本発明は下記のとおりである。

繊維状セルロースと、グリセリンを含有する皮膚外用剤。

グリセリンを５０〜９０質量％含有する（１）又は（２）に記載の皮膚外用剤。
（４）
洗い流し化粧料である（１）〜（３）のいずれか１に記載の皮膚外用剤。
（５）
さらに、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを含有する（１）〜（４）のいずれか１に記載の皮膚外用剤。
