Description

The present invention relates to a sanitary mask and a sanitary mask sheet member for shielding the front of the wearer's mouth and suppressing the scattering of saliva and the like.

Conventionally, when it is desired to prevent saliva from scattering due to coughing or conversation, a cloth covering the mouth or a sanitary mask made of paper is generally used. In such a hygiene mask, the main body covering the mouth comes into contact with the wearer's face and the surrounding area is blocked, so that the scattering of saliva and the like can be effectively suppressed. Problems such as easy muffledness are likely to occur.

As a solution to such a problem, various sanitary masks for blocking the front of the wearer's mouth with a member made of a resin plate or the like to suppress the scattering of saliva or the like have been proposed (for example, Patent Documents). See 1 and 2 etc.).

Since the masks described in Patent Documents 1, 2 and the like are worn with a gap formed between them and the face, the problem of suffocation can be solved. Further, these masks have a relatively simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-24819

However, the masks described in Patent Documents 1, 2 and the like have a problem that the wearing feeling (comfort) is poor. The mask (cooking spit breath receiver) described in Patent Document 1 is used by applying a single flat plate body to the chin. For this reason, for example, it is not possible to secure a gap between the face and the mask, and the mask touches the mouth and nose during conversation. May cause problems such as instability.

Further, the mask described in Patent Document 2 is fixed to the head by putting the bottom surface of the mask body bent under the chin and putting rubber on the ears in this state. Therefore, it is considered that the gap between the mask body and the face is determined by the bent state of the lower part of the mask body, and there is a possibility that a stable wearing feeling cannot be obtained. In addition, there is a problem that the gap between the mask body and the face cannot be properly secured and the mask touches the mouth and nose during conversation, and the gap between the mask body and the face becomes too large, so saliva There is also a possibility that problems such as the inability to prevent the scattering of such substances may occur.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a sanitary mask and a sanitary mask sheet member that can be manufactured at low cost with a relatively simple structure and can improve the wearing feeling. The purpose is to provide.

One aspect of the present invention for solving the above problems is a sanitary mask for shielding the front of the wearer's mouth, the shield portion arranged in front of the wearer's mouth, and the lower end side of the shield portion. A sheet member provided with a contact portion having a width narrower than that of the shield portion and one surface of which contacts the wearer's face, and a connecting portion connecting the contact portion and the shield portion, and the shield. It is composed of a thin string-shaped fixing member attached to both sides of the portion and for fixing the sheet member to the wearer's ear or the head of the back of the ear, and the sheet member is a flat plate-shaped sheet. It is integrally formed by punching out a resin plate, a first bending line is formed at the boundary between the shield portion and the connecting portion, and a second bending line is formed at the boundary between the connecting portion and the contact portion. The first bending line has a curved portion that is a curve with the shield portion side convex, and the seat member has a valley fold when viewed from the wearer side. It is mounted in a state where it is bent along the bending line and is bent along the second bending line so as to be a mountain fold when viewed from the wearer side, and the shield portion is curved in the lateral width direction. It is in a sanitary mask characterized by being worn by a person.

Here, it is preferable that the connecting portion is provided with an extending portion extending to the outside of the contact portion in the lateral width direction on the shield portion side.

Further, it is preferable that a narrow portion having a narrower width than the contact portion is formed on the contact portion side of the connecting portion.

Further, it is preferable that the second bending line has a curved portion which is a curved line having a convex side on the shield portion side.

Further, it is preferable that both sides of the shield portion are provided with slit-shaped insertion holes through which the fixing member can be locked.

Further, another aspect of the present invention is a sanitary mask sheet member used for a sanitary mask for shielding the front of the wearer's mouth, which is integrally formed by punching a flat plate-shaped resin plate. A shield portion formed and arranged in front of the wearer's mouth, and a contact portion provided on the lower end side of the shield portion with a width narrower than that of the shield portion and one surface of which contacts the wearer's face. A connecting portion having a wider width than the contact portion and connecting the contact portion and the shield portion is provided, and a first bending line is formed at the boundary between the shield portion and the connecting portion. A second bending line is formed at the boundary between the connecting portion and the contact portion, and the first bending line has a curved portion formed by a curved line having a convex side on the shield portion side. Located on the sanitary mask sheet member.

According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the wearing feeling of a sanitary mask made of a resin plate or the like. Further, the sanitary mask has a relatively simple structure and can be manufactured at low cost.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 are views showing a non-use state of the sanitary mask according to the present embodiment, FIG. 1 is a front view, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA'of FIG.

The hygiene mask according to the present invention is intended to suppress the scattering of saliva and the like by shielding the front of the wearer's mouth without blocking the wearer's mouth.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sanitary mask 10 according to the present embodiment is composed of a sheet member (sanitary mask sheet member) 20 and a fixing member 30. The sheet member 20 is formed by punching out a single flat plate-shaped resin plate, and integrally includes a shield portion 21, a contact portion 22, and a connecting portion 23.

The material of the sheet member 20 is not particularly limited as long as it can be bent during use and has elasticity to the extent that the bending is eliminated when not in use. For example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyvinyl chloride. , Polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic resin, polypropylene, polyethylene, cellulose acetate, celluloid and other thermoplastic synthetic resin plates are preferably used.

The shield portion 21 is a portion that shields the front of the wearer's mouth and nose when the sanitary mask 10 is worn, and is formed in a substantially semicircular shape in the present embodiment. The shape and size of the shield portion 21 are not particularly limited, but are preferably such that the mouth of the wearer is hidden at least when viewed from the front and the side. Further, it is desirable that the shield portion 21 is formed in such a size that it can be hidden up to the vicinity of the tip of the nose of the wearer when viewed from the front. This makes it possible to appropriately suppress the scattering of saliva and the like.

The contact portion 22 is a portion where one surface of the contact portion 22 comes into contact with the lower jaw portion (lower portion of the mouth) of the wearer when the sanitary mask 10 is attached, and is the lower end side (lower side in FIG. 1) of the shield portion 21. ). The shape of the contact portion 22 is not particularly limited, but is preferably a shape close to the lower jaw portion of the wearer, and in the present embodiment, the contact portion 22 is formed in a substantially quadrangular shape.

The size of the contact portion 22 is not particularly limited, but is preferably such that the contact portion 22 does not protrude from the lower jaw portion of the wearer when viewed from the front.

This makes it possible to improve the wearing feeling of the sanitary mask 10. For example, regardless of the size of the wearer's lower jaw (even if the wearer's lower jaw is relatively small), the contact portion 22 can be brought into good contact with the wearer's lower jaw. Further, the wearer can wear the hygiene mask 10 at an appropriate position by bringing the contact portion 22 into contact with the lower jaw portion.

Since there are individual differences in the size and shape of the lower jaw portion, a plurality of types of sanitary masks 10 having different sizes and shapes of the contact portion 22 may be prepared.

Further, a protective member 40 made of a material having higher flexibility than the sheet member 20, for example, a non-woven fabric, etc., is attached to one surface of the contact portion 22 with which the lower jaw portion of the wearer comes into contact (see FIG. 2). ). As a result, the contact portion 22 can be brought into contact with the wearer's lower jaw more comfortably.

The connecting portion 23 is a portion that connects the contact portion 22 and the shield portion 21, and is formed so that the length (height) L1 at least in the central portion becomes a preset predetermined length (FIG. 2). reference). That is, the contact portion 22 and the shield portion 21 are connected by the connecting portion 23 in a state of being separated by a length L1.

Further, the connecting portion 23 includes an extending portion 23a extending to the outside of the contact portion 22 in the lateral width direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1) of the shield portion 21 on the shield portion 21 side. In other words, the connecting portion 23 is formed so that the lateral width W3 at the end portion on the shield portion 21 side is wider than the lateral width W2 of the contact portion 22. The length of the extending portion 23a in the lateral width direction of the shield portion 21 may be appropriately determined, but it is preferably set as long as possible. That is, it is preferable that the width W3 of the connecting portion 23 is set as wide as possible. In the present embodiment, the width W3 of the connecting portion 23 is set to be the same as or slightly narrower than the width W1 of the lower end portion (end portion on the connecting portion 23 side) of the shield portion 21.

Since the connecting portion 23 includes the extending portion 23a, the sheet member 20 can be appropriately deformed when the sanitary mask 10 is attached, and accordingly, the sanitary mask 10 can be easily attached (easy to attach). And can improve the wearing feeling.

The extended portion 23a is formed so that its length (height) gradually decreases as the distance from the contact portion 22 increases. That is, the height of the extending portion 23a (the length in the vertical direction in FIG. 1) is highest on the central side and lower on the outer side. As a result, when the sanitary mask 10 is attached, the sheet member 20 can be deformed more appropriately, and accordingly, the wearability and the wearing feeling of the sanitary mask 10 can be further improved.

The height of the extending portion 23a is not particularly limited, and may be substantially the same height in the width direction (horizontal width direction of the seat member 20).

The width W4 on the contact portion 22 side of the connecting portion 23 is preferably as narrow as or narrower than the width of the contact portion 22. In the present embodiment, the width W4 on the contact portion 22 side of the connecting portion 23 has the same width as the width W2 of the upper end portion (end portion on the connecting portion 23 side) of the contact portion 22.

Further, the connecting portion 23 is formed with a narrow portion 24 having a width narrower than that of the contact portion 22. That is, on both sides of the connecting portion 23, a constricted portion 25 is formed in which a part of the connecting portion 23 is cut out to the inside of the contact portion 22, and the portion sandwiched between these constricted portions 25 is a narrow portion. It is 24.

It is preferable that the narrow portion 24 (and the constricted portion 25) is provided on the contact portion 22 side as much as possible in the height direction of the connecting portion 23. That is, it is preferable that the narrow portion 24 is provided in the vicinity of the boundary between the connecting portion 23 and the contact portion 22. In other words, it is preferable that the narrow portion 24 is provided at a position as far as possible from the boundary between the connecting portion 23 and the shield portion 21.

Further, the width W5 of the narrow portion 24 may be appropriately set to such an extent that the strength of the connecting portion 23 can be secured, but it is preferably 75% or more with respect to the width W2 of the contact portion 22.

As described above, the sheet member 20 including the shield portion 21, the contact portion 22, and the connecting portion 23 is integrally formed by punching a flat plate-shaped resin plate.

A first bending line 26 is formed at the boundary portion between the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 of the sheet member 20, and a second bending line 27 is formed at the boundary portion between the connecting portion 23 and the contact portion 22. It is formed. The first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27 are composed of, for example, a shallow groove formed on the surface of the sheet member 20 and a plurality of small holes provided intermittently. Therefore, the sheet member 20 is easy to bend along the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the width W3 of the connecting portion 23 on the shield portion 21 side is set to be approximately the same as the width W1 of the shield portion 21. That is, the first bending line 26 substantially exists in the lateral width direction of the shield portion 21.

Here, the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27 have curved lines having the shield portion 21 side convex, for example, curved portions 26a and 27a having an arc shape. In the present embodiment, the entire first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27 are composed of curved portions 26a and 27a. The radii of the first bending line 26 (curved portion 26a) and the second bending line 27 (curved portion 27a) are not particularly limited and may be appropriately determined. Further, in the present embodiment, the second bending line 27 (curved portion 27a) is formed with a radius larger than that of the first bending line 26 (curved portion 26a). Further, the second bending line 27 does not necessarily have to have the curved portion 27a, and for example, the entire second bending line 27 may be formed in a straight line.

The fixing member 30 constituting the sanitary mask 10 together with such a sheet member 20 is composed of a string-shaped member, and is for fixing the sheet member 20 to the wearer's ear or the head of the back of the ear. The fixing member 30 according to the present embodiment is composed of, for example, a rubber cord, and by hanging the fixing member 30 on the wearer's ear, the seat member 20 is fixed to the wearer's head.

Specifically, mounting portions 28 to which the fixing member 30 is mounted are provided on both sides of the shield portion 21 of the seat member 20. The mounting portion 28 is provided so as to project outward in the lateral width direction of the shield portion 21 when the seat member 20 is in a flat plate state. The mounting portion 28 is formed with a slit-shaped insertion hole 29 through which both ends of the fixing member 30 which is a rubber string are lockably inserted.

By inserting the fixing member 30 into the insertion hole 29, the fixing member 30 is substantially sandwiched by the seat member 20 and is locked to such an extent that it does not come off when the sanitary mask 10 is attached. However, if the fixing member 30 is pulled with a strong force, it can be pulled out from the insertion hole 29. Therefore, the fixing position of the fixing member 30 with respect to the seat member 20 can be adjusted relatively easily by pulling the fixing member 30.

Then, the hygiene mask 10 having such a configuration is worn by the wearer by the following procedure. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a deformed state of the seat member when the sanitary mask according to the embodiment of the present invention is attached. Further, FIG. 4 is a front view showing a usage state of the sanitary mask according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a side view showing the usage state of the sanitary mask according to the embodiment of the present invention.

When the sanitary mask 10 is first attached, the wearer 100 first bends the flat plate-shaped sheet member 20 along the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27. More specifically, the seat member 20 is bent along the first bending line 26 so as to form a valley fold when viewed from the wearer 100 side. Further, the seat member 20 is bent along the second bending line 27 so as to form a mountain fold when viewed from the wearer 100 side.

As a result, the sheet member 20 is provided with creases along the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27. When the seat member 20 is mounted from the next time onward, the creases made along the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27 remain on the seat member 20, so that it is not necessary to make a crease again.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3A, the wearer 100 slightly bends the shield portion 21 in the lateral width direction in a state where the seat member 20 is slightly bent along the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27. Curve with. For example, the wearer 100 grips the vicinity of both mounting portions 28 provided on the side portions of the shield portion 21, and moves the mounting portions 28 toward the front (wearer 100 side) to appropriately bend the shield portion 21.

After that, as shown in FIGS. 3B, 4 and 5, the contact portion 22 is brought into contact with the lower jaw portion of the wearer 100, and the fixing member 30 which is a rubber cord is hung on the ear of the wearer 100. That is, the seat member 20 is bent along the first bending line 26 so as to form a valley fold when viewed from the wearer 100 side, and along the second bending line 27 so as to form a mountain fold when viewed from the wearer 100 side. In a state where the shield portion 21 is bent in the lateral width direction, the contact portion 22 is brought into contact with the lower jaw portion of the wearer 100, and the fixing member 30 is hung on the ear of the wearer 100. As a result, the wearer 100 can wear the sanitary mask 10 at an appropriate position.

As described above, the sheet member 20 is formed with a first bending line 26 having a curved portion 26a, which is a curved line having a convex shield portion 21 side, at a boundary portion between the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23. Therefore, when the shield portion 21 is curved in the lateral width direction, the seat member 20 is deformed so that the angle θ1 formed by the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 is smaller than that before the bending. As a result, the wearer 100 can easily wear the hygiene mask 10 while ensuring an appropriate gap between the face (mouth) and the shield portion 21. That is, the wearability of the sanitary mask 10 is formed by forming the first bending line 26 having the curved portion 26a which is a curved line with the shield portion 21 side convex at the boundary portion between the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23. And it is possible to improve the wearing feeling.

Here, if the flat plate-shaped sheet member 20 is simply bent along the first bending line 26 (see FIG. 3A), the folding at the first bending line 26 is not so deep. That is, if the flat plate-shaped sheet member 20 is simply bent along the first bending line 26, the angle θ1 formed by the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 becomes relatively large.

After that, when the shield portion 21 is curved in the width direction thereof, the connecting portion 23 is curved while rising accordingly. Since the first bending line 26 has a curved portion 26a which is a curved line with the shield portion 21 side convex, the connecting portion 23 rises toward the shield portion 21 and curves together with the shield portion 21. In the present embodiment, the connecting portion 23 includes the extending portion 23a, and the connecting portion 23 is formed with the narrow portion 24, so that the connecting portion 23 is particularly easy to stand up.

When the connecting portion 23 stands up when the shield portion 21 is curved, the folding of the sheet member 20 at the first bending line 26 that is valley-folded becomes deeper than before the shielding portion 21 is curved (see FIG. 3 (b)). ). That is, when the connecting portion 23 stands up, the angle θ1 formed by the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 becomes smaller than that before the shielding portion 21 is curved.

In the present embodiment, since the second bending line 27 has the curved portion 27a, the contact portion 22 is also curved in the lateral width direction as the connecting portion 23 is lifted upward. However, since the connecting portion 23 has the narrow portion 24, excessive bending of the contact portion 22 is suppressed.

Then, in this state, the contact portion 22 is brought into contact with the jaw of the wearer 100 and the fixing member 30 is hung on the ear, so that the seat member 20 can be folded in the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27. , Get even deeper. As a result, the wearer 100 can easily wear the hygiene mask 10 while ensuring a gap between the face (mouth) and the shield portion 21.

Further, since the contact portion 22 is appropriately curved, the contact portion 22 can be appropriately surface-contacted by the lower jaw portion of the wearer 100, and the wearing feeling (wearing comfort) and the stability at the time of wearing are improved. .. Further, the protective member 40 is attached to the surface of the contact portion 22 as described above. Thereby, the wearing feeling of the wearer 100 can be further improved.

Further, the connecting portion 23 is provided with the extending portion 23a, and the narrow portion 24 is provided near the boundary between the connecting portion 23 and the contact portion 22, so that when the shield portion 21 is curved, the shield portion 21 is provided. It curves almost evenly in the width direction without being partially bent. Therefore, when the sanitary mask 10 is worn, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a problem that, for example, the shield portion 21 or the fixing member 30 comes into contact with the cheeks or chin of the wearer 100 and the wearing feeling deteriorates.

Further, by mounting the sanitary mask 10 in a state where the connecting portion 23 stands up, that is, in a state where the angle θ1 formed by the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 is relatively small, deformation of the seat member 20 during mounting is also suppressed. Can be done. In the present embodiment, since the folding of the sheet member 20 at the first bending line 26 and the second bending line 27 is sufficiently deep, the wearer 100 talks with the sanitary mask 10 attached. Even when the mouth is moved, the position shift of the seat member 20 can be suppressed, and the wearing feeling (comfort) and stability are improved.

For example, if the seat member 20 is shallowly folded at the first bending line 26 while the hygiene mask 10 is attached to the wearer 100, the wearer 100 moves his / her mouth in a conversation or the like. There is a possibility that the sheet member 20 will be deformed so that the valley fold along the bending line 26 of the above is opened. However, since the first bending line 26 has the curved portion 26a and the angle θ1 formed by the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 is small, such deformation of the sheet member 20 can be suppressed. ..

As described above, in the sanitary mask 10 of the embodiment having the curved portion 26a in which the first bending line 26 is a curved line with the shield portion 21 side convex, the connecting portion 23 rises when the shield portion 21 is curved. By reducing the angle θ1 formed by the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23, it is possible to improve the wearability and the wearing feeling of the sanitary mask 10.

On the other hand, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, in the sanitary mask 10A of the comparative example in which the entire first bending line 26A is formed in a straight line and does not have a curved portion, the sheet member 20A is attached from the wearer side. Even if the shield portion 21A is curved in the lateral width direction while being bent along the first bending line 26A so as to be a valley fold, the connecting portion 23A connecting the shield portion 21A and the contact portion 22A remains. It does not stand up substantially, and the angle formed by the shield portion 21A and the connecting portion 23A after mounting tends to be relatively large. Therefore, it is difficult to improve the wearability and the wearing feeling with the hygiene mask 10A of the comparative example.

In the sanitary mask 10A of the comparative example, the connecting portion 23A is not provided with a portion corresponding to the narrow portion or the extending portion, but the connecting portion 23A is provided with a portion corresponding to the narrow portion or the extending portion. However, since the entire first bending line 26A is formed in a straight line, it is difficult to properly raise the connecting portion 23A when the shield portion 21A is curved.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the configuration of the sanitary mask according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the connecting portion 23 has the narrow portion 24 is exemplified, but the connecting portion 23 does not necessarily have to have the narrow portion 24. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the constricted portion described above may not be formed on the contact portion 22 side of the connecting portion 23, but may be formed with the same width as the contact portion 22. Further, the connecting portion 23 does not have to include the extending portion 23a. Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, the width W6 of the connecting portion 23 may be formed to be approximately the same as the width W2 of the contact portion 22 in the height direction (vertical direction in the figure).

Further, as described in the above-described embodiment, the first bending line 26 provided at the boundary portion between the shield portion 21 and the connecting portion 23 is entirely composed of the curved portion 26a in the length direction thereof. However, it does not necessarily have to be entirely composed of the curved portion 26a. That is, the first bending line 26 may be partially composed of the curved portion 26a. In other words, the first bending line 26 may have a portion that is not curved so that the shield portion 21 side is convex, for example, a portion formed in a straight line.

Even in these configurations, the shield portion 21 is curved as described above by having the curved portion 26a, which is a curve in which the first bending line 26 is convex on the shield portion 21 side, at least in a part thereof. As a result, the connecting portion 23 becomes easier to stand up. Therefore, it is possible to improve the wearability and the feeling of wearing the sanitary mask 10.

Further, since the sheet member 20 has a relatively simple structure in which the shield portion 21, the contact portion 22, and the connecting portion 23 are integrally formed by punching out a single flat plate-shaped resin plate, such a sheet is used. By using the member (sheet member for sanitary mask) 20, the sanitary mask 10 having improved wearability and wearing feeling can be manufactured at low cost.

Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the protective member 40 is attached to the surface of the contact portion 22, but the protective member 40 does not necessarily have to be attached, and may be attached as needed. do it.

Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the contact portion 22 has a flat plate shape, but an opening for ventilation may be provided.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the structure in which the fixing member 30 hangs a thin string-shaped member such as a rubber string on the wearer's ear is exemplified, but the fixing member 30 is not limited to this structure. For example, the fixing member 30 may be configured to connect the string-shaped members attached to both sides of the seat member 20 at the head (occipital region) of the back of the ear of the wearer 100.
