Description
The present invention relates to a packaging bag containing a predetermined object to be heated.
It is a laminate having an aluminum vapor-deposited film layer and having at least one base material layer outside the aluminum vapor-deposited film layer as a hydrophobic layer, and the laminate is optionally a first thermoplastic polymer layer. Formed from a typical ink layer, a hydrophobic anchor coat layer, a polyethylene layer, an aluminum vapor deposition film layer, an anchor coat layer, a polyethylene layer, and a second thermoplastic polymer layer as a sealant, from the outer surface to the inner side. A packaging material for foods in which a first thermoplastic polymer layer and a second thermoplastic polymer layer are laminated in this order toward the surface is disclosed (see Patent Document 1).
In the packaging material disclosed in Patent Document 1, the packaging material has a gloss due to the aluminum-deposited film layer, the beauty of the packaging material is improved by the cosmeticity of the aluminum-deposited film layer, and the packaging material is packaged by the concealing property of the aluminum-deposited film layer. It is possible to make it impossible to visually recognize the material from the other surface (outer surface) to one surface (inner surface). However, when this packaging material is used as a raw material for a packaging bag containing food and the food (object to be heated) filled in the packaging bag made thereby is heated in a microwave oven, FIG. 11 shows. Explaining the reflection of microwaves in the aluminum-deposited film layer As shown in the figure, the microwave emitted from the microwave oven is reflected by the aluminum-deposited film layer, and as shown by the arrow Z2 in FIG. 11, the microwave is aluminum-deposited. It cannot pass through the film layer, the microwave does not reach the food (heated object), and the food (heated object) cannot be heated.
In addition, when an IC tag is attached to this packaging material and the IC tag is used to manage inventory, inventory, sales, etc., the aluminum-deposited film layer acts as an antenna to diffuse radio waves (radio wave interference). As a result, the IC tag malfunctions and various data stored in the IC tag cannot be read smoothly by the IC tag reader, or radio waves are blocked by the aluminum vapor-deposited film layer, and the IC tag and the IC tag reader cannot communicate with each other. Therefore, it is not possible to collectively manage inventory, inventory, sales, etc. using IC tags.

In the non-existent portion, the packaging bag in which the surface of the second synthetic resin film is exposed and the second synthetic resin film and the first synthetic resin film or the printing film face each other is a packaging bag of the second synthetic resin film. When the object to be heated contained in the packaging bag made of the composite film is heated in the microwave because the microwave emitted from the microwave can be transmitted in the non-existent part where the tin vapor deposition layer does not exist. , The object to be heated can be sufficiently heated in the microwave, and even if the IC tag is attached to the packaging bag, the tin vapor-deposited layer does not diffuse radio waves, and the IC tag can be prevented from malfunctioning. , Various data stored in the IC tag can be smoothly read by the IC tag reader, the tin film-deposited layer does not block radio waves, and communication between the IC tag and the IC tag reader becomes possible, and the IC tag is used. It is possible to collectively manage inventory, inventory, sales, etc. In the packaging bag, the tin-deposited layer at the forming site makes the packaging bag glossy or semi-glossy, the cosmeticity of the tin-deposited layer can improve the aesthetic appearance of the packaging bag, and the concealing property of the tin-deposited layer makes the packaging bag. It is possible to make it impossible to see from the outer surface to the inner surface.
The ratio of the presence portion of the tin vapor deposition layer to the unit area of the second synthetic resin film is in the range of 75 to 97%, and the ratio of the non-existence portion of the tin vapor deposition layer to the unit area of the second synthetic resin film is 3 to 25%. In the packaging bag in the range of, since the ratio of the presence portion of the tin vapor deposition layer to the unit area of the second synthetic resin film is in the above range, the composite film is given gloss or semi-gloss by the tin vapor deposition layer in the presence portion. In addition, the concealment of the tin-film vapor deposition layer makes it impossible to see from the outer surface to the inner surface of the packaging bag, so that the object to be heated can be made invisible from the outside of the packaging bag.
The printing film is a transparent vapor-deposited film having a gas barrier property and a water vapor barrier property, and a packaging bag in which a predetermined drawing is printed on the lower surface of the transparent vapor-deposited film has a gas barrier property and a water vapor barrier property as a printing film. By using the transparent vapor-deposited film, oxygen is not permeated and oxidation of the object to be heated contained in the packaging bag can be prevented. It can prevent the moisture of things.
A packaging bag in which the thickness dimension of the first synthetic resin film is in the range of 45 to 55 μm and the thickness dimension of the tin vapor-deposited film and the printing film is in the range of 10 to 14 μm is the thickness dimension of the first synthetic resin film. Is in the above range, the composite film has a predetermined strength, the packaging bag becomes stiff, and the packaging bag can be prevented from twisting, settling, or falling over. Since the thickness dimension of the tin-deposited film of the packaging bag is within the above range, the tin-deposited film can impart gloss or semi-gloss to the packaging bag, and the cosmeticity of the tin-deposited film improves the aesthetic appearance of the packaging bag. In addition, the hiding property of the tin-deposited film makes it impossible to see from the outer surface to the inner surface of the packaging bag, so that the object to be heated from the outside of the packaging bag cannot be visually recognized from the outside. Since the thickness dimension of the printing film is in the above range, the packaging bag does not allow oxygen to permeate, can reliably prevent the oxidation of the object to be heated contained in the packaging bag, and allows water vapor to permeate. It is possible to reliably prevent the moisture of the object to be heated contained in the packaging bag.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The first

The tin-deposited
The tin-deposited
As the second
At the
In the tin-deposited
The tin-deposited
