The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified composition containing stearyl behendimonium ethyl phosphate. The present invention also relates to a method for stabilizing emulsification in the production of an oil-in-water emulsified composition using stearyl behendimonium ethyl phosphate.
In an emulsified composition (particularly an emulsified cosmetic), emulsification stability against changes over time is important, but when a surfactant having a weak emulsifying power is used, emulsification may become unstable. Therefore, many studies have been conducted to stabilize emulsification. For example, phospholipid is a natural surfactant having a good affinity for the skin and a high moisturizing effect, and is used as an emulsifier. However, phospholipid generally has a weak emulsifying power. Therefore, it is required to improve the emulsification stability of the emulsified composition containing phospholipids. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for supplementing emulsification by using a liquid higher alcohol and glycerin in combination to improve the emulsification stability of an emulsified composition containing a phospholipid.
In addition, the emulsified composition (particularly emulsified cosmetics) may contain a liquid polar oil for the purpose of improving the appropriate adhesion and spreading on the skin, but the polar oil improves the stability of the emulsion. Can have an impact. Therefore, many studies have been conducted on the stable formulation of polar oils. For example, Patent Document 2 discloses a technique for improving emulsion stability by combining a higher alcohol, a polar oil, and a long-chain acyl sulfonate-type anionic surfactant.
However, as in the technique of Patent Document 1, phospholipids are used as emulsifiers, liquid higher alcohols and glycerin are used as emulsifying aids, and liquid polar oil emulsified cosmetics contain liquid higher alcohols and glycerin. Due to the stickiness, the usability may be significantly deteriorated. Further, although the technique of Patent Document 2 can improve the emulsification stability, the blending amount of the higher alcohol may be increased, and the skin familiarity and the smooth feeling of use may be deteriorated. Further, as in these documents, when a higher alcohol is combined as an emulsifying aid, the higher alcohol precipitates in the aqueous phase from the emulsification interface to increase the viscosity, or conversely, the oil from the emulsification interface. In cosmetics, the viscosity may decrease by dissolving on the interface side, and in addition, some of the higher alcohols may form a gel with an emulsifier (for example, phospholipid) to promote thickening. In some cases, there was a problem with usability such as a smooth feel during application.
The present invention uses a specific surfactant (particularly a surfactant having a relatively weak emulsifying power, particularly a phospholipid) as an emulsifier in an oil-in-water emulsified composition (particularly a cosmetic) containing a liquid polar oil. Even in some cases, it is an object of the present invention to provide an emulsified composition having excellent emulsification stability and a good usability.

Ingredient (A)
The component (A) is one or more surfactants selected from the group consisting of HLB 12.0 or higher nonionic surfactants and ionic surfactants. The nonionic surfactant contained in the component (A) has an HLB value of 12.0 or more and is a relatively highly hydrophilic surfactant. Of course, if the component (A) is contained in the emulsified composition, the emulsified composition may or may not further contain a nonionic surfactant having a HLB of less than 12.0. good. The HLB value is typically an index indicating the degree of affinity between water and oil (hydrophobic oil) of a nonionic surfactant, and the higher the value, the higher the hydrophilicity. The HLB value can be determined as a value unique to each substance, or is publicly known. The HLB value (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) indicates the molecular weight of the hydrophilic group portion in the total molecular weight of the surfactant, and is determined by the Griffin formula. ..
The nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 12.0 or more is not limited to this, and for example, a fatty acid polyoxyethylene-based surfactant having an HLB value of 12.0 or more, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, and the like. As the component (A), it is particularly preferable to contain a phospholipid. Phospholipids are also called lecithin. Phospholipids are surface-active substances having a good affinity for the skin and having a high moisturizing effect, and phospholipids can be used to obtain emulsified compositions having an excellent feeling of use and moisturizing properties as well as a surface-active effect. Here, although phospholipids are highly compatible with the skin, their emulsifying power tends to be weak. However, in this emulsified composition, phospholipids are used as emulsifiers, especially by containing the component (B). Even if it is present, an emulsified composition having excellent emulsification stability can be obtained. As used herein, the term phospholipid refers to a compound having a structure in which a fatty acid and phosphoric acid are bound to each other with glycerin or sphingosine as the central skeleton, and an alcohol is ether-bonded to the phosphoric acid. The phospholipid may be either a natural phospholipid or a synthetic phospholipid, or may be a hydrogenated phospholipid obtained by hydrogenating these phospholipids. Examples of natural phospholipids include phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylinositol, lysophosphatidylcholine, sphingomyelin, egg yolk phospholipids, soybean phospholipids, and the like. Examples thereof include phosphatidylcholine, dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine, dipalmitoylephosphatidylcholine, distearoylphosphatidylcholine, dioleoylphosphatidylcholine, palmitoyloleoil phosphatidylcholine, and the like. Examples of the hydrogenated phospholipid include hydrogenated soybean phospholipid, hydrogenated soybean lysophospholipid, hydrogenated egg yolk phospholipid, hydrogenated phosphatidylcholine, hydrogenated phosphatidylserine, and the like, and in particular, hydrogenated soybean phosphorus. Lipids can be preferably used.
The content of the component (A) in the main emulsified composition (the total amount if there are a plurality of them) is not limited to this, but from the viewpoint of obtaining sufficient surface activity ability, the total amount of the main emulsified composition (100). By weight%), it can be 0.001 to 10% by weight, preferably 0.01 to 5% by weight, and more preferably 0.1 to 1% by weight. In particular, when phospholipid is contained as the component (A), the content of phospholipid is preferably in the above range in order to improve the usability such as smoothness as well as sufficient surface activity ability.
The component (B) behendimonium stearyl ethylphosphate is a substance represented by the following structural formula, and has a phosphocholine structure (-N + (CH 3 ) 2 (CH 2 ) 2 -O-PO in the molecule. It is a compound having 3 --- ).
The content of the component (B) (stearyl behendimonium ethyl phosphate) in the emulsified composition is not limited to this, but from the viewpoint of improving the emulsification stability, the total amount of the emulsified composition (100 weight by weight). %), Which can be 0.001 to 20% by weight, preferably 0.01 to 15% by weight, more preferably 0.1 to 10% by weight, still more preferably 0.2 to 10% by weight. , Even more preferably 0.3 to 9% by weight, and even more preferably 0.4 to 8% by weight. As the amount of the component (B) increases, the ability of the component (A) to assist the surfactant increases and the emulsion stability of the composition can be improved. In particular, when the component (B) exceeds 0.1% by weight (particularly 0.2% by weight or more, further 0.3% by weight or more, or 0.4% by weight or more), the emulsion stability is significantly improved. However, if the amount of the component (B) is too large, the feeling of use may be impaired. Therefore, it is preferable to use the above upper limit (preferably 20% by weight or less).
Ingredient (C)
The liquid polar oil of the component (C) can constitute a major oil component in the oil-in-water emulsified composition (that is, an emulsion) of the present invention. The inclusion of liquid polar oil makes it possible to give an excellent feeling of use to cosmetics and the like. Specifically, the polar oil can improve the proper adhesion and spread on the skin, give a smooth feeling of use during use (during application), and become sticky after use. It is possible to give an appropriate film feeling while suppressing the feeling and the feeling of tightness. As used herein, the term polar oil means an oil having intramolecular polarity. Further, in the present specification, the liquid in the polar oil is preferably a liquid at a normal temperature (for example, 10 to 30 ° C.) when the cosmetic is used, for example, normal temperature (specifically, 25 ° C.). It means that it is a liquid under the conditions of.
Liquid polar oils include, but are not limited to, synthetic ester oils and natural ester oils, higher alcohols, fatty acids and the like. Among them, preferably, the component (C) is a liquid polar oil selected from synthetic or natural fatty acids, fatty acid esters thereof, or higher alcohols which are in liquid form at room temperature (specifically, 25 ° C.). Is preferable.

Preferred component ratio In this emulsified composition, the ratio of the content of the component (D) to the component (B) ((D) / (B)) is preferably 0.2 or more in terms of weight ratio, and is 0. It is more preferably 3 or more, and further preferably 0.4 or more. By increasing this ratio ((D) / (B)) as described above, the emulsification stability is further improved, and an emulsified composition having a good usability can be obtained. This ratio ((D) / (B)) may be 0.5 or more, or 0.8 or more. However, if this ratio ((D) / (B)) becomes too high, the content of the component (B) in the emulsified composition may become relatively too low. Therefore, for example, this ratio ((D) / (D)). ) / (B)) may be preferably 20 or less, more preferably 10 or less, still more preferably 5 or less, but is not limited thereto.
In the present emulsified composition, the ratio of the content of the component (B) to the component (A) ((B) / (A)) is preferably 0.05 or more, preferably 0.1 or more in terms of weight ratio. It is more preferably present, and more preferably 0.2 or more. By increasing this ratio ((B) / (A)) as described above, the emulsification-assisting action of the component (B) on the component (A) can be effectively obtained, so that the emulsification stability is further improved. Further, by increasing the ratio of the component (B) among the components capable of having a surface active ability, it is possible to more easily obtain an emulsified composition having good hind skin (appropriate film feeling). .. This ratio ((B) / (A)) may be 0.3 or more, 0.5 or more, or 0.8 or more. However, if this ratio ((B) / (A)) is too high, the content of the component (A) in the emulsified composition may be relatively too low, and the surface activity may be lowered. Since the goodness of the back skin (appropriate film feeling) may also be deteriorated, for example, this ratio ((B) / (A)) is preferably 30 or less, more preferably 20 or less, still more preferably 10 or less. It may be, but it is not limited to this.
In the present emulsified composition, the ratio of the total content of the polar oil including the component (C) to the total amount of the oily component (polar oil / total amount of the oily component) is preferably 0.05 or more in terms of weight ratio. , 0.1 or more is more preferable, and 0.2 or more is further preferable. As this ratio (polar oil / total amount of oily components) increases, the ratio of polar oils contained in the oily components increases, and the back skin (moderate adhesion and film feeling) is good, and it stretches and becomes smooth during use. It is possible to easily obtain an emulsified composition (particularly a cosmetic) that gives a good feeling of use. Here, in this ratio, the polar oil is a polar oil containing the component (C), that is, a liquid polar oil, a solid (solid) polar oil, and a semi-solid polarity when blended. Means all polar oils, including oils. Therefore, the content of polar oil means the total amount of polar oil. Further, the oily component means the whole oily component including polar oil and non-polar oil. The oily component does not include water, surfactants, water-soluble polymers, inorganic salts and organic salts. This ratio (polar oil / total amount of oily components) may be 0.3 or more, 0.5 or more, or 0.8 or more. Since polar oil is a constituent of oily components, the upper limit of this ratio (polar oil / total amount of oily components) is 1 (when all of the oily components are polar oils), that is, this ratio (polar oil /). The total amount of oily components) is 1 or less.
In this emulsified composition, the ratio of the total content of the component (A) and the component (B) to the total amount of the oily component (((A) + (B)) / total amount of the oily component) is 0. It is preferably 01 or more, more preferably 0.03 or more, and even more preferably 0.05 or more. By increasing this ratio (((A) + (B)) / total amount of oily component), the oily component can be emulsified with a more sufficient amount of the component (A) and the component (B), and the emulsification stability can be achieved. Can be improved. As described above, the oily component means the entire oily component including polar oil and non-polar oil, and the oily component includes water, a surfactant, a water-soluble polymer, an inorganic salt and an organic salt. Is not included. This ratio (((A) + (B)) / total amount of oily components) may be 0.06 or more, 0.08 or more, or 0.09 or more. However, if this ratio (((A) + (B)) / total amount of oily components) becomes too high, the total amount of the components (A) and the components (B) in this emulsified composition exceeds the amount required for emulsification. This ratio (((A) + (B)) / oiliness, for example, may be too high and excessive, or the content of the oily component may be relatively low and the usability may be deteriorated. The total amount of components) may be preferably 1 or less, more preferably 0.8 or less, still more preferably 0.6 or less, but is not limited thereto.
The present emulsified composition is preferably an emulsified cosmetic (that is, an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic). Examples of the cosmetics include skin cosmetics and hair cosmetics, and the present emulsified composition is particularly preferably an emulsified composition for the skin, particularly a skin cosmetic (cosmetic for the skin). In addition, this emulsified composition can be applied to emulsified compositions for all purposes, including skin care products and makeup products. This emulsified composition can give a smooth feel during use (during application), have a good back skin, reduce stickiness and stickiness after application, and can give a film feeling.

For example, cosmetics such as milky lotion, cream, beauty essence, hand cream, eye cream, body cream, makeup cosmetics, makeup base, and foundation are exemplified. Examples of the method of using the skin cosmetic include a method of applying it to a hand or a finger, a method of using it with cotton, a method of impregnating it with a non-woven fabric or the like, and a method of spraying it with a spray or mist.
The hair cosmetic is not particularly limited as long as it is in the form of oil-in-water emulsification, and can be used as a cosmetic for various purposes. For example, cosmetics such as hair cream, hair wax, hair rinse, hair mask, and hair treatment are exemplified. Examples of the method of using the hair cosmetic include a method of applying it to a hand or a finger, a method of spraying it with a spray or a mist, and the like.
The present emulsified composition can be produced by mixing the above-mentioned components. For example, a method can be used in which a preheated and mixed aqueous component and a preheated and mixed oily component are mixed and emulsified, and then cooled. Of course, the method for producing the present emulsified composition is not limited to this.
The present specification discloses a method for stabilizing emulsification in the production of an oil-in-water emulsified composition, which comprises mixing the components (A) to (F). As mentioned above, the formulation of stearyl behendimonium ethyl phosphate can stabilize emulsification. The application method, application means, and the like are not particularly limited, but are preferably as described above.
As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, a hydrophilic surfactant (particularly phospholipid) (component (A)) is used as the main emulsifying agent, and stearyl behendimonium ethyl phosphate (component (B)) is used. By using it as an emulsification aid, even in an oil-in-water emulsification composition (especially cosmetics) containing a liquid polar oil (component (C)) (particularly high content), the emulsification stability is high and the feel is smooth. It is possible to provide an oil-in-water emulsified composition that is excellent and has an excellent film feeling (non-stickiness) on the back skin. When the higher alcohol (component (G)) is further blended, the effects of the higher alcohol on the emulsification stability and the usability can be obtained, and in addition, the viscosity change and gelation caused by the higher alcohol can be obtained. It is possible to suppress the above-mentioned problem, and it is possible to provide a stable oil-in-water emulsified composition.
Hereinafter, the oil-in-water emulsified composition according to the present invention will be described with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to the Examples.
