Description

The present invention relates to a bottle mouth cap for sealing a bottle mouth portion of a bottle body.

As shown in FIG. 4, the invention described in Patent Document 1 in which the applicant filed a patent application prior to the present application includes a stopper body 20 that is detachably fitted to the bottle mouth portion 31 and a top wall portion 2. A bottle mouth cap for sealing the stopper body 20 together with the bottle mouth portion 31 with a sealing cylinder portion 3 hung in a tubular shape on the outer peripheral edge of the bottle, and a thin-walled weakened portion 10 provided on the sealing cylinder portion 3. When the knob portion 17 of the opening band body 16 defined by the above is pulled in the circumferential direction while being gripped, the support piece 19 extended in the cantilevered support state is inverted in the through window 18 of the knob portion 17. Since the knob portion 17 can be set to the upright state, the opening operation can be easily performed.
As shown in FIG. 5, at the lower end of the sealing cylinder portion 3, a locking portion 7 protruding radially outward in a convex curved surface shape is directed toward the inner peripheral surface of the sealing cylinder portion 3 (β in FIG. 5). Direction) It is arranged so that it can be folded back. The locking portion 7 is folded back toward the inner peripheral surface of the sealing cylinder portion 3 at the time of tapping, and in this state, the locked portion 32 is provided around the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth portion 31 in a concave curved cross-sectional shape. By locking, it is possible to restrict the axial movement of the bottle mouth cap 1 with respect to the bottle mouth portion 31.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-216337

In a general sake production line, if high temperature filling is performed, the aroma component will be lost. Therefore, after bottling in cold sake (for example, around 5 ° C), high temperature (for example, around 65 ° C) shower water is added. Heat sterilization treatment is performed on the bottle body.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, in the conventional bottle mouth cap 1, a large pushing force acts on the plug body 20 as the internal pressure inside the bottle increases due to heating. At this time, the weakened portion 10 If the radial wall thickness of the spiral weakening portion 13 which is a part is too thin, the locking portion 7 expands radially outward together with the lower end of the sealing cylinder portion 3 starting from the locked portion 32. As a result, there is a risk that the sealing cylinder portion 3 will be lifted and the stopper body 20 will be unplugged from the bottle mouth portion.
On the other hand, if the thickness of the entire spiral weakening portion 13 in the radial direction is formed to be thick, it is possible to prevent the plug body 20 from being unplugged from the bottle mouth portion due to the above deformation, but the spiral weakening portion 13 can be used. There is a problem that the opening work becomes difficult because it becomes difficult to break.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, it is possible to suppress the bulging deformation of the lower end of the sealing cylinder portion due to the increase in the internal pressure inside the bottle to prevent the stopper from being unplugged, and to prevent the stopper from being unplugged.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the following description, of the circumferential directions around the cap axis O, the α direction shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 is defined as the opening direction, and the opposite direction is defined as the reverse opening direction.

The bottle mouth cap 1 of the present invention is made of synthetic resin, and has a stopper body 20 (see FIG. 2) that is detachably fitted to the bottle mouth portion 31 of the bottle body 30, the bottle mouth portion 31 and the bottle mouth portion 31. It is configured to have a sealing cylinder portion 3 for sealing the plug body 20 fitted to the portion 31.
The sealing cylinder portion 3 is formed to have a covering top portion 3A mainly covering the plug body 20 and a covering cylinder portion 3B connected to the lower end of the covering top portion 3A and mainly covering the bottle mouth portion 31.
The covering top portion 3A is formed by having a disk-shaped top wall portion 3a and a cylindrical upper outer peripheral wall 3b suspended from the outer peripheral edge of the top wall portion 3a, and is formed of the upper outer peripheral wall 3b. The periphery is composed of a plurality of flutes, and a knurl 3c that exerts a non-slip effect in the circumferential direction is formed over the entire circumference. Further, an operation opening 15 that opens in a substantially horizontal U shape is formed at a position substantially at the center of the covering cylinder portion 3B.

The coated cylinder portion 3B is formed with a plurality of weakened portions 10 that facilitate the removal of the plug 20 fitted to the bottle mouth portion 31, and the lower end of the coated body portion 3B is directed outward in the radial direction. The locking portion 7 projecting in a convex curved surface shape is arranged so as to be foldable toward the inner peripheral surface of the covering body portion 3B (in the β direction of FIG. 2) (see FIG. 2). The locking portion 7 is folded back toward the inner peripheral surface of the covering body portion 3B at the time of tapping, and in this state, the locked portion 32 is provided around the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth portion 31 in a concave curved surface in cross section. By locking to, the movement of the bottle mouth cap 1 with respect to the bottle mouth portion 31 in the axial direction is restricted. The convex curved surface-shaped locking portion 7 and the concave curved surface-shaped locked portion 32 are formed with the same radius of curvature.

The weakening portion 10 is obliquely downward from one end (reverse opening direction) of the horizontal weakening portion 11 formed horizontally between the covering top portion 3A and the covering cylinder portion 3B and the horizontal weakening portion 11 for operation. The first inclined weakening portion 12 extending toward the upper end of the opening 15 and the second inclined weakening portion 13 formed spirally from the position of the lower end of the operating opening 15 toward the lower end of the covering body portion 3B. It is configured to have.

Then, in the covering cylinder portion 3B, an opening band 16 defined by a horizontal weakening portion 11, a first tilt weakening portion 12, a second tilt weakening portion 13, and an operation opening 15 constituting the weakening portion 10 is provided. It is formed, and a knob portion 17 is provided at an end portion of the opening band body 16 adjacent to the operation opening 15. A through window 18 is formed in the knob portion 17, and the through window 18 indicates an opening direction α, which is an operation direction, and a support piece 19 in the shape of an arrow in a plan view is extended in a cantilevered support state. .. When the grip portion 17 of the opening band body 16 is pulled in the opening direction α while being gripped, the support piece 19 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth portion 31 in an inverted state (not shown), and the grip portion 17 stands up. Since it is set to the raised state, it is possible to easily perform the opening operation.

The horizontal weakening portion 11 is not formed all around, but is divided in the circumferential direction by a connecting portion 6 connecting the upper outer peripheral wall 3b and the covering body portion 3B.
Further, the horizontal weakening portion 11, the first tilt weakening portion 12, and the second tilt weakening portion 13 constituting the weakening portion 10 are all grooves (concave ribs) formed on the outer peripheral surface of the covering body portion 3B constituting the sealing cylinder portion 3. ), And it is easily broken by forming the bottom of the groove in a thin wall shape.

At the tips of the first tilt weakening portion 12 and the second tilt weakening portion 13 in the reverse opening direction, fracture start ends P1 and Q1 continuous from the operation opening 15 are provided, respectively. The fracture starting ends P1 and Q1 are formed by penetrating a part of the groove bottom portions 12A and 13A forming the first inclination weakening portion 12 and the second inclination weakening portion 13. The fracture starting ends P1 and Q1 are portions that first cause a break in the first inclination weakening portion 12 and the second inclination weakening portion 13 when the opening band 16 is opened in the opening direction α. .. Further, the end of the horizontal weakening portion 11 on the upper side in the opening direction α and the end of the second inclined weakening portion 13 on the lower side constitute the breaking end portions P2 and Q2, which are the endings of the breaking, respectively.

In this embodiment, the fracture end portion Q2 of the second inclination weakening portion 13 is formed with a vertical weakening portion 14 extending from the end of the second inclination weakening portion 13 to the lower end of the covering body portion 3B. The end portion Q2 may be configured to directly reach the lower end of the covering body portion 3B.

A plurality of reinforcing ribs L (three in this embodiment) protruding outward in the radial direction are provided on the groove bottom portion 13A in the opening direction at a position near the fracture end portion Q2 in the second inclined weakening portion 13. It is formed in columns along α with a predetermined interval. The vicinity of the fracture end portion Q2 is a region about 1/4 of the circumference from the position of the end of the second inclination weakening portion 13 in the opening direction α, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs L are arranged in columns. It means one area in the circumferential direction (see FIG. 3).

As shown in FIG. 3, the reinforcing rib L has an inclined portion L1 in which the wall thickness dimension in the radial direction gradually increases from the fracture start end portion Q1 side toward the fracture end portion Q2 toward the opening direction α. It is formed.
When the wall thickness dimension W1 of the groove bottom portion 13A of the second inclined weakening portion 13 in the vicinity of the fracture end portion Q2 is less than 0.2, unintended unnecessary fracture is likely to occur, and when the thickness is larger than 0.3 mm. It becomes difficult to break. Therefore, in order to smoothly perform the opening operation, the wall thickness dimension W1 of the groove bottom portion 13A is preferably in the range of 0.2 to 0.3 mm.
The length dimension W2 of each reinforcing rib L in the circumferential direction (opening direction α) is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 0.7 mm, more preferably 0.6 mm.
Further, the radial wall thickness dimension W3 of the reinforcing rib L is formed to be smaller than the depth dimension W4 (the dimension from the surface of the covering cylinder portion 3B to the surface of the groove bottom portion 13A) of the second inclined weakening portion 13. Yes (0 <W3 <W4).

In a configuration in which a plurality of such reinforcing ribs L are arranged in tandem at positions near the fracture end portion Q2 of the second inclination weakening portion 13, the second inclination weakening portion 13 near the fracture end portion Q2 is strengthened. Even when heat sterilization treatment with high-temperature shower water is performed after bottling in the state of cold liquor as in the above, the locking portion 7 starts from the locked portion 32 of the covering body portion 3B constituting the sealing cylinder portion 3. It is possible to suppress the bulging deformation that spreads outward in the radial direction together with the lower end, and as a result, it is possible to prevent a problem that the plug is pulled out from the bottle mouth portion 31 of the plug body 20. Moreover, since it is possible to ensure smooth breakage of the second inclined weakening portion 13 in the opening direction α, the opening operation can be facilitated.
That is, it is possible to prevent the plug body 20 from being unplugged due to the increase in the internal pressure in the bottle body 30 due to the heat sterilization treatment, and it is possible to maintain the facilitation of the plug opening work due to the smooth breakage of the second inclined weakening portion 13. ..

As shown in FIG. 2, the plug body 20 is integrally formed with the upper plug portion 21 and the fitting portion 22 connected to the lower portion thereof, and the fitting portion 22 is inside the bottle mouth portion 31. The bottle body 30 is sealed by being inserted and tightly fitted. An annular convex portion 8 projecting inward in the inner diameter direction is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the covering body portion 3B constituting the sealing cylinder portion 3, and the annular convex portion 8 is formed with the upper plug portion 21 and the fitting portion 22. The structure is such that it penetrates into the stepped portion 23 formed between the two and abuts on the lower end of the upper plug portion 21, and suppresses the plug body 20 from being unplugged from the inside of the sealing cylinder portion 3 in the state before plugging. It is possible to do.

In order to attach the bottle mouth cap 1 having the above configuration to the bottle mouth portion 31, first, using a jig or the like, the locking portion 7 is elastically deformed and folded back toward the inside of the sealing cylinder portion 3. The locking portion 7 is directed inward in the radial direction (β direction in FIG. 2).
Next, the bottle mouth cap 1 is tapped, the fitting portion 22 of the stopper body 20 is fitted to the bottle mouth portion 31, and the bottle mouth portion 31 is sealed. At this time, since the lower end of the upper plug portion 21 comes into contact with the upper end of the bottle mouth portion 31, the further downward movement of the bottle mouth cap 1 with respect to the bottle mouth portion 31 is restricted. At the same time, the locking portion 7 invades the locked portion 32 while sliding on the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth portion 31, and the locking is completed, and the bottle mouth cap 1 moves upward with respect to the bottle mouth portion 31. Is regulated. The work of attaching the bottle mouth cap 1 to the bottle mouth portion 31 is performed using a stoppering machine (not shown).

Next, a method of opening the bottle mouth cap having the above configuration from the bottle mouth portion will be described.
While pinching the grip portion 17 with a fingertip, the cap opening band 16 is strongly pulled in the cap opening direction α and circulated around the bottle mouth portion 31. Then, on the upper side of the opening band body 16, the first inclined weakening portion 12 and the horizontal weakening portion 11 are broken in this order from the breaking start end portion P1 to the breaking end portion P2 in the opening direction α. At the same time, on the lower side of the opening band body 16, the second inclined weakening portion 13 is broken from the breaking start end portion Q1 to the breaking end portion Q2 in the opening direction α, and finally the vertical weakening portion 14 is broken. As a result, the covering top portion 3A and the covering cylinder portion 3B are separated from each other in the upper portion, and the covering cylinder portion 3B is spirally divided in the lower portion, so that the sealing cylinder portion 3 can be removed from the bottle mouth portion 31. However, the state in which the covering top portion 3A and the covering cylinder portion 3B are connected to each other via the connecting portion 6 is maintained. Therefore, it is possible to integrally dispose of the unnecessary sealing cylinder portion 3, which can contribute to the separation treatment of dust.

In a state where the sealing cylinder portion 3 is removed from the bottle mouth portion 31, the fitting portion 22 of the plug body 20 is tightly fitted into the bottle mouth portion 31 to be tightly sealed, and the upper plug portion 21 is the bottle mouth. It is in an exposed state on the portion 31. Therefore, by pulling out and opening the stopper body 20 while grasping the upper stopper portion 21, the content liquid in the bottle body 30 can be poured out through the bottle mouth portion 31. After pouring, the fitting portion 22 of the plug body 20 can be re-closed (recapped) by inserting it into the bottle mouth portion 31 and tightly fitting it.
