Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生装置であって、
可燃性熱源を受けるための第一の管状セクション、およびエアロゾル発生基体を受けるための第二の管状セクションを含むハウジングと、
前記第一の管状セクションに受けられた可燃性熱源から前記第二の管状セクションに受けられたエアロゾル発生基体に熱を伝達するための、前記ハウジングの前記第一の管状セクションと前記第二の管状セクションとの間に配置された熱伝導性要素であって、第一の部分および第二の部分を有するバイメタル要素を含む熱伝導性要素と、を含み、
前記バイメタル要素が、前記バイメタル要素の第一の部分が前記ハウジングの前記第一管状セクションの近位にあり、前記バイメタル要素の第二の部分が前記ハウジングの前記第二の管状セクションの近位にある、第一の位置から、前記バイメタル要素が閾値温度超に加熱されたとき、前記バイメタル要素の前記第一の部分が前記ハウジングの前記第一の管状セクションから、前記ハウジングの前記第二の管状セクションに向かって変位する、第二の位置に変形するように配置される、エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置にスナップ作用で変形するように、前記バイメタル要素に予め応力がかけられる、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記バイメタル要素が、閾値温度超に加熱されたとき、前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置に湾曲する、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記バイメタル要素が、前記第一の位置で、前記第一の管状セクションに対して平らまたは湾曲し、前記第二の位置で、前記第一の管状セクションに対して湾曲する、請求項3に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記熱伝導性要素が、前記第一の管状セクションに受けられた可燃性熱源内への挿入のために、前記ハウジングの前記第一の管状セクション内に突出する第一の細長い熱伝導性部材をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記熱伝導性要素が、前記第二の管状セクションに受けられたエアロゾル発生基体内への挿入のために、前記ハウジングの前記第二の管状セクション内に突出する第二の細長い熱伝導性部材をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記バイメタル要素が、閾値温度超に加熱されたとき、前記第一の位置から前記第二の位置に収縮する、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記バイメタル要素が、バイメタルらせん状コイルまたはバイメタルスパイラルコイルである、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジングの前記第一の管状セクションから前記第二の管状セクションへの気流が実質的に防止されるように構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 一つ以上の空気吸込み口が前記第二の管状セクションに提供される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記ハウジングの前記第一の管状セクションおよび前記第二の管状セクションのうちの一方または両方が熱伝導性材料を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記ハウジングの前記第二の管状セクションの少なくとも一部分の周りに熱絶縁スリーブをさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記第一の管状セクションの少なくとも一部分の周りの熱絶縁カバーであって、前記熱絶縁スリーブに取り外し可能に接続される、熱絶縁カバーをさらに含む、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記熱絶縁スリーブが一つ以上の空気吸込み口を含む、請求項12または13に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置と、
前記エアロゾル発生装置の前記第一の管状セクション内に挿入するための、一つ以上の可燃性熱源と、を備える、エアロゾル発生装置。
