Description

Claims (11)
- 分娩の進捗を追跡する方法であって、
胎児を妊娠している女性の近くに、磁気センサ(16)のアレイを備える磁場センサアレイ(14)を配置することと、
前記胎児に対する位置に追跡装置(20、22、23、24)を配置することと、
磁場の各々が前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の特定の1つに固有である前記磁場を前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の各々から発生させることと、
前記磁場センサアレイ(14)によって前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の前記磁場を感知することと、
前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の感知された磁場を解析して、前記胎児に対する前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の位置および配向を識別することと、
前記胎児に対する前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の前記位置および配向を使用して、前記女性の分娩の進捗を判断することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記磁場センサアレイ(14)が、前記女性が横になっている出産用ベッドのマットレスの下または上に配置されたプレートを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記磁場センサアレイ(14)が、前記女性が横になっている出産用ベッドの近くに、しかしこれに接さずに、配置されたプレートを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)のうちの少なくとも1つが、3自由度の空間情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)のうちの少なくとも1つが、6自由度の空間情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追跡装置のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記女性の腰部、棘突起、もしくは骨盤に、またはその近くに取り付けられた腰部もしくは骨盤センサ(20)を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追跡装置のうちの少なくとも1つが、超音波センサ(22)を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追跡装置のうちの少なくとも1つが、傾斜計(23)を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追跡装置のうちの少なくとも1つが、指センサ(24)を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記胎児に対する前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の前記位置を使用して前記女性の分娩の進捗を判断することが、前記胎児の頭部のステーションを判断することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記胎児に対する前記追跡装置(20、22、23、24)の前記位置を使用して前記女性の分娩の進捗を判断することが、前記胎児の頭部の位置および角度配向を判断することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
