Abstract
Description
Tish paper in a stacked state is used as a laminated body, and a square plate-like body having an opening for taking out is covered on a flat surface, and a side surface extending downward from the flat surface to the middle of the height of the laminated body is provided. The tissue paper is sandwiched from both sides, and the tissue paper is sequentially taken out from the outlet, and as the laminate becomes thinner, the plate-like body descends with the height of the laminate. Therefore, even if the amount of tissue paper is increased to raise the laminate. With respect to the tissue paper body, which allows all paper to be taken out by wrapping the whole.
In the conventional tissue paper, two sheets of square paper are folded in half, and the above-mentioned half-folded portion is repeatedly sandwiched between two similar sheets of paper to be laminated. Even if the paper at the end is removed, the end of the new laminate appears repeatedly, and the laminate is individually enclosed in a tare made of paper box etc. as the specified number of sheets, and the capacity is used. After consuming it, he abandoned the tare and opened another tare of tissue paper.
The capacity of the number of sheets is limited because if the stack of tissue paper is thickened, the height of the tare such as the paper box that encloses it becomes too high, and as the individual number of sheets of paper are taken out in sequence, the paper outlet This is because the distance between the paper and the top of the laminated thickness of the paper gradually deviates from each other, and finally the paper is separated from the take-out port, making it impossible to feed the paper.
Therefore, in the consumer market, the form of an individual tare with a capacity limit of 300 sheets of the 150 sets of the two sheets and 400 sheets of the 200 sets has become common.
As described above, the fact that the distance between the take-out port and the edge of the laminated thickness of the paper is close is one of the factors for maintaining the continuity of paper take-out.
When the tare is made of a flexible material such as polyethylene, the distance between the take-out port and the end of the laminated thickness can be approached at any time by operating the fingertips, but on the other hand, the take-out space increases the internal space, so the take-out port The outlet is gradually pulled away from the end of the stack due to friction when pulling out the paper from the paper, and sometimes the flexibility of the tare causes the outlet to be separated from the paper at that end, and the outlet is cut off by fingertip operation. There was also the complexity of returning the paper to a removable state.
In addition, the production cost for each individual tare due to the inclusion of a limited number is also integrated, and the total amount of consumer purchases for tissue paper also rises, and research in the producer industry to respond to consumer requests for reductions is being conducted every day. , It was something that did not loosen.
Further, as the number of individually enclosed tare sheets is small, the frequency of discarding the tare after taking out the paper increases, which wastes resources and increases the troublesome work of opening another tare of tissue paper. bottom.
The upper surface of the square, which is a laminated body in which the square tissue papers are placed one on top of the other, is covered with a square plate having an opening on a flat surface, which is similar to the shape of the upper surface. The laminated body is sandwiched from all sides or two directions by the side surfaces extending downward from the plane to the middle of the height of the laminated body on the opposite sides of each side of the above.
Then, if the thickness of the laminated body is gradually reduced by sequentially taking out the paper which is the end of the laminated body from the opening of the plate-shaped body, the side surface thereof descends due to the load of the plate-shaped body itself while sandwiching the laminated body. Therefore, the plate-shaped body is brought close to the upper surface of the laminated body while the plate-shaped body is covered with the upper surface of the laminated body.
Considering that the side surface gradually descends and the lower portion finally contacts the floor on which the laminate is placed, and then the paper at the end of the laminate and the paper outlet are separated by the paper extraction, the bottom of the laminate is taken into consideration. The height of the side surface is set within a certain range so that the difference between the paper and the opening makes it possible to take out the tissue paper.
As described above, even if the amount of the laminated body of a large number of papers is increased, the whole is packaged to form a multi-layered tissue paper body.
In the present invention, each square paper is folded back and half-folded, and the half-folded portion is repeatedly sandwiched between the next similar papers to be laminated. The shape of the upper surface of the square laminate to be formed corresponds to a square or a rectangle, and the remaining area of the side portion of the plate-shaped body along the folded side is deleted as a small amount, and the plate-shaped body of the portion along the cut end side is deleted. As a result of removing the side part with the strength to withstand the dynamic friction force due to paper removal, and leaving the minimum area sufficient to hold down the cut edge so that the next paper will not be pulled out, the opening of the flat surface The static friction resistance of the side surface and the load of the plate-shaped body itself due to the plate-shaped body having an enlarged portion covering the laminated body and being inserted between the laminated body and its packaging take out the paper from the opening. This prevents the plate-like body from separating from the upper part of the laminated body by taking out the paper by exceeding the dynamic frictional force caused by the above.
As a result, it is possible to free from the above-mentioned complexity, reduce resource consumption, and reduce the selling price in response to consumer demand by eliminating individual tare of tissue paper, and five conventional tare are made into one pack. Even if the total number of tissue papers was laminated at once, it was possible to sequentially use and consume the entire amount of the laminated paper.

Tish paper in a stacked state is used as a laminated body, and the upper surface thereof is covered with a rectangular flat surface of a plate-like body having a partially opened outlet, and extends downward from the flat surface to the middle of the height of the laminated body. The side surfaces sandwich the laminate from both sides, and the paper is sequentially taken out from the outlet, and as the laminate becomes thinner, the plate-like body descends with the height of the laminate due to the load. It relates to a tissue paper body that allows all papers to be taken out by wrapping the whole, even if it is high.
In the following text, the end portion of the laminated body or the laminated body may be abbreviated as the upper end portion.
In the text, the plate-like body is composed of a plane and side surfaces, and when expanded in a plane, it becomes a plate-like body.
In the conventional tissue paper, one sheet or two sheets of square paper are folded in half, and the above-mentioned half-folded portion is sandwiched between the next similar papers and laminated repeatedly. Therefore, even if the paper at the end of the laminate is removed, the end of the new laminate appears repeatedly, and the laminate is individually enclosed in a tare made of a paper box or the like as a specified number of sheets. After consuming that capacity, he abandoned the tare and opened another tare of tissue paper.
The capacity of the number of sheets is limited because if the stack of tissue paper is thickened, the height of the tare such as the paper box that encloses it becomes too high, and as the individual number of sheets of paper are taken out in sequence, the paper outlet This is because the distance between the paper and the top of the laminated thickness of the paper gradually deviates from each other, and finally the paper is separated from the take-out port, making it impossible to take out the paper.
Therefore, in the consumer market, in the case of the capacity for combining two sheets in one set, the form of an individual tare with a capacity limit of 300 sheets in 150 sets or 400 sheets in 200 sets has become common.
In addition, the explanation in the text is for the box tissue type, and does not assume so-called pocket tissue or the like.
As described above, it is one of the factors for maintaining the continuity of paper take-out that the distance between the take-out port and the upper end portion of the laminated thickness of the paper is close to each other within a certain range.
When the tare is made of a flexible material such as polyethylene, the distance between the take-out port and the upper end of the laminated thickness can be approached at any time by fingertip operation due to the flexibility of the tare, but on the other hand, the internal space can be increased by taking out. As the number increases, the take-out port gradually separates from the upper end of the stack due to friction when pulling out the paper from the take-out port, and when the take-out port is separated from the paper at that end, the take-out port is moved by fingertip operation. There was the complexity of returning the edge paper to a removable state.
Further, even in a tare made of a paper box or the like, if the end paper is cut off from the take-out port, the end paper is similarly returned to the take-out port so that it can be taken out again. It was caused by the fact that the papers were often divergent from each other.
On the other hand, the production cost for each individual tare due to the inclusion of a limited number is also integrated, and the total amount of consumer purchases for tissue paper also rises, and research in the producer industry that responds to consumer requests for reductions It was something that didn't loosen every day.
Further, the smaller the number of individually enclosed tare papers is, the more frequently the tare is discarded after the paper is taken out, which wastes resources, and the troublesome work of opening another tare paper tare is also required. Increased.
Each side of the upper surface of the square of the above-mentioned laminated body on which the tissue paper is placed is covered with a plate-like body on each side of a square plane that is close to each other, and the opposite sides of each side of the plane are covered with each other. The laminated body is sandwiched from all sides or two directions by the same length extending downward from the flat surface to the middle of the height of the laminated body, or by side surfaces having different lengths depending on the paper quality or the like.
Then, if the thickness of the laminated body is gradually reduced by sequentially taking out the paper at the end of the laminated body from the take-out port opened on the flat surface of the plate-shaped body, the plate-shaped body itself is sandwiched between the side surfaces of the laminated body. Since the plate-like body is lowered by the load of the above, the plate-like body is in contact with the upper surface of the laminate while the plate-like body is covered with the upper surface of the laminate.
When the side surface gradually descends and the lower portion finally touches the floor on which the laminate is placed, the descent of the plate-like body stops, and thereafter, the paper at the end of the laminate and the take-out port gradually separate from each other due to the paper removal. In addition, by keeping the height of the side surface within a certain value in consideration of the paper quality of the paper, it is possible to take out the paper at the bottom of the laminated body even at the maximum deviation.
As described above, even as a laminated body of a large amount of increased amount of paper, the whole is packaged to realize a multi-layered tissue paper body in which the entire amount can be taken out.
The present invention includes folded portions on both sides of a conventional tissue paper, in which each square paper is folded back and half-folded, and the half-folded portion is repeatedly sandwiched between the following similar papers. The shape of the upper surface of the laminated body formed by the cut portions on both sides adjacent to each other is square or rectangular, and the plane side of the plate-like body along the folded portion is hereinafter referred to as the folded side side, and similarly, the plate along the cut portion. The plane side of the shape is abbreviated as the cut edge side side, and is surrounded by a cutting line along both folded side sides and a cutting line along both cut end side sides as described below in a shape example of the paper take-out port. The cut line along the folded side and the folded side are cut along the folded side so that the friction between the plate and the paper is light. The distance between the planes and the plane is narrowed to reduce the contact area, and the distance between the cutting line along the cut side and the plane between the cut side is easy to grasp when the next paper is hung up after the paper is taken out. The width is adjusted so that it does not return to the plane shape in the previously stacked state while maintaining the shape, or instead of cutting along the folded side side, it is placed on that side between the folded side sides. Separate the plane to the left and right at the point of contact with the sides of both cuts in parallel, and fold both the left and right sides slightly upward based on the sides folded back, and part of the paper from the gap provided between the separated parts. It is also possible to use an outlet that is exposed and has a shape that is easy to grasp.
Then, the static friction resistance due to the side surface being inserted between the laminated body and the packaging thereof and the load of the plate-like body itself exceed the dynamic friction force due to the removal of the paper from the opening, so that the plate-like shape is formed. It prevents the body from moving away from the top of the laminate.
As described above, by abolishing the individual tare of tissue paper and adopting the plate-like body, it is possible to release from the complexity, reduce the consumption of resources, and reduce the selling price in response to the demands of consumers. For example, the conventional tare 5 Even if the total number of sheets of paper in the case of a single pack of paper is stacked at once, the multi-layered paper can be used and consumed in the same manner as the conventional individual tare.

The present invention includes folded portions on both sides of a conventional tissue paper, in which each square paper is folded back and half-folded, and the half-folded portion is repeatedly sandwiched between the next similar papers, and the folded portions on both sides thereof. The shape of the upper surface of the laminated body formed by the cut portions on both sides adjacent to each other is square or rectangular, and the plane side of the plate-like body along the folded portion is hereinafter referred to as the folded side side, and similarly, the plate along the cut portion. The plane side of the shape is abbreviated as the cut edge side, and is surrounded by a cutting line along both folded sides and a cutting line along both cut edges as described below in a shape example of the paper take-out opening. The cut line along the folded side and the folded side are cut along the folded side so that the friction between the plate and the paper is light. The distance between the planes is narrowed to reduce the contact area, and the distance between the cutting line along the cut side and the plane between the cut side is easy to grasp when the next paper is hung up after the paper is taken out.
