The present invention relates to a sheet dispenser.
The sheet dispenser is used by accommodating sanitary tissue paper such as paper towels and installing it on an indoor wall or the like. Some sheet dispensers have different forms depending on the material and dimensions of the hygienic tissue paper to be stored. For example,
An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet dispenser having excellent sheet take-out property.
The first aspect according to the present invention is the top surface and the bottom surface facing the first direction, the front surface and the back surface facing the second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and the first direction and the second direction. A main body having a pair of side surfaces facing each other in a third direction orthogonal to each other and accommodating a plurality of sheets laminated in the second direction, and an opening formed in the front surface and from which the sheets are taken out. A sheet dispenser having the front surface recessed inside the main body.
In the present specification, the plurality of sheets laminated in the second direction is a sheet laminate housed in the main body in a state where the plurality of sheets are laminated in the direction in which the front surface and the back surface of the main body face each other (hereinafter, the present invention). It is called a sheet laminate). Taking out the sheets means that the sheets are taken out one by one (or one set). The fact that the front surface is recessed means that the front surface constitutes a recess when the seat dispenser is viewed from the outside.
In the first aspect, since the front surface of the main body is recessed inside the main body, the front surface can support the sheet laminated body accommodated between the back surface and the back surface. As a result, it is possible to prevent the sheet laminate from bending inside the main body and falling to the bottom surface. Therefore, when the sheet is pulled out, the next sheet is easily pulled out together, and a part of the next sheet is easily held in the opening. Thereby, in the first aspect, it becomes easy to pull out one sheet (or one set) at a time.
Further, in the first aspect, since the housed sheet laminate is supported on the front surface, when one sheet (or one set) is pulled out from the opening, the next sheet is not held in the opening. In addition, it can be prevented from being pulled out together with the pulled out sheet. As described above, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser having excellent sheet take-out property.
Further, in the first aspect, since the front surface of the main body is recessed inside the main body, it is difficult for dust, dust (hereinafter referred to as dust) or moisture falling from the top surface side to enter the opening. Therefore, a hygienic sheet dispenser can be provided.
Further, in the first aspect, since the front surface is recessed inside the main body, the user's fingers are easily guided by the opening. Therefore, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser in which fingers can easily extend into the opening when the sheet is taken out from the opening.
Further, in the first aspect, since the front surface is recessed inside the main body, the front surface of the main body provided with the opening is easily shaded. Therefore, according to the first aspect, it is possible to provide a good-looking sheet dispenser.
A second aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the opening is located at a position deviated from the plane including the peripheral edge of the front surface toward the back surface side. In the present specification, the peripheral edge of the front surface means an edge of a portion where the front surface is connected to a top surface, a bottom surface, and a pair of side surfaces, respectively. Further, the plane indicates a virtual plane extending along the first direction and the third direction and having the second direction orthogonal to each other.
In the second aspect, the front surface of the main body can be formed to be recessed inside the main body by the opening at a position shifted to the back side from the plane including the peripheral edge of the front surface. Therefore, according to the second aspect, it is possible to provide a hygienic sheet dispenser in which dust or moisture falling from the top surface side does not easily enter the opening.
Further, in the second aspect, since the front surface of the main body is recessed inside the main body, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser in which the user's fingers are easily guided by the opening when the sheet is taken out from the opening. Further, the front surface of the main body provided with the opening is easily shaded, and a good-looking sheet dispenser can be provided.
A third aspect of the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the front surface has at least a pair of inclined surfaces that converge toward the opening.
In the present specification, at least a pair of inclined surfaces means at least two inclined surfaces arranged in a first direction and / or a third direction with an opening in between. Further, "convergence toward the opening" means that the distance between the first direction or the third direction of the inclined surface is the peripheral edge of the opening in a plan view from each end edge of the portion where the front surface is connected to the top surface, the bottom surface, and the pair of side surfaces. It becomes smaller toward, indicating that each inclined surface connects to the periphery of the opening.
In the third aspect, the front surface of the main body has at least a pair of inclined surfaces that converge toward the opening, so that the front surface can be recessed toward the peripheral edge of the opening (the opening becomes the bottom). As a result, when the sheet is pulled out from the opening, the sheet is supported by the peripheral edge of the opening, so that the sheet laminate is further suppressed from bending in the main body and falling to the bottom surface. The sheet is further suppressed from being pulled out.
Further, in the third aspect, the front surface is recessed toward the peripheral edge of the opening, so that the user's fingers are more easily guided to the opening. Therefore, according to the third aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser in which the fingers can be easily extended to the opening when the sheet is taken out from the opening.
Further, in the third aspect, since the front surface is recessed toward the peripheral edge of the opening, the front surface of the main body provided with the opening is easily shaded. Therefore, according to the third aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser having a better appearance.
A fourth aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the first edge of the opening on the top surface side is curved toward the top surface side. In the present specification, the first edge refers to the edge of the opening located on the top surface side of the main body. In the present specification, bending toward the top surface means bending in a convex shape from the bottom surface side toward the top surface side.
In the fourth aspect, since the first edge on the top surface side of the opening is curved toward the top surface side, it becomes difficult for the fingertips to pick up the sheet to hit the edge on the top surface side of the opening when pulling out the sheet. .. As a result, when the first sheet (or the first set) is pulled out from the opening, or when a part of the sheet is not held in the opening and the sheet is pulled out from the inside of the main body, the fingertips are inside the main body from the opening. It will be easier to insert in.
A fifth aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the second edge of the opening on the bottom surface side is curved toward the bottom surface side. In the present specification, the second edge refers to the edge of the opening located on the bottom surface side of the main body. In the present specification, bending toward the bottom surface means bending in a convex shape from the top surface side toward the bottom surface side.
In the fifth aspect, since the second edge on the bottom surface side of the opening is curved toward the bottom surface, the fingertips that pick up the sheet are less likely to hit the edge on the bottom surface side of the opening when the sheet is pulled out. As a result, when the first sheet (or the first set) is pulled out from the opening, or when a part of the sheet is not held in the opening and the sheet is pulled out from the inside of the main body, the fingertips are inside the main body from the opening. It will be easier to insert in.
A sixth aspect according to the present invention has a first extending portion extending from the second edge to the outside of the main body along the second direction at the second edge of the opening on the bottom surface side. It is a sheet dispenser. In the present specification, extending to the outside of the main body means protruding from the outer surface of the main body.
In the sixth aspect, a first aspect of an opening formed on the front surface of the main body extends from the second end edge to the outside of the main body along a second direction in which the front surface and the back surface face each other on the second end edge on the bottom surface side of the main body. By having the extending portion, the direction in which the sheet is pulled out from the front opening is restricted to the second direction, which is the direction in which the first extending portion extends. This makes it easier to pull out the sheet from the front opening along the second direction (Y direction).
Further, in the sixth aspect, one (or one set) of sheets is pulled out from the opening by providing the first extending portion extending from the second edge to the outside of the main body along the second direction. Even if a part of the next sheet that is pulled out together and held in the opening hangs down, a part of the hanging sheet will be separated from the front of the main body, so static electricity etc. will be applied to the front of the main body. It can be prevented from sticking with.
Further, in the sixth aspect, the front surface of the main body is provided with a first extending portion extending from the second end edge of the opening to the outside of the main body along the second direction, so that one piece (or one) from the opening is provided. When one set of sheets is pulled out, it is possible to prevent the next sheet from being pulled out together with the pulled out sheet without being held in the opening. As described above, according to the sixth aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser having excellent sheet take-out property.
A seventh aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the first extending portion is composed of a pair of first extending portions provided on both end sides of the second edge. In the present specification, the both end sides of the second end edge are the portions of the second end edge on the bottom surface side of the opening, excluding the central portion of the second end edge, which are on both end sides of the opening. Indicates a range of about one-fourth to one-third of the entire second edge. The central portion of the second edge includes the center of the second edge, and indicates a range of about one-fourth to one-third of the entire second edge.
In the seventh aspect, a pair of first extension portions are provided on both end sides of the second end edge, and a first extension portion extending from the second end edge of the opening to the outside of the main body along the second direction is provided. Since it is composed of portions, the first extending portion is not formed at the central portion of the second edge of the opening. As a result, when the sheet is pulled out, the fingertips that pick up the sheet are less likely to hit the first extension portion. Therefore, in the seventh aspect, the first extending portion provided in the opening is less likely to interfere with pulling out the sheet.
An eighth aspect according to the present invention has a second extending portion extending from the first edge to the outside of the main body along the second direction at the first edge of the opening on the top surface side. , Sheet dispenser.
In the eighth aspect, an opening extending from the first end edge of the opening formed on the front surface of the main body to the outside of the main body along a second direction in which the front surface and the back surface face each other on the first end edge on the top surface side of the main body. By having the two extension portions, the direction in which the sheet is pulled out from the front opening is restricted to the second direction, which is the direction in which the second extension portion extends. This makes it easier to pull out the sheet from the front opening along the second direction (Y direction).
Further, in the eighth aspect, one (or one set) of sheets is pulled out from the opening by providing the second extending portion extending from the first edge to the outside of the main body along the second direction. Even if a part of the next sheet that is pulled out together and held in the opening when it is rolled up is rolled up, a part of the rolled up sheet will be separated from the front of the main body, so it will be on the front of the main body. It is possible to prevent sticking due to static electricity or the like.
Further, in the eighth aspect, the front surface of the main body is provided with a second extending portion extending from the first end edge of the opening to the outside of the main body along the second direction, so that one piece (or one) from the opening is provided. When one set of sheets is pulled out, it is possible to prevent the next sheet from being pulled out together with the pulled out sheet without being held in the opening. As described above, according to the fourth aspect, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser having excellent sheet take-out property.
A ninth aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the second extending portion is composed of a pair of second extending portions provided on both end sides of the first edge. In the present specification, the both end sides of the first edge are the portions of the first edge on the top surface side of the opening excluding the central portion of the first edge, each of which is the entire first edge. The range is about one-fifth to one-fourth. The central portion of the first edge includes the center of the first edge, and indicates a range of about one-fifth to one-fourth of the entire first edge.
In the ninth aspect, a pair of second extension portions are provided on both end sides of the first end edge, and a second extension portion extending from the first end edge of the opening to the outside of the main body along the second direction is provided. Since it is composed of portions, the second extending portion is not formed at the central portion of the first edge of the opening. As a result, when the sheet is pulled out, the fingertips that pick up the sheet are less likely to hit the second extension portion. Therefore, in the ninth aspect, the second extending portion provided in the opening is less likely to interfere with pulling out the sheet.
A tenth aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the opening is provided on the bottom surface side of the front surface. In the present specification, the fact that the opening is provided on the bottom surface side of the front means that the opening is provided on the bottom surface side of the intermediate position between the top surface and the bottom surface of the front surface.
In the tenth aspect, since the opening is provided on the bottom surface side of the front surface, the sheet can be easily taken out from the opening even when the sheet dispenser is installed at a high position such as a wall. Further, even if the sheet having a low remaining amount is lowered due to gravity, the sheet can be easily taken out from the opening.
An eleventh aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser having a support portion extending inward of the main body along the third direction on the top surface side and the front surface side of the pair of side surfaces. In the present specification, the top surface side and the front surface side of the side surface indicate a portion of the inner wall of the side surface that is closer to the top surface and closer to the front surface. The support portion indicates a member that supports the sheets in the direction in which the sheets are laminated.
In the eleventh aspect, a plurality of sheets (sheet laminates) housed in the main body are provided by having support portions extending inward of the main body along the third direction on the top surface side and the front side of the pair of side surfaces. Can be supported in the direction in which the sheets are laminated. Thereby, in the eleventh aspect, it is possible to prevent the accommodated plurality of sheets (sheet laminated body) from falling down to the front side where the opening is formed in the main body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the opening from being blocked by the sheet that has fallen to the front side and making it difficult to pull out the sheet.
Further, in the eleventh aspect, a plurality of sheets (sheet laminates) housed in the main body are supported by the support portions provided on the top surface side and the front surface side of the pair of side surfaces, whereby a plurality of sheets are supported. It is suppressed that the sheet (sheet laminate) bends in the main body and falls to the bottom surface. As a result, when the sheet is pulled out, the next sheet is easily pulled out together, and a part of the next sheet is easily held in the opening. Therefore, in the eleventh aspect, the sheets (or one set) can be easily pulled out one by one.
A twelfth aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser having a pressing member that hangs down in the main body and presses the sheet from the back side to the front side along the second direction. In the present specification, hanging in the main body means that the pressing member is hung in the first direction in the main body by gravity.
Here, when the number of sheets (amount) accommodated in the main body is large, a large pressing force (pressing force) is required to press the sheet toward the front side. On the other hand, when the number (amount) of sheets accommodated in the main body is small, the force for pressing the sheet laminate on the front side is small in order to press on the front side.
In the twelfth aspect, the pressing member that presses the housed sheet from the back side to the front side along the second direction hangs down in the main body, so that the pressing member moves from the back side to the front side. The force for pressing (hereinafter referred to as pressing pressure) becomes larger on the back side of the sheet dispenser. Further, as the sheet is pulled out from the sheet laminate and the remaining amount of the sheet decreases, the pressing force by the pressing member decreases.
Thereby, in the twelfth aspect, the sheets housed in the main body are always (or constantly) pressed in the stacking direction (hereinafter referred to as the stacking direction), so that the sheets can be prevented from falling into the main body. .. Further, as the remaining amount of the sheet housed in the main body decreases, the pressing force by the pressing member decreases, so that the sheet laminated body is not excessively pressed in the laminating direction, so that the sheet may be clogged in the main body or the sheet may be clogged. Can be prevented from being pulled out all at once.
A thirteenth aspect according to the present invention is a sheet dispenser in which the pressing member is swingably supported by a fulcrum provided on the top surface side of the main body. In the present specification, the fulcrum refers to a portion that supports a pressing member provided on the main body. To support oscillatingly means that the pressing member can oscillate (or rotate) between the back surface and the front surface with the fulcrum as the axis.
In the thirteenth aspect, since the pressing member is oscillatedly supported, the pressing member easily moves along the second direction between the front surface and the back surface. Therefore, the pressing member can smoothly move in the direction of pressing the housed sheet. Further, since the pressing member can easily move between the front and the back, the work of storing (or accommodating) the sheet in the main body (the work of pushing the pressing member from the front side to the back side) becomes easy.
Further, in the thirteenth aspect, since the fulcrum for oscillatingly supporting the pressing member is provided on the top surface side in the main body, the range of motion of the pressing member that oscillates in the main body can be increased. Therefore, the own weight of the pressing member can be effectively used for the pressing force of the sheet laminate. Further, in such a configuration, since the swing axis of the pressing member is provided near the top surface in the main body, it is possible to secure a space for accommodating the seat even when the pressing member is arranged in the main body.
According to one aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a sheet dispenser having excellent sheet take-out property.

The (front-back direction) is the Y direction (second direction), and the width direction (left-right direction) is the X direction (third direction). Further, the upper side and the lower side indicate the upper side of the top surface and the lower side of the bottom surface of the main body in the height direction (Z direction) of the sheet dispenser, respectively.

The plurality of sheets S (sheet laminated body SL) are housed in the
The sheet laminated body SL is laminated so that a plurality of sheets S can be folded and pulled out in a pop-up manner. The pop-up type means that the sheets are taken out one by one (or one set). The form of the sheet S (sheet laminated body SL) is not particularly limited as long as a plurality of sheets S are laminated, but one (or one set) of sheets is folded and laminated with each other. A sheet laminate is preferable, and a sheet laminate in a form in which the next one (or one set) of sheets is pulled out when one (or one set) of sheets is pulled out is more preferable.
The use of the sheet S (sheet laminate SL) is not particularly limited, and can be used for paper towels, wipers (waste), tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper and the like. Further, the use of the sheet S (sheet laminate SL) is not limited to industrial use and household use.
The material of the sheet S is not particularly limited, but for example, a sheet such as paper, non-woven fabric, or cloth can be used, and a paper sheet is preferable. When the sheet S is a paper sheet, a base paper containing pulp as a main raw material is used. As the pulp composition, a known composition in a paper sheet can be used. For example, the blending ratio of pulp can be 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.
また、シートS(紙シート)におけるパルプ組成は、例えば、NBKP(針葉樹クラフトパルプ)やNUKP(針葉樹未晒しパルプ)などの針葉樹パルプと、LBKP(広葉樹クラフトパルプ)やLUKP(広葉樹未晒しパルプ)などの広葉樹パルプとを任意の比率で使用することができる。 The pulp composition of the sheet S (paper sheet) includes, for example, softwood pulp such as NBKP (softwood kraft pulp) and NUKP (softwood unbleached pulp), and LBKP (softwood kraft pulp) and LUKP (hardwood unbleached pulp). Can be used in any ratio with the hardwood pulp. In particular, it is preferable that the pulp composition has a larger ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp. The ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp is preferably 50:50 to 80:20. Recycled paper pulp may be used as the pulp contained in the pulp composition of the sheet S (paper sheet).
The basis weight of the sheet S is not particularly limited, depending on number of plies, in the case of paper 14 g / m 2 or more 60 g / m 2 or less, those of 30 g / m 2 or more 100 g / m 2 or less in the case of non-woven fabric desirable. The basis weight is measured in accordance with the provisions of JIS P 8124.
The thickness of the sheet S (paper sheet) is not particularly limited, but for example, a paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998) can be adopted. For example, the paper thickness of the paper sheet constituting the sheet S is preferably 50 μm or more and 250 μm or less, and more preferably 60 μm or more and 220 μm or less per ply.
Further, the paper sheet constituting the sheet S may be embossed. Such embossing is performed by piercing a paper sheet with a pin (not shown) by a known pin embossing method to form pin embossing on one surface of the paper sheet, and is not shown by a known heat embossing method. There are those that form heat embossing by heating and melting a water-soluble adhesive (starch, etc.) and adhering laminated paper sheets.
The number of plies of the sheet S is not particularly limited, but may be 1 ply or more, and is preferably 1 ply (single type) or 2 plies (double type or 2 sheets stacked). When embossing a sheet S having two plies (two layers) or more, the above-mentioned pin embossing or heat embossing can be applied while the paper sheet is two plies (two layers).
The dimensions of the sheet laminate SL are as follows: the width of the
The

Further, in the present embodiment, since the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the

Further, in the present embodiment, since the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the
In the
On the other hand, in the
Further, in the present embodiment, a first extending
In the present embodiment, as described above, the first extending
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, a second extending
In the present embodiment, as described above, the second extending
In the present embodiment, as described above, since the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the support portion (bar) 70 extending inward of the
Thereby, in the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the plurality of accommodated sheets S (sheet laminated body SL) from collapsing in the
Further, in the present embodiment, a plurality of sheets S (sheet laminated body SL) housed in the
Further, in the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, as described above, the pressing
As a result, in the present embodiment, the sheet S (sheet laminate SL) housed in the
Further, in the present embodiment, the sheet laminated body SL is constantly (or constantly) pressed against the stacking direction SD by the pressing
In the present embodiment, as described above, since the pressing
Further, in the present embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the base 51 that holds the sheet laminated body SL is connected to the
As a result, the entire end surface of the sheet laminated body SL on the
Further, in the present embodiment, since the connecting portion connecting the
Further, in the present embodiment, by making the length L1 of the base 51 in the longitudinal direction longer than the length L2 of the
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the space in which the sheet laminated body SL is housed can be increased in the
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, by forming the pair of
Further, in the present embodiment, the weight of the pressing
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the pressing
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples. The evaluation of Examples and Comparative Examples was carried out by the following tests.
