Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a self-bonding tape carrier for carrying the self-bonding tape in an easy-to-use form.
Conventionally, self-bonding tape has been used for repairing pipe leaks. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a self-bonding tape made of a cured product obtained by curing a silicone composition containing a diorganopolysiloxane and a boric acid compound.
Since the self-bonding tapes fuse within a few seconds when they come into contact with each other, a release film is attached to both sides of the tape before use, and the self-bonding tape is further wound in the length direction in that state. It is distributed as a scroll. The user unwinds the scroll to the length using the self-bonding tape, cuts it with scissors, and then removes the release film before use.
However, when the tape is wound in the length direction, there is a problem that it is difficult to visually grasp the specific length of the self-bonding tape remaining in the scroll. For this reason, when the self-bonding tape is unwound from the scroll at the site, the required length cannot be obtained, and it may be troublesome to replenish a new scroll during the repair work. In addition, when cutting the self-bonding tape unwound from the scroll to the required length, it is very difficult to tear it by hand, and it is necessary to carry a blade such as scissors or a cutter. However, if there is no blade at the site, the self-bonding tape unwound from the scroll cannot be cut, and it may be troublesome to return to pick up the blade.
The present invention provides a self-bonding tape carrying body that can easily visually grasp the length and amount of the self-bonding tape to be carried and can be used without holding a blade.

≪Self-bonding tape carrying body≫
The present invention comprises a base sheet and a self-bonding tape formed of self-bonding silicone rubber, and one side of the self-bonding tape is attached to at least one side of the base sheet. A release film is attached to the other surface of the self-bonding tape, and at least one end of the self-bonding tape in the length direction is pointed (pointed shape). It is a wearing tape carrying body.

When one

The
The

In the self-bonding tape carrying body 1 of FIG. 1, two self-bonding

In the self-bonding tape carrying body 1 of FIG. 1, two self-bonding

In the above-mentioned form that can be wound, it is preferable that the lengths of the self-bonding
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the crease F is provided parallel to the length direction of the self-bonding

(Self-bonding tape)
An embodiment of a self-bonding tape constituting a part of the present invention will be described.
The self-bonding
The surface to be attached to the
From the viewpoint of increasing the adhesion of the self-bonding
By wrapping the self-bonding
As shown in FIG. 6, the convex curved surface of the
A
The thickness T 1 at the center of the self-bonding
The width of the self-bonding
The maximum tensile load of the self-bonding
The tensile elongation of the self-bonding
When the maximum tensile load and the tensile elongation of the self-bonding
The maximum tensile load and the tensile elongation are measured by using a tensile tester with a self-bonding tape at 23 ° C. and a tensile speed of 500 mm / min.
Hereinafter, an example of a pipe leakage repair method using a self-bonding tape will be described. In this example, the pipe is a water supply pipe, and a self-bonding tape is used to repair the pipe in which water leaks from the pinhole to stop the water.
As shown in FIG. 7, the self-bonding
When the self-bonding
The self-bonding
In the self-bonding
The self-bonding tape of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the other surface of the self-bonding tape is a convex surface that is thickest at the center of the self-bonding tape in the width direction and gradually becomes thinner toward the widthwise end of the self-bonding tape. It may be a surface on which a flat inclined surface is formed, with the center in the width direction of the tape as the apex and inclined toward the end in the width direction of the self-bonding tape. Further, both one side and the other side of the self-bonding tape may be flat surfaces.
