Claims (9)
- 電空ブレーキ制御弁ブロック(8)を有しているブレーキ制御弁装置であって、前記弁ブロックは、保持弁と、通気弁と、主調整器弁と、非常圧力調整器および車体重量圧力調整器とを有しており、前記弁ブロックは、ブレーキ供給圧力のための入口と、ブレーキシリンダのための出口とを有しており、前記保持弁および通気弁のために、入口空気開口と通気空気開口とが設けられている、ブレーキ制御弁装置において、
前記装置はさらに、構成モジュール(14)を有しており、前記構成モジュールはブレーキ供給圧力と空気接続されていて、前記入口への空気経路と、ブレーキシリンダから前記通気弁への空気経路とを提供しており、前記装置は、前記入口開口および通気開口への空気経路内の空気流を制御するように構成された少なくとも1つのチョーク(24,34)をさらに有していることを特徴とする、ブレーキ制御弁装置。 - 前記チョーク(24,34)は、前記ブレーキ供給圧力から前記保持弁および前記通気弁への空気流を制御するように構成されていて、前記通気弁へのブレーキシリンダ圧力の流れを制御するように構成されている、請求項1記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- 前記構成モジュールには、クラッシュ調整器および車体重量調整器のうちの少なくとも1つを構成するための高さ調節手段(28,38)がさらに設けられている、請求項1または2記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- 圧力弁ユニットにおけるブレーキ供給圧力の出口と、前記保持弁入口とは実質的に同一平面である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- 前記通気弁入口は、前記ブレーキ供給圧力出口と前記保持弁入口と実質的に同一平面である、請求項4記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- 前記空気弁ユニットは、一対の保持弁および通気弁によって2つのブレーキシリンダ内への圧力を制御する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- リンク弁が、前記保持弁および通気弁対それぞれの間の空気流を制御する、請求項6記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- 前記チョークは、前記空気弁ブロックと前記構成モジュール(14)との間に配置されたチョークプレートの形態で設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
- 前記チョークは、チョークにおけるねじの形態で設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のブレーキ制御弁装置。
