion 122 overlaps with the first locking portion 112. Next, the first bottom plate 11 and the second bottom plate 12 are folded, the first side surface portion 31 and the third side surface portion 33 are folded, the second side surface portion 32 is folded in two, and the first top surface plate 21 is folded. And the second upper surface plate 22 are folded, and the locking claw 6 is inserted into the locking hole 71 and the cut line 72. In this way, a packaged product in which a plurality of (three) containers 60 are held in the container holder 1 according to the present embodiment is completed. In such a packaged product, at least a part of the second locking portion 122 overlaps with the first locking portion 112, so that the container 60 is securely locked to the first locking portion 112. As a result, even if the packaged product is lifted, each container 60 can be transported without falling off.

The embodiments described above are described for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and are not described for limiting the present invention. Therefore, each element disclosed in the above embodiment is intended to include all design changes and equivalents belonging to the technical scope of the present invention.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following Examples and the like.

[Test Example 1] Container holding force test [Example 1]
Condensate 250 mL bottle cans filled with three beverages lined up in a row, and prepare 10 samples of container holder 1 (shown in the developed view of FIG. 1A) holding the dew-condensed bottle cans. It was lifted in the vertical direction and rocked in that state, and the presence or absence of the container 60 falling off from the container holder 1 was tested. The first locking portion 112 and the second locking portion 122 are in the mode shown in FIG. As the swinging method, a method of swinging the arm 10 times in the front-back direction was adopted, and the first speed and the second speed higher than the first speed were carried out, respectively. Further, as the bottle can to be held by the container holder 1, a bottle can forcibly dew was used. Table 1 shows the number of samples in which no container 60 fell off from each container holder 1 during 10 swings under the respective speed conditions of the first speed and the second speed.

[Example 2]
A container holder 1 having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment was prepared except that the length of the tip portion 123 was shortened by 1.5 mm from the second base portion 124 of the second locking portion 122 (see FIG. 5).

Ten samples of the container holder 1 holding a 250 mL bottle can (a bottle can with dew condensation as in Example 1) filled with three beverages lined up in a row were prepared, and the same as in Example 1. The presence or absence of the container 60 falling off from the container holder 1 was tested by the same rocking method and speed conditions. Table 1 shows the number of samples in which no container 60 fell off from each container holder 1 during shaking 10 times by carrying out the same shaking method and each speed condition as in Example 1.

[Example 3]
The second locking portion 122 was formed so that the angular coordinate value of the geometric center of the second locking portion 122 coincided with the angular coordinate value of the geometric center of the first locking portion 112 (see FIG. 6). ), A container holder 1 having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment was prepared.

[Comparative Example 1]
A container holder having the same configuration as that of the first embodiment was prepared except that the second locking portion 122 was not provided in the second holding hole 121.

Ten samples of the above-mentioned container holder holding a 250 mL bottle can (bottle can with dew condensation as in Example 1) filled with three beverages lined up in a row were prepared, and the same as in Example 1. The presence or absence of the container 60 falling off from the container holder was tested according to the shaking method and the speed condition. Table 1 shows the number of samples in which no container 60 fell off from each container holder 1 during shaking 10 times by carrying out the same shaking method and each speed condition as in Example 1.

Figure 2022085388000002
Figure 2022085388000002

As shown in Table 1, in the container holder 1 of Example 1, the container did not fall off, but in the container holder of Comparative Example 1, the shaking speed was the condition of the first speed. The 7-sample container 60 fell off, and the 10-sample container 60 fell off under the condition that the shaking speed was the second speed. Since the container holder of Comparative Example 1 does not have the second locking portion 122, the first locking portion 112 is a container due to the centrifugal force when the container holder is lifted and the container holder is shaken. It is presumed that the container 60 came off from 60 and the container 60 fell off. From this, as in the first embodiment, the container holder 1 has the second locking portion 122 located so that at least a part thereof overlaps with the first locking portion 112, so that the first locking portion 112 It is considered that the container 60 is securely locked and the holding force of the container 60 of the container holder 1 can be improved.

Further, in the container holder 1 of the second embodiment, a comparative example having no second locking portion 122 by locating at least a part of the second locking portion 122 so as to overlap the first locking portion 112. The holding force of the container 60 is improved as compared with the container holder of 1, but the tip portion 123 of the second locking portion 122 hits a step between the cap 66 and the neck portion 62 located near the upper portion of the neck portion 62 of the container 60. It is presumed that the holding force of the container 60 is lowered as compared with the container holder 1 of the first embodiment because they are not in contact with each other. Further, in the container holder 1 of the third embodiment, the second locking portion 122 is positioned so as to overlap the first locking portion 112, thereby improving the holding power of the container 60 of the container holder 1. However, especially when the rocking speed is increased, the holding force of the container 60 is lowered.
