Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hair collecting device for collecting a pet's hair and a structure of a hair collecting device stand.
Familiar animals that have lived in harmony with humans for a long time are called companion animals. Hereinafter, the companion animal shall be referred to as a pet.
In recent years, pets have become recognized as part of the family, and pets are becoming more important. Representatives of pets include mammals such as cats, dogs, rabbits, squirrels, hamsters, guinea pigs, and ferrets.
In the pet industry, efforts are being made in various fields to deal with the coexistence of humans and pets, and to deal with the super-aging society of both humans and pets.
For example, with regard to pet food, the provision of pet food considering additives corresponding to the age group of pets is progressing, which leads to the aging of pets.
In addition, according to the national policy, the target for maintaining the health of the elderly, the so-called healthy life expectancy, is +1 year old. It has been verified from the data from the medical society that symbiosis between humans and pets is indispensable for this purpose. It has also been confirmed that the symbiosis between humans and pets also affects the life span of humans.
In the symbiosis between humans and pets, the handling of hair that has fallen out of pets has become an issue. That is, it is troublesome to collect the coat of a pet that has been scattered in the air or has fallen on the floor, and the collection work also requires labor. Conventionally, the hair that is likely to come off and the hair that has already come off on the body surface of the pet are collected using a vacuum cleaner or a cleaning tool such as adhesive paper that is generally used at home. Was there. In addition, when brushing a pet, the hair that is likely to be peeled off and the hair that has already been peeled off may be scattered on the surface of the pet's body. Therefore, there is a vacuum cleaner with a brush attached to the tip of the nozzle for pets.
According to

The present invention has been made against the background of the above-mentioned problems, and is a cover for mounting a hair recovery device capable of efficiently recovering a pet's hair while suppressing stress applied to the pet. It is intended to provide a hair collection device stand.
The hair collection device stand according to the present invention is installed on a suction air passage portion having a suction port formed at one end thereof and on the other end side of the suction air passage portion on the opposite side of the suction port. A housing having an opening for inserting a hair recovery device having a fan portion for generating a flow of air sucked from the suction port and a power supply portion for supplying power to the fan portion, and the housing. It is provided with a suction fan portion which is arranged inside the housing and causes an air flow from the opening toward the inside of the housing.
According to the present invention, there is provided a hair recovery device capable of efficiently sucking and recovering peelable hair and already peeled hair adhering to the body surface of a pet while suppressing stress applied to the pet. The hair collected in the hair collection device in that state can be moved to the hair recovery device stand.
Embodiments Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings including FIG. 1, the relationship between the sizes of the constituent members may differ from the actual one. Further, in the following drawings including FIG. 1, those having the same reference numerals are the same or equivalent thereof, and this shall be common to the entire text of the specification. Furthermore, the forms of the components represented in the full text of the specification are merely examples, and are not limited to these descriptions.
In the embodiment, among pets, especially cats will be described. First, the physical and ecological characteristics of cats will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram schematically showing how a cat's coat grows. FIG. 2 is a graph showing the relationship between the sound pressure level of a vacuum cleaner generally used in the home and the hair recovery speed. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between the sound pressure level and the air volume of a vacuum cleaner generally used in a home.
On average, about 600 coats grow on the body surface of a cat per 1 cm square. As shown in FIG. 1, the cat's coat includes guard hair, orn hair, and down hair. The average length of a cat is about 40 ± α cm from the neck to the base of the tail. The average waist circumference of a cat is 30 ± α cm. Therefore, the surface area of the body of the cat is 40 × 30 = 1200 cm 2 . Therefore, since there are 600 pieces in a 1 cm square, 1200 x 600 = 720000 pieces. However, since there is a dense part of the coat depending on the body part of the cat, it is considered that about 800,000 to 1,000,000 coats are present on the body surface as a result. As a comparison, the number of human hairs is about 100,000.
One human hair grows from one pore, but a cat's coat grows about six from one pore, as shown in FIG. And the cat's coat grows completely in about 3 months. In other words, if you have a large number of cats, the coats of the number of cats you have will be scattered on a daily basis. For comparison, dogs also have a similar coat growth.
Comparing the thickness of the coats of dogs and cats, the diameters of the coats of cats are 0.02 mm to 0.03 mm, whereas the diameter of the coats of dogs is 0, although they are both average. It is 0.05 mm to 0.1 mm. The wide range between the minimum and maximum diameters of a dog's coat is due to the fact that the thickness of the coat varies depending on the type of dog.
The average length of each coat of cats is 3 cm to 4 cm for short coats and 5 cm to 8 cm for long coats.
The coat is mainly composed of a protein called "keratin". At the base of the hair follicle, there is an organ that secretes sebum called the sebaceous gland. Hair follicles are sac-like epithelial tissues that enclose hair roots.
However, the cat's coat is soft, and the sebum secreted from the sebaceous glands does not sufficiently spread to the coat, so that the cat's coat is always in a soft hair state. On the other hand, dogs have thicker coats than cats, so sebum is more likely to spread over the coats.
Since cats are animals that act alone, they perform careful self-grooming to prevent their own body odor. On the other hand, since dogs are animals that behave in multiple ways, they need body odor in terms of ethology, and since having body odor is not a problem, self-grooming is not performed much.
That is, the cat has more time to perform grooming behavior to remove odors and stains and maintain cleanliness by licking its own body surface, and inevitably swallows its own coat. In addition, due to self-grooming, hair scattering is also occurring at the same time.
When a cat swallows its coat and the hairballs accumulate too much in the body, it becomes "hairball disease". Cats vomit hair that cannot be processed by the body by swallowing, but when "hairball disease" occurs, symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, constipation, or diarrhea occur, and when it gets worse, laparotomy is required.
Cat breeders often brush their bodies as part of their communication with the cat, in addition to the cleanliness of the cat's own body and the ability to prevent swallowing of the coat, in order to maintain the nature of the cat. By this brushing, unnecessary hair can be collected, and in addition, the comfort of the cat itself can be improved by stroking the body of the cat by the breeder. In other words, by brushing, hair recovery and stress countermeasures can be realized at the same time.
In addition, recent studies have revealed that brushing reduces stress in cats and at the same time produces a stress-reducing effect by secreting the hormone "oxytocin" in the breeder's own brain.
Conventionally, the scattered hair has been collected by using a vacuum cleaner or a cleaning tool such as adhesive paper that is generally used in the home. Also, there were few brushes that were specialized for animal species, especially cats. Most of the brushes for pets that are generally on the market are basically also used as "dogs". In other words, there were very few cat-specific brushes that corresponded to the constitution and personality of the cat. In extreme cases when using a brush that doubles as a "dog", brushing puts the cat in a stressed state. As a result, the cat was supposed to dislike the brushing act itself.
In addition, some breeders try to recover their coat by pressing adhesive paper against the cat's body surface, ignoring the nature of the cat. This act is equivalent to the act of forcibly pulling out the coat, causing pain, etc., and may be regarded as an abusive act against cats.
Also, commonly used vacuum cleaners have a basic task of collecting debris and are equipped with a motor that rotates at high speed to produce the fluid needed to suck in the debris. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, such a vacuum cleaner that rotates at a high speed and produces a strong suction force generates a loud noise due to the rotation. The sound generated by a vacuum cleaner has become a social problem as noise. In addition, as the motor rotates, various peak frequencies such as a sound due to an electromagnetic component, a sound due to a rotation component of the motor, and a fluctuating sound when air passes through the blades are also generated at the same time. Moreover, it is a well-known fact that the generated sound extends to a high frequency band, which is also an ultrasonic band of 20 kHz or higher.
Here, the results of investigating the stress response to the hearing and sight of the cat by experimental verification will be described. There are two types of cats, short-haired and long-haired, and unless there is a special reason such as obesity, the appearance dimensions and weight of domestic cats are approximately the same on average.
However, there are individual differences in "hearing" and "visual acuity" in consideration of age group and the like.
There are various opinions about the physical ability of cats, but it is not certain because there is not as much research as dogs. Since dogs have a strong obedience to humans, they can reliably obtain responses to various tests and studies, and are often used as research subjects, so various results have been announced. On the other hand, cats have less obedience to humans, so they do not respond to the same tests as dogs, and they also act as stress responses to external factors from the tests. Therefore, in cats, it is difficult to obtain test results and it is difficult as a research subject, so the research report contents that have been said before and the current research results are often different.
Therefore, we conducted an experiment to confirm the stress state of cats with respect to sounds, objects, colors, etc. from physical reactions. In the case of a cat, the stressed state can be easily confirmed by the physical appearance movement. For example, the stress state can be confirmed by physical appearance movements such as shaking the tail greatly, raising the coat upside down, turning the ears sideways, and running away as soon as the object is seen. If you run away as soon as you see an object, you can judge that you have a high learning ability for the object.
The number of cat samples in this experiment was 30, and there is no dependence on the sex of the cat, the age of the cat, the type of coat of the cat, etc., but the common point is that the cats are bred indoors. ..
In the hair recovery by any means, the cats caused the stress reaction as described above, and all the cats could not recover the hair without feeling stress. Any means is a vacuum cleaner, an adhesive paper, and a brush that also serves as a "dog".
It was also found that the loud sound was a major stress factor.
From the above, none of the means was configured from the cat's point of view, and there was no means for collecting hair exclusively for cats.
The experimental results of the auditory characteristics for the sound of cats are as follows.
It was found that the sound pressure level must be less than 30 dB when using a device that produces sound in a place close to the cat in real space, here a vacuum cleaner. In particular, it was found that 20 dB ± 3 dB or less is essential when using the vacuum cleaner in contact with the cat's body.
It was found that the stress response tends to be small in the frequency band when the sound pressure level is 30 dB or less with respect to the low frequency band of 1 kHz or less, particularly 800 Hz or less. In the case of 800 Hz or higher, the physical reaction to the sense of hearing could be visually confirmed from the sound pressure level of around 25 dB. In some cases, it was also confirmed that the avoidance action was started in search of a distance or place where no sound could be heard.
In addition, when a sound with a specific frequency band, for example, 1/3 octave, is output in a place close to a cat, the behavior is such that it can be heard from around 20 dB in the band of 10 kHz or higher, and it can be heard up to around 80 kHz. It turned out to show behavior that seems to be.
Furthermore, it was found that the peak protrusion amount must be 10 dB or less from the base level at 1 kHz or less.
From this, it was found that it is necessary to consider the operating frequency for the power supply.
The experimental results of the visual characteristics of cats are as follows.
It was found that cats react sensitively to the size of objects. It was found that when the breeder approaches the cat with, for example, a 500 ml PET bottle, he does not perform evasive behavior relatively. It is probable that this is because the cat decided that it would not harm itself.
However, as the size increased by 5 cm, the behavior of avoiding things came to be seen. In other words, it turns out that cats are very cautious about things that are larger than their own bodies, especially those that move. For this reason, in a vacuum cleaner used in a general household, not only the sound but also the size of the vacuum cleaner gives stress to the cat. Vacuum cleaners used in ordinary households also include cordless handy cleaners.
The experimental results of the visual characteristics for the color of the cat are as follows.
As for the color, the reaction was confirmed using a 500 ml PET bottle.
Cats are generally said to be colorblind, but it was found that when seven colors such as the rainbow were used, they tended to have no movement behavior for cool colors rather than warm colors. The reaction to white objects also tended to be the slowest.
From this, it is considered that the cat also recognizes the color of the object.
From the above experimental results, it can be assumed that the equipment close to the cat needs the following specifications.
As a specification for the sound generated from the device, the frequency band is an operating sound up to 800 Hz or less, and the sound pressure level is 25 dB or less.
As a specification for the size of the device, the size of a general 500 ml PET bottle is maximized.
The specifications for the color of the device shall be white or gray.
If the equipment configuration satisfies such specifications, it is expected that the stress given to the cat will be reduced. By developing a device based on this result, it is possible to develop a device that can efficiently collect hair before it is scattered in the air and reduce stress on pets and breeders. In other words, the development of a device that relaxes the pet by a movement similar to the movement of a person stroking the pet and at the same time effectively promotes the collection of the pet's hair, and at the same time, the breeder himself can obtain the stress reduction effect by interacting with the pet. It will be possible.
It is also known that the body of a cat has multiple acupuncture points. It has been clarified academically that stimulating this acupoint at the same time as brushing contributes to improving the relaxation of cats and improving the health of cats. For example, see http://cat-guide.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Cat body acupoint.jpg.
When the frequency band is 800 Hz, the power supply frequency is related, so it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to the frequency of the power supply to be operated, the harmonic component, and the sound pressure level at that time. Considering this point, a DC power supply drive using a battery or the like is effective as a power supply.

Further, it is desirable that the
On the premise of these, a specific configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, the
The
The
The
The material of the mesh filter constituting the
The
The
The fan rotation speed volume is operated by the user when adjusting the rotation speed of the
The power supply for operating the
In the case of a rechargeable type, only the
The
FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram schematically showing an enlarged internal configuration of the
The
When the
Further, when the
In order to keep the wind speed at the
The
The surface of the
The
Next, the structure of the suction
The suction
As shown in FIG. 7, the suction
The suction
In the side view, the radius of the arc-shaped portion of the

Further, in order to realize low noise, it is important to prevent turbulence or the like due to the air flow generated outside the substantially central portion of the flow path cross section of the suction
The
The
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the back surface side
As shown in FIG. 8, in the plan view state, that is, when the virtual plane P is the horizontal direction and the suction
As shown in FIG. 9, the
In the embodiment, the suction
13 and 14 are explanatory views schematically showing an example of a usage state of the
The user of the
That is, at this time, the hair that is likely to be peeled off and the hair that has already been peeled off, which are attached to the body surface of the cat Ca with which the
As shown in FIG. 14, when the
Further, in the rear
Further, in the embodiment, the shape of the
The hair sucked into the suction
Further, when the user moves the
The brushing time depends on the character of the cat, but it is generally 10 minutes or less each time. In addition, the weight of the coat collected at one time is 2 g or less on average, including the molting period in which there are many coats that change. From this, it is preferable that the width between the two
Further, the suction
Further, according to the

The
As shown in FIG. 16, when the
