Abstract
Description
消化液と原料(有機性廃棄物)とを混合し、37℃、嫌気雰囲気下で、メタンガス発生量を経時的に測定する。
上記原料分解性測定と同一方法により、標準原料(例えば、酢酸、ゼラチン、でんぷん、サラダ油など)の分解率及び分解速度定数を求め、消化液の性状を評価する。
採取したメタン発酵槽14内の消化液と、原料分解性試験で用いたものと同一の標準原料とを混合して、同様に分解速度定数を求める。投入予定原料の分解速度定数を標準原料の分解速度定数で補正する。
各種原料の分解速度定数と原料成分測定結果より、回帰モデルを作成する。分解性測定試験を実施していない原料に関しても、原料成分を測定すれば、この測定値と該回帰モデルを用いて分解速度定数を予測することができる。
メタン発酵槽を最大効率で稼働させるためのメタンガス発生量または速度となるよう、
各種原料の分解速度と投入量を足し合わせて、投入原料の種類、量及び頻度を決定する。

Claims (6)
- 有機性廃棄物を受け入れる受入部と、
受入部からの有機性廃棄物が混合及び調質されて供給されるメタン発酵槽と、
受入部の有機性廃棄物、メタン発酵槽への供給物、及びメタン発酵槽の消化液について測定を行い、少なくとも有機性廃棄物の分解性を測定する測定部と、
測定部から測定結果が入力され、これに基づいて受入部からの有機性廃棄物の供給量を制御する管理装置と
を有する有機性廃棄物の処理システム。 - 前記測定部は、さらに、各有機性廃棄物の成分分析を行う請求項1の有機性廃棄物の処理システム。
- 複数の受入部を備えた請求項1又は2の有機性廃棄物処理システム。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかの有機性廃棄物の処理システムを用いた有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 複数の有機性廃棄物発生元から有機性廃棄物を回収して対応する前記受入部に投入する請求項4の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- メタン発酵槽の稼働効率を最大とするように各受入部からの有機性廃棄物の供給量を制御する請求項4又は5の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
