Description

The present invention relates to a measuring cap.

Examples of the measuring caps that are detachably attached to the mouth portion of the container body or the body cap attached to the mouth portion include those described in Patent Documents 1 and 2.

The measuring cap described in Patent Document 1 includes a lower member having a spout provided on the lower end side and a liquid return cylinder portion inserted into the mouth portion of the container body or the inside of the body cap from above, and a lower member. It has an upper member having a ceiling-shaped liquid reservoir that is attached to the liquid return cylinder portion, and the upper outer peripheral surface of the lower member is fitted inside the upper member to return the liquid to the lower member. The outer peripheral surface of the upper annular wall in the tubular portion is fitted and joined to the inside of the bulging joint skirt portion provided in the lower portion in the liquid reservoir portion of the upper member.

In the measuring cap described in Patent Document 1, the outer peripheral surface of the upper outer peripheral wall in the liquid return cylinder portion of the lower member is inside the bulging joint skirt portion provided at the lower part in the liquid reservoir portion of the upper member. It is fitted and joined. As a result, the measuring cap forms a stepped portion on the outer peripheral surface of the liquid reservoir portion of the upper member due to the bulging of the joint skirt portion at the intermediate portion in the vertical direction. The above-mentioned stepped portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the liquid reservoir portion of the upper member may make it difficult for some users to grip the measuring cap, which may impair the measuring workability.

On the other hand, the measuring cap described in Patent Document 2 is made to improve the above-mentioned difficulty of gripping in the measuring cap described in Patent Document 1, and the upper member is lowered over the entire length in the vertical direction. It is assumed that the outer peripheral surface of the upper member is fitted to the outside of the upper outer peripheral surface of the member, and the outer peripheral surface of the upper member forms a continuous surface over the entire length in the vertical direction.

According to the measuring cap described in Patent Document 2, when the user grasps the measuring cap, the user puts his / her finger on a continuous surface having no step over the entire length of the upper member in the vertical direction, and the upper member Will grab. Compared to a measuring cap that is grasped by touching the stepped portion on the outer circumference with a finger, it is easier to grasp and the weighing workability by the user can be improved.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-18859

However, in the measuring cap described in Patent Document 2, the upper member is fitted to the outside of the upper outer peripheral surface of the lower member over the entire length in the vertical direction, and the peripheral wall portion of the measuring cap is composed of a double wall. It may be difficult to see the liquid level of the contents measured on the measuring cap. In addition, when the threaded portion provided on the lower member is to be attached to or detached from the mouth portion of the container body or the threaded portion of the main body cap attached to the mouth portion during the production stage or the use stage of the measuring cap, a screwing operation is attempted. If the upper member and the lower member are loosely fitted, only the upper member may slip and the measuring cap may not be opened and closed reliably.

The present invention relates to a measuring cap that is easily grasped by a user, that the liquid level of the weighed contents is easy to see, and that the container body is securely attached to and detached from the mouth portion or the main body cap attached to the mouth portion.

The invention according to claim 1 is a measuring cap that is detachably attached to the mouth portion of the container body or a body cap attached to the mouth portion, and is attached to the mouth portion or the body cap of the container body and is attached to the container body. The spout provided at the side end is provided with a liquid return cylinder portion that is inserted and arranged inside the mouth portion or the main body cap of the container body, and is continuously provided with the liquid return cylinder portion to be connected to the mouth portion or the main body cap of the container body. It has a lower member having a liquid storage cylinder portion extending above the liquid storage cylinder and a canopy member joined to the upper end of the liquid storage cylinder, and the outer peripheral surface of the liquid storage cylinder and the outer peripheral surface of the canopy member are in the vertical direction. It is designed to form a continuous surface over the entire length.

According to the present invention, in a measuring cap composed of a lower member and a canopy member, the user can easily grasp the measuring cap, the liquid level of the measured contents can be easily seen, and the mouth portion of the container body or the main body attached to the mouth portion. It can be reliably attached to and detached from the cap.

FIG. 1 is a half cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a measuring cap attached to a main body cap attached to the mouth portion of the container main body. FIG. 2 is a half cross-sectional view showing a measuring cap. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the lower side of the measuring cap of FIG. FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the upper side of the measuring cap of FIG.

(Example 1) (FIGS. 1 to 5)
The measuring cap 100 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is detachably attached to the mouth portion 11 of a container body 10 made of a synthetic resin bottle containing a liquid detergent as a content, for example. The measuring cap 100 has a scale drawn on the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface, and an appropriate amount of liquid detergent poured out from the container body 10 can be weighed and poured out to a washing machine or the like.

In the present specification, with the measuring cap 100 attached to the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10, the side of the container body 10 is the "lower" side, and the side of the measuring cap 100 is the "upper" side. ..

In the present embodiment, the main body cap 20 is attached to the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 10, and the measuring cap 100 is screwed to the main body cap 20 and attached to the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 10.

The main body cap 20 is a known one having substantially the same structure as the main body cap described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-139049, and the spout 32 provided in the liquid return cylinder portion 31 described later of the measuring cap 100 is upward. It has a liquid recovery recess 21 inside which can be inserted and arranged from.

As shown in FIG. 3, the main body cap 20 is smaller than the skirt wall portion 22 which is mounted so as to cover the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 10 and the skirt wall portion 22 which projects upward from the ceiling portion 23 of the skirt wall portion 22 and is smaller than the skirt wall portion 22. The male screw wall portion 24 is provided concentrically with a diameter and has a male screw portion 25 formed on the outer peripheral surface, and extends downward from the lower end portion of the male screw wall portion 24 along the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 11. At the same time, it has a bowl-shaped saucer portion 27 having a bottom opening plate 26 that is inclined obliquely. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, when the measuring cap 100, which is provided so as to project upward from the central portion of the saucer portion 27 and has the liquid return cylinder portion 31 inserted and arranged in the liquid recovery recess 21, is attached, the liquid return cylinder portion It has a pouring nozzle 28 arranged inside 31.

The skirt wall portion 22 has an engaging uneven portion 29 on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion thereof, and the main body cap 20 is pushed into the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 10, and the engaging uneven portion 29 is used as the base of the mouth portion 11. The main body cap 20 is attached and fixed to the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 10 by engaging with the engaging uneven portion 12 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the end portion. Further, a female screw portion 35 formed on the skirt-shaped annular wall 34 of the measuring cap 100, which will be described later, is screwed into the male screw portion 25 of the male screw wall portion 24, and the male screw wall portion 24 is inside the saucer portion 27 together with the saucer portion 27. A liquid recovery recess 21 is formed in the skirt.

The saucer portion 27 is a bowl-shaped portion that is inserted and arranged inside the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10, and is located at the lowest portion of the diagonally inclined bottom opening plate 26 and has a liquid return opening. 26K is formed. Then, when the measuring cap 100 is reattached, the excess liquid collected from the measuring cap 100 into the liquid recovery recess 21 can be returned to the inside of the container body 10 through the liquid return opening 26K. There is. Further, in the central portion away from the peripheral edge portion of the bottom surface opening plate 26, a pouring nozzle 28 is provided so as to project from the bottom surface opening plate 26 to the upper side of the male screw wall portion 24. The dispensing nozzle 28 has substantially the same shape as the dispensing cylinder described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-139049, and communicates with the outflow opening 26K formed in the bottom opening plate 26 at the base end portion thereof. The liquid detergent can be smoothly poured into the measuring cap 100 through the tip spout 28L whose cross-sectional shape is smaller than that of the spout 31A of the measuring cap 100.

The measuring cap 100 is used by being removed from the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10 when measuring the liquid detergent or pouring the measured liquid detergent into a washing machine or the like. The measuring cap 100 receives the liquid detergent flowing out of the tilted container body 10 from the upward spout 31A at the time of weighing, and is turned upside down at the time of pouring into a washing machine or the like, and the measured liquid detergent is directed downward at the spout. Pour out from 31A.

The measuring cap 100 is composed of two members, a lower member 30 and a canopy member 40, which are vertically divided. For example, the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are both formed by injection molding a synthetic resin and have a shape designed so that the mold can be easily pulled out during injection molding. The synthetic resin forming the lower member 30 is preferably transparent or translucent from the viewpoint of visibility of the content liquid poured into the measuring cap 100. The synthetic resin forming the canopy member 40 may be transparent or translucent, but it is preferable that the synthetic resin is not transparent when the light-shielding property of the content liquid is required.

It will be described later that in the measuring cap 100, the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 can be made of different resin materials.

The lower member 30 is provided with a liquid return cylinder portion 31 having a spout 31A on the lower end side, which is the end portion on the container body side, and has a substantially cylindrical shape, and is connected to the upper end portion of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 to form a cylinder. A liquid storage cylinder portion 32 having a shape is provided. When the measuring cap 100 is attached to the main body cap 20, the spout 31A of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 is inserted and arranged inside the main body cap 20 (in this embodiment, the liquid recovery recess 21 of the main body cap 20) from above. The liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 extends upward from the outside of the main body cap 20. The lower member 30 forms a liquid return cylinder portion 31 and a liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 by a single wall.

The canopy member 40 is adhered to and joined to the upper end portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30, and constitutes a measuring cap. In this embodiment, the measuring cap is fitted and configured. The joining of the lower member 30 of the canopy member 40 to the upper end portion of the liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 is not limited to fitting, and may be screwed or an adhesive. In the measuring cap 100, the liquid return cylinder portion 31 of the lower member 30, the liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32, and the canopy member 40 form a canopy cylinder-shaped liquid reservoir portion 101, and the canopy member 40 forms the liquid reservoir portion 101 when the liquid reservoir portion 101 is weighed. Become the bottom. The liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 includes an inner diameter D2 larger than the inner diameter D1 of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 (FIGS. 1 and 2).

By forming the measuring cap 100 with two members, the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 in this way, the liquid return cylinder portion 31 of the lower member 30 is not restricted by the die-cutting property at the time of molding the measuring cap 100. While making it possible to mold the lower member 30 whose diameter is reduced so that the diameter of the spout 31A provided can be inserted into the main body cap 20, the diameter of the liquid reservoir cylinder 32 of the lower member 30 is increased to increase the diameter of the liquid reservoir 101. The weighing cap 100 with an increased capacity can be configured. Therefore, it is possible to secure a large liquid storage capacity in the liquid storage portion 101 of the measuring cap 100 without unnecessarily increasing the diameter of the mouth portion 11 or the main body cap 20 of the container main body 10.

The lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are joined by fitting the canopy member 40 to the outside of the upper outer peripheral surface of the lower member 30, forming a measuring cap 100. The measuring cap 100 configured in this way has a liquid return cylinder portion 31 of the lower member 30 inserted and arranged in the liquid recovery recess 21 of the main body cap 20 when the measuring cap 100 is attached to the main body cap 20, and the liquid of the lower member 30. The return cylinder portion 31 and the liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 have a liquid reservoir portion 101 formed together with the canopy member 40. Further, when attached to the main body cap 20, the outer peripheral surface of the measuring cap 100 is formed of the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the lower member 30 is provided with an annular rib 33 having an annular strip shape protruding outward at the upper end portion of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 which is a cylindrical portion. The lower member 30 is provided concentrically with the liquid return cylinder portion 31 hanging downward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the annular rib 33, and includes a skirt-shaped annular wall 34 having a female screw portion 35 on the inner peripheral surface, and is annular. By screwing the female threaded portion 35 of the wall 34 into the male threaded portion 25 of the male threaded wall portion 24 of the main body cap 20, the measuring cap 100 is detachably attached to the mouth portion 11.

That is, in the present embodiment, the female threaded portion 35 provided on the annular wall 34 of the lower member 30 is screwed onto the male threaded portion 25 provided on the main body cap 20. As a result, the female threaded portion 35 of the lower member 30 is screwed to the male threaded portion 25 on the outside of the main body cap 20 at a distance from the liquid return cylinder portion 31, and the content liquid measured by the measuring cap 100 is injected. When the female threaded portion 35 of the lower member 30 is screwed onto the male threaded portion 25 of the main body cap 20 after ejection, even if the content liquid drips from the spout 31A of the lower member 30 to the outer peripheral surface of the liquid return cylinder portion 31. It is possible to effectively prevent the content liquid from adhering to the female screw portion 35, and it is possible to avoid finger stains when attaching and detaching the measuring cap 100.

In the lower member 30, when the measuring cap 100 is screwed and mounted until the lower surface of the annular rib 33 abuts on the upper end of the male screw wall portion 24 of the main body cap 20, the spout 31A at the tip of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 is a saucer. It is provided with a length arranged near the bottom opening plate 26 of the portion 27. Further, when the measuring cap 100 is screwed and attached to the main body cap 20, the lip 31L formed in an annular shape on the peripheral edge of the opening of the spout 31A has a contact step formed on the inner peripheral surface of the saucer portion 27. It comes into close contact with the portion 27A, thereby preventing the contained liquid detergent from wrapping around in the gap between the liquid return cylinder portion 31 and the liquid recovery recess 21 on the outside, and providing a sealing property. It is improving. The lip 31L of the spout 31A improves the above-mentioned adhesion of the saucer portion 27 to the contact step portion 27A, and also improves the liquid drainage property when the content liquid is poured from the measuring cap 100 to prevent liquid dripping. There is also an effect.

Further, the spout 31A of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 is projected in a straight shape toward the inside of the main body cap 20. As a result, when the female screw portion 35 of the lower member 30 is screwed to the male screw portion 25 of the main body cap 20, when the spout 31A of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 of the lower member 30 begins to be inserted inside the main body cap 20, it is straight. The spout 31A that protrudes in a shape is guided to the inner surface of the main body cap 20, and the measuring cap 100 is coaxial with the central axis of the main body cap 20 to avoid slanting, and the screwing is easy and reliable. Can be planned.

In the lower member 30, the annular rib 33 is an annular strip portion that connects the upper end portion of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 and the upper end portion of the annular wall 34, and the contact ring 36 projects downward on the lower surface thereof. It is provided. The measuring cap 100 is attached to the main body cap 20 while the contact ring 36 is in pressure contact with the upper end surface of the male screw wall portion 24 of the main body cap 20. As a result, when the measuring cap 100 is attached to the mouth portion 11, the liquid sealing property of the content liquid of the container body 10 with respect to the outside can be ensured.

The lower member 30 has a liquid storage cylinder portion 32 provided with a tubular wall 37 that stands upward from the outer peripheral edge portion of the annular rib 33 provided at the upper end portion of the liquid return cylinder portion 31. The tubular wall 37 of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30 is continuous with the outer peripheral surface thereof in the vertical direction without a step, and the lower end portion of the outer peripheral surface thereof is continuous with the outer peripheral surface of the annular wall 34 without a step in the vertical direction. ing. As a result, the lower member 30 forms a continuous surface over the entire outer peripheral surface including the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 and the annular wall 34 over the entire length in the vertical direction.

The canopy member 40 has a disc-shaped top plate portion 41. The canopy member 40 is provided with an outer annular rib 42 and an inner annular rib 43 that are concentric with each other on the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the top plate portion 41 so as to project from each other, and an annular seal is provided between the outer annular rib 42 and the inner annular rib 43. A groove 44 is formed.

When the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are fitted and integrated, the upright tip 37K of the tubular wall 37 in the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the lower surface of the top plate portion 41 of the canopy member 40. It is fitted into the annular seal groove 44 and sealed liquidtightly. In the present embodiment, the annular inner peripheral sealing surface 37S provided at the upright tip 37K of the upper end portion of the tubular wall 37 in the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 is provided on the inner annular rib 43 of the canopy member 40. The annular outer peripheral seal surface 43S is liquid-tightly sealed via a seal portion S1 (FIG. 4) formed by liquid-tightly pressing.

When the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are fitted and integrated, the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are engaged with each other by an engaging portion (concave engaging portion 38, which will be described later, concave shape) provided at the upper end portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32. The engaging portion 39) and the engaging portion (convex engaging portion 45, convex engaging portion 46, which will be described later) provided on the canopy member 40 are engaged and fitted in the vertical direction.

Specifically, the convex engaging portion 45 provided on the inner peripheral portion of the lower end of the outer annular rib 42 of the canopy member 40 is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the base of the standing tip 37K on the tubular wall 37 of the lower member 30. The convex engaging portion 46 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the lower end of the inner annular rib 43 of the canopy member 40 is fitted and engaged with the portion 38, and the inner circumference of the root of the upright tip 37K of the tubular wall 37 of the lower member 30. It is fitted and engaged with the concave engaging portion 39 provided in the vicinity of the portion, and the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are fitted so as to be able to be prevented from coming off in the vertical direction. As described above, the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are engaged in both the vertical direction and the radial direction by the engaging portion provided at the upper end portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 and the engaging portion provided on the canopy member 40. It is matched. Further, in the radial direction, engagement is formed at a plurality of locations on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the upright tip 37K on the tubular wall 37 of the lower member 30. Further, in the vertical direction, engagement is formed between the concave engaging portion 38 on the outer peripheral portion of the root of the standing tip 37K and the concave engaging portion 39 provided near the inner peripheral portion of the root at different positions in the vertical position. ..

At this time, in order to sufficiently secure the length of the seal portion S1 formed by the inner annular rib 43 of the canopy member 40, the protrusion length of the inner annular rib 43 is made larger than the protrusion length of the outer annular rib 42. Take.

Further, in the measuring cap 100, the outer peripheral surface of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 (cylindrical wall 37) and the outer peripheral surface of the canopy member 40 (outer annular rib 42) of the lower member 30 are annular walls in the present embodiment. A continuous surface 102 (FIG. 4) is formed in a substantially linear shape over the entire length in the vertical direction including 34. In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surfaces of the tubular wall 37 of the liquid storage cylinder 32 of the lower member 30 and the outer annular rib 42 of the canopy member 40 are from the lower end side to the upper end side so that the mold can be easily removed during injection molding. It has a continuous reduced diameter with a small taper toward.

Further, in the measuring cap 100, the measuring cap 100 gripped by the chuck device of the filling machine or the user's fingers is attached to and detached from the main body cap 20 provided on the mouth portion 11 of the container main body 10 at the production stage or the use stage. At this time, the outer peripheral surface of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 (cylindrical wall 37) in the canopy member 40 and the lower member 30 is firmly gripped by the chuck device or the user's fingers, and the female screw portion 35 of the lower member 30 is attached to the main body cap 20. The canopy member 40 has a length L (FIG. 4) along the vertical direction so that the screwing operation force for screwing to the male screw portion 25 can be reliably transmitted to the lower member 30.

That is, when the canopy member 40 is attached to the outer periphery of the upper end portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30, the length L of the canopy member 40 along the vertical direction is preferably 3 mm or more and 15 mm or less, more preferably. Is defined within the range of 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less.

Further, in the measuring cap 100, it is preferable that the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are made of different resin materials. Since the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are separate parts for the measuring cap 100, this selection becomes easy. That is, by using, for example, PP (polypropylene) containing titanium oxide as the constituent material of the canopy member 40, the light-shielding property of the canopy member 40 can be improved and the decomposition of the prescription of the contents can be suppressed. Further, by using the block PP (polypropylene) containing a rubber component as a constituent material of the canopy member 40, the strength of the canopy member 40 can be increased and the canopy member 40 can be made hard to crack.

In the measuring cap 100, when the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are fitted and integrated, the inner peripheral surfaces of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 and the liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 The inner surface of the top plate portion 41 serves as a portion for storing the contents such as liquid detergent, and the inner peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface of the liquid return cylinder portion 31 and the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 is used for weighing. Scales R1 to R4 (FIGS. 1 and 2) are drawn as appropriate. Here, the scales R1 to R4 are provided apart from the lower end positions of the ribs 42 and 43 of the canopy member 40 that are fitted to the liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30, so that they can be easily seen at the time of weighing.

The liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 is provided with a knurl 47 on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and the user screwes the measuring cap 100 into the male screw portion 25 of the male screw wall portion 24 of the main body cap 20. The operating force can be easily applied to the outer peripheral surface of the lower member 30.

Therefore, according to the measuring cap 100, the following effects are obtained.
(a) When grasping the measuring cap 100 attached to and detached from the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10 or the body cap 20 attached to the mouth portion 11, the user uses the outer peripheral surface and the canopy of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30. The lower member 30 is grasped by putting a finger on the continuous surface 102 having no step portion over the entire length of the outer peripheral surface of the member 40 in the vertical direction. Therefore, it becomes easy to grasp and the weighing workability by the user can be improved.

(b) The measuring cap 100 makes it possible to store the contents measured by the liquid return cylinder portion 31 and the liquid reservoir cylinder portion 32 of the lower member 30 having only a single wall. Therefore, the liquid level of the contents measured on the measuring cap 100 can be visually recognized through a single thin wall, and the weighing workability by the user can be improved.

Further, the amount of molding resin of the measuring cap 100 becomes a small amount corresponding to the above-mentioned formation of the single wall, and the cost can be reduced.

(c) The measuring cap 100 is gripped on the outer peripheral surface of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 of the canopy member 40 and the lower member 30 at the production stage or the use stage, and is provided on the lower member 30 with the female screw portion 35 as the mouth of the container body 10. It is screwed to the male screw portion 25 provided on the neck portion 11 or the main body cap 20. Therefore, the measuring cap 100 directly applies a screwing operation force to the lower member 30 screwed to the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10 or the male screw portion 25 of the main body cap 20 attached to the mouth portion 11. Therefore, it is possible to ensure that the container body 10 is attached to and detached from the mouth portion 11 or the main body cap 20 attached to the mouth portion 11.

(d) The canopy member 40 is adhered to the outer circumference of the upper end portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30, and the adherence length L of the canopy member 40 along the vertical direction is within a range of 5 mm or more and 10 mm or less. It is decided. Therefore, the outer circumference of the upper end portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30 can be reliably grasped and screwed by the user's finger covering the canopy member 40.

(e) The lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are a concave engaging portion 38 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the liquid storage cylinder portion 32 in the lower member 30 and a convex engaging portion provided on the inner peripheral portion of the canopy member 40. The portion 45 is engaged and fitted in the vertical direction. As a result, the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 have a structure that makes it difficult to come off, and can be joined so as to prevent them from coming off, and the joint strength between the lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 in the measuring cap 100 in the vertical direction can be secured.

(f) The lower member 30 and the canopy member 40 are an annular inner peripheral sealing surface 37S provided at the upper end of the liquid storage cylinder 32 in the lower member 30 and an annular outer peripheral sealing surface 43S provided on the canopy member 40. Is liquid-tightly pressed and fitted. As a result, when the measuring cap 100 is attached to the main body cap 20, the liquid sealing property of the content liquid of the container main body 10 with respect to the outside can be ensured. Further, when the content liquid poured out from the container body 10 is weighed on the measuring cap 100 removed from the container body 10, it is possible to secure the liquid sealing property of the content liquid measured on the measuring cap 100 to the outside.

According to the present invention, in a measuring cap composed of a lower member and a canopy member, the user can easily grasp the measuring cap, the liquid level of the measured contents can be easily seen, and the mouth portion of the container body or the main body attached to the mouth portion. It is possible to ensure that the cap is attached to and detached from the cap.
