Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 肺を含む標的領域に送信される超音波パルスに応答するエコー信号を獲得する、超音波トランスデューサ;及び
前記超音波トランスデューサと通信する、1又はそれ以上のプロセッサ、
を備える、超音波システムであって、前記プロセッサが、
前記標的領域のスキャン中に、前記標的領域内のBラインを識別し、
前記標的領域の前記Bラインの重症度値を判定し、かつ、
前記Bラインの前記重症度値の少なくとも部分に基づいて、診断を決定する、
超音波システム。 - プロセッサは、Bラインの総数を判定して、前記Bラインの前記重症度値を決定する、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- プロセッサが、Bラインの空間的分布の判定により、前記Bラインの前記重症度値を判定する、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- プロセッサが、標的領域の1又はそれ以上のサブ領域内の前記Bラインの空間的分布を判定する、請求項3に記載の超音波システム。
- 1又はそれ以上のサブ領域が、肋間部空間を含み、重症度値が、標的領域内の各肋間部空間に対して決定される、請求項4に記載の超音波システム。
- プロセッサが、標的領域のスキャン中に、超音波トランスデューサがカバーする距離を判定し、かつ、識別されたBラインの総数で前記距離を除算して、空間的分布を判定する、請求項3に記載の超音波システム。
- さらに、超音波エコーから生成された少なくとも1の画像フレーム由来の超音波画像を表示するグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを備える、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- プロセッサがさらに、グラフィカルユーザインターフェースに、Bラインがラベルされた注釈付き超音波画像を表示させる、請求項7に記載の超音波システム。
- プロセッサがさらに、グラフィカルユーザインターフェースに、標的領域におけるBラインの重症度値のグラフを表示させる、請求項7に記載の超音波システム。
- さらに、標的領域のスキャン中に、超音波トランスデューサでカバーされた距離を判定する慣性運動センサを備える、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- 診断が、心原性肺浮腫又は非心原性肺浮腫を含む、請求項1に記載の超音波システム。
- プロセッサが、重症度値に閾値を適用して、心原性肺浮腫を非心原性肺浮腫から識別する、請求項11に記載の超音波システム。
- 肺を含む標的領域に送信される超音波パルスに応答するエコー信号を獲得する工程;
前記標的領域のスキャン中に、前記標的領域のBラインを識別する工程;
前記標的領域の前記Bラインの重症度値を判定する工程;及び、
前記Bラインの前記重症度値の少なくとも部分に基づく診断を決定する工程、
を含む、方法。 - 前記標的領域の前記Bラインの重症度値を判定する工程が、Bラインの総数及び/又は前記Bラインの空間的分布を判定する工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記Bラインの空間的分布を判定する工程が、標的領域のスキャン中に、超音波トランスデューサがカバーする距離を決定し、かつ、識別されたBラインの総数で前記距離を除算する工程を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- さらに、超音波エコーから作成された少なくとも1つの画像フレーム由来の超音波画像を表示する工程を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、標的領域のBラインの重症度値のグラフを表示する工程及び/又は前記Bラインをラベルする工程を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 診断が、心原性肺浮腫又は非心原性肺浮腫を含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、重症度値に閾値を適用して、心原性と非心原性の肺浮腫を識別する工程、を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 1又はそれ以上のプロセッサに、請求項13〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。
