Abstract
Description
The present disclosure relates to medical stopcocks, and more particularly to medical stopcocks that can be used for injecting chemicals.
A medical stopcock such as a three-way stopcock for switching the flow path may be connected to a medical circuit such as an infusion circuit and a blood circuit. By connecting a three-way stopcock, for example, another chemical solution can be easily introduced into the chemical solution flowing through the main flow path from the side flow path at the time of infusion or the like.
。 A general three-way stopcock has a linearly arranged first and second pipelines and a third conduit arranged in a direction intersecting the first and second pipelines. The three conduits are connected to a cylindrical body, and a columnar plug is rotatably inserted inside the body. The plug body is provided with a T-shaped flow hole that penetrates the inside, and by rotating the plug body to adjust the position of the flow hole, the flow state between the three pipelines can be set or blocked. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in such a three-way stopcock, a dead space is created by a T-shaped flow hole penetrating the stopcock body, so that, for example, a part of the chemical solution injected from the third conduit stays in the dead space.
。 For the purpose of preventing the retention of the chemical solution, a three-way stopcock having a structure in which a groove is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the stopper and the third conduit is flushed with the chemical solution from the first conduit is being studied (for example, See Patent Document 2).
However, even when the groove portion is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the plug body, the chemical solution flows only to the portion on the main body side of the third pipeline, and it is difficult to flush the entire third pipeline. Therefore, the effect of eliminating the retention of the chemical solution is not sufficient. The same applies not only to three-way stopcocks but also to other medical stopcocks.
。 Therefore, for the purpose of preventing the accumulation of the chemical solution, a partition wall is provided in the third conduit so that the drug solution and blood flowing from the first conduit can pass over the partition wall and flow into the second conduit. A three-way stopcock having a different configuration has been studied (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
However, in the conventional three-way stopcock, the chemical solution or the like flowing from the first conduit to the second conduit cannot flow from the first conduit to the second conduit unless it gets over the partition wall. For this reason, the flow rate of the drug solution is temporarily blocked by the partition wall, the flow rate to the second pipeline is reduced, and the drug solution is sufficiently supplied into the patient's body through a catheter or the like connected to the end of the second pipeline. There is a problem that it cannot be administered to.
An object of the present disclosure is to make it possible to realize a medical stopcock in which the chemical solution is less likely to stay in the pipeline and the flow rate of the chemical solution or the like flowing into the second pipeline is less likely to decrease.
One aspect of the medical activation plug is a cylindrical main body, a first pipe line, a second pipe line and a third pipe line connected to the side surface of the main body at intervals in the circumferential direction, and an inner circumference of the main body. The outer peripheral surface is supported by the surface, and a columnar plug body that is rotatable relative to the main body is provided. It has a groove provided on the outer peripheral surface, and the first pipe and the second pipe are composed of the groove and the inner wall surface of the main body when the plug body is set to the first position, and the first pipe is formed. The first flow path connecting the road and the third pipeline, the second flow path which is composed of the groove and the inner wall surface of the main body and connects the second pipeline and the third pipeline, and the outer peripheral surface of the partition wall. And the inner wall surface of the third pipeline, the third flow path connecting the first flow path and the second flow path, and the groove portion and the end surface of the partition wall on the main body side, and the first flow path. It is connected by a fourth flow path that connects to the second flow path.
With such a configuration, at the first position of the plug, the first pipe and the second pipe are connected not only by the third flow path but also by the fourth flow path, so that the first pipe It is possible to prevent a decrease in the flow rate from the road to the second pipeline. In addition, the liquid flowing through the third flow path can sufficiently flush the third pipeline.
In one aspect of the medical stopcock, when the stopcock is set to the first position, the extension line of the portion that becomes the first flow path in the groove reaches the side surface of the partition wall on the first conduit side, and the second in the groove. The extension line of the portion serving as the flow path may reach the side surface of the partition wall on the second pipeline side. Further, when the plug body is set to the first position, the portion of the groove portion that becomes the first flow path may extend in the direction intersecting the partition wall. By doing so, it is possible to make it more difficult for the chemical solution to stay between the first flow path and the second flow path.
In one aspect of a medical stopcock, the third flow path has a first portion on the first conduit side and a second portion on the second conduit side, and when the stopcock is in the first position, the groove portion The end portion of the portion to be the first flow path on the third pipeline side may be located within a range in which the first portion of the third flow path is extended in the main body. With such a configuration, the liquid can be sufficiently flowed from the first flow path to the third flow path.
In one aspect of the medical stopcock, the third conduit may have a reduced diameter portion whose inner diameter gradually decreases toward the main body side. By providing the reduced diameter portion, a step is not generated in the third pipeline, and it is possible to make it more difficult for the chemical solution to stay.
In one aspect of the medical stopcock, the width of the groove may be equal to or greater than the width of the end on the main body side in the third conduit. With such a configuration, it is possible to sufficiently flush the third pipeline. In this case, the width of the groove can be 1.5 mm or more and 4.0 mm or less.
In one aspect of the medical stopcock, the male connector can be inserted into the third conduit from the end opposite to the main body, and the tip of the inserted male connector may be brought into contact with the end face of the partition wall. .. As a result, the partition wall serves as a stopper that limits the insertion depth of the male connector, facilitating the connection of the male connector and preventing the valve body from falling off.
In one aspect of the medical stopcock, the first conduit may be reduced in diameter toward the main body. With such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the retention of the liquid in the first pipeline.
In one aspect of the medical stopcock, the outer end of the first flow path may be provided at a position lower than the lower surface of the end of the first pipeline at the first position. With such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the liquid from staying in the first pipeline even when the alignment is misaligned.
According to the medical stopcock of the present disclosure, it is possible to prevent the drug solution from staying in the pipeline.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the medical stopcock of the present embodiment is a three-way stopcock, and is connected to the cylindrical
In the three-way stopcock of the present embodiment, the
At the base end of the
As shown in FIG. 4, when the
Therefore, the
As shown in FIG. 5, by setting the
When the chemical solution or the like is flowed from the
As shown in FIG. 3, the width along the axial direction at the base end portion of the
The dimensions as described above are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed depending on the intended use.
The
When the male lure connector is inserted into the
Further, it is preferable that the terminal side of the
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the top portion of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable that the upper end portion of the
The three-way stopcock is used for infusion, anesthesia, enteral nutrition, etc., and the inner diameter Φ of the
When the
The dimensions as described above are not particularly limited, and can be appropriately changed depending on the intended use.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the
As shown in FIG. 6, in the state where the
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, when the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, it is preferable that the sign of the curvature in the vicinity of the top of the slope of the
In the three-way stopcock of the present embodiment, the extension line of the
As shown in FIG. 4, when the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, when the
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the
In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the
In the present embodiment, an example in which the medical stopcock is a three-way stopcock has been shown, but the same configuration can be applied not only to the three-way stopcock but also to a medical stopcock having a branch for injecting a chemical solution. For example, the configuration may be such that the fourth pipeline is provided on the opposite side of the third pipeline.
The medical stopcock of the present embodiment is useful as a medical stopcock connected to a medical circuit such as an infusion circuit because the drug solution does not easily stay in the pipeline.
