Abstract
Description
The techniques disclosed herein relate to the mounting structure of a luminaire to interior materials for vehicles.
A lighting device that emits light linearly may be attached to the interior material of a vehicle such as an automobile. For example,
By the way, the present inventors use a lighting device provided with a long light guide body longer than the conventional one, and guide the light emitted from one light source to a plurality of places by using this long light guide body. We are considering lighting the interior of the vehicle at multiple locations in the interior materials. In this case, the light guide body is curved on the back surface of the interior material for arrangement, but if the mounting portion is formed on the peripheral surface of the light guide body, directionality is created on the peripheral surface of the light guide body. There is a drawback that it becomes difficult to handle the light guide. Further, if the light guide body is directly attached to the irradiation window without using a transparent lens member, the amount of light emitted to the indoor side at the place where the light guide body floats from the interior material is reduced, and the irradiation unevenness in the indoor side is reduced. There was a problem that it was easy to occur.
The technique disclosed here is made in view of the above circumstances, and is a lighting device for an interior material for a vehicle that can be easily attached to the interior material for a vehicle by suppressing the floating of a long light guide body. It is intended to provide a mounting structure for.
The technique disclosed herein is a structure for attaching a lighting device to an interior material for a vehicle, wherein the lighting device includes a light source, a long light guide body capable of guiding light generated from the light source, and the like. The vehicle interior material is plate-shaped and includes a long long hole that communicates the front surface and the back surface, and a wall portion that stands up beside the long hole. By being attached to the back surface side of the vehicle interior material along the elongated hole by a clip that can be locked to the wall portion, the light emitted by the light source is transmitted to the front surface side of the vehicle interior material through the elongated hole. It is supposed to be released to the light source. Then, the clip is provided from the beam portion extending from the wall portion in the intersecting direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole in a state of being engaged with the wall portion, and from the side opposite to the elongated hole with respect to the light guide body. It has a covering portion to be covered, and a connecting portion connecting the beam portion and the covering portion. In the beam portion and the connecting portion, the covering portion abuts the light guide body on the peripheral edge of the elongated hole. It is provided with a configuration in which the covering portion is arranged with respect to the interior material for a vehicle so as to be allowed to do so.
According to the above configuration, the light guide body of the lighting device is attached to the back surface side of the interior material for a vehicle by a clip, and the covering portion of the clip abuts the light guide body to the peripheral edge of the elongated hole. As a result, for example, by simply locking the clip to the wall of the interior material for a vehicle, the light guide body of the lighting device can be positioned at an appropriate position with respect to the long hole, and the light guide body can be easily mounted on the vehicle. Can be attached to interior materials. In addition, it is possible to suppress the floating of the light guide body with respect to the interior material for a vehicle, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of uneven irradiation.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the clip is made of at least an elastic material capable of elastically flexing the beam portion, and the beam portion and the connecting portion are covered with the covering portion. The portion is provided with a configuration in which the covering portion is arranged with respect to the vehicle interior material so that the portion presses the light guide body against the peripheral edge of the elongated hole. According to the above configuration, since the beam portion of the clip can be elastically bent, the light guide body can be easily attached to the interior material for a vehicle, and the attachment workability is improved. At the same time, the light guide can be attached to the interior material for a vehicle in a state of being pressed against the peripheral edge of the elongated hole without applying an excessive load to the light guide. Thereby, for example, even when the vehicle vibrates due to traveling, the displacement of the light guide body with respect to the elongated hole can be suppressed. As a result, the amount of light of the lighting device radiated to the surface side of the interior material for the vehicle can be stably maintained.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the clip is an extruded product of synthetic resin. According to the above configuration, a clip having a complicated shape can be manufactured easily and at low cost. Further, since the clip is made of a synthetic resin, it is also suitable in that it can be easily provided as having an appropriate bending characteristic.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, an elastic member that is elastically deformable is interposed between the covering portion and the light guide body. According to the above configuration, the elastic member is elastically deformed between the clip and the light guide body, so that the light guide body is pressed against the peripheral edge of the elongated hole by the clip, and the light guide body is placed on the back surface side of the interior material for a vehicle. Can be attached to. This makes it possible to suppress the displacement of the light guide body with respect to the elongated hole due to vibration or the like. Further, since the clip holds the light guide body via the elastic member that can be elastically deformed, the elastic member can absorb (eliminate) the variation in the dimensions and the position of the clip and the light guide body, and is more stable. The light guide can be attached to the interior material for vehicles.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the elastic member has a light blocking effect against light emitted by the light source. Interior materials for vehicles are often a combination of a plurality of members to form one larger interior material. In such a case, a slight gap may be formed at the joint (connecting portion) between the members, but such a gap is usually designed to be invisible. However, when light is generated from the peripheral surface of the light guide in all directions, the light leaks to the surface side from the unintended joint of the vehicle interior material, and the joint is conspicuous as a defective part, or the vehicle interior is used. This will impair the optical design of the material as a whole. On the other hand, according to the above configuration, the light generated from the peripheral surface of the light guide body is blocked by the elastic member on the side opposite to the elongated hole. This makes it possible to prevent a situation in which light leaks to the light guide body on the side opposite to the elongated hole. As a result, a high-quality interior material for vehicles is realized, in which light is emitted only from an intended portion such as a long hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the elastic member has an elongated shape that is longer than the longitudinal dimension of the elongated hole, and the light guide body is provided along the longitudinal direction and around the circumference. While covering in a part of the direction, the light guide body is fixed to the vehicle interior material at a position separated from the outside of the elastic member by two or more clips along the longitudinal direction. According to the above configuration, the light guide body can be attached to the interior material for a vehicle in a state where the elastic member prevents light emission in an unintended direction. Further, the light guide can be fixed to the vehicle interior material at a position separated by a clip. Therefore, when the light guide body is attached to the interior material for a vehicle, for example, the light guide body and the elastic member are supported by hand at a predetermined mounting position, and the light guide body and the elastic member are clipped on both sides of the light guide body and the elastic member for the vehicle. Can be fixed to interior materials. Further, when the long light guide body is arranged along the long hole, the light guide body can be easily arranged along the long hole without causing slack. As a result, a mounting structure of the lighting device for the interior material for a vehicle having good mounting workability is realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the wall portion comprises an engaging hole and the beam portion comprises an engaging claw at an end opposite to the connecting portion. Then, the clip is engaged with the wall portion by inserting the engaging claw into the engaging hole. According to the above configuration, the clip can be easily engaged with the wall portion, and the light guide body can be easily attached to the interior material for a vehicle.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the vehicle interior material has a pair of holding portions that are erected on the back surface side facing each other and whose tip end side extends toward the other side of each other. The light guide body is attached to the vehicle interior material by being sandwiched by the sandwiching portion in a state where a part of the light guide body is covered with a light-shielding cover. The light-shielding cover has a tubular shape with slits in the axial direction of the cylinder, and has a main body portion that covers the light guide in the circumferential direction and a pair of protrusions formed along the slits on both sides of the slits. The flange portion is provided, and a part of the light guide body is housed in the main body portion, and is arranged between the pair of the holding portions, and the pair of the flange portions are overlapped with each other. It is configured to be sandwiched by the tip end side of the sandwiching portion. According to the above configuration, a part of the light guide body can be easily attached to the interior material for a vehicle in a state of being shielded from light by a light shielding cover. As a result, when a light guide is arranged near the seams of each member in a vehicle interior material composed of a plurality of members, the light of the lighting device may leak to the indoor side from an unintended part such as the seams. Be prevented. Further, by covering the light guide body with the light-shielding cover, the side light emission of the light guide body is suppressed, and more light from the light source can be propagated to the tip side of the light guide body.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the vehicle interior material has a communication hole that communicates the front surface and the back surface and emits light of the light guide body to the indoor side in addition to the elongated hole. The light guide body is arranged so as to connect the elongated hole and the communication hole on the back surface side of the vehicle interior material. According to the above configuration, it is possible to make a plurality of locations of the interior material for a vehicle emit light with one lighting device without increasing the number of light sources and light guides. In addition, the lighting device can illuminate a remote part of the interior material for a vehicle at low cost by combining a relatively expensive light source into one and making a relatively inexpensive light guide body long. It is said that. Further, the long light guide body can be preferably used in the present technique because it can be easily and without deviation at an appropriate position of the interior material for a vehicle by adopting the above clip.
In a preferred embodiment of the mounting structure disclosed herein, the vehicle interior material is a door trim, configured by assembling at least two plate-like members, as well as a door inside handle bezel, armrests and doors. The light guide is provided with a pocket, and the light guide is arranged at the door inside handle bezel, the armrest, the door pocket, and the boundary between the two assembled plate-shaped members. The technique disclosed herein can be fully exerted by applying it to a door trim having the above configuration. According to such a configuration, the door trim is provided at multiple locations of the door inside handle bezel, the armrest, the door pocket, and the boundary between the two plate-like members by a lighting device including one light source and one light guide. Can be suitably illuminated. This provides a low cost and simple lighting mounting structure.
According to the technique disclosed herein, it is possible to provide a structure for attaching a lighting device to an interior material for a vehicle, which can suppress the floating of a long light guide body and can be easily attached to the interior material for a vehicle. ..

<Trim board>
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
An
A

<Lighting device>
For such a
As shown in FIG. 3, the

<Installation of lighting equipment>
The
First, the structure of the door inside
On the other hand, at the peripheral edge of the

<Near the irradiation window>
When the
The
The
In the

<Shading part>
On the other hand, when one long
The light-shielding
As shown in FIG. 9, the back surface of the
When attaching the
The
In the mounting structure of the
According to the above configuration, the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, an
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the
In the above embodiment, the connecting
In the above embodiment, the
