Description

The present invention relates to a stationary mask device that is hygienic and has excellent convenience and portability.

Due to the influence of the coronavirus, the rate of people wearing masks has increased sharply. When it is necessary to temporarily remove the mask for meals when going out, usually, the removed mask is put in a pocket or bag of clothes or placed on a table for storage and deferment.
In that case, there is a risk that dirt and virus bacteria adhering to the storage / deferment destination will be reattached to the mask, and it is considered that hygiene cannot be maintained for the mask once removed as long as there is a possibility.

If the mask user himself / herself is infected with a pathogenic virus such as coronavirus, it is considered that the same virus bacteria as those infected by the user are attached to the mask in use. When such a mask is removed, if it is placed on a public object or brought into contact with something, the virus bacteria attached to the mask will be further reattached to the place, and as a result, the virus bacteria will spread and spread. There is a risk that it will end up.

To avoid the above danger and to maintain hygiene, a storage case exclusively for masks has been devised. Since the storage part is antibacterial processed, it prevents the growth of bacteria in the case.
However, it is conceivable that the temporarily removed mask (used mask) has not only virus bacteria but also body fluids such as sweat of the user and water such as rain.
Basically, the mask storage case does not have a function to dry the mask.
Even if the mask to which water such as body fluid or rain is attached is stored in the case, the mask remains moist and the usability of the mask is not improved.

Wet or damp disposable masks are recommended to be replaced with new ones because the function is impaired due to deterioration of the filter. Since it is difficult to obtain it, there is a human psychology that wants to continue using it for as long as possible without discarding it if it deteriorates to some extent.

There are many disinfectant solutions on the market that are soaked in masks or sprayed. Generally, it contains an alcohol component, and when a disinfectant solution is used for a mask, it is a necessary condition to dry the disinfectant solution before wearing it.
When considering the situation where the mask is dried, there is a risk that dirt and virus bacteria will adhere from somewhere during drying because the mask is unprotected by measures such as hanging it on something or placing it on a desk. There is.
That is, when the mask is dried, it is desirable that the mask retains an appropriate form by a dedicated device.

To summarize the above technical background: 1 If dirt or virus bacteria adhere to the storage / deferred place of the mask that was temporarily removed, when the mask comes into contact with that place, the dirt or virus bacteria will reappear on the mask. There is a risk of sticking.
2 If the mask user is unknowingly infected with a pathogenic virus such as coronavirus, if the mask is removed during use and placed on a public object or exposed to something, the virus bacteria will be found in that place. Reattaches, leading to the spread of virus bacteria.
3 If moisture such as sweat or rain adheres to the mask, not only the function as a mask is impaired but also discomfort is accompanied. In addition, the mask naturally becomes moist even when spraying the disinfectant solution.
From the above 1 to 3 items, it is clear that for the mask removed from the user, a device capable of storing, holding and drying the mask in an appropriate form is required.
In addition, since the distribution volume of mask disinfectant is increasing and it is highly likely that the etiquette habit of spraying the disinfectant on the mask will spread widely in the future, we will also consider a simple means of carrying the disinfectant. Should be.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus that solves the dangers and problems of the above 1 to 3 items and the simple portable means of the above-mentioned sterilizing solution.

The present invention has taken the following measures in order to achieve the above object.

It is a device for stationary masks, and is composed of a base portion joined and formed from a plurality of base portions and an arm portion supported and joined to the base portion. The joint portion existing in each portion is provided with an angle changing function and an angle holding function of each part of the base portion or each part of the arm portion, which is the joining source or the joining destination, and thus the base portion and the said portion. Each part of the arm part can be individually held at an arbitrary angle within a finite angle with the joint part as an axis, and the mask ear hook part is hooked on the base part and the arm part. It is characterized by having a convex portion.

A mask stationary device characterized in that each part of the base portion and each part of the arm portion are individually folded with the joint portion as an axis.

A mask stationary device characterized by having a space in an arm portion formed by joining the plurality of arm portions.

The present invention is a stationary device for a mask in use, and by deferring the mask on the device, dirt and virus bacteria adhere from the outside, and conversely, dirt and virus bacteria on public objects from the mask in use. Prevents the adhesion of. Further, the apparatus of the present invention can be changed into an unfolded form and a folded form according to the situation, and in the folded form having excellent portability, a liquid spray container can be contained and carried inside the device, and the liquid spray container can be used. It is possible to spray the contained disinfectant solution onto the mask that was stationary when the device was deployed, and to dry the mask in the stationary state.

The device of the present invention can be selected from a device deployment form in which the mask is stationary and a device folding form having excellent portability such as when carrying the mask, depending on the situation.
As described above, an embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 when the apparatus is deployed, and FIGS. 4 and 5 when the apparatus is folded.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in the apparatus of the present invention, the base portion 3a portion, the 3b portion, the 3e portion, the arm portion 3c portion joined to the base portion 3e portion, and the arm portion 3d which is also the arm portion. It is composed of parts. That is, the base portion is divided into three parts to be formed by a joint of three base parts (3a part, 3b part, 3e part), and the arm part is divided into two parts to form two arm parts (3c). It is formed of a joint of sites (sites, 3d sites).

Please refer to Fig. 2. The base portion 3a portion has a convex portion 1a, and the arm portion 3d portion has a convex portion 1b. As the role of the two convex portions, when the mask is stationary, one ear hook portion of the mask is hooked on the convex portion 1a. At this time, the side that touches the mouth of the mask (the back side) should be on the lower side. Then, by hooking the other ear hook portion on the convex portion 1b, the mask can be placed on the device with the back surface facing down and the shoulder rising to the right. That is, the mask can be stationary without interfering with an object other than the device (desktop, bag, etc.), and the risk of virus bacteria, dust, etc. falling from the upper part of the device adhering to the back surface of the mask can be prevented.

The joint between the base 3e part and the arm 3c part, and the joint between the adjacent parts of the base part and the arm part (all the joints in the apparatus of the present invention) are the joint source or the joint destination. It is equipped with an angle changing function and an angle holding function for each part of the base portion or each portion of the arm portion. Therefore, as a method of joining each part, specifically, it is desirable to join with a torque hinge equipped with a free stop function.

In the mask, the width from the left end to the right end of the mask ear hook differs depending on the size, shape, and design. That is, there are individual differences in the widths of both ends of the mask ear hook, and when the mask is placed in the apparatus of the present invention, it is necessary to make adjustments to obtain a suitable hook holding tension for each mask. Here, please refer to FIG. Since the joint portion 2b or 2d has a function of changing the angle of the arm portion 3c portion or the 3d portion, the distance between the convex portion 1a and the convex portion 1b where the mask ear hook portion is hooked by changing the angle of the arm portion 3c / 3d portion. The straight line distance of can be changed. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the hook holding tension of the mask for each mask individual.

A groove is provided in the convex portion 1a. The intention of the groove is to strengthen the hooking condition of the mask ear hook. That is, assuming that the mask ear hook portion is hooked in a slippery state in which such a groove is not provided in the convex portion 1a, if the mask hook holding tension is too strong, the mask ear hook portion will be affected. It is conceivable that the convex portion 1a may be displaced from the convex portion 1a. As such a measure, the convex portion 1a needs to have a groove or some ingenuity to strengthen the hooking condition. The same can be said for the convex portion 1b.

Please refer to Fig. 2. The liquid spray container 10 stands on the base portion 3b. Further, a space x and a space y are provided in the arm portions 3c and 3d. By providing the space x · y with respect to the mask 20 stationary in the apparatus of the present invention, the mask disinfectant solution contained in the liquid spray container 10 can be sprayed on the arm portions 3c / 3d without being prevented. In short, the mask disinfectant can be sprayed while the mask is stationary, and the mask can be naturally dried as it is.

It can be said that the liquid contained in the liquid spray container 10 is not limited to the mask disinfectant solution. For example, a liquid to be sprayed may be selected and stored and used properly according to the demand and situation of the user, such as a liquid containing an ingredient as a measure against pollen allergy and a liquid containing an aroma component having a relaxing effect. (The condition is that all liquids are harmless to the human body after being sprayed and dried.)

Please compare and refer to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The procedure for changing the form from the device deployment form to the device folding form will be described. In the device deployment mode, first, the arm portion 3d portion is folded in a mountain shape so as to overlap the arm portion 3c portion (with the joint portion 2d as an axis), and the convex portion 1b is provided on the arm portion 3c portion (at this time, the convex portion 1b is provided on the arm portion 3c portion). The overlapping arm portions 3c and 3d are erected (with the joint portion 2b as an axis) so as to be perpendicular to the base portion 3e portion. Then, the base portion 3b portion is erected (with the joint portion 2c as an axis) so as to be perpendicular to the base portion 3e portion.
Finally, when the base portion 3a portion is also erected (with the joint portion 2a as an axis) so as to be perpendicular to the base portion 3e portion, the device is folded.

The folding form of the device will be described. Spaces xy are provided in the overlapping arm portions 3c and 3d. Since the liquid spray container 10 can be contained in the space x · y, the liquid spray container 10 can be compactly carried together with the device in the folded form of the device without being bulky.

The volume of the liquid spray container contained in the space xy should be smaller than or equal to or less than the volume of the space xy. It can be said that a commercially available liquid spray container can be included in the apparatus of the present invention if the conditions of the above size are satisfied.

In the apparatus of the present invention, the conditions of the volume and shape of the liquid spray container that can be contained are determined by the volume and shape of the space x and y. Therefore, it is possible to design the volume and shape of the liquid spray container to be included according to the volume and shape of the space x and y. On the contrary, it is also possible to consider the volume and shape of the space x and y suitable for the volume and shape of the liquid spray container to be contained, and design the volume and the like of the device itself from there.

The convex portion 1a will be described. The convex portion 1a in the folded form of the device, together with the base portion 3a portion, serves as a lid that prevents the contained liquid spray 10 from coming out of the device. Please refer to FIG. A liquid spray container 10 is inserted into the device, and when the base portion 3a portion is erected at a right angle to the base portion 3e portion (with the joint portion 2a as an axis), the convex portion 1a and the base portion are formed. The device is in a folded form while the portion 3a acts as a lid that keeps the liquid spray 10 out of the device.

The raw material of the apparatus of the present invention or the liquid spray container 10 is not particularly specified as long as it is a material resistant to the alcohol component of the disinfectant liquid to be sprayed, such as polyethylene and polypropylene.

The development of the apparatus of the present invention will be described. Please refer to Fig. 1. For example, a hypothetical base portion 3f portion is joined behind the base portion 3b portion (this joint portion is referred to as a hypothetical joint portion 2e), and the hypothetical base portion 3f portion is designed to have a structure like a case for inserting a mask. If so, you will be able to carry a spare mask as a spare. If the hypothetical base portion 3f at the time of folding and carrying is folded by a mountain fold (with the hypothetical joint portion 2e as the axis) with respect to the base portion 3b portion, it will not be bulky and the portability of the device will not be impaired.

Although the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto.
