Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to double glazing for vehicles.
Insulated glass or soundproof glass used in the fields of construction and industry is made by sealing the peripheral edges of glass plates while maintaining a vacuum layer (vacuum layer) between multiple glass plates. Insulated glazing is known. Since such double glazing has a vacuum layer between the plurality of glass plates, it has higher heat insulating performance than when air or an inert gas is sealed between the glass plates.
As such double glazing, for example, an exhaust double glazing in which the peripheral ends of glass plates separated by a vacuum layer are sealed by a sealed glass bulk and a plurality of spacers are arranged in the vacuum layer is disclosed. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, the exhaust double glazing of

The double glazing for vehicles according to the present embodiment is between a pair of glass plates arranged opposite to each other, a sealing material which is a sealing material for sealing the peripheral edge of the pair of glass plates, and a pair of glass plates. It is a double glazing with an arranged spacer. The vehicle double glazing according to the present embodiment is for automobile window glass such as front glass, rear glass, side glass, roof glass, quarter glass, window glass for transportation such as trains and locomotives, and for construction of bulldozers and the like.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of the double glazing for a vehicle according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line II of FIG. In FIGS. 1 and 2, one of the main surfaces of the double glazing for
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The vehicle
Hereinafter, each member constituting the vehicle double glazing 1 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The thickness of the
If the thickness of the
The thickness of the
The thickness of the
The minimum value of the radius of curvature of the
The
The
When the
Further, the pair of
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the sealing
The sealing
The sealing
Glass adhesives include heat-meltable glass. Thermo-meltable glass is also called low melting point glass. The glass adhesive is, for example, a glass frit containing heat-meltable glass. As the glass frit, for example, bismuth-based glass frit (glass frit containing bismuth), lead-based glass frit (glass frit containing lead), vanadium-based glass frit (glass frit containing vanadium) and the like can be used. Bismuth-based glass, lead-based glass, vanadium-based glass, and the like are low-melting glass, and by using these as glass adhesives, thermal damage to the
The
One end of the
The
The height of the
The plurality of
The
By containing the polyimide resin, the
Further, the
Further, the
Further, since the
Further, since the
The
The
The
As the
The heat

熱反射膜50としては、Low-E(Low Emissivity)膜等を使用できる。
As the heat
As the transparent dielectric film having a heat-shielding property, a material such as a metal oxide or a metal nitride can be used. As the metal oxide, zinc oxide, tin oxide, titanium oxide, silicon oxide and the like can be used. The transparent dielectric film may be thinned in order to transmit light so as not to affect the transparency of the
Since the infrared reflective film can block infrared rays incident on the vacuum space S side, the heat insulating property of the vehicle
Examples of the method for forming a Low-E film include a dry coating method. Examples of the dry coating method include a PVD method and a CVD method. Examples of the PVD method include a vacuum vapor deposition method, a sputtering method, and an ion plating method, and the sputtering method is preferable because a film having excellent adhesion and flatness can be formed.
The heat
The shielding
As the

Next, black ceramic printing ink is applied to the entire circumference of at least one of the peripheral edges of the second
The coating film does not need to be completely baked at this stage, and may be completely baked in the process of convexly curving the glass plate.

(Adhesive application process)
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the first glass adhesive 200A is applied in a frame shape along the peripheral edge portion along the edge of the first
As shown in FIG. 5, the second glass adhesive 200B is inside surrounded by the first glass adhesive 200A in a plan view, and has a short side closer to the short side of the first
The first glass adhesive 200A and the second glass adhesive 200B are adhesives containing heat-meltable glass. The second glass adhesive 200B is a glass adhesive different from the

The spacer placement step may be performed at the same time as the adhesive application step, but the spacer placement step may be performed after the adhesive application step. This is because the

(Adhesion process)
After that, as shown in FIG. 10, the first glass adhesive 200A and the second glass adhesive 200B are cured to form a sealing

The bonding step includes a heating step and an exhaust step. In the bonding step, the heating step and the exhaust step may be performed at the same time, or the heating step may be performed after the exhaust step. In the present embodiment, in the bonding step, the heating step and the exhaust step are performed at the same time.
((Heating process))
In the heating step, the
The heating step preferably comprises two or more steps. For example, the heating step includes a first heating step of heating the inside of the furnace to melt the glass contained in the
In the first heating step, the glass in the first glass adhesive 200A melts at a lower temperature than the glass in the second glass adhesive 200B. That is, the glass in the first glass adhesive 200A melts before the glass in the second glass adhesive 200B. In the first heating step, the glass in the first glass adhesive 200A is melted, and the glass in the second glass adhesive 200B is not melted. When the glass in the first glass adhesive 200A is melted, the first glass adhesive 200A adheres to the
The temperature at which the glass in the first glass adhesive 200A melts and the glass in the second glass adhesive 200B does not melt is defined as the first melting temperature. At the first melting temperature, the glass in the second glass adhesive 200B does not melt, so that the shape of the second glass adhesive 200B is maintained.
In the second heating step, the
At the second melting temperature, the glass in the second glass adhesive 200B melts. As a result, the second glass adhesive 200B heated at the second melting temperature can be deformed to close the gap (vent) provided between the second glass adhesive 200B and the

In the exhaust process, the air in the internal space S1 is exhausted through the ventilation path. The exhaust step can be carried out by a vacuum pump or the like connected to the
In FIG. 11, the gas in the internal space S1 is exhausted downward to the outside through the
The glass adhesive 200 may have a property that the glass in the
After forming the vacuum space S, the composite substrate 3 is cooled and the exhaust process is stopped. Since the vacuum space S is sealed by the cured product of the
In the bonding step, when the heating step and the exhaust step are performed at the same time, the exhaust step may be performed from the middle of the heating step. For example, after the temperature in the first stage reaches the first melting temperature, the exhaust step is started and the gas in the internal space S1 (see FIG. 11) is discharged. Then, the second heating step is performed while performing the exhaust process. While the second glass adhesive 200B is deformed into the sealing
When the exhaust step is performed from the middle of the heating step, the exhaust step may be performed after the temperature is lowered to a temperature lower than the first melting temperature (exhaust start temperature). Further, if the shape of the glass composite 2 (particularly the first glass adhesive 200A) is not disturbed, the exhaust may be started before the first melting temperature is reached.
When the exhaust step is performed from the middle of the heating step, it is preferable that the second heating step is performed after the degree of vacuum of the internal space 500 reaches a predetermined value and the vacuum space S is maintained.
When the exhaust step is performed from the middle of the heating step, the exhaust step may be continuously performed when the temperature of the
After forming the composite substrate 3, the exhaust process is stopped to cool the composite substrate 3. Since the vacuum space S is sealed by the sealing
(Processing process)
Finally, if necessary, the composite substrate 3 is processed into a predetermined shape and cut along the cutting line CL (see FIG. 10) of the composite substrate 3, so that the
In the method for manufacturing the
In the present embodiment, the bonding step may be an exhaust step from the middle of the heating step. For example, after the temperature reaches the melting temperature, the exhaust process is started and the gas in the internal space S1 is discharged. In this case, the exhaust step may be performed after the temperature is lowered to a temperature lower than the melting temperature (exhaust start temperature). If the shape of the glass composite 2 (particularly the glass adhesive 200) does not collapse, exhaust may be started before the melting temperature is reached.
In the present embodiment, the adhesive application step may be performed after the spacer placement step or the gas adsorbent installation step.
As described above, the
When a laminated glass is produced by laminating a pair of glass plates via a sealing material, if there is a difference in the degree of curvature between one glass plate and the other glass plate, the thickness of the glass plate. When is 3.0 mm or more, the rigidity of the glass plate is high and the glass plate hardly bends, so that it is difficult to adjust the deviation of the pair of glass plates with the sealing material and seal the glass plate so as not to form a gap. In particular, when applied to vehicles, if the glass plates are thick, even if the two glass plates are curved and sealed in a state of facing each other, if the glass plates are thick, the degree of curvature of the two glass plates is high. It is difficult to match and it is difficult to obtain a high degree of airtightness between the glass plates. Further, since the laminated glass has two glass plates, if two glass plates having a thickness of 3.0 mm or more are used, the laminated glass becomes heavier, which causes deterioration of the fuel efficiency of the vehicle. On the other hand, the

<Example 1>
[Making double glazing]
Prepare two glass plates (soda lime glass) with a thickness of 2.8 mm and the same size (300 mm x 300 mm). A black ceramic layer is formed on one of the glass plates. A through hole for exhaust is formed inward by 10 mm or more in the surface direction from the peripheral edge of the glass plate on which the black ceramic layer is formed. Further, in the other glass plate, the glass particle paste is arranged in the peripheral portion of one of the main surfaces. After that, the two glass plates are physically strengthened to obtain air-cooled tempered glass. The radius of curvature of the two obtained glass plates is 21000 mm to 24000 mm in the horizontal direction (longitudinal direction) and 1400 mm to 1500 mm in the direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction (short direction). The composition of the glass plate and the conditions for physical strengthening are as follows.
(Glass plate)
-Glass composition: SiO 2 is 69.8 wt%, Al 2 O 3 is 1.8 wt%, Na 2 O is 13.2 wt%, Ca O is 8.5 wt%, Mg O is 4.5 wt%, and K 2 O is 0. It is 0.8 wt%, CoO is 247 ppm, Se is 30 ppm, and Cr 2 O 3 is 61 ppm.
(Conditions for physical strengthening)
-The glass plate is heat-molded at a temperature of 550 ° C to 700 ° C, and then blown with wind to quench it to a temperature of 500 ° C or lower within a time of several seconds to several tens of seconds.
Then, the glass plate having the through holes formed is used as the inner glass, the glass plate on which the glass particle paste is arranged is used as the outer glass, and the inner glass and the outer glass are washed with ion-exchanged water and a brush.
After that, the spacer is placed on the outer glass. Further, after applying the gas adsorbent to a part of the main surface of the inner glass, a sealing material is applied to the vicinity of 10 mm from the peripheral edge of the surface to which the gas adsorbent of the inner glass is applied, and the gas adsorbent of the inner glass is applied. Apply the encapsulant to the vicinity of 50 mm from one short side of the coated surface, and temporarily dry it. After that, the main surface on which the outer glass spacer is installed is installed on the inner plate glass encapsulant, and the main surface on which the inner plate glass encapsulant is installed and the outer plate glass spacer are installed. Laminates so that the surfaces face each other, and a laminate in which a spacer, a gas adsorbent, and a sealing material are sandwiched between the inner glass and the outer glass is produced.
An exhaust pipe connected to a vacuum pump is connected to the exhaust through hole of this laminate, and the laminate is heated at 200 ° C to 250 ° C while depressurizing from the exhaust pipe to cure the sealing material and to form a sealing material. At the same time as forming, a gas adsorbent is formed. After that, the air inside the laminate is discharged while further heating the laminate at 210 ° C to 280 ° C. Then, the vacuum pump is stopped to cool the laminated body, and then the portion of the outer peripheral side of the laminated body including the through hole for exhaust is cut and the cut surface is processed to obtain the laminated glass.

<例2~例5>
<Examples 2 to 5>
In Example 1, the same procedure as in Example 1 is performed except that the thicknesses of the two glass plates are changed.
As shown in Table 1, in Examples 1 to 3, the thermal transmissivity is 2.1 W / (m 2 K) to 2.5 W / (m 2 K), and the safety evaluation is also good. On the other hand, in Example 4, the thermal transmissivity is 3.5 W / (m 2 K), which is high. In Example 5, the safety evaluation is poor. Therefore, in Examples 1 to 3, unlike Examples 4 and 5, the thickness of the glass plate is set to 2.1 mm to 2.8 mm, so that even if the main surface is curved, high heat insulation performance and safety are achieved. It can be said that it can be effectively used as a glass for vehicles because it can be made lightweight while having the above.
