Description

The present invention relates to a protective cover for protecting an article stored inside and a transport trolley to which the protective cover is attached.

In a general transport trolley, a back panel and a side panel are provided upright corresponding to the three sides of the rear edge and both side edges of the bottom panel. When not in use, such a transport trolley can be compactly stored by stacking a plurality of transport trolleys on top of each other by flipping up the bottom panel and folding the side panels so as to overlap the front side of the back panel. So-called nesting is possible.

A cold insulation cover is attached to the transport trolley in order to keep the articles transported by the trolley in a cold state (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). The cold insulation cover is a box-shaped body having six walls on the top, bottom, left, right, front and back, and the bottom plate is placed on the bottom panel, the rear wall is attached to the back panel of the transport trolley, and the left and right side walls are attached to the side panels, respectively. It is installed and installed. Then, the cold insulation cover is designed to flip up the openable and closable front wall to open the front opening so that articles can be taken in and out.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 11-139317

When the cold insulation cover of Patent Document 1 is folded, the front wall is first connected to the side wall and the fastener connecting the upper wall to the side wall is opened, and the front wall and the upper wall are separated from the side wall and overlapped with the rear wall. Next, after removing the side wall from the side panel of the transport trolley, the lower wall is overlapped with the rear wall by folding the side wall along the planned folding line. The cold insulation cover of Patent Document 1 must be wrapped around the side of the transport trolley in order to remove the fastener extending from the side edge of the front wall to the side edge of the upper wall, and can be folded only from the front side of the transport trolley. I can't work. Further, the cold insulation cover of Patent Document 1 cannot be folded with the side wall attached to the side panel, and it takes time and effort to remove the side wall from the side panel. When folding the cold insulation cover of Patent Document 2, the front wall is first overlapped with the upper wall, the side wall is removed from the side panel of the transport carriage, and then the side wall is folded along the planned folding line to fold the lower wall and the upper wall to the rear wall. It is piled up on. As described above, the cold insulation cover of Patent Document 2 cannot be folded with the side wall attached to the side panel, and it takes time and effort to remove the side wall from the side panel. Both Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 have difficulty in folding the cold insulation cover.

As shown in FIG. 6, the sheet material constituting the inner surface side of the exterior portion 34 and the sheet material constituting the outer surface side of the interior portion 36 in the first posture may be the same (Example), or Two things are connected. Further, the sheet material forming the inner surface side of the interior portion 36 in the first posture and the sheet material forming the inner surface side of the single portion of the side wall portion 24 may be the same (Example), or two sheets. Things are connected. Further, the sheet material constituting the outer surface side of the exterior portion 34 and the sheet material constituting the single portion of the side wall portion 24 are made the same (Example), or two sheets are connected. .. The sheet material on the outer surface side of the interior portion 36 in the first posture is bent at the hinge portion 38 and is connected to the sheet material on the inner surface side of the exterior portion 34. At this time, the sheet material on the inner surface side of the interior portion 36 is the side wall portion 24. It is linearly connected to the sheet material constituting the inner surface side of the single portion in the above. The sheet material on the outer surface side of the interior portion 36 in the second posture is linearly connected to the sheet material on the inner surface side of the exterior portion 34, and at this time, the sheet material on the inner surface side of the interior portion 36 is bent at the hinge portion 38. , It is connected to the sheet material forming the inner surface side of the single portion of the lateral wall portion 24. In the side wall portion 24 of the embodiment, a wire fastener constituting the attachment / detachment means 32 is provided from the front edge of the interior portion 36 to the front edge of the single portion of the side wall portion 24.

As shown in FIG. 6, the hinge portion 38 is made of a sheet material having foldable flexibility. The hinge portion 38 switches between a bent side and an extended side of a sheet material connected to each other between the exterior portion 34 and the interior portion 36 and a sheet material connected to each other between the single portion of the interior portion 36 and the side wall portion 24. Therefore, the posture displacement of the interior portion 36 is allowed. The hinge portion 38 is preferably formed so as to be inclined downward at an inclination angle of 45 ° or more toward the front side from the rear end of the upper edge of the exterior portion 34, and more preferably 45 °. When the inclination angle of the hinge portion 38 is 45 ° or more, the upper wall portion 26 can be appropriately folded along the inner surface of the rear wall portion 22 due to the posture displacement of the interior portion 36 to the second posture, which is preferable. By forming the interior portion 36 in an isosceles triangle shape with the hinge portion 38 as the hypotenuse, the connection portion of the interior portion 36 in the first posture with the upper wall portion 26 is aligned with the upper edge of the exterior portion 34. (See Fig. 4). Further, since the connection portion of the interior portion 36 in the second posture with the upper wall portion 26 can be arranged along the rear wall portion 22, the upper wall portion 26 can be arranged along the inner surface of the rear wall portion 22. It is preferable because it can be stacked (see FIG. 5).

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a holding means 40 for holding the interior portion 36 in the first posture in a detachable manner with respect to the exterior portion 34 is provided between the exterior portion 34 and the interior portion 36. There is. As the holding means 40, a fastener such as a hook-and-loop fastener, a combination of a magnet and a magnetic material, a locking tool such as a snap button, or other configurations can be adopted. In the embodiment, the hook-and-loop fastener is used. ing. One of the holding means 40 is provided on the front portion of the inner surface of the exterior portion 34 along the front edge of the outer edge portion, and is provided on the upper portion of the inner surface of the exterior portion 34 along the upper edge of the exterior portion 34. Further, the other of the holding means 40 is provided at a position aligned with one of the holding means 40 on the outer surface of the interior portion 36 in the first posture.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a reinforcing portion 42 for reinforcing the interior portion 36 is provided above the interior portion 36. The reinforcing portion 42 is provided in the vicinity of the connecting portion of the interior portion 36 with the upper wall portion 26, and in the embodiment, the upper edge of the interior portion 36 (with the upper wall portion 26) is provided on the upper portion of the interior portion 36 in the first posture. It is installed along the connection part). As the reinforcing portion 42, it is preferable to use a material having higher rigidity than the sheet material constituting the interior portion 36, such as a plastic plate such as a corrugated cardboard-like plastic plate called a corrugated plastic or a foam such as a hard foam. The reinforcing portion 42 is arranged between the two sheet materials constituting the inner and outer surfaces of the interior portion 36 (see FIG. 6).

As shown in FIG. 3, the rear wall portion 22 is detachably attached to the rear frame portion 12 of the transport trolley 10 by the attachment means 44 provided on the upper portion. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 2, the exterior portion 34 of the lateral wall portion 24 is detachably attached to the horizontal frame portion 14 of the transport carriage 10 by the attachment means 44 provided at the upper part. As shown in FIG. 7, the mounting means 44 is fixed to the outer surface of the rear wall portion 22 (exterior portion 34 of the lateral wall portion 24), and one end is fixed to the mounting plate 46 made of a plastic plate or the like and the mounting plate 46. It is provided with a connecting belt 48 and a mounting hook 50 held by the connecting belt 48. The connection belt 48 can be made into an annular shape by folding back so that the other end side overlaps with one end side fixed to the mounting plate 46 and connecting them to each other with the hook-and-loop fastener 48a. The mounting hook 50 is connected through a connecting belt 48 having an annular root portion so that the hook-shaped tip portion is hooked on a rod-shaped body constituting the upper edge of the rear frame portion 12 (horizontal frame portion 14). It has become.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the protective cover 20 of the embodiment is attached so that the rear wall portion 22 (exterior portion 34 of the lateral wall portion 24) is suspended from the rear frame portion 12 (horizontal frame portion 14). Be done. The attachment means 44 can easily change the length of the annular connection belt 48 by adjusting the connection position of the hook-and-loop fastener 48a, and the protective cover 20 is appropriately attached according to the height of the transport trolley 10. Can be installed in position. Further, the mounting hook 50 can be easily removed from the connecting belt 48, and can be appropriately replaced with a mounting hook 50 that matches the outer shape and size of the rod-shaped body of the rear frame portion 12 (horizontal frame portion 14). Reference numeral 52 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 connects the horizontal frame portion 24 to the horizontal frame portion 14 by connecting the open end with a hook-and-loop fastener after enclosing the rod-shaped body constituting the front edge of the horizontal frame portion 14 in an annular shape. It is a mounting belt that can be attached to.

A case where the protective cover 20 is folded from a box-shaped used state to a stored state will be described. First, the attachment / detachment means 32 connecting the front edge of the side wall portion 24 and the side edge of the front wall portion 28 is disconnected by the work from the front side of the protective cover 20. By bending the front wall portion 28 at the upper edge connected to the upper wall portion 26 by the work from the front side of the protective cover 20, the front wall portion 28 is aligned with the inside (lower surface) of the upper wall portion 26, such as a hook-and-loop fastener. It is attached by the connecting means 54 (see FIG. 8). At this time, the extra length portion of the front wall portion 28 that is longer than the front-rear dimension of the upper wall portion 26 is bent and hung down along the inside (front surface) of the rear wall portion 22 (see FIG. 8B).

Next, by working from the front side of the protective cover 20, the connection of the holding means 40 connecting the exterior portion 34 and the interior portion 36 is released. By working from the front side of the protective cover 20, the interior portion 36 in the first posture is folded back diagonally to the rear side at the hinge portion 38, and the interior portion 36 is arranged so as to overlap the inside of the single portion of the side wall portion 24. The interior portion 36 is placed in the second posture (see FIGS. 5 and 9 (b)). As the interior portion 36 is folded back from the first posture to the second posture, the upper wall portion 26 connected to the interior portion 36 also bends at the trailing edge connected to the rear wall portion 22, and the posture is displaced downward. The upper wall portion 26 is arranged so as to overlap the inside of the extra length portion of the front wall portion 28 that hangs down along the wall portion 22 (see FIG. 9). In this way, the front wall portion 28 and the upper wall portion 26 are overlapped with the inside of the rear wall portion 22 only by the work from the front side of the protective cover 20 without removing the mounting means 44 and the mounting belt 52 from the transport trolley 10. Can be folded into.

Next, by working from the front side of the protective cover 20, the lower wall portion 30 mounted on the base portion 16 is also lifted by flipping up the base portion 16 of the transport carriage 10 with the trailing edge connecting to the rear frame portion 12 as a fulcrum. It is bent at the trailing edge connected to the trailing wall portion 22. As a result, the lower wall portion 30 is arranged along the inside of the rear wall portion 22, and the lower wall portion 30 raised by the raised base portion 16 is supported from the inside by the base portion 16 (FIG. 9). See (b)).

Next, one of the horizontal frame portions 14 of the transport trolley 10 is bent at the trailing edge connected to the rear frame portion 12 by the work from the front side of the transport trolley 10 (protective cover 20), so that the posture is used together with the horizontal frame portion 14. The side wall portion 24 that was in the same position is bent at the trailing edge connected to the rear wall portion 22 to be in a storage posture (see FIG. 10). Then, the horizontal wall portion 24 and the horizontal frame portion 14 are folded so as to overlap the inside (front side) of the front wall portion 28, the upper wall portion 26, and the lower wall portion 30 that are folded along the inside of the rear wall portion 22. Then, the transport trolley 10 and the protective cover 20 are ready for nesting. When returning the protective cover 20 from the stored state to the used state, the procedure for returning the protective cover 20 from the used state to the used state may be reversed.

As described above, the protective cover 20 folds the front wall portion 28, folds the upper wall portion 26 together with the interior portion 36, folds the lower wall portion 30, and folds one of the side wall portions 24 from the front side. Can be done. As described above, the protective cover 20 can be folded from the box-shaped body in the used state to the stored state only by the work from one of the front sides of the protective cover 20. Similarly, the protective cover 20 can be assembled into a box-shaped body in a folded state to a used state only by working from one of the front sides of the protective cover 20. Therefore, since the protective cover 20 does not need to be accessed from the other side such as wrapping around to the side of the protective cover 20 in order to fold or assemble, it is easy to fold and assemble, and workability can be improved.

The protective cover 20 has a double structure in which the upper portion of the side wall portion 24 has an exterior portion 34 separated from the upper wall portion 26 and an interior portion 36 connected to the upper wall portion 26. As a result, the interior portion 36 in the first posture is removed from the exterior portion 34 and folded back inward, so that the front wall connected to the upper wall portion 26 and the upper wall portion 26 while the exterior portion 34 remains in the upright posture. The portion 28 can be folded along the rear wall portion 22. Further, since the interior portion 36 of the protective cover 20 is separate from the exterior portion 34, the interior portion 36 can be moved from the first posture to the second without removing the mounting means 44 provided on the exterior portion 34 from the transport carriage 10. It can be changed to a posture or changed from a second posture to a first posture. Therefore, since the protective cover 20 does not require the removal of the horizontal wall portion 24 from the horizontal frame portion 14 or the attachment of the horizontal wall portion 24 to the horizontal frame portion 14, it is easy to fold and assemble, and workability can be improved. .. Moreover, since most of the side wall portion 24 excluding the interior portion 36 is supported by the transport carriage 10 via the mounting means 44 when the protective cover 20 is changed between the used state and the stored state. The workload of change work can be reduced. For example, in accordance with the posture displacement of the horizontal frame portion 14, the lateral wall portion 24 can be displaced between the used posture and the stored posture while being attached to the horizontal frame portion 14, and the work load of the changing work can be reduced. In the protective cover 20, the upper wall portion 26 and the interior portion 36 of the side wall portion 24 are connected to each other, and there is no gap between the upper wall portion 26 and the side wall portion 24, which is excellent in heat insulation. Is good.

A holding means 40 is provided between the exterior portion 34 and the interior portion 36 to hold the interior portion 36 in the first posture in a detachable manner with respect to the exterior portion 34. By disconnecting the holding means 40, the interior portion 36 can be easily removed from the exterior portion 34, and the interior portion 36 can be displaced in a posture independent of the exterior portion 34. Further, by connecting the holding means 40, the interior portion 36 can be easily attached to the exterior portion 34. In this way, the folding and assembling workability of the interior portion 36 can be improved. Then, the upper wall portion 26 can be supported by the interior portion 36 supported by the exterior portion 34 held by the horizontal frame portion 14 via the mounting means 44.

A reinforcing portion 42 for reinforcing the interior portion 36 is provided above the interior portion 36. Since the interior portion 36 has the reinforcing portion 42 at the upper portion, it becomes easy to maintain the posture when the first posture is set, and the upper wall portion 26 to which the upper edge is connected can be appropriately supported. Further, if the reinforcing portion 42 and the holding means 40 are arranged so as to overlap each other, the reinforcing portion 42 serves as a support when the holding means 40 is connected or disconnected, and the interior portion 36 can be easily attached and detached. ..

Since the wall portions 22 to 30 forming the six surfaces of the box-shaped body in the used state have a heat insulating structure, the protective cover 20 is excellent in maintaining the internal temperature and is suitable for applications such as cold insulation and heat insulation. ..

As described above, since the protective cover 20 can be folded or assembled only by the work from the front side, when the transport trolley 10 is folded or assembled, only the work from the front side is sufficient. Further, the protective cover 20 allows the transport trolley 10 to be folded or assembled without removing the mounting means 44 and the mounting belt 52 from the transport trolley 10. As described above, the transport trolley 10 on which the protective cover 20 is installed has excellent nesting workability because the protective cover 20 can be easily folded and assembled.

(Change example)
Not limited to the above-described configuration, for example, the following may be used.
(1) The protective cover may have a structure that protects the articles stored inside from dust, sunlight, etc., instead of a heat insulating structure.
(2) Since it is not necessary to remove the mounting means when changing the protective cover between the used state and the stored state, the mounting means can be changed only on the front side of the side wall portion close to the front side where the form of the protective cover is changed. It is also possible to set it on the rear side of the side wall part. As described above, by attaching the side wall portion to the horizontal frame portion of the transport trolley at a plurality of locations separated from each other in the front-rear direction, the side wall portion can be stabilized even if vibration is applied during the traveling of the transport trolley.
