It has a plurality of vertical metal wires 60, 60, ... Arranged in parallel with an interval BT and orthogonal to each horizontal metal wire 59, 59, .... In the cylindrical wire mesh cage Z1, each arc horizontal metal wire 59, 59, ... And each vertical metal wire 60, 60, ... Next, the relationship between the hanging metal fitting X1 and the cylindrical wire mesh basket Z1 (wire mesh basket) will be described.

<1> Suspension width H1 of the suspension portion 3
As shown in FIGS. 3, 10 and 17, the suspension portion 3 has a suspension width H1 slightly narrower than the vertical line distance BT of the cylindrical wire mesh cage Z1 (wire mesh cage). The suspension width H1 of the suspension portion 3 is, for example, a width of less than 100% of the vertical line distance BT and more than 90% (1.0 × BT <H1 ≦ 0.9 × BT). The suspension width H1 of the suspension portion 3 is set to an arbitrary value in the range of more than 0.9 × BT and less than 1.0 × BT (1.0 × BT to 0.9 × BT).
For example, assuming that the wire diameter d1 = 6 mm of the arc horizontal metal wire (horizontal metal wire) of the cylindrical wire mesh cage Z1, the straight line d2 = 6 mm of the vertical metal wire 60, and the mesh CT = 100 mm × 100 mm, the distance between the horizontal wires AT is AT = 100 mm-6 mm = 94 mm, and the vertical line distance BT is BT = 100 mm-6 mm = 94 mm. The suspension width H1 of the suspension portion 3 is 90 mm, and 0.957 × BT mm.
As a result, the hanging portions 3 are adjacent to each other with a mounting gap δ4 = 2 mm (slight mounting gap δ4) between the vertical metal wires 60 and 60 adjacent to each other with the width ends 3C and 3D and the vertical line distance BT separated from each other. It can be arranged between the matching vertical metal wires 60, 60. The mounting gap δ4 is set to, for example, 3 minutes or less of the vertical line distance BT. However, the mounting gap δ4 is set to 0 <δ4 ≦ 0.03 × BT (hereinafter, the same applies).

<2> Stop width H2 of the retaining part 4
As shown in FIGS. 3, 8 and 16, the retaining portion 4 has a retaining width H2 slightly narrower than the vertical line distance BT of the cylindrical wire mesh cage Z1 (wire mesh cage). The retaining width H2 of the retaining portion 4 is, for example, the same width as the suspension width H1 of the suspending portion 3, and is less than 100% of the vertical line distance BT and exceeds 90%, like the suspending portion 3. (1.0 × BT <H2 ≦ 0.9 × BT).
For example, similarly to the hanging portion 3, if the distance between vertical lines is BT = 94 mm, the retaining width H2 of the retaining portion 4 is H2 = 90 mm, and 0.957 × BT mm.
As a result, the retaining portion 4 is separated from the vertical metal wires 60, 60 adjacent to each other with the vertical line distance BT separated by a mounting gap δ4 = 2 mm (a slight mounting gap δ4), and the vertical metal wires 60, 60 adjacent to each other. Can be placed in between.

B) The test results of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples are shown in the “graph” of FIG. 45.
The “graph” of FIG. 45 shows the load (kN) on the vertical axis (Y axis) and the displacement (mm) on the horizontal axis (X axis). As shown in FIGS. 37 to 44, the load (kN) in the “graph” of FIG. 45 acts on the second horizontal metal wire 59B (one horizontal metal wire) of the wire mesh body ZY in the shearing direction. The load is Wτ (kN). The displacement (mm) in FIG. 45 is the amount of movement (displacement amount) of the lower movable body of the hydraulic universal testing machine, and as shown in FIGS. 37 and 44, the second horizontal metal wire of the wire mesh frame YZ. The shear displacement δτ (mm) in the shear direction of (one metal wire).

In Example 1 and the wire mesh body ZY, the shear displacement δτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B with respect to the maximum shear load Wτ = 20.3 (kN) was δτ = 1.3 mm.

In Example 2 and the wire mesh body ZY, the maximum shear load Wτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B was Wτ = 18.1 (kN) as shown in FIG. 45. For Example 2 and the wire mesh body ZY, the shear pattern displacement δτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B with respect to the maximum shear load Wτ = 18.1 (kN) was δτ = 0.8 (mm).

For Example 3 and the wire mesh body ZY, the maximum shear load Wτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B was Wτ = 18.0 (kN) as shown in FIG. 45. For Example 3 and the wire mesh body ZY, the shear displacement δτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B with respect to the maximum shear load Wτ = 18.0 (kN) was δτ = 0.9 mm.

For Comparative Example 1 and the wire mesh body ZY, the maximum shear load Wτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B was Wτ = 12.6 (kN) as shown in FIG. 45. For Comparative Example 1 and the wire mesh body ZY, the shear displacement δτ of the second horizontal metal wire 59B with respect to the maximum shear load Wτ = 12.6 (kN) was δτ = 4.1 (mm).

Maximum shear load Wτ = 20.3 (kN) using the hanging metal fitting X1 of Example 1, maximum shear load Wτ = 18.1 (kN) using the hanging metal fitting X1 of Example 2, and Example 3. The maximum shear load Wτ = 18.1 (kN) using the hanging metal fitting X2, which is larger than the maximum shear load Wτ = 12, 6 (kN) using the sling hook 95 of Comparative Example 1. Shows the value.
The difference in the maximum shear load Wτ is such that in the hanging metal fittings X1 and X2 of the first, second and third embodiments, the second horizontal metal wire 59B is in line contact with the load (the load is applied to one point of the horizontal metal wire 59B. Concentrated load) is not applied, whereas in the sling hook 95 of Comparative Example 1, the concentrated load is applied to one point of the horizontal metal wire 59B by making point contact with the second horizontal metal wire.

Shear displacement δτ = 1.3 (mm) using the hanging metal fitting X1 of Example 1, shear displacement δτ = 0.8 (mm) using the hanging metal fitting X1 of Example 2, and hanging of Example 3. The shear displacement δτ = 0.9 (mm) using the metal fitting X2 is smaller than the shear displacement δτ = 4.1 (mm) using the sling hook 95 of Comparative Example 1. ..
The difference in shear displacement δτ is such that in the hanging metal fittings X1 and X2 of Example 1, Example 2 and Example 3, the second horizontal metal wire 59B is in line contact with the load (concentration) at one point of the horizontal metal wire 59B. The load) is not applied, whereas in the sling hook 95 of Comparative Example 1, a concentrated load is applied to one point of the horizontal metal wire 59B by making point contact with the second horizontal metal wire.

The maximum shear load Wτ = 20.3 (kN) using the hanging metal fittings X1 of the first embodiment, and the maximum shear load Wτ = 18. using the hanging metal fittings X1 and X2 of the second and third embodiments. It shows a large value as compared with 1 (kN) or 18.1 (kN).
The difference in the maximum shear load Wτ is due to the widths (first and second holding widths, holding widths) of line contact with the second horizontal metal wire 59B.
In the hanging metal fittings X1 of the first and second embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 37 and 39, the first holding width H3 of the first wire holding portion 5 and the second holding width H2 of the second wire holding portion 6 60B. Adjacent vertical metal wires. The maximum shear load Wτ (kN) of the second horizontal metal wire 59B is set to a width that makes line contact adjacent to 60C and does not contact the horizontal metal wire 59B on the center side of the second horizontal metal wire 59B. You can make it bigger.
Further, in the hanging metal fittings X1 of the first and second embodiments, the first and second holding widths H3 and H4 are gradually narrowed in the range of 25.6 (mm) to 17.4 (mm). The second maximum shear load Wτ gradually increases in the range of 18.1 (kN) to 20.3 (kN).

From the results of the tensile test, the adjacent vertical metal wires 60B. By making line contact with the horizontal metal wire 59B (one horizontal metal wire) including the side adjacent to 60C, deformation or breakage of the horizontal metal wire can be suppressed.
From the result of the tensile test, the adjacent vertical metal wires 60B. It is recognized that the deformation and breakage of the horizontal metal wire 59B can be effectively suppressed by making line contact with the horizontal metal wire 59B on the side adjacent to the 60B. That is, the adjacent vertical metal wires 60B. By making line contact (holding) with the horizontal metal wire on the side welded at the intersection of 60C and reinforced in strength, deformation and breakage of the horizontal metal wire can be effectively suppressed.
As a result, the hanging metal fittings X1 and X2 according to the present invention hold (wire contact) one horizontal metal wire between the adjacent vertical metal wires of the wire mesh baskets Z1 and Z2 filled with the filling material. Even if the wire mesh cages Z1 and Z2 are hung, deformation or breakage of one horizontal metal wire due to the weight of the wire mesh cages Z1 and Z2 can be suppressed.
