Claims (14)
- 発熱体を有するエアロゾル発生装置で使用する加熱式エアロゾル発生物品であって、
エアロゾル発生基体のロッドと、
前記エアロゾル発生基体のロッドを少なくとも部分的に囲むラッパーとを備え、前記ラッパーが前記ラッパーの少なくとも一つの表面上に加熱制御要素を備え、前記加熱制御要素が熱収縮性材料の一つ以上の円周帯を備え、前記熱収縮性材料をその収縮温度より高い温度に加熱すると、前記熱収縮性材料の前記一つ以上の円周帯のそれぞれの内径が、過熱前の前記それぞれの円周帯の内径と比較して少なくとも20パーセント減少し、それによって前記加熱制御要素の下にある前記エアロゾル発生基体の部分が、前記エアロゾル発生物品の引き出し抵抗(RTD)が減少するように変形し、前記収縮温度が約180℃〜約300℃である、加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。 - 熱収縮性材料の前記一つ以上の円周帯をその収縮温度より高い温度に加熱すると、前記エアロゾル発生物品の引き出し抵抗(RTD)が130mm H2O超に増大する、請求項1に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記熱収縮性材料の収縮温度よりも高い温度に加熱した時に伴う、熱収縮性材料の前記一つ以上の円周帯のそれぞれの内径の前記減少が、加熱前の前記それぞれの円周帯の内径と比較して少なくとも約30パーセントである、請求項1または2に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記一つ以上の円周帯のそれぞれが、前記ラッパーの内表面上に熱収縮性材料の層を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 熱収縮性材料の各層が0.5ミリメートル未満の半径方向厚さを有する、請求項4に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記加熱制御要素が、前記エアロゾル発生基体のロッドの長さの少なくとも75パーセントに沿って延びる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記加熱制御要素が、前記エアロゾル発生基体のロッドの外部表面積の少なくとも90パーセントの上にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記加熱制御要素が、前記エアロゾル発生基体のロッドの長さに沿って間隙を介した複数の円周帯を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記加熱制御要素が、第一の収縮温度を有する第一の熱収縮性材料の一つ以上の円周帯と、前記第一の収縮温度よりも高い第二の収縮温度を有する第二の熱収縮性材料の一つ以上の円周帯とを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記第二の収縮温度が、前記第一の収縮温度よりも少なくとも30℃高い、請求項9に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記一つ以上の円周帯が、前記エアロゾル発生物品の長軸方向軸に対して前記エアロゾル発生基体のロッドの周りに斜めに延びる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 熱収縮可能材料の前記一つ以上の円周帯が、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンセルロース(LLDPE)、ポリオレフィン、強化ポリエチレン樹脂(EPE)およびその組み合わせから選択される材料から形成される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記エアロゾル発生基体が内部閾値温度よりも高い温度に内部から加熱された時に、または前記エアロゾル発生基体が外部閾値温度よりも高い温度に外部から加熱された時に、前記熱収縮性材料が前記熱収縮性材料の前記収縮温度に達するかまたはそれを超えるように構成されていて、前記内部閾値温度が少なくとも約350℃であり、前記外部閾値温度が約200℃未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の加熱式エアロゾル発生物品。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品と、
前記エアロゾル発生物品を受容するように適合されたエアロゾル発生装置であって、前記エアロゾル発生装置が、使用中に前記エアロゾル発生材料のロッドを加熱するように構成されたヒーター要素を備え、前記ヒーター要素が使用中に最高動作温度未満で動作するように制御される、エアロゾル発生装置と、を備え、
前記エアロゾル発生物品の前記加熱制御要素が、前記最高動作温度未満で動作している前記ヒーター要素とともに前記エアロゾル発生システムを使用中に前記熱収縮性材料の収縮温度を超えないように適合されている、エアロゾル発生システム。
