Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
相互に積層される複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーセル組立体と、
前記バッテリーセル組立体の両側に備えられる一対のエンドプレートと、
前記一対のエンドプレートと結合されて前記バッテリーセル組立体を覆い、前記複数のバッテリーセルが膨張するとき、前記複数のバッテリーセルの膨張方向に沿って変形するカバーフレームとを含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数のバッテリーセルの膨張方向は、前記バッテリーセル組立体の両側方向であり、
前記カバーフレームには、前記複数のバッテリーセルの膨張時に前記バッテリーセル組立体の両側方向に弾性変形する弾性変形部が備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記弾性変形部は、前記バッテリーセル組立体の長手方向に沿って所定の長さで形成され、複数が備えられて前記バッテリーセル組立体の両側方向に沿って所定の距離だけ離隔して配置される、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の弾性変形部は、前記カバーフレームの外側に凸状に突出し、前記カバーフレームの内側で凹状に形成される、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の弾性変形部は、前記複数のバッテリーセルの膨張時に弾性変形しながら前記カバーフレームの両側方向に沿って扁平になる、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記弾性変形部は、所定の大きさの溝状で備えられ、複数が備えられて前記バッテリーセル組立体の長手方向に沿って所定の距離だけ離隔して配置される、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数の弾性変形部は、
前記カバーフレームの中央に形成される中央溝と、
前記中央溝と離隔して配置され、前記カバーフレームの前端に備えられる前端溝と、
前記前端溝と前記中央溝との間に配置され、前記カバーフレームの前後方向に沿って所定の距離だけ離隔して配置され、前記カバーフレームの前方に向かって凸状に形成される複数の前側溝と、
前記複数の前側溝と前記中央溝を介在して対向配置され、前記カバーフレームの後方に向かって凸状に形成される複数の後側溝と、
前記複数の後側溝と離隔して配置され、前記カバーフレームの後端に備えられる後端溝とを含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記中央溝、前記前端溝、前記複数の前側溝、前記複数の後側溝及び前記後端溝は、前記複数のバッテリーセルの膨張時に弾性変形しながら前記カバーフレームの両側方向に沿って扁平になる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記中央溝は、前記カバーフレームの前後方向に沿って凸状に形成される、請求項7又は8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースとを含む、バッテリーパック。
