Description

The present invention relates to a coating tool used for so-called water writing, in which water is used as a coating liquid to form a handwriting.

Sui script is an aspect of penmanship. Specifically, handwriting is formed on the coated surface where only the parts wet with water appear to be discolored, and the coating marks are naturally erased when the water dries, so no special erasing work is required. However, it can be used over and over again and is suitable for practicing handwriting. As a dedicated water writing paper, for example, a sheet-like material in which a colored layer having a colored surface is overlaid with a coating layer that hides the colored layer or makes it difficult to see in an unused state without water coating, or drying In the state, it is a sheet-like material coated with a hygroscopic white powder that can hide the colored base, and when the surface is dry, it diffusely reflects light and hides the colored layer, but when water is applied, The base (colored layer) can be seen through, and it is attached to a board and called a water blackboard, and some are used in classes such as elementary schools. In addition, some of the water writing papers have ruled lines, checkered patterns, characters for practicing tracing, etc. printed on the surface. In the case where the sheets having a two-layer structure are overlapped in this way, if the base and the colored layer are black and the sheet covering them is white, a coating mark as written with ink can be formed on the paper surface. In addition, as an object to be applied with a water book, it is also used in situations such as so-called blackboards and cardboard that is not water-repellent, where the reflectance and reflection direction of light differ when it gets wet and it looks dark. Will be done.
For example, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-206491) discloses an invention of a general water-writing paper.

Here, as a coating tool used in a general writing mode in which ink, ink, or the like is used as a coating liquid, one in which the color of the coating destination is adjusted is known.
For example, in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-135093), the coating destination is coated by adjusting the brightness (L * value) in the L * a * b * (CIELAB) color system to 40 or less. An invention is described in which the visibility of the tip is improved and the dirt on the pen tip is made inconspicuous.
Further, Patent Document 3 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-11579) describes an invention in which the playability of the coating tool is enhanced by adjusting the coating destination and the ink to different hues.

特開2012−206491号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-206491 特開2019−135093号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2019-135093 特開2003−11579号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2003-11579

However, in water writing that uses colorless and transparent water as a coating liquid on water writing paper that has a colored layer on the paper itself, a general paper surface or a conventional coating destination that assumes the use of chromatic ink is used. When it is used, the color of the coating destination becomes familiar to the colored layer or the surface layer, and there is a possibility that the coating destination becomes difficult to see.

An object of the present invention is to provide a coating tool having a coating destination having excellent visibility on water writing paper.

The present invention is a water writing application tool for forming a stroke by using water as a coating liquid on a water writing paper composed of at least a colored layer and a surface layer having a concealing property in an unused state. The coating tool for water writing includes at least a shaft cylinder capable of incorporating the coating liquid and a coating destination for applying the coating liquid to the water writing paper, and the color brightness of the coating destination is the color of the colored layer. The first gist is a coating tool for water writing, which is larger than the lightness of the surface layer and smaller than the color lightness of the surface layer, and the color lightness of the front end of the barrel is different from the color lightness of the coating destination. The second gist is the application tool for water writing.

In the first gist of the present invention, when water is applied to the water writing paper from the coating destination, the water permeates into the surface layer of the water writing paper and the hiding power of the surface layer is lowered, so that the color of the colored layer is reduced. Becomes visible from the outside and forms a handwriting. There is a coating destination on the formed handwriting, and when the coating destination is moved to form an arbitrary handwriting, the color brightness of the coating destination becomes brighter where there is still a concealing surface layer at the destination. Since it is larger than the colored layer and smaller than the surface layer, there will be a difference in color brightness between the two layers. Obtainable.
In the second gist of the present invention, since the color brightness of the front end of the barrel is different from the color brightness of the coating destination, the color brightness differs between the front end of the barrel and the coating destination. Since the position of the root of the surface can be easily visually recognized and the maximum amount of the coating destination that can be pressed against the water writing paper can be grasped, it is possible to obtain a water writing coating tool that makes it easy to obtain an arbitrary handwriting.

Longitudinal sectional view of the applicator External perspective view near the front end of the front shaft 2a and vertically divided perspective view of the cap 4.

The coating tool for water writing of the present invention includes at least a shaft cylinder capable of incorporating water as a coating trace forming component and a coating destination through which the coating liquid permeates and comes into contact with the surface to be coated so that the coating can be performed.

As the shaft cylinder, injection-molded products or blow-molded products made of synthetic resin can be used. Bottomed cylinders, bottomless cylinders with bottom members, and moving bottoms that operate with the consumption of the content liquid. It can be such that it has. A blow-molded product is preferable when the coating liquid is directly stored in the shaft cylinder and the shaft cylinder is deformed to support the discharge of the liquid. Further, when the barrel can be gripped by hand and deformed by pressing, a dropper type structure can be adopted in which the content liquid is sucked up from the coating destination. As the discharge support of the content liquid, a rear end knock type or an internal pressurized type containing compressed air can be used.
Further, a type in which a coating liquid tank is separately arranged inside the shaft cylinder may be used, or a shaft cylinder or a coating liquid tank may be a replaceable cartridge type. Furthermore, it can be made up of a plurality of parts that screw the front shaft and the rear shaft, and the front shaft can be used as a hard and highly smooth molded product suitable for cap fitting strength and airtightness. , The rear shaft can be made into a soft blow molded product.
It is also possible to impregnate the fiber converging body called batting with the coating liquid and store it in the barrel or the coating liquid tank.
In order to visually recognize the residual amount of the content liquid, it is preferable to use a transparent synthetic resin, but the shadow of the content liquid may be visible.

The coating destination through which the coating liquid communicates can be a convergent of natural and / or synthetic fibers, a brush-like aggregate of a large number of soft protrusions, a so-called brush tip in which fibers are arranged in the vertical direction, or a shrinkage. A so-called felt-tip pen tip or the like in which hair fibers are bound can be preferably used. As the fiber, nylon fiber (6,6-nylon, 6-nylon, 12-nylon, 6,10-nylon, 6,12-nylon, etc.) can be preferably used because of its moderate elasticity and good water content. In addition, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, polyacetal fiber, polyester fiber and the like can also be used. Further, the tip of the fiber can be finely processed by mechanical chemical polishing, which is preferable because the tip is well organized, the degree of freedom of expression is high, and it is easy to apply a beautiful drawing line when the tip is made into a brush. It is also possible to form protrusions such as fine inorganic particles on the side of the fiber.
The thickness of the fiber is preferably 50 μm or more and 75 μm or less in the minimum circumscribed circle because both flexibility and rigidity of the coating destination can be compatible. In addition to the circular shape, the cross-sectional shape of the fiber may be an ellipse, a cross, a star shape, a C shape, or the like, and a plurality of these types may be mixed. The fiber length is preferably 40 mm or more and 70 mm or less because of its ease of use.
The application destination is gathered at least at the root and fixed to the main body of the application tool.
The flow of the liquid to the coating destination can also be communicated by an ink relay core such as a fiber converging body or a porous communication body, and a plurality of narrow passages are formed between the liquid accommodating portion in the shaft cylinder. Control members can also be arranged. The distribution control member is formed by forming a plurality of small recesses in the vertical direction on the outer wall of the columnar shape and forming a hole-shaped passage between the outer wall and the inner wall of the exterior body such as a shaft cylinder. It can be easy.

The color lightness of the coating destination is larger than the color lightness of the colored layer of the water writing paper and smaller than the color lightness of the surface layer.
The lightness of a color is a measure of the degree of brightness of a color, and the larger the color, the brighter the color, and the smaller the color, the darker the color. Then, if there is a difference in lightness, even if the hues are similar colors, contrast is generated, so that the boundary becomes easy to see.
First, since the color brightness of the coating destination of the present invention is smaller than the color brightness of the surface layer, the color is darker than that of the surface layer. When selecting the position to start coating, it is preferable that the coating destination is easily visible on the surface layer.
Then, when coating is started, the surface layer gets wet with the coating liquid and the concealing property is lowered, and when the coating liquid permeates and reaches the colored layer, the color of the colored layer becomes visible from the outside and a handwriting is formed. Here, where the handwriting is the color of the colored layer, the lightness of the color of the coating destination is larger than the lightness of the color of the colored layer, so that the color is brighter than that of the colored layer. Also in the case of, the coating destination is easily visible, which is preferable. Therefore, if the coating tool is provided with the coating destination according to the present invention, the visibility of the coating destination is always excellent on the water writing paper.

A known method can be appropriately selected as the method for measuring the brightness. For example, a method of measuring Munsell V, which is a value indicating brightness in the Munsell color system, using a spectrocolorimeter can be exemplified.
Further, as a method for adjusting the brightness, a material having that brightness may be simply used as the coating destination, or coloring may be performed using a coloring agent such as a known pigment or dye. In particular, coloring with a colorant is preferable because even if the color brightness of the surface layer and the colored layer varies depending on the water writing paper used, it can be adjusted within a range in which there is a difference from the color brightness of the coating destination.

More specifically, as the brightness of the color of the coating destination, it is preferable that Munsell V is 3.00 or more and 7.00 or less. This is because many water writing papers have a Munsell V of the colored layer of 2.70 or less and a Munsell V of the surface layer of 7.30 or more. This is because a difference of 0.30 or more in Munsell V is generated between the layer and the layer, and a coating destination having excellent visibility can be obtained more reliably.

Here, the coating destination can be attached to the front end of the barrel by any method. For example, an opening may be provided at the front end of the barrel, and the rear end of the coating destination may be inserted and attached. Further, in order to adjust the appearance shape of the coating destination, a fixed tube may be separately arranged at the front end of the barrel, and the coating destination may be attached via the fixed tube.

It is preferable that the color brightness of the front end of the barrel to which the coating destination is attached is different from the color brightness of the coating destination because the root of the coating destination is easily visible.

<実施例3>
<Example 3>
Since this example is an example in which the hue and brightness of the brush ear 3 of Example 1 are changed, only the portion different from that of Example 1 will be described.
In the brush ear 3 in this example, the Munsell H has a hue of 2.14YR and the Munsell V has a brightness of 6.96.

In each of the examples, since the color lightness of the brush tip 3 is larger than the color lightness of the colored layer and smaller than the color lightness of the surface layer, the visibility of the brush tip 3 is excellent on the water writing paper. It could be used as an applicator. Furthermore, since the color brightness of the brush tip 3 and the color brightness of the fixed tube 2c are different, the position of the base of the brush tip 3 becomes easy to see, and the maximum amount that the brush tip 3 can be pressed against the water writing paper. Therefore, it was possible to obtain an applicator for water writing that makes it easy to obtain an arbitrary handwriting.
