Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a can lid in which the main opening and the vent are partially opened, and more particularly to a can lid in which the vent can be opened at the same time by opening a tab for opening the main opening, and canning using the same. ..
As conventional can lids of this type, for example, those described in
The can end portion of the beverage can with a vent of
Further, the stain-on-tab type can lid described in Patent Document 2 includes a panel portion and a tab attached in a state of being rotatable in a plane horizontal to the panel portion, and by pulling up the tab, the first In the can lid that opens the score part of, a second score part is provided at a position other than the first score part, and after opening the first score part, after rotating the tab in the horizontal direction, It is configured to open the second score section by pulling up the tab.
However, in
Further, also in Patent Document 2, the opening operation of the second score portion requires repeating two opening operations of opening the first score portion, rotating the tab in the horizontal direction, and then pulling up the tab again. There is also a problem that the opening operation is complicated and time-consuming. Further, as in
An object of the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and by operating a series of tabs for opening the main opening, the vent can be opened at the same time, and the opening operation is easy and reliable. To provide canned lids and canned foods.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention
A can lid body and a tab fixed to the can lid body by a rivet portion are provided.
The can lid body has a first score that surrounds the circumference of the first planned opening portion, which is the main opening portion, so as to border the can lid body so as to leave a part from the initial fracture portion to the terminal portion, and a first score that serves as a vent. A second score that surrounds the planned opening portion of 2 so as to border the portion from the initial fracture portion to the end portion is provided on opposite sides to the rivet portion.
The initial breaking portion of the first score and the initial breaking portion of the second score are provided on opposite sides of the rivet portion and in the vicinity of the rivet portion, respectively.
The tab includes a tab body, a tab nose portion provided at one end of the tab body and located in the first planned opening portion, a finger hook portion provided at the other end of the tab body, and a finger hook portion from the tab nose portion to the finger hook portion. A can lid having a fixed piece portion extending to the side and fixed to the rivet portion.
The rear end portion of the fixed piece portion opposite to the tab nose portion is located in the second planned opening portion beyond the second initial fracture portion of the second score.
At the time of the initial breaking operation in which the finger hook portion of the tab is raised and the tab nose portion is pushed into the first opening planned portion with the rivet portion as a fulcrum, the initial breaking portion of the first score and the initial breaking portion of the second score are performed. The structure is such that the part is broken.
After the initial break, the finger hook portion of the tab is further raised to break the first score from the initial break portion to the end portion, and then the tab is returned to the can lid body side at the time of the return operation, the rear end of the fixed piece portion. The second opening portion is pushed by the portion, and the second score is characterized in that the crack progresses from the already fractured initial fracture portion and the vent is opened.
According to the present invention, when the finger hook portion of the tab is pulled up to initially break the first score, the initial break of the second score is made almost at the same time, the main opening is formed, and then the tab is returned. As the second planned opening is pushed in by the rear end of the fixed piece, the second score is broken and the vent is opened. Therefore, the opening operation of the main opening is sufficient. At the same time, the vent can be opened, and the opening operation of the vent can be easily and reliably performed.
In addition, the present invention can be configured as follows.
1. 1. In a plan view, when a center line that passes through the center of the rivet portion and bisects the tab is drawn, the distance L1 from the center of the rivet portion to the intersection of the center line and the first initial break portion and the rivet portion The relationship between the distance L2 from the center to the intersection of the center line and the second initial fracture portion is set in the range of 0.8 ≦ (L2 / L1) ≦ 1.2.
When (L2 / L1) is larger than the maximum value, the initial breaking part of the second score is too far from the center of the rivet part, and when the end of the tab body is pulled up, the first initial breaking part of the first score The shearing force acting on the second initial fracture portion of the second score becomes smaller than that, and the first initial fracture portion opens first. If the first initial fracture portion is initially opened first, the score tier of the first score will advance, and the second initial fracture portion will not be initially opened.
On the contrary, when (L2 / L1) is smaller than the minimum value, the shearing force acting on the second initial fractured portion becomes larger than that of the first initial fractured portion at the time of initial fracture, the second initial fractured portion opens larger, and the panel The central portion is lifted upward, and the lever principle that acts on the first initial fracture portion does not work, and only the tab is bent, resulting in poor opening.
2. The residual thickness of the second score is made smaller than the residual thickness of the first score.
In this way, the second score can be broken more reliably.
3. 3. The residual thickness of the second score is smaller than the residual thickness of the initial fractured portion from the initial fractured portion to the end portion.
In this way, the second score is likely to break in the tab return operation.
4. The blade width of the second score is narrower than that of the first score.
If the blade width is narrowed, the shearing force is concentrated in a narrow range, which makes it easier to open.
5. The second initial fracture portion of the second score has a convex arc portion that curves convexly toward the second planned opening portion.
The shape is along the periphery of the highly rigid rivet portion, and the shearing force acts efficiently to easily break.
Further, the canned product of the present invention is characterized in that the can lid is wound and fixed to a container body containing the contents.
According to the canned product of the present invention, since the inside of the container is maintained to be breathable with the external space through the vent, when the main opening is used as a drinking spout or used as a spout, the inside of the can is passed through the vent. The air is replaced with the outside air, and the contents can be smoothly poured out.
Since the vent is located on the opposite side of the rivet from the main opening, if you use the main opening as a drinking mouth, the vent will be at the position of the nose, and the scent of the contents will reach the nasal cavity directly for use. One can enjoy the scent.
According to the present invention, the vent can be opened at the same time by a series of operations of the tab for opening the main opening, and the opening operation can be easily and surely performed.

Next, the opening operation of the can lid of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 6.
Initial breaking operation FIG. 3 (A) is a central longitudinal sectional view showing the initial breaking state of the first score and the second score of the can lid of FIG. 1, and (B) is the initial breaking of the second score of (A).

In this way, by pulling up the
