Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lower open face shield that covers the nasal cavity and oral cavity of the face with the lower part open.
Masks are used to prevent infection by viruses and others. In the case of masks, there is a problem that when the mask is used with the glasses on, the glasses become cloudy due to exhalation, and a technique for preventing this has been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a technique of attaching a cushioning material made of foam to both side portions of the nose of a mask. Patent Document 2 proposes a technique provided with an adhesive portion for bringing the upper edge of the mask into close contact with the face. Patent Document 3 proposes a technique of attaching an aluminum plate to the upper edge of a mask to maintain a shape that is in close contact with the nose.
On the other hand, as a means for preventing infection, a lower open face shield that covers the nasal cavity and oral cavity of the face with the lower part open is also used.
FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing a lower open type face shield as a conventional technique. This face shield consists of a headband worn on the head and a shield made of transparent resin fixed to the headband. Although the shield is sized and shaped to cover the nasal cavity and oral cavity, the shield itself does not adhere to the face, so it has the advantage that it can be worn without being stuffy.
In the lower open type face shield, since the exhaled air flows out from the open portion, the spectacles tend to be less likely to be fogged than the mask, but the fog of the spectacles is still one of the problems.
In order to prevent infection with a mask and a face shield with an open bottom, it is necessary to pay close attention to its attachment and detachment. Touching various parts of the body or the inner surface of the mask or shield during attachment / detachment may impair the effectiveness of infection prevention.
Since the conventional face shield with an open bottom uses a headband, there is a possibility that the head may come into contact with the head when it is attached or detached. In addition, the user tends to grasp the lower part of the shield by hand in order to correct the position of the shield, and at this time, the inner surface of the shield may be touched. Therefore, there is a risk of infection due to the operation at the time of attachment / detachment.
In view of the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a bottom open type face shield that can be easily attached and detached.
The present invention is a lower open face shield that covers the nasal cavity and oral cavity of the face with the lower part open.
A shield member for covering the nasal cavity and the oral cavity, and
The shield is attached to the shield member and has a non-connected shape on the back of the head. It can be configured as a lower open face shield provided with a holding member for holding the member in a state of being separated from the nasal cavity and the front surface of the oral cavity by a predetermined distance.
According to the present invention, the lower open face shield can be held on the face by the elastic force of the holding member. Since the holding member has a non-connected shape on the back of the head, such as a U-shaped plane shape, the lower open face shield can be attached and detached from the front of the face. That is, the user can grasp and attach / detach the outer surface of the shield member so as to grasp it. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to facilitate desorption and suppress the risk of infection at that time.
Further, since the present invention holds the lower open face shield around the cheekbone, there is an advantage that it can be used without any trouble even while wearing glasses.
In the present invention, the holding member may sandwich the face or may sandwich the glasses. Further, the portion in contact with the face or the spectacles and the portion to which the elastic force is applied may be the same member or different members. For example, a pad attached to the shield may be provided as a portion in contact with the face or the like, and an elastic body such as a metal spring or rubber may be used as a portion to which an elastic force is applied, in addition to the pad.
The length of the holding member may be, for example, up to the front of the ear. This makes it even easier to attach and detach. In this aspect, there is also an advantage that it is possible to wear the lower open type Fies shield while wearing glasses.
Further, the length may be such that it can be hung on the ear like glasses. By doing this, not only the elastic force but also the holding can be more stable by hanging it on the ear. At the same time, since the elastic force for holding can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the feeling of oppression, discomfort, or pain when worn for a long time.
Further, the holding member may be extended to the rear of the ear while sandwiching the outside of the ear or bypassing the outside of the ear. By doing so, it becomes possible to stably hold the product for a long period of time. In this aspect, there is also an advantage that it is possible to wear the lower open type Fies shield while wearing glasses in order to avoid putting it on the ear.
The shield member and the holding member may be partially bonded or may be bonded to the entire holding member.
In the present invention, the shield member can have various shapes as long as it covers the nasal cavity and the oral cavity. The shield member may cover the lower half of the face including the nasal cavity and the oral cavity, or may cover the entire face including the eyes. In order to enhance the effect of infection prevention, it is preferable to have a shape that can cover the nasal cavity and the oral cavity as far as possible.
Further, various materials such as resin, metal, and paper can be used for the shield member. It does not necessarily have to be transparent. Further, it is preferable that the rigidity is such that the shape can be maintained at least while covering the nasal cavity and the oral cavity.
In the present invention
Further, a nose pad portion for supporting the shield member with the nose portion so as not to fall may be provided.
By doing so, it becomes possible to stably attach the lower open type face shield. The nose pad may be a member separate from the holding member, for example, the nose pad of eyeglasses. The nose pad may be attached to the shield member or the holding member.
In the present invention
The holding member has a spectacle pad that sandwiches the strings of spectacles attached to the face from the outside.
The spectacle pad may be a groove for holding the strings of the spectacles and may have a tapered groove whose width becomes narrower in the depth direction.
According to the above aspect, the tapered groove formed in the spectacle pad can stably hold the strings of the spectacles. Further, since the width of the groove is changed by the tapered groove, it is possible to correspond to strings of various thicknesses.
The spectacle pad can be formed in various lengths, but it is preferable that the spectacle pad is sufficiently long in the longitudinal direction, that is, in the direction along the chord. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the vertical rattling of the shield member.
In the present invention, even if the eyeglass pad is not provided,
The holding member and the nose pad may be integrated.
By doing so, the structure of the holding member and the nose pad can be simplified. In the above aspect, for example, a recess that touches the nose may be provided in a part of the holding member. Further, a portion corresponding to a pad for a nose pad may be provided on a part of the holding member.
In the present invention
The holding member may be in close contact with the inner surface of the shield member in a range wider than the oral width of the face.
By doing so, the holding member can form a wall that obstructs the flow of exhaled air along the inner surface of the shield member, and it is possible to prevent the exhaled air from flowing above the holding member. Therefore, even if the spectacles are worn, it is possible to prevent the spectacles from becoming cloudy due to exhalation. The holding member preferably has a sufficiently large dimension in the normal direction of the shield member so that such an effect can be sufficiently obtained.
In the above aspect,
The holding member may further have a shape that fits the face when worn.
By doing so, the wall formed by the holding member can close the gap between the inner surface of the shield member and the face, so that the flow of exhaled air to the upper part can be further prevented.
In the embodiment in which the holding member is a wall that excludes the flow of exhaled breath,
The lower surface of the holding member may be a continuous groove from the center to the end of the shield member.
By doing so, the groove on the lower surface of the holding member acts to receive the exhaled air, and it becomes possible to further prevent the exhaled air from leaking from the gap between the holding member and the face. Further, since this groove is continuously formed up to the end face of the shield member, it is possible to promote the exhaled air to flow to the left and right and to be discharged to the outside of the shield member.
In the above aspect, the groove can have various shapes, but it is preferable to have an arc shape from the viewpoint of facilitating the flow of exhaled breath.
In the above aspect, the groove formed by the lower surface of the holding member and the shield member may be inclined so as to be low in the central portion near the nose and higher on both sides. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the exhalation from staying around the nose and to cause the action of flowing to both sides of the face, further suppressing the leakage of the exhaled breath.
In the present invention
The shield member has a shape that covers only a portion lower than the cheekbone.
The holding member may have a rotation mechanism that rotatably holds the shield member up and down on the left and right sides of the face.
In this way, the oral cavity can be exposed by rotating the shield member. Therefore, it is possible to eat and drink while wearing the lower open face shield, and it is possible to avoid the risk of infection by removing the lower open face shield and placing it on a table or the like.
In the above aspect, there may be a gap between the holding member and the shield member, but it is more preferable if both are brought into close contact with each other. For example, by forming the holding member slightly larger with an elastic material, the holding member can be brought into close contact with the inner surface of the shield member by elastic force when the shield member is lowered to a position covering the nasal cavity and the oral cavity.
In the present invention
The holding member may be made of urethane foam or a silicone resin.
In this way, the holding member can be formed with relatively high elasticity and light weight. Not limited to this, various materials can be used.
The present invention does not necessarily have all of the various features described above, and some of them may be omitted or combined as appropriate.

The

Further, the holding

Further, between the

Further, since the
The length of the holding
In addition, the length and shape may be such that they can be worn on the ears like glasses. By doing this, not only the elastic force but also the holding can be more stable by hanging it on the ear. At the same time, since the elastic force for holding can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the feeling of oppression, discomfort, or pain when worn for a long time.
In this embodiment, the holding
Further, the
According to the first embodiment, the outer surface of the

Further, the
The CC cross section of the holding
These cross-sectional shapes are similarly applicable in other embodiments.

The holding
In addition, the length and shape may be such that they can be worn on the ears like glasses. By doing this, not only the elastic force but also the holding can be more stable by hanging it on the ear. At the same time, since the elastic force for holding can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the feeling of oppression, discomfort, or pain when worn for a long time.
These configurations are similarly applicable to other embodiments.

Further, the
According to the face shield of the fourth embodiment, as in the other embodiments, the face shield can be easily attached and detached from the front of the face.
In addition, it is possible to stably hold the strings by using the strings of the glasses.
