Claims (9)
- ターボ機械(1)の環状ケーシング(18)用の冷却装置(21)であって、ケーシングの軸線(X)周りに円周方向に延在するように意図されたコレクタハウジング(22)と、円周方向に延在してハウジング(22)の内部容積と接続する少なくとも2つの冷却管(23)とを備え、ハウジング(22)および/または各管(23)が、ケーシング(18)に向かって半径方向に開口している噴出オリフィス(25、28)を備え、ハウジング(22)と一体に形成された管接続部分(23)がハウジング(22)から円周方向に突出して延在し、これらの間に、ハウジング(22)の内側から外側への半径方向の空気流路を許容する少なくとも1つのハウジング(22)の少なくとも1つの凹部領域(29)を形成することを特徴とし、かつ、各凹部領域(29)が、ハウジング(22)の第1の軸線端部から第2の軸線端部へ延在する直線状部分(31)を有することを特徴とする冷却装置。
- 各凹部領域(29)が、ハウジング(22)の半径方向内側端部から半径方向外側端部まで半径方向に延在する直線部(30)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却装置(21)。
- 各凹部領域(29)が丸みを帯びた領域または接続フィレット(34)によって管接続部分(23)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の冷却装置(21)。
- 管(23)が、前記ハウジング(22)の半径方向内側部分(26)に配置された前記管(23)の接続部分に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置(21)。
- 前記ハウジング(22)の内部容積に開口して前記ハウジング(22)に対して部分的に半径方向外側にある冷却空気供給ダクト(35)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置(21)。
- 少なくとも2つの第1の管(23)および少なくとも2つの第2の管(23)を備え、第1および第2の管(23)がそれぞれハウジング(22)の両側に円周方向に延在し、ハウジング(22)が、2つの第1の管(23)の間に軸線方向に配置された少なくとも1つの第1の凹部領域(29)と、2つの第2の管(23)の間に軸線方向に配置された少なくとも1つの第2の凹部領域(29)とを画定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(21)。
- 各管(23)の接続領域におけるハウジング(22)の円周方向寸法と、各凹部領域(29)におけるハウジング(22)の円周方向寸法との比が、0.2〜0.7であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(21)。
- ターボ機械(1)の環状ケーシング(18)と、前記ケーシング(18)に取り付けられ、前記ケーシング(18)を取り囲む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却装置(21)とを備える、ターボ機械組立体。
- 請求項8に記載の少なくとも1つのターボ機械組立体を備える、ターボ機械(1)。
