Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative member and a decorative member.
It has been a long time since a method for manufacturing decorative parts using inkjet technology has begun to be studied. For example, the method of printing on building materials by inkjet printing has many advantages such as no plate is required and almost no ink printing loss occurs, but on the other hand, unevenness is formed on the surface. There is a difficulty in printing on the existing members. That is, when the distance from the inkjet head to the printing substrate becomes long, there is a problem that the printing accuracy is significantly inferior.
。 As a solution to this, when printing is performed on a region including a surface on which the uneven member is formed, for example, the entire surface on which the uneven member is formed is first removed by the inkjet method. A method has been proposed in which coloring is performed by a printing method and then inkjet printing is performed on the convex portion (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Ink is applied to the entire surface on which the uneven member is formed by a painting method other than the inkjet method, and the ink is applied to the convex parts so that the ink is uniform in the method of further applying the ink by the inkjet method. Will be done. Therefore, for example, even when ink is applied to a decorative member having an uneven shape of a brick pattern, it is possible to decorate a high-quality design.
However, on the other hand, for example, when applying ink to a decorative member having an uneven shape of a brick pattern, if a dark color is selected as the color of the concave portion, that is, the color of the joint, the convex portion is also dark. A color system is applied. Therefore, when white or light shade ink is applied to the convex portion by the inkjet method, the dark color previously applied to the entire surface cannot be completely hidden, and it becomes difficult to make the convex portion white or pale. .. Therefore, there are restrictions on the design expression.
Therefore, the present invention has been made by paying attention to the above-mentioned conventional unsolved problems, and it is possible to uniformly apply ink to a base material having an uneven shape without any restriction on design expression. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative member and a decorative member.
In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a decorative member according to one aspect of the present invention is made of a cement-based material, and a pattern layer is formed on the one surface of a base material having recesses and protrusions on one surface. A method for manufacturing laminated decorative members, which is a step of coloring the entire surface of one surface into a uniform color by a painting method other than the inkjet method, and printing for full-color printing on at least a part of the convex portion of one surface. According to the data, it is characterized by having a step of landing inks of a plurality of hues including an ink having a hue of white by an inkjet method to form a pattern layer.
Further, the decorative member according to another aspect of the present invention is made of a cement-based material and has a base material having recesses and protrusions on one surface and a pattern layer laminated on the base material. The layers are a uniform color base color layer laminated on the entire surface of one surface, and a plurality of hues including ink having a white hue, which is laminated on a region above the base color layer that overlaps at least a part of a convex portion. It is characterized by having a colored layer coated with the ink of.
According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a decorative member to which ink is uniformly applied without any limitation on the design expression.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Here, the drawings are schematic, and the relationship between the thickness and the plane dimensions, the ratio of the thickness of each layer, and the like are different from the actual ones. Further, the embodiments shown below exemplify a configuration for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical idea of the present invention describes the materials, shapes, structures, etc. of the constituent parts as follows. It is not specific to things. The technical idea of the present invention may be modified in various ways within the technical scope specified by the claims described in the claims.
The method for manufacturing a decorative member according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a decorative member in which a pattern layer is laminated on the one surface of a base material which is made of a cement-based material and has recesses and protrusions on one surface. Ink with a white hue is applied to at least a part of the convex portion of one surface by a painting method other than the inkjet method according to the printing data for full-color printing. It is a manufacturing method including a step of landing inks having a plurality of hues including the ink by an inkjet method to form a pattern layer.
Further, the decorative member according to the present invention is made of a cement-based material and has a base material having recesses and protrusions on one surface and a pattern layer laminated on the base material, and the pattern layer is one side. A uniform color base color layer laminated on the entire surface of the surface and a plurality of hue inks including an ink having a white hue laminated on the region above the base color layer that overlaps at least a part of the convex portion are painted. It is a member including a colored layer made of cement.
[Composition of decorative members]
As shown in FIG. 1, the decorative member 1 includes a base material 2, a
The base material 2 is obtained by mixing and solidifying at least one component of sand, gravel, inorganic minerals, inorganic fibers, organic fibers and the like, cement and water, and then molding the substrate 2. Specifically, the base material 2 is made of a cement-based material such as concrete, ceramic siding, GCR (glass fiber reinforced concrete), mortar wall, and the like. Further, the base material 2 is formed, for example, in the shape of a brick wall in which a plurality of bricks are stacked, and in the cross section of the base material 2, the brick portion is a convex portion and the joint portion between the bricks is a concave portion. ..

The ink used for inkjet printing is preferably a solvent-based ink. In inkjet printing using UV-based or EB-based ink, leveling is unlikely to occur after the ink applied from the inkjet head lands on the base material 2. Therefore, it is difficult to hide the color of the
On the other hand, in the case of using a solvent-based ink in inkjet printing, the leveling effect works after the ink lands on the base material 2, so that the color of the
In the painting apparatus used for inkjet printing, it is preferable that the ink jet head for ejecting ink is provided with an ink circulation mechanism. By providing the ink circulation mechanism in this way, it is possible to suppress pigment settling due to ink retention and prevent nozzle clogging due to secondary aggregation of the pigment or adhesion to the inner wall surface of the head.
As a coating device provided with an ink circulation mechanism, for example, a drop-on-demand inkjet device can be applied. As such an inkjet device, it is preferable to use an inkjet device having an ink circulation mechanism. As shown in FIG. 2, the ink circulation mechanism referred to here has an ink circulation flow path in the drop-on-demand
The top coat layer 4 is formed of, for example, a transparent or translucent resin, and is formed by using a known coating method. The top coat layer 4 does not necessarily have to be provided, but it is preferable to provide the top coat layer 4 from the viewpoint of imparting weather resistance and protecting the ink forming the
〔effect〕
In the decorative member 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the
Here, in the decorative member 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the ink is manually applied to the entire surface on the side where the uneven portion is formed by using a lacquer spray or the like to form the
Further, at this time, inkjet printing is performed using at least five colors of ink, white and black, together with cyan, magenta, and yellow, which are the three primary colors. Therefore, when the
Further, as the ink used for inkjet printing, the three primary colors, white and black are provided. Therefore, the design can be expressed without biasing the color gamut, and the range of the designs that can be expressed can be expanded. In particular, black can be expressed by using the three primary colors of color, but more vivid black can be expressed by using black ink.
Further, by laminating the top coat layer 4 on the
Further, as described above, in the decorative member 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the
It should be noted that the above-described embodiment is an example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. As long as it does not deviate, various changes can be made according to the design and the like.

(Inkjet printing)
StageJET (manufactured by Tritech Co., Ltd.) is used as an inkjet printing machine, and KM-1024MHB (manufactured by Konica Minolta, ink droplet amount: 14 pl) is used as an inkjet head. Five types of inks, cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white, dispersed in a proportion of 65 parts by weight were prepared and applied to the convex portions of the concrete molded product using the above-mentioned print data. The printing conditions were multi-pass printing with 4 passes, and the nozzle gap was 3 mm. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the
[Example 2]
The decorative member in Example 1 was spray-coated with a fluorine-based top coat agent Premium UV Clear F (manufactured by SK KAKEN Co., Ltd.) on the outermost layer on the printing surface side with a standard coating amount of 50 g / m 2 (dry). , The decorative member of Example 2 was obtained.

[Comparative Example 1]
The decorative member described in Comparative Example 1 was obtained by using the same method as in Example 1 except that the white ink was not used at the time of inkjet printing.
〔Evaluation method〕
(Design evaluation 1)
The appearance of the decorative members of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was confirmed, and the reproducibility of the color tone of the design expected for the decorative members was confirmed.
(Weather resistance evaluation)
The decorative members of Examples 1 and 2 were subjected to a weather resistance test using a sunshine weather meter, and changes in appearance were observed every 1008 hours of the test.
The test cycle was carried out by a repeated test in which pure water was shower-sprayed for the first 12 minutes during 60 minutes of UV irradiation. The temperature conditions were a black panel set temperature of 63 ° C., an in-layer set temperature of 50 ° C., and the humidity conditions were an in-layer set humidity of 50%.
(Design evaluation 2)
In Examples 1 and 3, in producing the first decorative member, an intermittent time of 20 minutes was allowed after printing the
〔Evaluation results〕
(Design evaluation 1)
In Example 1, due to the effect of the white ink, it was possible to obtain a printed matter in which the color tone on the image processing software was reproduced. In Comparative Example 1, the white design portion became a light gray color, and the color tone reproducibility was significantly inferior.
(Weather resistance evaluation)
No difference in appearance was observed between Example 1 and Example 2 until the weather resistance tests of 1008 hours, 2016 hours, and 3024 hours. The surface of the printed pattern layer of Example 1 began to deteriorate in 4032 hours, and more than half of the printed pattern layer of Example 1 fell off in 5040 hours, but no significant change in appearance was observed in Example 2. ..
(Design evaluation 2)
In Example 1, defects such as streaky print omissions were found in some places in the printing after 20 minutes. When a nozzle check pattern for confirming nozzle chipping was printed for confirmation, white nozzle chipping was particularly noticeable. On the other hand, in Example 3, no defect in the design could be confirmed, and no problem was found even when the nozzle check pattern was printed. That is, in the case of Example 1 in which printing is performed by the inkjet method in a state where the flow of ink in the
As described above, the decorative member 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is a coating method other than the inkjet method, and the entire surface including the concave portion and the convex portion of the base material 2 is colored uniformly to form the
In addition, by printing by the ink jet method while circulating the ink, it is possible to suppress pigment precipitation due to ink retention, secondary aggregation of the pigment, and nozzle clogging due to adhesion to the inner wall surface of the head, so that the pigment concentration in the ink is increased. This makes it possible to expand the color gamut and improve the background color concealment.
