Description

The present invention relates to concatenated potions.

In recent years, due to changes in lifestyle, the number of double-income workers in the child-rearing generation has increased, causing problems such as insufficient time for child-rearing. In some cases, sufficient services are not provided to residents due to the shortage of long-term care workers at the nursing care site. There is a demand for a container form that allows infants and the elderly to easily eat food. Also, in order to make effective use of the limited time that you can interact with your pet in the home where you keep your pet, when you give your pet food (snack), you do not just put the pet food in the tray container, but also with your pet. You may feed while communicating or playing.

Currently, many baby foods, long-term care foods, and pet food products in bags are on the market. Wet type pet food, which is a soft pet food stored in a stick bag, has also been developed. However, it is not recommended to eat or drink directly from the bag (feeding pets), and it is recommended to transfer the food packaged in the bag to another container (tray). If this happens, it will not be possible to easily feed infants and the elderly, and to maintain close communication with pets when feeding pet food. At the consumer's discretion, if they try to feed food directly from the bag without transferring it to another container, they may drop the food and stain the floor or the handle.

Patent Document 1 discloses a package in which a lid is broken and opened when it is bent into a V shape with a finger, and the contents can be extruded from the lid.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 11-301746

Since the package described in Patent Document 1 is a type in which the contents are extruded to the outside, a container for receiving the extruded contents is required. Not suitable for feeding food without soiling the floor or fingers.

An object of the present invention is to be able to feed infants and the elderly directly, or to be able to feed pets while communicating with them without soiling the floor or fingers.

The connecting portion (connecting container) according to the present invention is formed with a first container portion that opens upward and has a flange portion on the upper end peripheral edge, and is formed at a distance from the first container portion, and has a flange portion on the upper end peripheral edge. A second container portion that opens into a container, a bridge portion that is integrally formed with the first container portion and the second container portion and connects the first container portion and the second container portion, and the first container. A portion, a size that covers the bridged portion and the second container portion, is adhered to the flange portion of the first and second container portions and the bridged portion, and is opened upward of the first and second container portions. A lid portion for closing the container is provided, and an elongated guide groove extending in the direction connecting the first container portion and the second container portion and communicating with at least the inside of the first container portion is formed in the bridge portion. In the lid portion, the lid portion is provided with the upper opening of the first container portion, the upper opening of the first lid portion half body that closes a part of the guide groove, the upper opening of the second container portion, and the guide groove. An excision guide is formed to separate the second lid half body that closes the remaining part, and when the second lid half body is peeled off along the excision guide, the first container It is characterized in that a guide passage for transferring the contents in the first container portion into the second container portion is formed from the portion to the second container portion through the guide groove.

Contents such as fluid soft foods are placed in the first container portion. By adhering the lid portion to the flange portion and the cross-linked portion on the upper end peripheral edge of the first and second container portions, the upper opening and the guide groove of the first and second container portions are closed by the lid portion. Needless to say, the lid portion has a size that covers the first container portion, the crosslinked portion, and the second container portion.

While food is put in the first container part, basically nothing is put in the second container part in the initial state (at the time of sale). The second container section is used to transfer the food in the first container section. However, it is also possible to put some contents in the second container part, in which case, when the food in the first container part is transferred to the second container part, it is transferred. The food and the contents of the second container can be mixed in the second container.

A crosslinked portion is formed between the first container portion and the second container portion. The first and second container portions and the cross-linked portion are integrally formed, and the first and second container portions are arranged (arranged) at predetermined intervals by the cross-linked portion.

At the cross-linked portion between the first container portion and the second container portion, there is an elongated guide groove extending in the direction connecting the first container portion and the second container portion and communicating with at least the inside of the first container portion. It is formed. The guide groove can be formed by an elongated recess, and opens upward like the first and second container portions. Since the guide groove communicates with the inside of the first container portion, the soft food in the first container portion can also move into the guide groove.

In the lid portion, the lid portion is provided with the upper opening of the first container portion and the upper opening of the first container portion and the upper opening of the second container portion and the guide groove for closing a part of the guide groove. An excision guide (separation guide) is formed that separates the second lid half body that closes the remaining part. The first and second lid halves do not have to be exactly halved (1/2 each), and one of the first and second lid halves is more than the other. It may be large.

In one embodiment, the excision guide is a half-cut line that divides the lid portion into a first lid portion half body and a second lid portion half body. Along the half-cut line, the lid is separated into a first lid half and a second lid half, leaving the first lid half intact and the second lid half. Can be peeled off.

The excision guide is, in other embodiments, a notch formed at the edge of the lid. By forming the lid portion with the uniaxially stretched film, the lid portion can be torn in a predetermined direction (direction orthogonal to the stretching direction of the stretched film) starting from the notch. By forming a notch at the edge of the lid portion where the lid portion is divided into the first lid portion half body and the second lid portion half body, the lid is formed in the same manner as the half-cut line. The portion can be separated into a first lid half body and a second lid half body, and the second lid half body can be peeled off while leaving the first lid half body as it is.

According to the present invention, when the second lid half body of the lid portion is peeled off along the excision guide, a part of the second container portion and the guide groove is opened. A guide passage is formed through which the contents in the first container portion pass from the first container portion to the second container portion through the guide groove. Since the guide groove is elongated, the food in the first container can be gradually transferred to the second container. Further, the second container portion to which the food is transferred is also excellent in hygiene because the upper opening is closed until the second lid half body is peeled off.

In one embodiment, one end of the guide groove is connected to the inside of the first container portion, and the other end of the guide groove is not connected to the inside of the second container portion, and the second container portion is not connected. A part of the flange portion of the second container portion located between the upper opening of the container and the other end of the guide groove is used as the guide passage. This is an embodiment in which the food is transferred from the first container portion and the guide groove to the second container portion by overcoming the flange portion of the second container portion. Since the guide groove is elongated and is formed so as to face the direction toward the second container portion (the direction connecting the first container portion and the second container portion), the food in the first container portion is second. It can be reliably transferred into the container part of.

In the above embodiment, when the second lid half body is adhered to the flange portion of the second container portion, the guide groove is completely covered by the lid portion (first and second lid half bodies). Therefore, the guide passage is not formed, and the food is sealed in the first container portion and the guide groove. When the second lid half body is peeled off, a part of the guide groove is opened, and a guide passage is formed from the opening of the guide groove through the flange of the second container part to the inside of the second container part. Will be.

In another embodiment, one end of the guide groove communicates with the inside of the first container portion and the other end communicates with the inside of the second container portion, and the back surface of the second lid half body communicates with the other. The guide groove is closed when the second lid half body is adhered to the flange portion and the bridge portion of the second container portion, and the guide is guided when the second lid half body is peeled off. A wall is formed to release the closure of the groove. Since the guide groove communicates with each of the first and second container portions, the food in the first container portion can be transferred into the second container portion more smoothly. Since the guide groove is closed by the wall portion while the second lid half body is adhered, the food is transferred from the first container portion to the second container portion before the second lid half body is peeled off. It doesn't move.

The connecting portion 1 includes a bridge portion 15 connecting the first container portion 10A and the second container portion 10B formed at intervals, the first and second container portions 10A and 10B, and a lid portion 30. And have.

The first and second container portions 10A and 10B and the crosslinked portion 15 are integrated, and are a polypropylene (PP) single layer, a PP / ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) / PP laminate, and PP / oxygen absorption. It is made by vacuum forming or vacuum forming any formable resin such as a laminate of material / PP. A barrier layer and other functional layers may be further laminated on the surfaces of the first and second container portions 10A and 10B and the crosslinked portion 15. The wall thicknesses of the first and second container portions 10A and 10B and the crosslinked portion 15 are set to 0.3 to 1.0 mm as an example, but the food stored in the first container portion 10A (for example, pet food). ) It can be appropriately designed according to the weight of 40 and the like. The dimensions of the first and second container portions 10A and the cross-linked portion 15 can also be appropriately designed.

The lid portion 30 is composed of a base material layer and a sealant layer on the lower surface thereof, and a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polyamide resin such as nylon, polypropylene or the like is used for the base material layer. Polypropylene or the like can be used for the sealant layer.

With reference to FIG. 2, the first container portion 10A has a substantially inverted conical trapezoidal accommodating portion 11A that opens upward, and an annular shape that is integrally formed with the accommodating portion 11A on the upper peripheral edge of the accommodating portion 11A. It is provided with a flange portion 12A (excluding the portion of the guide groove 20 described later). The thickness of the flange portion 12A is slightly thicker than that of the accommodating portion 11A, and the rigidity is higher than that of the accommodating portion 11A. Wet type (fluid) food 40 is stored in the storage portion 11A of the first container portion 10A.

The second container portion 10B also includes a substantially inverted conical trapezoidal accommodating portion 11B that opens upward, and an annular flange portion 12B formed outwardly integrally with the accommodating portion 11B on the upper peripheral edge of the accommodating portion 11B. There is. The thickness of the flange portion 12B is slightly thicker than that of the accommodating portion 11B, and the rigidity is higher than that of the accommodating portion 11B.

The cross-linked portion 15 connecting the first and second container portions 10A and 10B is continuous with the flange portions 12A and 12B and has the same thickness as the flange portions 12A and 12B. When viewed from a plane with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4, both end edges of the cross-linked portion 15 are curved inward, but both end edges of the cross-linked portion 15 may be formed straight.

As described above, the first and second container portions 10A and 10B and the cross-linking portion 15 are integrally formed, and the upper surfaces and the cross-linking portions of the flange portions 12A and 12B of the first and second container portions 10A and 10B are formed. The top surfaces of 15 are flush. Therefore, there is no boundary that clearly separates the flange portion 12A and the bridge portion 15 of the first container portion 10A, and there is no boundary that clearly distinguishes the flange portion 12B and the bridge portion 15 of the second container portion 10B. .. Of course, the annular range having a predetermined width around the upper end of the accommodating portion 11A (excluding the guide groove 20 described below) is considered to be the flange portion 12A, and the annular range having a predetermined width around the upper end of the accommodating portion 11B is considered to be the flange portion 12B. A range other than the bridge portion 15 may be considered.

An elongated guide groove 20 having a longitudinal direction in the direction connecting the first container portion 10A and the second container portion 10B is formed in the cross-linked portion 15 (and the flange portion 12A of the first container portion 10A). The guide groove 20 is formed by pressing a pressing die from the upper surface of the cross-linked portion 15 or sucking from the lower surface of the cross-linked portion 15 during compressed air forming or vacuum forming, whereby the upper surface of the cross-linked portion 15 is concave and can be seen from the lower surface. For example, a convex guide groove 20 is formed. With reference to FIGS. 4 and 6, one end of the guide groove 20 communicates with (connects) the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A, and the other end extends to the second container portion 10B. Has not reached and has stopped halfway. That is, the guide groove 20 does not communicate with the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B.

The guide groove 20 of this embodiment is a substantially rectangular shape having a longitudinal direction in the direction connecting the first and second container portions 10A and 10B when viewed from a plane, and has a constant width. Of course, for example, the shape may be gradually narrowed from the first container portion 10A to the second container portion 10B (triangle when viewed from a plane), and the shape can be appropriately designed.

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, on the upper surface of the flange portion 12A of the first container portion 10A, the upper surface of the flange portion 12B of the second container portion 10B, and the upper surface of the cross-linking portion 15 (excluding the guide groove 20). A rectangular lid 30 with an oval shape or rounded ends is adhered, whereby the opening of the accommodating portion 11A and the opening of the accommodating portion 11B are both closed. The guide groove 20 is also completely closed by the lid 30. In the state of being closed by the lid portion 30, the food 40 stored in the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A does not leak to the outside.

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 4, a cutting line is formed at a position approximately intermediate in the longitudinal direction of the lid portion 30 in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (the same direction as the direction connecting the first and second container portions 10A and 10B). 31 is included. The excision line 31 can be a half-cut line in which a notch is made to a depth of about half the thickness of the lid portion 30, and the excision line 31 is formed so as not to completely penetrate the lid portion 30. The half-cut line may be a continuous line or a discontinuous line (for example, a broken line). In the case of discontinuous lines, an auxiliary line extending diagonally short may be formed at one end of each discontinuous line so that stable excision can be performed. By the excision line 31, the lid portion 30 is formed by the lid portion 30A that closes the entire opening of the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A and a part of the guide groove 20, and the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B. It is divided into a lid half body 30B that closes the entire opening and the rest of the guide groove 20.

The lid portion 30 may be made of a uniaxially stretched film, and in this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the cut line 31 does not necessarily have to be formed on the lid portion 30. This is because the uniaxially stretched film has a property of being easily torn linearly in a direction orthogonal to the stretching direction. It is preferable to form a pair of notches 31A (which may be one) at substantially the center of both side edges of the lid 30 in the longitudinal direction. Starting from the notch 31A forming portion, the lid portion 30 can be divided into a lid portion half body 30A and a lid portion half body 30B (only the lid portion half body 30B is peeled off as described below).

Of the two lid halves 30A and 30B, the lid halves 30B covering a part of the accommodating portion 11B and the guide groove 20 of the second container portion 10B are peeled off. When the lid half body 30B is peeled off with reference to FIGS. 4 and 6, the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B opens upward, and a part of the tip of the guide groove 20 also opens upward.

With reference to FIG. 7, FIG. 7 corresponds to FIG. 6 in which the food 40 in the storage portion 11A of the first container portion 10A is transferred into the storage portion 11B of the second container portion 10B. It is shown in the cross section.

When the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A is pushed upward, the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A is deformed and the space inside the accommodating portion 11A is crushed. It is pushed out through the opening of the tip of the guide groove 20 through 20. Since the guide groove 20 is elongated and is formed in the direction toward the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B, the food 40 extruded from the tip of the guide groove 20 is the flange portion 12B of the second container portion 10B. It passes over and is poured into the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B. As described above, not only the guide groove 20 but also a part of the flange portion 12B of the second container portion 10B (the portion between the upper opening of the second container portion 10B and the tip of the guide groove 20) is also the second. It is used as a passage (guidance passage) through which the food 40 passes when the food 40 is transferred from the container portion 10A of the first container portion 10A to the second container portion 10B.

In this way, by peeling off the lid half body 30B and crushing the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A, a small amount of wet type (fluid) food 40 in the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A can be obtained. It can be transferred into the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B one by one. That is, the second container portion 10B can be used as a separate container (tray) for transferring the food 40 packaged in the first container portion 10. Since the small amount of food 40 can be transferred to the second container portion 10B, the small amount of food 40 can be slowly given. Further, since the opening of the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B is closed until the lid half body 30B is peeled off, it is also excellent in hygiene.

FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view of the connecting portion 2 of another embodiment. With the connecting portion 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 7, the guide groove 20A formed in the crosslinked portion 15 connects the inside of the accommodating portion 11A of the first container portion 10A to the inside of the accommodating portion 11B of the second container portion 10B. A wall portion 32 protruding downward is formed or fixed on the back surface of the lid half body 30B on the side to be peeled off, and the lid portion 30 is the first and second containers. The difference is that the guide groove 20 is closed by the wall portion 32 when the portions 10A and 10B are adhered to the flange portions 12A and 12B and the bridge portion 15. When the lid half body 30B is peeled off, the wall portion 32 is removed. Before the lid half body 30B is peeled off, the food 40 does not move from the first container portion 10A to the second container portion 10B through the guide groove 20A. Further, since the guide groove 20A completely connects the two accommodating portions 11A and 11B, the food 40 can be smoothly moved (transferred).
