Description

The present invention relates to a flooring material having a male fruit portion at one end and a female fruit portion at the other end, and a flooring material construction method.

Generally, in a flooring material that is male-female fitted and phase-joined with an adjacent flooring material, a fitting ridge is formed as a male body portion on a base material body made of a highly rigid material arranged as an intermediate layer, and the female As a real part, a concave groove into which the fitting ridge is fitted is formed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Since male and female mating is firmly performed at such a highly rigid part between adjacent flooring materials, a step due to foreign matter biting or expansion of the base material after construction, unlike phase-jamming joining. Is unlikely to occur.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 07-189466

By the way, recently, as a simple remodeling method, a method of constructing a flooring material for remodeling on an existing flooring material has been implemented. As the flooring material used for this kind of remodeling, it is customary to use a thin flooring material of, for example, less than 6 mm in order to improve the fit to the peripheral part such as a door.

However, it is extremely difficult to form a male-female structure (male part, female part) on the base material body of this kind of thin flooring material because the base material body is naturally formed thinner. Is. Therefore, in order to form the male and female parts, one of both ends of the intermediate layer has a stepped notch on the front surface side, and the other has a stepped notch on the back surface side. ing.

That is, at one end of the intermediate layer, the portion excluding the notch space constitutes the fitting ridge for the male part, and at the other end, the notch space itself is the female part to which the fitting ridge fits. Concave a groove for. That is, in this flooring material, the back surface layer provided on the back surface side of the intermediate layer constitutes the groove wall on the lower side of the concave groove. Thus, in this type of flooring material, a female real part (recessed groove) is formed by two layers, an intermediate layer and a back surface layer.

However, in this type of flooring material, if the back surface layer arranged on the back surface side of the intermediate layer is composed of a cushion material such as a non-woven fabric that is easy to construct, the groove wall on the lower side of the concave groove is flexible. There is a possibility that a tight male-female mating will not be achieved. Therefore, even though the actual structure is provided, there is a possibility that a step may occur on the surface of the floor material at the joint.

The present invention has been proposed in consideration of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flooring material having an actual structure capable of achieving a firm male-female mating even with a thin flooring material. There is something in it.

In order to achieve the above object, the flooring material of the present invention has a male fruit portion at at least one end in one direction and a female fruit portion having a shape that can be fitted to the male fruit portion at the other end. Further, it is a flooring material bonded to an adjacent flooring material with an adhesive, and has a front surface layer, an intermediate layer, and a back surface layer made of a porous material, and the male body portion of the intermediate layer. The end portion on the side has a shape in which the surface side is notched, and the notched portion constitutes a fitting ridge protruding outward from the end surface of the surface layer, while the female real portion of the intermediate layer. The end portion has a shape in which the back surface side is notched, and the notched space constitutes a concave groove having a shape capable of fitting with the fitting ridge, and the end surface position of the back surface layer on the female real portion side. Is located outside the groove bottom position of the concave groove and inside the end surface position of the front surface layer, so that the concave space is outward of the end surface of the back surface layer on the female real portion side. Is formed, and when male and female are fitted to the adjacent floor material, the end faces of the back surface layer of the floor material and the back surface layer of the adjacent floor material are separated from each other.

Further, in the floor material joining method of the present invention, a floor material having a male fruit portion at at least one end in one direction and a female fruit portion having a shape that can be fitted to the male fruit portion at the other end is provided. A flooring joining method in which an adjacent flooring material is joined with an adhesive, wherein the flooring material comprises a front surface layer, an intermediate layer, and a back surface layer made of a flexible porous material, and the intermediate layer is formed of the intermediate layer. The end portion on the masculine portion side has a shape in which the surface side is notched, and the notched portion constitutes a fitting ridge protruding outward from the end surface of the intermediate layer, while the intermediate layer is said to have a notched portion. The female fruit portion has a notched end on the back surface side, and the notched space constitutes a concave groove that can be fitted with the fitting ridge, and is formed on the female fruit portion side of the back surface layer. By setting the end face position to a position outside the groove bottom position of the concave groove and inside the end face position of the front surface layer, the end face is located outside the end face of the back surface layer on the female body side. A concave space is formed, and when male and female are fitted to the adjacent floor material, the end faces of the back surface layer of the floor material and the back surface layer of the adjacent floor material are separated from each other. An adhesive is applied to the concave space of the floor material, and the floor material is joined to the adjacent floor material by male and female fitting.

Since the flooring material and the flooring material construction method according to the present invention have the above-mentioned configurations and procedures, respectively, even if the flooring material is thin, a firm male-female fitting with the adjacent flooring material can be realized. Can be done.

(A) is a partially omitted vertical cross-sectional view of the flooring material, and (b) is a vertical cross-sectional view showing a joined state between the flooring materials.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the basic configuration of the flooring material 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

The flooring material 1 described below is adjacent to each other, having a male fruit portion 40 at one end in at least one direction and a female fruit portion 50 having a shape that can be fitted with the male fruit portion 40 at the other end. It is a floor material 1 to be joined to the floor material 1 with an adhesive 7. Further, the floor material 1 has a surface layer 20, an intermediate layer 10, and a back surface layer 30 made of a porous material.

The end portion of the intermediate layer 10 on the male body portion 40 side has a shape in which the surface side is notched, and the notched portion constitutes a fitting ridge 41 in which the notched portion protrudes outward from the end surface of the surface layer 20. On the other hand, the end portion of the female body portion 50 of the intermediate layer 10 has a shape in which the back surface side is notched, and the notch space 13 constitutes a concave groove 51 having a shape capable of fitting with the fitting ridge 41.

By setting the end surface 32 position on the female body portion 50 side of the back surface layer 30 to a position outside the groove bottom 52 position of the concave groove 51 and inside from the end surface 21 position of the front surface layer 20, the back surface layer is formed. A concave space 53 is formed on the outer side of the end surface 32 on the female real portion 50 side of the 30.

When the floor material 1 is male-female fitted with the adjacent floor material 1, the end faces 32 and 33 of the back surface layer 30 of the floor material 1 and the back surface layer 30 of the adjacent floor material 1 are separated from each other.

Next, a detailed configuration of the floor material 1 shown in FIG. 1 and a construction method thereof (a floor material joining method on the surface to be constructed 3) will be described.

The flooring material 1 is thin with a thickness dimension of less than 6 mm, and is, for example, a thickness of about 1.0 to 2.0 mm. Since it is thinly formed in this way, even when the existing floor surface is used as the surface to be constructed 3 and the floor surface is directly constructed on the existing floor surface, it is possible to improve the fit to the peripheral portion such as the door. For example, even when the floor material 1 is struck against the sash frame of the sweep-out window or the threshold of the sliding door, the floor material 1 fits neatly within the thickness of those protrusions. Of course, it can also be applied to a thick floor material 1 that is directly applied to the floor base, not for remodeling.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the flooring material 1 has a rectangular shape such as a rectangle, and the plane dimension is, for example, 151 mm × 909 mm, but the floor material 1 is not limited to this, of course. At both ends of the floor material 1 in both directions, an actual structure for actual joining with the adjacent floor material 1 is formed. That is, a male fruit portion 40 is formed at one end in each direction, and a female fruit portion 50 formed so as to be fitted with the male fruit portion 40 is formed at the other end portion.

The flooring material 1 has a layered structure as described above, and has at least three layers of a front surface layer 20, an intermediate layer 10, and a back surface layer 30, which are fixed to each other. Further, the front surface veneer 27 is attached to the front surface side of the front surface layer 20, and the back surface side thin plate material such as the back surface veneer 37 is attached to the back surface side of the back surface layer 30.

The material of the front surface layer 20 and the back surface layer 30 is a glass non-woven fabric, respectively. It is desirable that these layers are made of a lightweight non-woven fabric having cushioning properties, and the glass non-woven fabric is more preferable because it has high strength, has little dimensional fluctuation due to temperature, and is less likely to be deformed such as a step after construction. In particular, the back surface layer 30 is preferably a porous material into which the adhesive 7 permeates, as will be described later, and the glass nonwoven fabric is an appropriate material.

Since the front surface layer 20 and the back surface layer 30 are each covered with a veneer as described above, the glass nonwoven fabric is not exposed to the outside, and there is no risk that the floor material 1 will be difficult to handle. In particular, since the back surface side thin plate material 37 is used to take in the adhesive 7 during the construction of the floor material 1, it is desirable to use a material such as a veneer whose shape is maintained to some extent by itself. ..

The intermediate layer 10 is used as the main base material of the main floor material 1, and is made of a wood plastic board (WPB) formed into a board (sheet) by blending wood powder with a resin material such as polypropylene resin or polyethylene resin. The intermediate layer 10 is not limited to WPB, and may be a wood-based material such as particle board or MDF, and it is desirable that the intermediate layer 10 is a material sufficiently harder than the back surface layer 30.

The male part 40 of the main floor material 1 is formed by processing the WPB base material which is the intermediate layer 10. Specifically, the surface side of the end portion of the WPB base material is notched in a stepped shape, and the thin plate portion 12 having the notch portion (notch space) 11 on the upper surface side is a protrusion for fitting the male body portion 40. It constitutes 41. The thin plate portion 12 of the WPB base material does not have to be formed by notch (cutting) molding, and may be formed by mold molding.

On the other hand, the female body portion 50 of the main floor material 1 is not fitted with a groove for fitting on the end face of the WPB base material itself, but is fitted by the cooperation between the WPB base material and the glass nonwoven fabric of the back surface layer 30. It constitutes a concave groove 51 into which the joint ridge 41 is fitted.

Specifically, the back surface side of the other end portion of the WPB base material is notched in a stepped shape, and the thin plate portion 14 having the notch portion (notch space) 13 on the lower surface side is used as the upper groove wall, and the back surface is used. A concave groove 51 for the female body portion 50 is formed by using the end portion of the layer 30 as the other groove wall. That is, the WPB base material is exposed on the concave groove 51 space side from the groove wall surface on the upper side of the concave groove 51 to the groove bottom surface, and the back surface layer 30 is exposed on the concave groove 51 space side as the lower groove wall surface. There is.

Further, as described above, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the position of the end surface 32 on the female real portion 50 side of the back surface layer 30 is inward from the position of the end surface 21 of the surface layer 20, and the groove bottom 52. It is considered to be a position outside the position. That is, the end surface 32 on the female fruit portion 50 side of the back surface layer 30 is recessed from the end surface on the female fruit portion 50 side of the floor material 1 itself. The end face position is a plane position of the end face in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction of the floor material 1.

Further, the end surface position of the back surface veneer 37 arranged on the back surface side of the back surface layer 30 is substantially the same as the end surface 21 of the surface layer 20 on the female real portion 50 side. On the male body portion 40 side, the end faces excluding the fitting ridge 41 are at substantially the same position.

In this flooring material 1, when the flooring materials 1 are joined to each other, the end faces 32 and 33 between the back surface layers 30 are separated from each other so as to sandwich the concave space 53, but the other end faces and the end faces of the fitting ridge 41 are separated from each other. And the groove bottom 52 of the concave groove 51 come into contact with each other. When the floor materials 1 are joined to each other, a slight gap may be formed between the end surface of the fitting ridge 41 and the groove bottom 52 of the concave groove 51, or between the back surface veneer 37.

In this way, the female real portion 50 of the floor material 1 is formed with a concave groove 51 and a concave space 53 communicating with the concave groove 51, which is shallower than the concave groove 51, and they integrally form an inverted L-shaped space. It is composed. The end 38 of the back surface veneer 37 is located on the lower side of the concave space 53, and when the main floor material 1 is constructed, the concave space 53 is filled with the adhesive 7 for joining the floor materials 1 (FIG. 2) is stored so as to be held by the end 38 of the back surface veneer 37.

Next, an example of a method of joining the main floor material 1 to the adjacent floor material 1 on the surface to be constructed 3 will be described with reference to FIG. In this example, since the main floor material 1 is the floor material 1 for remodeling, the surface to be constructed 3 is an existing floor surface.

The flooring material 1 on the left side (hereinafter referred to as the adjacent flooring material 1) in FIG. 1) (hereinafter referred to as installation floor material 1) is joined and installed.

An adhesive 7 for joining the installation floor material 1 to the adjacent floor material 1 and fixing it to the work surface 3 is previously applied to the work surface 3 on the male surface 40 side of the adjacent floor material 1. ..

In the installation floor material 1, the lower corner portion on the female fruit portion 50 side is covered with the female fruit portion 50 side facing the male fruit portion 40 side of the adjacent floor material 1 and the male fruit portion 40 side slightly lifted. The construction surface 3 is rubbed and moved so as to be joined to the adjacent floor material 1 and applied to the construction surface 3.

If the installation flooring material 1 is moved so as to rub against the surface to be constructed 3 in this way, as shown in FIG. 2A, the adhesive 7 applied to the surface to be constructed 3 is the flooring material 1 to be installed. It is taken in by scooping on the back surface veneer 37 according to the rubbing movement. The incorporated adhesive 7 is introduced from the concave space 53 on the upper surface of the end portion of the back surface veneer 37 to the groove bottom 52 of the concave groove 51 and accumulates. Since the female body portion 50 has a large space in which the concave groove 51 and the concave space 53 are integrated, a large amount of the adhesive 7 can be stored.

Then, while the fitting ridge 41 of the adjacent floor material 1 and the concave groove 51 of the installation floor material 1 are fitted, the adhesive 7 taken into the concave space 53 passes upward through the gap of the actual fitting. Will also grow. Then, as shown in FIG. 2B, the end faces including the male and female fitting portions are bonded to each other with the adhesive 7, and the installation floor material 1 itself is also bonded to the work surface 3.

As shown in FIG. 2B, when the floor materials 1 are joined to each other, the concave space 53 becomes a separation space 54 interposed between the back surface layers 30 of both floor materials 1, and the separation space 54 becomes. It becomes a surplus portion 55 in which the surplus adhesive 7 is accumulated.

The adhesive 7 remaining in the surplus portion 55 after the male-female fitting is formed in the internal gap of the glass nonwoven fabric at the end portion 31 of the back surface layer 30 of the female solid portion 50 of the installation floor material 1 with the passage of time in the uncured state. It will penetrate. Then, the adhesive 7 is gradually cured, and the curing causes the end portion 31 of the back surface layer 30 to become hard (higher rigidity) to form a hard portion 56 (a portion shown by cross-hatching). Become.

Further, since the back surface veneer 37 is fixed to the back surface side of the back surface layer 30, the end portion 31 (hard portion 56) has the back surface veneer 37 fixed to the hard groove wall on the lower side of the concave groove 51. Will be. The adhesive 7 in the vicinity of the groove bottom 52 of the concave groove 51 is mainly for adhering the fitting ridge 41 to the concave groove 51, but a part of the adhesive penetrates into the lower back surface layer 30. Therefore, it also contributes to the hardening of the end portion 31 of the back surface layer 30.

As described above, since the end portion 31 of the back surface layer 30 located below the concave groove 51 changes to the hard portion 56, once the hard portion 56 is formed, both the upper and lower grooves of the concave groove 51 are formed. It is unlikely that the groove width between the walls will be large and the strength of the male-female mating will be maintained. Therefore, after the construction of the floor material 1, dimensional fluctuations in the vertical direction at the joint portion 5 between the floor materials 1 and the resulting step are less likely to occur.

Next, another example of the shape of the floor material 1 will be described with reference to FIG. In the floor material 1 shown in this figure, the arrangement of the back surface layer 30 is different from that in FIG.

The floor material 1 has a shape in which the back surface layer 30 is translated toward the male body portion 40 with respect to the other layers. That is, as shown in FIG. 2A, on the male fruit portion 40 side, the back surface layer 30 protrudes outward from the front surface layer 20 and the back surface veneer 37, while on the female fruit portion 50 side, FIG. A concave space 53, which is further recessed than the one and has a large depth dimension, is formed.

When the same construction method as in FIG. 2A is carried out, when the flooring materials 1 are male-female mated on the surface to be constructed 3, the protruding portion 34 of the back surface layer 30 of the adjacent flooring material 1 enters the concave space 53. .. Therefore, the protruding portion 34 occupies a part of the concave space 53, and a separation space 54 smaller than the concave space 53 is formed between the floor materials 1. The separation space 54 becomes a surplus portion 55 due to the accumulation of the surplus adhesive 7.

The adhesive 7 remaining in the surplus portion 55 after mating between males and females permeates the internal voids of the non-woven fabric of the end portion 31 of the back surface layer 30 of the female real portion 50 of the installation floor material 1 with the passage of time in the uncured state. I will do it. Then, the adhesive 7 is gradually cured, and the end portion 31 thereof becomes hard and becomes a hard portion 56 (a portion shown by cross-hatching). Almost at the same time, the adhesive 7 remaining in the surplus portion 55 permeates into the inside of the protruding portion 34 of the back surface layer 30 of the adjacent floor material 1.

In this way, the end portions 31 of the back surface layer 30 of the installation floor material 1 and the protruding portions 34 of the adjacent floor material 1 arranged on both sides of the separation space 54 are both hard portions 56 and 57. In this way, on the female fruit portion 50 side of the installation floor material 1, the end portion 31 of the back surface layer 30 changes to the hard portion 56, so that the female fruit portion 50 firmly fits the tip portion of the fitting ridge 41. .. Further, by changing the protruding portion 34 of the back surface layer 30 on the male real portion 40 side of the adjacent floor material 1 to the hard portion 57, it is possible to prevent the root side of the fitting ridge 41 from sinking.

The flooring material 1 of the present invention is not limited to the flooring material 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, and may have other shapes. At least in the joint portion 5 between the floor materials 1, a separated space 54 may be formed between the back surface layers 30, and the adhesive 7 accumulated therein may permeate into the end portion 31 of the adjacent back surface layer 30.

Further, the floor material joining method is not limited to the method shown in FIG. The adhesive 7 may be stored in the concave space 53 in advance by a method different from the method shown in FIG. 2A, and then the floor materials 1 may be joined.

Furthermore, a method may be adopted in which the floor materials 1 are joined to each other without the adhesive 7 being held by the back surface veneer 37. Specifically, for example, the floor material 1 may be used in which the position of the end surface of the back surface veneer 37 on the female real portion 50 side is the same as the position of the end surface 32 of the back surface layer 30.

When such a floor material 1 is used, first, the adhesive 7 is stored in advance on the work surface 3 below the fitting ridge 41 of the adjacent floor material 1, and the installation floor material 1 is applied to the adjacent floor material 1. The adhesive 7 may be introduced into the concave space 53 (separation space 54) by mating the male and female. Of course, the same method as in FIG. 2A can also be adopted.
