From the viewpoint of attaching or attaching an absorbent article such as a urine absorbing pad or a disposable diaper at an appropriate position, an absorbent article having a visible mark is known. For example,
Further, the applicant has previously provided a colored figure on the back surface sheet at a pair of side flap portions extending from both side edges along the longitudinal direction of the absorber to the width direction side, and the colored figure is formed. We proposed an absorbent article in which the skin-facing sheet and the back surface sheet are joined by a hot-melt adhesive having a mesh pattern in the applied area, and the colored figure is visible through the skin-facing sheet (). Patent Document 2).
Patent Document 3 has a colored region visible through the top sheet between the top sheet and the absorbent core, and is liquid permeable and has a color different from the color of the colored region on the fiber material. It has a base sheet having a fine particle adhesion region to which non-absorbable and water-insoluble fine particles are attached, and the fine particle adhesion region is a colored region and a periphery surrounding the colored region when the absorbent article is viewed in the thickness direction. Absorbent articles are described that include areas that overlap both areas.
Patent Document 4 includes a first sheet, a second sheet, and an absorber arranged between them, and the absorber is divided into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and the first sheet is provided. Describes an absorbent article in which at least one phase detection mark for alignment with the absorber is attached at a position corresponding to the divided portion of the absorber.
The mounting position or the reference mark of the mounting position is printed on the constituent members of the absorbent article. Equipment such as printing equipment and printing inks are used in the production of such absorbent articles. In addition, it may be necessary to align the printed components when incorporating them into the absorbent article so that the positions of the marks on the absorbent article are at appropriate positions. Further, the mark formed by printing does not contribute to the functionality of the absorbent article except as a reference for the mounting position or the mounting position. That is, the techniques of

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily form a mark of a mounting position or a mounting position of the absorbent article without complicating the manufacturing process of the absorbent article, and the mark is a function of the absorbent article in a worn state. It can contribute to the improvement of sex.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on the preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the
In the present specification, the skin-facing surface is the surface of the absorbent article or its constituent member (for example, the absorber 14) that faces the wearer's skin side when worn, and the non-skin-facing surface is the absorbent article or its constituent members. It is a surface of the component member (for example, the absorber 14) that is directed to the side opposite to the skin side (clothing side) when worn.
The
The entire surface of the
In FIG. 1, the

The
The
In the present embodiment, the low

In the present embodiment, the vertical low
The

JIS Z 8729に規定する「L*a*b*表色系」では、L*は明るさを、a*、b*は色の方向を示しており、a*は略赤方向、−a*は略緑方向、b*は略黄色方向、−b*は略青方向を示している。
ΔE*=[(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2・・・(1)
ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*は、それぞれ、2色間のL*値、a*値、b*値の差である。
[Measurement method of color difference (ΔE * value)]
As the color difference meter, a simple spectroscopic color difference meter NF333 (trade name) manufactured by Nippon Denshoku Kogyo Co., Ltd. can be used. In "L * a * b * color system" specified in JIS Z 8729 , L * indicates brightness, a * and b * indicate color direction, and a * indicates approximately red direction, -a *. Indicates a substantially green direction, b * indicates a substantially yellow direction, and −b * indicates a substantially blue direction. Then, ΔE * is a value obtained by the following equation (1).
ΔE * = [(ΔL * ) 2 + (Δa * ) 2 + (Δb * ) 2 ] 1/2 ... (1)
ΔL * , Δa * , and Δb * are the differences between the two colors, L * value, a * value, and b * value, respectively. For example, ΔL * is calculated by ΔL * = L * 2- L * 1.
In this measurement method, a stapler type ND120 sensor having a diameter of 8 mm is attached for measurement.
In the measurement, the urine absorbing pad is placed on a horizontal surface so that the skin facing surface faces upward in the vertical direction without wrinkles or bends, and the skin facing surface of the urine absorbing pad, specifically, the surface.

Embodiments to be described later will mainly be described with components different from those of the embodiments (first embodiment) shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, and similar components will be designated by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted. The description of the first embodiment is appropriately applied to the components not particularly described.

As in the present embodiment, the plan-view shapes of the low

The vertically low basis weight portion having a shorter length in the direction X is referred to as a "vertical short basis weight portion". From the viewpoint of further improving the functionality as a mark of the low basis weight portion, the above-mentioned "length of the horizontally long low basis weight portion and the horizontally short low basis weight portion in each lateral direction Y" is referred to as "vertically long low basis weight portion and vertical". It is preferable to apply it as "the length of the short and low basis weight portion in each vertical direction X".

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be appropriately modified. Moreover, you may combine the above-described embodiment.
For example, in a form having a horizontally long low basis weight portion and a horizontally short low basis weight portion having a space between the absorbent core and the side edge along the vertical direction X, these horizontally long low basis weight portion and the horizontally short low basis weight portion. The plan view shapes of the above may be different from each other.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the urine absorbing pad and the deployable disposable diaper are mentioned as examples of the absorbent article of the present invention, but a pants-type disposable diaper or the like may be used. Further, these absorbent articles may be used alone, but as described above, for example, a urine absorbing pad may be used as an inner and another absorbent article (disposable diaper) may be used as an outer, and these may be used in combination. .. The absorbent article serving as the outer may be disposable diapers, cloth pants, rehabilitation pants, or the like. When the inner and outer are used in combination, it is preferable that either the inner or the outer is the absorbent article of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to such Examples.
[Examples 1 to 6]
A urine absorbing pad having the same basic configuration as the
As the skin-facing surface side core wrap sheet of Example 1, hydrophilic tissue paper having a basis weight of 16 g / m 2 was used. The core wrap sheet on the side facing the skin was white. Further, in Example 1, a colored mount (16 g / m 2 ) was used for the core wrap sheet on the non-skin facing surface side. Such a colored mount corresponds to the above-mentioned "colored sheet". The absorbent core of Example 1 was a fiber stack made of a fiber material and a water-absorbent polymer, and had a low basis weight portion formed of a missing portion.
Example In 2-6, using a white backing (16g / m 2) as a non-skin facing side core wrap sheet, and the colored film is a liquid-impermeable sheet as the backsheet (basis weight 20 g / m 2 )It was used. Such a colored film corresponds to the above-mentioned "colored sheet". A urine absorbing pad was produced by the same method as in Example 1 except that the white mount and the colored film were used.
In each example, as shown in Table 1, the color of the back surface sheet or the color of the non-skin facing surface side core wrap sheet was different along with the basis weight of the absorbent core. With respect to the urine absorbing pads of these examples, the color difference between the portion where the low basis weight portion is located and the portion other than the portion of the urine absorbing pad facing the skin was measured by the above-mentioned method. Specifically, the color difference between the portion where the low basis weight portion is located and the portion other than the portion of the surface sheet facing the skin was measured. The measurement results are shown in Table 1. In Table 1, "the color difference between the portion of the surface sheet facing the skin where the low basis weight portion is located and the portion other than the portion" is simply expressed as "color difference".
[Evaluation of visibility]
Three panelists visually inspect the urine absorbing pad of each embodiment from the skin-facing surface, confirm the color of the core wrap sheet on the non-skin-facing surface side in the portion where the low basis weight portion is located, and the visibility of the color. Was evaluated. The evaluation was based on the following criteria. In such an evaluation, the average value of the evaluation points scored by each panelist was used as the evaluation result. The evaluation results are shown in Table 1.
3 points: The color of the colored sheet arranged on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent core was clearly visible.
2 points: The color of the colored sheet arranged on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent core was visually recognized.
1 point: The color of the colored sheet arranged on the non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent core was not visually recognized.
As shown in Table 1, the urine collecting pads of each example had a visibility evaluation of 2 points or more. From the viewpoint of visibility, it was shown that the color difference between the portion where the low basis weight portion is located and the portion other than the portion of the urine absorbing pad facing the skin is preferably 4 or more.
