Description

The present invention relates to a mask worn on a human face for use.

It is used to prevent pathogens, dust, pollen, etc. from invading the human body with breathing, and to prevent secretions such as saliva from scattering to the surroundings when coughing or sneezing. Conventionally, masks having various shapes and functions have been proposed, but as a mask related to the present invention, for example, there is a "mask" described in Patent Documents 1 and 2.

The "mask" described in Patent Document 1 has a multi-layered structure in which the main body of the mask consists of two or more layers of sheets, and between the first sheet and the second layer sheet from the nasal opening side. A pocket is formed, and the pocket contains a non-woven fabric impregnated with a chemical solution containing at least two components selected from the group consisting of an antibacterial component, a pollinosis preventive component and a moisturizing component, and the mask body is formed. The sheet on the first layer from the nose and mouth side is treated with water repellent treatment.

The "mask" described in Patent Document 1 prevents the growth of bacteria adhering to the contact surface of the mask body with the nasal opening side due to breathing, and the growth of bacteria via dust, pollen, etc., and is a mask. It can prevent the contact surface with the face from getting wet when worn, so it can be used hygienically and comfortably even after long-term use or repeated use, and it is also excellent in preventing pollinosis and moisturizing the mask wearing part. ..

The "mask" described in Patent Document 2 includes a mask main body portion composed of a pair of main body sheets in which one side edge portion is joined to each other, and ear hook portions provided on both side portions of the mask main body portion. The mask main body has a main body main part that covers at least a part of the user's nose and the mouth, and a convex part that protrudes upward from the main body main part and covers the upper part of the nose. One side edge of the main body sheet is overlapped with each other along the length direction, and at least a part thereof is joined to each other. The part located in the height range from the line connecting the two to the upper end of the user's nose, including the upper end of the side edge of the main body sheet, is a non-joined part that is not joined to each other, and the non-joined part is At least a part of it is located higher than the line connecting the inner corners of the user's eyes when worn, and it is in close contact with the user's face so as to cover the inner corners of the user's eyes or the vicinity thereof in a laterally open form. It is characterized by that.

In the "mask" described in Patent Document 2, since the portions including the upper end portion of the side edge portion of the main body sheet are not joined to each other, the main body sheet is opened at this non-joined portion at the time of mounting, and a large contact is made. In terms of area, it comes into close contact with the area from the inner corner of the eye to the upper part of the nose (the area that varies depending on the person and is complicatedly undulating), enhances the heat retention effect, and prevents allergic diseases such as pollinosis of the inner corner of the eye and nose. As described above, the "masks" described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 each have excellent functions, but these "masks" are the main body portion that covers the lips and the nostrils. Since it is attached by hooking a pair of ear straps (ear hooks) provided on the left and right of the face to the auricle, it is easy to attach and detach to the face, but there is a gap between the main body and the face. It often occurs or moves downward due to its own weight to expose the nostrils, reducing its function as a mask.

Further, as described above, the "mask" described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 is worn by hooking a pair of ear straps (ear hooks) provided on the left and right sides of the main body to the pinna. Therefore, there is a problem that the auricle hurts when worn for a long time.

Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a mask that is relatively easy to put on and take off from the face, has excellent stability during wearing, and can eliminate the burden on the ears during wearing.

Hereinafter, the masks 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, and 800, which are the embodiments of the present invention, will be described in this order based on FIGS. 1 to 16. Regarding the constituent parts of the masks 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, if the constituent parts of the mask described above and the constituent parts of the mask described later are common, they will be described later in the description of the mask. , The description may be omitted by giving the same name as the name of the component part of the mask described above.

First, the mask 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the mask 100 includes a mask body 1 having a breathability capable of covering the periphery of the region from the nose root to the nose hole of the human body and the periphery of the lips, and glasses worn on the face. A locking means 8 provided above the mask body 1 for detachably locking the bridge 11 of the 10, a belt portion 2 detachably wound around the neck of the human body, and the mask body 1. It is provided with a connecting portion 3 that connects the lower portion and the belt portion 2. Further, a linear member 7 having plastic deformability is arranged along the outer peripheral edge of the mask main body 1.

The belt portion 2 is made of a shrinkable elastic material, and hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 5 that can be engaged with and detached from each other are attached to both ends thereof. Since the size of the belt portion 2 of one surface fastener 5 in the longitudinal direction is set longer than the size of the other surface fastener 4 in the same direction, the surface fastener 4 with respect to the surface fastener 5 is set according to the size around the neck. The locking position can be changed.

Since the locking means 8 provided on the uppermost portion of the mask body 1 has a non-drying adhesive surface, the bridge 11 of the spectacles 10 is detachably locked. Since the locking means 8 is not limited to the non-drying adhesive surface, surface fasteners may be provided on the bridge 11 of the spectacles 10 and the mask body 1, respectively.

The procedure for attaching the mask 100 to the face is not limited, but for example, the mask 100 can be attached by the following procedure. The mask 100 in the state shown in FIG. 1 is placed on the front side of the face with the glasses removed, the belt portion 2 is wrapped around the neck, and the hook-and-loop fasteners 4 and 5 at both ends thereof are overlapped behind the neck to form a ring shape. This sets the belt portion 2 around the neck.

Next, with the spectacles 10 removed, the area from the base of the nose to the nostrils and the periphery of the lips are covered with the mask body 1, and then the spectacles 10 are worn on the face and the bridge 11 is locked. When brought into contact with 8, the mask 100 is held on the face as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.

Finally, when the portion of the linear material 7 on the outer peripheral edge of the mask body 1 is pressed toward the face, the linear material 7 is plastically deformed along the curved surface and unevenness of the face, so that the outer peripheral edge of the mask body 1 has a gap. It becomes a state of close contact with the face without any problem, and the state is stably maintained.

As described above, the mask 100 is relatively easy to put on and take off from the face, and is excellent in stability during wearing. Further, since it is not necessary to hang a string or the like on the ear when wearing the mask 100, it is possible to eliminate the burden on the ear during wearing.

Next, the mask 200, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mask 200 includes a mask body 21 having a breathability capable of covering the area from the nose root to the nose hole of the human face, the circumference of the lips, and the left and right cheeks, and the face. The locking means 28, 28a, 28b provided on the upper part of the mask body 21 for detachably locking the bridge 11 of the spectacles 10 worn on the mask body 21 are detachably wound around the neck of the human body. A belt portion 22 and a connecting portion 23 connecting the lower part of the mask main body 21 and the belt portion 22 are provided. The locking means 28, 28a, 28b have the same function as the locking means 8 shown in FIG.

On the left and right sides of the locking means 28 above the mask body 21, bay-shaped portions 26 recessed along the shape of the lower edges of the left and right rims 12 of the eyeglasses 10 are formed. Further, a linear member 27 having plastic deformability is arranged along the outer peripheral edge of the mask main body 21 and the bay-shaped portion 26. In FIG. 4, the locking means 28a is provided on the left side of the bay-shaped portion 26 located on the left side, and the locking means 28b is provided on the right side of the bay-shaped portion 26 located on the right side.

The belt portion 22 is made of a shrinkable elastic material, and hook-and-loop fasteners 24 and 25 that can be engaged with and detached from each other are attached to both ends thereof. The size of the belt portion 22 of one hook-and-loop fastener 25 in the longitudinal direction is set to be longer than the size of the other hook-and-loop fastener 24 in the same direction. The locking means 28 at the upper part of the mask body 21 has a non-drying adhesive surface.

The procedure for attaching the mask 200 to the face is not limited, but for example, the mask 200 can be attached by the following procedure. The mask body 21 in the state shown in FIG. 4 is placed on the front side of the face with the glasses removed, the belt portion 22 is wrapped around the neck, and the surface fasteners 24 and 25 at both ends thereof are overlapped behind the neck to form a ring shape. By doing so, the belt portion 22 is set around the neck.

Next, with the glasses 10 removed, the area from the base of the nose to the nostrils, the circumference of the lips, and the left and right cheeks are covered with the mask body 21, the glasses 10 are worn on the face, and the bridge 11 is engaged. When the lower edges of the rims 12 and 12 are brought into contact with the locking means 28a and 28b, respectively, the mask 200 is held on the face as shown in FIG.

Finally, when the outer peripheral edge of the mask body 21 and the linear member 27 of the left and right bay-shaped portions 26 are pressed toward the face, the linear member 27 is plastically deformed along the curved surface and unevenness of the face, and after the deformation. Since the shape of the mask body 21 is maintained, the outer peripheral edge of the mask body 21 is in close contact with the face without any gap, and the state is stably maintained.

As described above, the mask 200 is relatively easy to put on and take off from the face, has excellent stability during wearing, and it is not necessary to hang a string or the like on the ear when wearing the mask 200. The burden can be eliminated. Further, since the lower portions of both eyes on the face are covered without gaps by the bay-shaped portions 26 and 26 of the mask body 21, water vapor in the exhaled breath leaks from the upper edge portion of the mask body 21 and the lens of the glasses 10 becomes cloudy. Further, since the mask body 21 of the mask 200 has a width covering not only the periphery of the region from the base of the nose to the nostrils and the periphery of the lips but also the left and right cheeks, pathogens, dust, pollen, etc. It has an excellent function of preventing the invasion of lips and the function of preventing the scattering of secretions such as saliva, and also exerts a cold protection function in the cold season.

Next, the mask 300, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the mask 300 includes a mask body 31 having a breathability capable of covering the area from the nose root to the nose hole of the human face, the circumference of the lips, and the left and right cheeks, and the face. The locking means 38 provided on the upper portion of the mask body 31 for detachably locking the bridge 11 of the glasses 10 worn on the mask body 31 and the belt portion 32 extending to the left and right from the lower edge portion of the mask body 31. And have.

Bay-shaped portions 36 are formed on the left and right sides of the locking means 38 on the upper portion of the mask main body 31, and linear members 37 having plastic deformability are arranged along the left and right outer edges of the mask main body 31 and the bay-shaped portions 36. It is set up. The belt portion 32 is made of a shrinkable elastic material, and hook-and-loop fasteners 34 and 35 that can be engaged with and detached from each other are attached to both ends thereof. The locking means 38 at the upper part of the mask body 31 has a non-drying adhesive surface.

The procedure for attaching the mask 300 to the face is the same as that for the mask 200 described above, and the same action and effect as those for the mask 200 are exhibited, but as shown in FIG. 6, the width of the mask body 31 of the mask 300 in the left-right direction is higher. Since it is constant from the edge portion to the lower edge portion, as shown in FIG. 7, the mask body 31 can cover not only the periphery of the lips but also the region from the submandibular gland to the upper part of the neck. Therefore, the mask 300 is excellent in the function of preventing the invasion of pathogens, dust or pollen, the function of preventing the scattering of secretions such as saliva, and also exhibits the function of protecting against the cold in the cold season.

Next, the mask 400, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. In FIG. 9, a part of the hair is omitted in order to make it easier to see the shape of the mask 400 on the back surface side.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the mask 400 includes a mask body 41 having a breathability capable of covering the periphery of the region from the nose root to the nose hole of the human body and the periphery of the lips, and the upper portion of the mask body 41. The locking means 46 provided in the mask body 41, the ring-shaped belt portion 42 having elasticity extending to the left and right from the connecting portion 43 below the mask main body 41, and the belt portion 42 wrapped around the neck of the human body. An upper holding portion 44 that extends from the back surface portion of the human body to the upper portion via the rear connecting portion 45 and can be attached to the region from the back of the head to the crown of the human body, and a position that can be attached to and detached from the locking means 46 in the upper holding portion 44. It is provided with a locking portion 47 extended to the surface. The locking means 46 and the locking portion 47 are hook-and-loop fasteners that can be engaged with and detached from each other, but connectors and hooks having the same function can also be used.

The procedure for attaching the mask 400 to the face is not limited, but for example, the mask 400 can be attached by the following procedure. First, with the glasses 10 removed, the ring-shaped belt portion 42 with the connecting portion 43 facing forward is covered from the head and moved downward, and the belt portion 42 is set around the neck. Next, the upper holding portion 44 is placed on the crown of the head with the posterior connecting portion 45 in contact with the back of the head, and the locking portion 47 hangs down from between the eyebrows of the face to the vicinity of the base of the nose.

Next, with the glasses 10 removed, the mask body 41 is lifted so as to approach the face, the periphery of the region from the nose root to the nostrils and the periphery of the lips are covered with the mask body 41, and the locking means 46 is locked. When abutted and engaged with 47, the mask 400 is held on the face, as shown in FIG. After this, the glasses 10 can be worn.

The mask 400 exhibits the same effect as the mask 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but since the weight of the mask body 41 and the like is not applied to the spectacles 10, it is possible to avoid a weight burden on the face and auricle. can. Further, in the mask 400, the glasses 10 can be attached to and detached from the face while wearing the mask 400.

Next, the mask 500, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the mask body 51 of the mask 500 is different in shape from the mask body 41 of the mask 400 shown in FIG. 8, but other parts are the same.

That is, the mask body 41 of the mask 400 shown in FIG. 8 can cover the periphery of the region from the nose root to the nose hole of the human body and the circumference of the lips, whereas the mask body 51 of the mask 500 shown in FIG. 10 can cover the periphery of the lip. It is possible to cover the area around the nose root to the nose hole of the human face, the area around the lips, and the left and right cheeks.

As described above, since the mask body 51 of the mask 500 can cover a wide range of the face, it is excellent in the function of preventing the invasion of pathogens, dust or pollen, and the function of preventing the scattering of secretions such as saliva, and the temperature is low. It also has a cold protection function during the season.

Next, the mask 600, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the mask 600 includes a mask body 61 capable of covering the area from the nose root to the nostrils of the human face, the lips, and the left and right cheeks, and the neck of the human body. It is provided with a belt portion 62 that is detachably wound around the surface. The mask main body 61 includes a plurality of divided bodies 61a and 61b divided into left and right, and a fastener 65 as a joining means for joining the divided bodies 61a and 61b to each other in a detachable manner. The fastener 65 is composed of left and right elements 63a and 63b, a slider 64, and the like.

A bay-shaped portion 66 recessed along the shape of the lower edge portion of the left and right rims 12 of the spectacles 10 is formed in the upper portion of the left and right divided bodies 61a and 61b, respectively. Further, a linear member 67 having plastic deformability is arranged along the outer peripheral edge of the mask main body 61 and the bay-shaped portion 66.

The procedure for attaching the mask 600 to the face is not limited, but for example, the mask 600 can be attached by the following procedure. In the case of the mask 600, the glasses 10 can be worn without removing the glasses 10 from the face.

As shown in FIG. 11, the central portion of the belt portion 62 of the mask 600 in which the elements 63a and 63b are separated is arranged behind the neck, and the divided bodies 61a and 61b are arranged from the left and right temporal regions toward the face, respectively. Move the elements 63a, 63b to face each other in front of the nose. After that, when the lower end of the element 63b is engaged with the slider 64 and the slider 64 is raised, the elements 63a and 63b are joined to each other, and as shown in FIG. 12, the fastener 65 is closed and the fastener 65 is closed from the nostril of the face. The area around the nostrils, the area around the lips, and the left and right cheeks are covered with the mask body 61.

Finally, when the outer peripheral edge of the mask body 61 and the linear member 67 of the left and right bay-shaped portions 66 are pressed toward the face, the linear member 67 is plastically deformed along the curved surface and unevenness of the face, and after the deformation. Since the shape of the mask body 61 is maintained, the outer peripheral edge of the mask body 61 is in close contact with the face without any gap, and the state is stably maintained. When the rim 12 of the spectacles 10 is made of a material that is attracted to the magnet, if the linear member 67 located along the bay-shaped portions 66, 66 is formed of the magnet, the bay-shaped portions 66, 66 can be formed. Can be adsorbed on the lower edges of the rims 12 and 12 to improve the stable holding function.

Next, the mask 700, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 to 15. As shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, the mask 700 includes a mask body 70 having a breathability capable of covering the area from the base of the nose to the nostrils of the face, the area around the lips, and the left and right cheeks, and the glasses 15. A pair of locking means 78 provided above the mask body 70 to detachably lock the bridge 13 and a pair of base ends locked to the left and right side edges 79 and 79 of the mask body 70, respectively. It is provided with strings 71 and 71.

Bay-shaped portions 76 are formed on the left and right sides of the locking means 78 on the upper portion of the mask main body 70, and a linear material 77 having plastic deformability along the left and right side edge portions 79 and the bay-shaped portion 76 of the mask main body 70. Are arranged. The locking means 78 at the upper part of the mask body 70 has a non-drying adhesive surface.

The procedure for attaching the mask 700 to the face is not limited, but for example, the mask 700 can be attached by the following procedure. First, with the glasses 15 removed, the face is covered with the mask body 70 of the mask 700 shown in FIG. 13, the locking means 78 is arranged near the base of the nose, and the left and right bay-shaped portions 76 and 76 are left and right, respectively. Place it near the lower eyelid of the eye. After that, as shown in FIG. 14, the glasses 15 are worn, and the left and right bay-shaped portions 76 and 76 are pressed by the lower edges of the left and right rims 14 and 14, respectively.

Next, while turning the tips of the strings 71 and 71 from the left and right to the rear of the neck, wrap the lower edge 75 of the mask body 70 around the neck from below the jaw, and wrap the tips of the strings 71 and 71 around the neck. When tied at the rear, as shown in FIG. 15, most parts of the face (around the area from the base of the nose to the nose hole of the face, around the lips, and the left and right cheeks as well as the submandibular to the front of the neck. The portion including the mask body 70) is covered with the mask body 70.

Next, the mask 800, which is another embodiment, will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 16, in the mask 800, the temples (vines) 16 and 16 (see FIG. 14) of the spectacles worn on the face are attached to the left and right portions of the bay-shaped portions 76 and 76 in the upper portion of the mask body 80. Engagement portions 81, 81 that can be engaged and disengaged are provided.

Since the engaging portions 81 and 81 have a tubular shape and the temples 16 and 16 (see FIG. 15) of the spectacles 15 can be inserted through the engaging portions 81 and 81, the engaging portions 81 and 81 of the mask 800 in the state shown in FIG. Then, the tip sides of the left and right temples 16 and 16 of the spectacles 15 are inserted from the bay-shaped portions 76 and 76, respectively, and the engaging portions 81 and 81 are moved close to the left and right rims 14 and 14, respectively. It is held in a state of hanging from the glasses 15.

After that, when the spectacles 15 are worn on the face, the mask body 80 is held in a state similar to the mask 700 shown in FIG. When the lower edge 75 of the main body 70 is wrapped around the neck from below the jaw and the tips of the cords 71 and 71 are tied at the rear of the neck, as shown in FIG. 15, most parts of the face (face nose) are tied. The area around the area from the root to the nose, the area around the lips, and the part including not only the left and right cheeks but also the submandibular part to the front part of the neck) is covered with the mask body 80.

Since the size (inner diameter of the cylinder, length of the cylinder) and shape of the engaging portion 81 are not limited, it depends on the size, shape, design of the temple (vine) 16 (see FIG. 14) of the eyeglasses, the size of the mask body 80, and the like. It can be set as appropriate. Further, if the engaging portion 81 is made of an elastic material, it becomes possible to flexibly cope with the difference in the shape of the temple 16, and the fit after being attached to the temple 16 is also improved.

Further, a surface fastener (not shown) is interposed between the lower edge portions 81a, 81b of the engaging portions 81, 81 and the upper edge portion of the mask body 80, and the lower edge portions 81a, of the engaging portions 81, 81, If the 81b has a structure that can be opened and closed (a structure that can be rolled into a cylinder or expanded into a flat surface), the glasses can be easily attached to and detached from the temple 16 and the inner diameter of the engaging portion 81 when the cylinder is formed. Can be changed (adjusted according to the outer diameter of the temple 16).
