Claims (10)
- 伝導性液体および非伝導性液体を収容するキャビティを有する第1プレートと、
前記第1プレートの上および下にそれぞれ配置され、前記第1プレートとともに前記キャビティを定義する第2および第3プレートと、
前記第1プレートと前記第3プレートとの間から前記伝導性液体まで延びて配置される共通電極と、
前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートとの間に配置され、互いに電気的に離隔した複数の個別電極と、
前記第1プレートの内部、前記第2プレートの内部および前記第3プレートの内部の少なくとも1ヶ所に配置される温度センシング部と、を有する、液体レンズ。 - 前記第1プレートの内部、前記第2プレートの内部および前記第3プレートの内部の少なくとも1ヶ所に配置される発熱部をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記発熱部と前記温度センシング部とは、一体である、請求項2に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記発熱部および前記温度センシング部のそれぞれは、低抗体を有する、請求項2に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記発熱部および前記温度センシング部の少なくとも一つは、前記複数の個別電極または前記共通電極の一つと一体である、請求項4に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記発熱部および前記温度センシング部の少なくとも一つと一体である前記複数の個別電極または前記共通電極は、パターン化した形状を有する、請求項5に記載の液体レンズ。
- 前記温度センシング部または前記発熱部は、共通電極の周辺に配置され、前記共通電極の一部と連結される、請求項2に記載の液体レンズ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の前記液体レンズと、
前記液体レンズの温度を制御する制御回路と、を有し、
前記制御回路は、
センシング制御信号に応じて前記温度センシング部にセンシング電圧を供給するセンシング電圧供給部と、
発熱制御信号に応じて前記発熱部に発熱電圧を供給する発熱電圧供給部と、
前記温度センシング部と連結され、前記液体レンズの温度を算出する温度算出部と、
前記センシング制御信号を生成し、前記算出された温度によって前記発熱制御信号を生成する温度制御部と、を有する、カメラモジュール。 - 前記温度制御部は、前記算出された温度と所定温度範囲とを比較し、比較された結果によって前記発熱制御信号のレベルまたは生成が可能か否かを制御する、請求項8に記載のカメラモジュール。
- 請求項7に記載のカメラモジュールで行われる液体レンズの制御方法であって、
前記液体レンズの温度をセンシングする段階と、
前記センシングされた温度が所定温度範囲内に属するかを検査する段階と、
前記センシングされた温度が前記所定温度範囲内の温度より低い場合、前記発熱部を発熱させ、前記温度を再びセンシングする段階に進む段階と、を有する、液体レンズ制御方法。
