Abstract
Description
i)エアロゾル発生基体を含有するエアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された加熱チャンバーと、加熱チャンバーの中に配設された発熱体とを備えるエアロゾル発生装置を提供する工程と、
ii)ピロ触媒材料を被覆として、発熱体と、加熱チャンバーの側壁とのうちの一つ以上に塗布する工程と、
iii)発熱体と、加熱チャンバーの側壁とのうちの一つ以上から望ましくない残留物を除去するために、発熱体を加熱する工程。
Claims (14)
- 吸入可能なエアロゾルを発生するためのエアロゾル発生装置であって、
・側壁を備える加熱チャンバーと、
・前記加熱チャンバーの中に配設された発熱体と、を備え、
ピロ触媒材料が被覆として、前記発熱体と、前記加熱チャンバーの前記側壁とのうちの一つ以上に塗布され、前記発熱体がピロ触媒クリーニングのために構成されている、エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記ピロ触媒材料が触媒および結合剤を含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記結合剤が高い熱伝導率を有する、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記発熱体が、ピンまたはブレードとして構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記装置が、前記加熱チャンバーを少なくとも部分的に閉鎖(好ましくは気密閉鎖)するための閉鎖手段をさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記閉鎖手段がリッドを備える、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記リッドが、前記装置に取り外し可能なように取り付け可能である、または固定されている、請求項6に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記閉鎖手段が閉鎖可能な空気吸込み口を備える、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 断熱層が前記加熱チャンバーの側壁と前記ピロ触媒材料の間に、または前記加熱チャンバーの周りに配設されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記エアロゾル発生基体が、たばこを含有し、かつ前記ピロ触媒材料が、たばこの熱分解のために必要とされる温度を380℃未満、好ましくは360℃未満、より好ましくは340℃未満に低減するために構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記ピロ触媒材料が熱分解クリーニングのための前記必要とされる温度を300℃〜380℃に低減するために構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- エアロゾル発生装置の加熱チャンバーをクリーニングするための方法であって、
i)エアロゾル発生基体を含有するエアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された加熱チャンバーと、前記加熱チャンバーの中に配設された発熱体とを備えるエアロゾル発生装置を提供する工程と、
ii)ピロ触媒材料を被覆として、前記発熱体と、前記加熱チャンバーの前記側壁とのうちの一つ以上に塗布する工程と、
iii)前記発熱体と、前記加熱チャンバーの前記側壁とのうちの一つ以上から望ましくない残留物を除去するために、前記発熱体を加熱する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記発熱体の温度が、前記加熱する工程中に、通常のエアロゾル発生温度を超過して、かつ380℃未満、好ましくは360℃未満、より好ましくは340℃未満の温度に上昇される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記発熱体の前記温度が、前記加熱する工程中に300℃〜380℃に上昇される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
