Abstract

To solve the problem in which since a mask body of a conventional mask is formed by stacking knit fabrics and has a space in a central part, it is not applicable to a commercially available planar mask, and since another conventional mask is a three-dimensional mask as to cover the nose and the mouth separately, it is also not applicable to the commercially available planar mask.SOLUTION: There is provided a space forming frame for a mask which is detachably attached inside a mask so as to form a space at least around the nose when worn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

The present invention relates to a space forming frame for a mask that is attached to the inside of a mask that is generally sold in the market and forms a space at least around the nose, and a space forming frame with a mask that eliminates a string that hooks on the ear.

As a prior art, the antiviral mask of the present application consists of two or more layers of a knitted fabric to which an antiviral agent is applied and a knitted fabric to which an antiviral agent is not applied, and the nose, lower jaw, and left and right ears. A mask body is formed by stacking a knit cloth to which an anti-virus agent is applied on the front side and a knit cloth to which an anti-virus agent is not applied to the inside in contact with the nose and the lower jaw in a form of covering the portion. The mask body is formed with a frame body formed by a knit cloth along the peripheral edge connecting the crown, the left inner ear, the lower jaw, and the right inner ear, and the central part is under the nose. In addition, as another conventional technique, a three-dimensional mask covering the nose is provided with a joint that covers the back of the nose and corresponds to the height and angle of the nose, and further folds gathers to widen the space of the nose height and the nose. Also, from the nose where gaps are likely to occur to both cheeks, an elongated pad is provided on the entire inner edge of the three-dimensional mask that covers the nose, and a shape fixing material and a thick ear strap are provided so that the elongated pad adheres to the skin. The former is formed by stacking knit fabrics to form a mask body and forming a space in the central portion, and cannot be used for a generally commercially available flat mask as in the present invention.

Further, the latter is one three-dimensional mask that separately covers the nose and the mouth, and this cannot also be used for a generally commercially available planar mask such as the present invention.

The present invention is intended to solve the problem of such a conventional configuration, and is not a dedicated mask as described above, but is detachably provided inside a general flat mask to form the shape of one's face. It is an object of the present invention to provide a space forming frame for a mask and a space forming frame with a mask that can be molded together and at least the space around the nose can be formed, so that the space forming frame for a mask and the space forming frame with a mask can be easily and surely fitted.

In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a space portion is formed so as to be detachably provided in the mask when the mask is worn, and at least to form a space around the nose. The space is formed near the center of the frame body made of a thin flat plate. A crease shall be formed in the frame body. The cheek pad is formed on the frame body. In the mask space forming frame 1, a space portion 3 by a through hole is formed in order to form a space K at least around the nose near the center of the frame body 2 made of a thin flat plate (for example, polypropylene resin or the like), and both sides thereof. An inflow hole 4 through which air flows in from the side is formed in the space, and cheek pads 5 and 5 are provided at both ends.
Further, folds 3a --- and folds 3b --- for folding are formed in the upper part and the lower part of the space portion 3 so as to fit one's face.
Further, creases 4a --- and creases 4b --- are formed in the upper part and the lower part of the inflow hole 4 for the same purpose.

Next, an example of using the mask space forming frame 1 will be described.
First, the necessary parts of the folds 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, 5a, and 5b in the mask space forming frame 1 are bent to form the space K, and then the space K is formed so as to fit the face KO of the self G. Once removed from the face KO, it is fixed to the inside of a commercially available flat mask M with double-sided tape (not shown), and is attached to the face KO again for use.
By using it in this state, the space K does not trap air, so that it is possible to reduce suffocation and heat.
Further, the inflow hole 4 allows the outside air to enter through the mask M, so that the heat does not accumulate more.
At this time, the cheek contact portion 5 comes into contact with the cheek H to prevent displacement. It is also a good idea to bend the creases 3a and 3b inward as needed. (Figs. 2 and 3)

Next, the space forming frame 6 with a mask of the second embodiment will be described.
A stringless mask M1 is formed on the outside of the mask space forming frame 21 having the same shape as the mask space forming frame 1.
The mask M1 is processed with a non-woven fabric or cloth, and is fixed so as to fit the shape of the mask space forming frame 21.

The point of the space forming frame 6 with a mask is that the cheek contact portion 25 is formed so as to firmly press the cheek.
Further, a pad (protective pad 7) for preventing slipping may be provided inside the cheek pad 25.
It should be noted that it is also conceivable to integrally form the pressing fixing portion 8 which is pressed and fixed to the temple at the upper end of the rear portion of the frame main body 22, and a shiatsu tool 9 using a magnet or a ceramic ball may be provided inside.
Further, a ring-shaped mounting portion 10 may be provided so as to be inserted into and mounted on the frame of the glasses.

In each of the above embodiments, the material of the mask space forming frame is not particularly limited to PP, PE, or the like.
Further, the thickness may be determined by the hardness (spring force), and about 0.1 mm to 1 mm is appropriate.
Further, the shape (form) is not particularly limited as long as it has the same function.
Furthermore, the shape of the pressing fixing portion, the material of the acupressure tool, the form of the mounting portion, and the like are not particularly limited.

A space forming frame for a mask, characterized in that a space portion is formed so as to be detachably provided in the mask when the mask is worn, and at least to form a space around the nose. The space forming frame for a mask according to claim 1, wherein the space portion is formed in the vicinity of the central portion of the frame body made of a thin flat plate. The space forming frame for a mask according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a crease is formed in the frame body. The space forming frame for a mask according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a cheek pad is formed on the frame body. The space forming frame for a mask according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein inflow holes are formed on both sides of the space portion. The space forming frame for a mask according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, wherein a fixing portion is provided on the frame body so as to be attached to the inside of the mask. The space forming frame for a mask according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, wherein a protective pad for protecting a portion in contact with the skin is provided inside the frame body. A space forming frame with a mask, characterized in that a mask without a string is formed on the outside of the space forming frame for a mask. The space forming frame with a mask according to claim 8, wherein a pressing fixing portion is formed on the rear portion of the frame body so as to press and fix the temples. The space forming frame with a mask according to claim 9, wherein a shiatsu tool is provided on the pressing fixing portion. The space forming frame with a mask according to claim 8, 9 and 10, wherein a mounting portion to be attached to the frame of the spectacles is provided at the rear portion of the frame main body.
