Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a mask frame.

Conventionally, as a mask worn by a user, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known. Such a mask includes a mask body that covers the mouth and nose of the user, and an ear hook member fixed to the mask body.

The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mask frame that can be used repeatedly and that allows a user to easily create a mask.

The mask frame according to one aspect of the present invention includes a frame portion that constitutes a mask by detachably attaching a seat member.

The frame portion of the mask frame can be configured as a mask by detachably attaching a seat member. According to such a configuration, the user can easily create a mask by preparing the seat member and attaching it to the frame portion. The mask frame 1 is a member for creating a mask 100 by using the sheet member 40 and the string member 50 (see FIG. 3). That is, the mask frame 1 is a component constituting the mask 100. The frame portion 10 is a portion for forming the mask 100 by detachably attaching the seat member 40 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The main body 15 has four sides extending along the four outer peripheral edges 101a (see FIG. 4) on the upper, lower, right, and left sides. Specifically, the main body portion 15 includes an upper side portion 11, a lower side portion 12, a right side portion 13, and a left side portion 14. The main body portion 15 has an opening portion 17 in a region surrounded by the side portions 11, 12, 13, and 14. The opening 17 is a region that penetrates in the front-rear direction around the user's mouth and around the mouth during use.

The upper side portion 11 is a portion extending in the left-right direction with a predetermined width dimension at a position on the upper end side of the main body portion 15. The left side portion 14 is a portion extending in the vertical direction with a predetermined width dimension at a position on the left end side of the main body portion 15. The upper end of the left side 14 is connected to the left end of the upper side 11, and the lower end of the left side 14 is connected to the left end of the lower side 12. The left side portion 14 is arranged near the left cheek of the user's face during use. Therefore, in use, the left side portion 14 is arranged on the rear side of the normal position. Even in a normal state, the left side portion 14 is curved so as to form a mountain toward the front side when viewed from the left-right direction so as to easily correspond to the shape of the face (see FIG. 2).

The reinforcing portion 16 is a portion that is bridged over the opening portion 17 of the main body portion 15. The reinforcing portion 16 extends in the vertical direction with a predetermined width dimension at the center position in the left-right direction of the main body portion 15. The upper end of the reinforcing portion 16 is connected to the top of the central portion 11C of the upper side portion 11, and the lower end of the reinforcing portion 16 is connected to the top of the central portion 12C of the lower side portion 12. The reinforcing portion 16 is arranged at a position facing the user's mouth and the vicinity of the mouth during use. Even in the normal state, the reinforcing portion 16 is curved so as to form a mountain toward the front side when viewed from the left-right direction (see FIG. 2). It is preferable that the reinforcing portion 16 is arranged at a position separated from the user's mouth on the front side during use.

The side portions 11, 12, 13, 14 and the reinforcing portion 16 of the main body portion 15 are configured as a plate-shaped molded product having a thickness in the front-rear direction and extending in a state having a predetermined width dimension. Therefore, the frame portion 10 can be deformed so as to correspond to the shape of the face while supporting the seat member 40 (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

The frame portion 10 is formed with a holding portion 30 for holding the attached seat member 40 (see FIG. 3). A plurality of holding portions 30 are formed at each position of the main body portion 15 at predetermined intervals. In the present embodiment, one holding portion 30 is formed on each of the right side portion 11A, the left side portion 11B, and the central portion 11C of the upper side portion 11. One holding portion 30 is formed on each of the right side portion 12A, the left side portion 12B, and the central portion 12C of the lower side portion 12. Two holding portions 30 separated from each other in the vertical direction are formed on the right side portion 13 and the left side portion 14, respectively. However, the position and number of the holding portions 30 are not particularly limited. In FIG. 1, the reference numerals are given only to the holding portions 30 at one location, and the reference numerals of the holding portions 30 at the other locations are omitted.

The holding portion 30 is composed of a plurality of slits 31 formed in the main body portion 15 of the frame portion 10 and intersecting each other. The slit 31 is a penetrating portion extending in a predetermined direction while penetrating the main body portion 15 in the front-rear direction. In the present embodiment, the four slits 31 intersect with the central portion 32 as an intersection. The two slits 31 that intersect in an X shape further intersect with the two slits 31 that intersect in a cross shape. As a result, the holding portion 30 has eight claw portions 33 around the central portion 32. The claw portion 33 has a triangular shape formed between two slits 31 adjacent to each other. The number of slits 31 and the number of claws 33 are not particularly limited. A detailed description of how the holding portion 30 holds the seat member 40 will be described later.

The engaging portion 20 is a portion for engaging the string member 50 for the user to attach the mask 100 (FIG. 3). The frame portion 10 has hook portions 21, 22, 23, 24 at four corners of the frame portion 10 as the engaging portion 20. The hook portion 21 is arranged at the upper right corner of the frame portion 10, the hook portion 22 is arranged at the upper left corner of the frame portion 10, and the hook portion 23 is arranged at the lower right corner of the frame portion 10. The portion 24 is arranged at the lower left corner of the frame portion 10. The hook portions 21, 22, 23, 24 have an annular shape so as to form a circular penetration portion 26 at the center position. The penetrating portion 26 is a portion for holding the string member 50 in a passed state (see FIG. 3). Further, the hook portions 21, 22, 23, 24 have a gap portion 27 communicating with the penetrating portion 26. The gap portion 27 extends from the outer peripheral end of the hook portions 21, 22, 23, 24 to the inner peripheral side and communicates with the penetrating portion 26. The gap 27 functions as a passage for passing the string member 50 when arranging the string member 50 in the penetrating portion 26, and as a passage for passing the string member 50 in the penetrating portion 26 when removing the string member 50. In FIG. 1, the reference numerals of the penetrating portion 26 and the gap portion 27 are attached only to the hook portion 21, and the reference numerals of the other hook portions 22, 23, and 24 are omitted.

Next, a procedure for creating the mask 100 using the mask frame 1 will be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, the user engages the string member 50 with the engaging portion 20 to create the string portion 102 of the mask 100. Here, the string member 50 may be any member as long as the mask 100 can be attached. As the string member 50, a general-purpose rubber band, a rubber string, or the like can be adopted. As the string member 50, it is preferable to use an elastic member such as rubber from the viewpoint of mounting, but an inelastic member such as a thread or a vinyl string may be used. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the string member 50 is used to form two hook portions 51 and 52 on the upper and lower sides. The hooking portions 51 and 52 pass above and below the user's ears, respectively, and are configured to make a large turn so as to be hooked on the entire user's head (see FIG. 4).

The string member 50 constitutes the hook portion 51 by making a large turn between the hook portion 21 on the upper right and the hook portion 22 on the upper left. The string member 50 constitutes the hook portion 52 by making a large turn between the hook portion 23 at the lower right and the hook portion 24 at the lower left. Further, the string member 50 extends in the vertical direction between the hook portion 21 on the upper right and the hook portion 23 on the lower right to form a connecting portion 53 that connects the right end portions of the hook portions 51 and 52 to each other. The string member 50 extends in the vertical direction between the hook portion 22 on the upper left and the hook portion 24 on the lower left to form a connecting portion 54 for connecting the left end portions of the hook portions 51 and 52 to each other.

Next, the user creates the main body portion 101 of the mask 100 by attaching the sheet member 40 to the frame portion 10. Here, the seat member 40 may be any member as long as it can cover the user's mouth. For example, as the sheet member 40, a paper member, a cloth member, a filter member, or the like may be adopted. As the paper member, kitchen paper, tissue paper, toilet paper, or the like may be adopted. However, when a paper member is used, it is preferable to use a paper member having a certain thickness (or stacking a plurality of sheets) so as not to be torn during use. As the cloth member, a handkerchief, a towel, a cloth cloth, or the like may be adopted. As the filter member, a cleaning filter, a ventilation filter, or the like may be adopted.

The shape of the seat member 40 is not particularly limited, but here, the square-shaped seat member 40 is adopted. The sheet member 40 has an outer peripheral end portion 40a on all sides. Further, the sheet member 40 has a four-sided outer peripheral edge portion 40b as a region near the four-sided outer peripheral end portion 40a. The sheet member 40 is arranged so as to cover the frame portion 10 in a state of being arranged on the front side with respect to the frame portion 10 of the mask frame 1. As a result, each portion of the frame portion 10 and the entire opening portion 17 are covered from the front side by the sheet member 40.

Here, it is preferable that the dimensions of the seat member 40 in the left-right direction and the up-down direction are larger than those of the frame portion 10. As a result, the outer peripheral peripheral portions 40b on the four sides of the seat member 40 protrude from the outer peripheral end portions 10a on the four sides of the frame portion 10 toward the outer peripheral side. The user folds the outer peripheral edge portions 40b on all sides of the sheet member 40 so as to wrap around the outer peripheral end portion 10a. As a result, the four outer peripheral edges 40b of the seat member 40 are arranged so as to cover the rear surface side of the frame portion 10. Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the positional relationship between the outer peripheral edge portion 40b of the seat member 40 and the frame portion 10 and the holding mode of the seat member 40 by the holding portion 30 will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 5A, when the user arranges the sheet member 40 so as to cover the front surface 10b of the frame portion 10, the outer peripheral edge portion 40b of the sheet member 40 is used as the outer peripheral end portion 10a of the frame portion 10. As described above, a part of the outer peripheral edge portion 40b of the seat member 40 is held by the holding portion 30 on the rear surface 10c side. As a result, the mask 100 as shown in FIG. 4 is completed. When the seat member 40 is removed from the frame portion 10, the user pulls the seat member 40 to pull it out from the holding portion 30. As a result, the holding of the seat member 40 by the holding portion 30 is released. After that, the user removes the used seat member 40 from the frame portion 10.

Next, the action / effect of the mask frame 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
