MDI)等のジイソシアネートおよびこれらの多官能イソシアネート変性体の群から選ばれる1種類又は2種類以上の多官能イソシアネートが挙げられる。変性手段として、水、グリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン等の多官能活性水素化合物とのアダクト体の他に、イソシアヌレート化、カルボジイミド化、ポリメリック化等の多量化反応による多官能イソシアネート変性体が挙げられ、これらの1種または2種以上を混合して用いることもできる。
