Claims (18)
- 円筒が長手方向に切られ、側面の一部は平面であり側面の残りの一部は曲面形状を有し、一側の底面に排出口が形成された本体部;及び、
前記本体部の平面である側面に隣接して配置され、一端部が前記本体部の前記一側の反対側である他側において前記平面である側面に連結され、排気ガスを前記本体部に移動させる排気パイプ;
を含む、選択的触媒還元反応器。 - 前記本体部の平面である側面に結合され、前記排気パイプを支持する板状スティフナー(stiffener)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記板状スティフナーは、前記排気パイプを支持するため、一領域が貫通して形成される支持ホールを有し、
前記排気パイプは、前記板状スティフナーの前記支持ホールに挿入されて支持されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。 - 前記板状スティフナーは、複数個が設けられ、
複数の前記板状スティフナーは、前記本体部の長手方向に沿って離間して配列されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。 - 前記本体部の内部に配置された触媒をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の曲面である側面に、触媒入出ドア部が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部と前記排気パイプとの連結部位と、前記触媒との間に配置された多孔板をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の他側の内部に設けられ、前記排気パイプを介して、前記本体部の内部に流入された排気ガスを前記触媒に向けて均等に分配するガイドベーン(guide vane)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記排気パイプの他端部には、還元剤噴射部が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記排気パイプの他端部には、ミキサーが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の平面である側面が上方に向くように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の排出口と前記排気パイプの他端部とは、同一の方向に開口されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部を床面から離間して支持する支持フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の両側の底面は、それぞれ外側に凸状に膨らんだ曲面で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の両側の底面は、平らに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の両側の底面の平らな面には、放射状に配置された複数の線状補強リブが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の両側の底面は、それぞれ、縁部は平らな形状であり、中央部は外側に凸状に膨らんだ曲面で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
- 前記本体部の両側の底面の平らな面には、放射状に配置された複数の線状補強リブと、前記外側に凸状に膨らんだ曲面で形成される中央部を囲む円状補強リブとが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の選択的触媒還元反応器。
