Description

The present invention relates to a mask holder.

For the purpose of preventing pollen, infectious diseases, or colds, masks for covering a person's nose and mouth with a main body such as gauze or non-woven fabric are generally rubber strings attached to both ends of the mask body in a ring shape. It is worn by hanging the string-shaped body on the ear.

Such masks are said to be easy to put on and take off, but the elastic force of the string-like body presses the back of the ear toward the front, so if you wear it for a long time, you may feel pain in your ears, or the string and ear may be in contact with each other. It is notable that rubbing may cause scratches and inflammation.

Also, for those who wear spectacles, the mask is also worn while wearing the spectacles, so for example, when putting on and taking off the mask, the string of the mask wraps around the vine of the spectacles, which is very troublesome. Problems may occur. Further, for example, a person who wears spectacles for pollinosis measures also wears a mask at the same time, but there may be a problem that it is very troublesome because it is necessary to put on and take off both of them.

In view of the above problems, for example, a mask holder provided with a locking portion for locking the mask string is provided on the vine of the spectacles to avoid wearing the mask directly on a person. Are known.

Utility Model Registration No. 313657

However, in the invention described in the above-mentioned document, when the mask is properly worn, the string of the mask contracts in the direction of being pulled forward by the elastic force, and the vines of the spectacles are also pulled forward accordingly. .. Therefore, there arises a problem that the burden on the ears of the person wearing the spectacles increases and the discomfort increases.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mask holder capable of comfortably wearing a mask by a person who wears spectacles.

Hereinafter, the mask holder according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the invention is not limited to the illustrated examples. In the following description, those having the same function and configuration are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

First, the configuration of the mask holder 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 1. Note that FIG. 1 shows a main body 100L attached to the left vine 302 of the spectacles 300 in the mask holder 10. Since the main body 100R attached to the right vine 302 of the spectacles 300 has the same configuration except that it is symmetrical with the main body 100L, the main body attached to the left vine 302 of the spectacles 300 Only 100L will be described, and the description of the main body 100R will be omitted. Further, in the following description, the main body portion 100L and the main body portion 100R may be collectively referred to as the main body portion 100.

The main body 100 has a vine holding portion 101 extending in the extending direction of the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 and formed in a U shape in a side cross-sectional view to accommodate and hold a part of the vine 302 of the spectacles 300, and a vine holding portion 101. A vine-shaped support 104 that is projected downward from the front lower end of the vine, once gently (for example, 15 degrees) extends diagonally backward, then bends sharply (for example, 80 degrees) and extends diagonally forward. The gap in the vine holding portion 101 is filled by accommodating the lid member 107 that covers the opening portion of the vine holding portion 101 and the accommodating space 102 of the vine holding portion 101 according to the vertical length of the vine 302 of the eyeglasses 300. It is configured with an adapter 108 for the purpose.

The vine holding portion 101 is formed in a U-shape in a side cross-sectional view, and a housing portion 102 for accommodating a part of the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 is formed. Slide grooves 103 are formed above and below the open surface of the accommodating portion 102 along the extending direction of the vine holding portion 101. Further, the rear end of the vine holding portion 101 has a shape cut off diagonally, and the vine holding portion 101 has a trapezoidal shape when viewed from the front, but may have another shape, for example. It may be rectangular.

The lid member 107 is provided with a base portion 107a having a shape that follows the shape of the opening portion of the open surface of the vine holding portion 101, and a thin-walled flange portion 107b at the upper and lower end edges of the base portion, respectively, and the flange portion 107b. Is inserted into the slide groove 103 of the vine holding portion 101, so that the open surface of the vine holding portion 101 can be closed by the base 107a. At this time, the front surface of the vine holding portion 101 is covered substantially flush with each other. In the present embodiment, the slide groove 103 is formed over both ends, but a stopper may be provided on one end side to prevent the lid member 107 from coming off. Further, in the present embodiment, the lid member 107 is inserted into the slide groove 103 to close the opening portion of the vine holding portion 101, but for example, a thin-walled hinge is formed on the upper end edge or the lower end edge of the vine holding portion 101. Is integrally formed with the vine holding portion 101, and the lid portion matching the open portion of the open surface of the vine holding portion 101 is integrally formed with the hinge to be integrally formed with the vine holding portion 101, for example. A part of the lid may be elastically deformed so that the lid can be locked to the vine holding portion 101, and the hinge can be used as a rotation axis to open and close.

The adapter 108 has a gap portion 108a that is rectangular and extends in the front-rear direction and is partially cut out so as to form an upward slope from the front to the rear, and is held by the vine holding portion 101. It is possible to increase the holding power of the vine 302 by filling the gap formed by the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 and the accommodating portion 102 of the vine holding portion 101. If the gap formed by the vine 302 and the accommodating portion 102 is small, the adapter 108 may not be used.

Further, the above-mentioned support portion 104 is integrally formed on the front lower end edge of the vine holding portion 101. More specifically, the support portion 104 is integrally projected downward from the front end to substantially the center on the back side of the lower end edge of the vine holding portion 101, and its thickness is about 1/3 of that of the vine holding portion 101. It is in the shape of a thin plate. The support portion 104 is formed with a thin plate-shaped base end portion 104a extending at a gentle angle (for example, 15 degrees) from the base end to the rear, followed by an acute angle (for example, 80). A bent portion 104c forming an angle of degrees) is formed to be bent forward. Following the bent portion 104c, the thin plate-shaped body portion 104b is inclined downward toward the front, and is made thinner than the base end portion 104a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, when the mask 200 is attached to the mask holder 10, it has flexibility so as to be curved toward the jaw CH of the human HM. Further, the tip of the body portion 104b has a tip portion 104d, and as will be described later, the tip portion 104d can hold the lower end portion of the mask body 201 of the mask 200. As described above, since the support portion of the present embodiment has the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, the tip portion 104d is the jaw CH of the person HM wearing the glasses 300 to which the mask holder 10 is attached. Will be located in the vicinity of.

Further, the hooking portions 105 and 106 are integrally formed at the rear end edge of the tip portion 104d of the body portion 104b and the rear end edge at a predetermined position between the tip portion 104d and the bending portion 104c, respectively, and are projected rearward. There is.

The hooking portions 105 and 106 are configured to include elongated holes 105b and 106b formed along the extending direction of the body portion 104b and notches 105a and 105b for connecting to the elongated holes 105b and 106b, respectively. There is. Since the hooking portions 105 and 106 are configured in this way, for example, a rubber string 202 that functions as an ear hooking portion of the mask 200 attached to the mask holder 10 is inserted into the notch 105a or the notch 106a to form a long hole. By supporting the mask 200 with the 105b or the elongated hole 106b, the mask 200 can be attracted to the face of the human HM, and the adhesion between the mask and the face of the human HM can be improved. The mask 200 used in the present embodiment is provided with a pair of rubber cords 202 that function as ear hooks at the left and right end portions of the mask main body 201. In the present embodiment, the rubber cords are provided. Although 202 is hooked by the hooking portion 105, the rubber cord 202 may be locked by both the hooking portion 105 and the hooking portion 106, or hooked only by the hooking portion 106. You may try to do it. Further, the rubber cord 202 may be used without being hooked on any of the hooking portions 105 and 106. Further, for example, because the ear hook portion is customized with the self-made mask 200, or the length of the ear hook portion is not sufficiently obtained, the ear hook portion is provided with the vine holding portion 101 as described later. When it is not possible to support the mask 200, it is possible to hook the ear hook using only these hooks 105 and 106 to wear the mask 200. Further, when the mask 200 is attached to the mask holder 10, the rubber cord 202 can be hooked by the hooking portion 105 or the hooking portion 106 so that the rubber cord 202 can be arranged along the shape of the support portion 104. The 202 becomes less noticeable and looks better. The shapes and the number of hooking portions 105 and 106 can be appropriately set. Further, the hooking portions 105 and 106 may not be provided.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, a procedure for attaching the mask holder 10 to the spectacles 300 and attaching the mask 200 will be described.

First, a pair of main body portions 100L and 100R are attached to appropriate positions behind the vine 302 of the glasses 300 to be used. Specifically, the accommodating portion 102 formed in the vine holding portion 101 of the main body portion 100 accommodates the rear portion of the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 and the front portion of the bent position. In the spectacles 300 used here, the adapter 108 is not used because the height of the vine 302 substantially matches the height of the accommodating portion 102.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3, after the rubber string 202 of the mask 200 is further accommodated in the accommodating portion 102, the lid member 107 is slidly inserted from the front or the rear of the vine holding portion 101 to close the accommodating portion 102. At this time, it is preferable to arrange the position of the rubber string 202 of the mask 200 at an appropriate position. As a result, the mask 200 and the glasses 300 are held by the main body 100.

Next, the left and right corners of the lower end of the mask body 201 covering at least the nose NS and the mouth CH are folded inward and fixed by an adhesive means such as tape, and inserted into the left and right corners of the lower end of the mask body 201. Form a part. Then, the tip portion 104d of the support portion 104 is inserted into this insertion portion. Then, as shown in FIG. 3B, the support portion 104 flexes toward the jaw CH of the human HM. At this time, the tip portion 104d of the support portion 104 comes into contact with the inner circumference of the insertion portion formed in the mask main body 201 to prevent it from coming off. That is, it can be said that the mask 200 is supported by the tip portion 104d of the support portion 104. In the present embodiment, the mask body 201 is attached to the lower end portion 104d of the support portion 104 in the manner described above, but it may be configured to be attached by another aspect, for example, the lower end portion of the support portion 104. The tip of the portion 104d may be shaped like a comb so as to sandwich the lower end of the mask body 201. Further, the lower end portion 104d of the support portion 104 and the lower end portion of the mask main body 201 may be sandwiched and attached by using a holding means such as a clip.

After that, the mask 200 is attached to the mask holder 10 by hooking the rubber string 202 of the mask 200 to the hooking portion 105 provided above the support portion 104.

If the height dimension of the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 is smaller than the inner diameter height dimension of the accommodating portion 102 and the spectacles cannot be supported successfully, the adapter 108 shown in FIG. 1 (E) may be used as appropriate. It is possible to suppress the wobbling of the main body 100 attached to the 300. In general, the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 is often designed so that the height gradually decreases from the proximal end side (the spectacle body 301 side) to the distal end side (the ear ER side of the human HM). Therefore, the adapter 108 is formed so as to form an ascending slope from the front to the rear. Further, the adapter 108 has a length smaller than the front-rear dimension of the accommodating portion 102. Since the adapter 108 is configured as described above, it is possible to adjust the shape of the vine 302 of the spectacles 300 by changing the position in the accommodation portion 102 in the front-rear direction.

Since the mask holder 10 in the present embodiment is configured as described above, the load on the ear ER and the nose NS of the person wearing the glasses 300 to which the mask holder 10 is attached can be distributed in a well-balanced manner. Therefore, the discomfort at the time of wearing is reduced.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the mask main body 201 having at least the air permeability that covers the nose NS and the mouth of the human HM, and the pair of elastic cords 202 provided at the left and right side ends of the mask main body 201, respectively. The mask holder 10 for attaching the mask 200 having a The pair of main body portions 100 each extend in the extending direction of the vine 302 of the spectacle 300 and are formed in a U-shaped cross section to accommodate and hold a part of the vine 302 of the spectacle 300, and the vine holding portion 101. The lid member 107 for opening and closing the open portion of the vine can be opened and closed to form a tubular shape, and the vine holding portion 101 extends downward from the lower end edge of the vine holding portion 101. It has a support portion 104 that supports the portion. As a result, it is possible to provide a mask holder that allows a person who wears spectacles to comfortably wear the mask. Further, since the mask is attached to the spectacles via the mask holder, the mask does not directly touch the ears, and the mask can be attached and detached at the same time as the spectacles, which enhances convenience. In addition, the mask 200 can be attached and detached without directly touching the mask 200, which is hygienic.

Further, according to the present embodiment, when the human HM wears the spectacles 300 in which the pair of main body portions 100 are attached to the vines 302 of the spectacles 300, the tip portion 104d is located near the jaw CH of the human HM. The support portion 104 is formed as described above. As a result, since the mask can be supported near the chin, the mask can be worn in close contact with the human face.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the support portion 104 is in a dogleg shape so that the base end portion 104a is connected to the front of the lower end edge of the vine holding portion 101 and the tip end portion 104d faces forward. As a result, the elastic force of the ear hook portion of the mask can be dispersed, and the load on the ears of the person wearing the spectacles can be reduced.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the mask holder 10 can be accommodated in the vine holding portion 101, and the gap formed by the vine 302 and the vine holding portion 101 of the spectacles 300 accommodated and held in the vine holding portion 101. Since the adapter 108 for filling the mask holder is provided, it can be appropriately held by using the adapter depending on the type of vine of the spectacles attached to the mask holder, so that the versatility is enhanced.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the tip portion 104d of the support portion 104 and the hooking portions 105 and 106 on which the rubber cord 202 of the mask 200 can be hooked are provided at positions separated by a predetermined length, respectively. Since a mask having a short ear hook can be worn, it becomes possible to handle various types of masks. Further, by hooking the ear hook portion to the hook portion, the ear hook portion can be arranged along the support portion, so that the ear hook portion can be made inconspicuous and the appearance is improved.
