Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lotion tissue paper consisting of a two-ply sheet coated with a chemical solution.
Conventionally, it has been pointed out that smoothness, moistness, softness, and volume are important for facial tissue paper. In order to produce a tissue paper product having smoothness, methods such as strengthening the strength of calendar processing and applying lotion chemicals are adopted (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
Generally, lotion tissue paper coated with lotion chemicals is stored in a paper carton and pulled out from an outlet for use. Here, the lotion tissue paper has a better smoothness and moist feeling as the amount of the lotion chemical solution applied is larger, but on the other hand, the stiffness (rigidity and firmness) tends to decrease.
Here, in order to improve the smoothness and moist feeling of the lotion tissue paper, it is conceivable to increase the amount of the lotion chemical solution applied as described above. In this case, the height of the laminated body of the lotion tissue paper is increased. Due to the weight of the lotion tissue paper, the distance between the paper carton outlet and the upper surface of the lotion tissue paper laminate increases, making it difficult to remove the first piece of lotion tissue paper. was there. In addition, since the lotion tissue paper to which a large amount of lotion chemical solution was applied is soft, it was often torn when it was pulled out from the take-out port. In addition, after pulling out the lotion tissue paper from the paper carton, the next lotion tissue paper falls along the paper carton, making it difficult to remove the next lotion tissue paper, and the next set is in the paper carton. There was a problem that so-called "dropback" occurred. On the other hand, increasing the strength of the sheet solves these problems, but the lotion tissue paper tends to have a stiff feel. That is, in lotion tissue paper coated with a large amount of lotion chemical solution, it is difficult to achieve both the smoothness and moist feeling of the paper and the operability such as the ease of taking out the first sheet of lotion tissue paper. It was. Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and operations such as texture such as volume, smoothness, and moistness, ease of taking out the first sheet, and difficulty of dropback occur. All of them are intended to provide good lotion tissue paper.
In view of the above problems, the inventors of the present invention have conducted diligent research. As a result, it is housed in a film pack having a predetermined thickness and outlet, and a 2-ply sheet coated with a predetermined amount of chemical solution by adjusting the paper thickness, the basis weight per ply of the sheet, and the smoothness. The drug content in the lotion tissue paper 1 of the present invention is 12% by mass or more and 26% by mass or less, preferably 14% by mass or more and 24% by mass or less, and 16% by mass or more and 22% by mass or less. Is more preferable. Here, since the "drug solution" contains water, the "drug content" corresponds to the content of the component excluding the water in the drug solution in the lotion tissue paper 1.
The drug content is defined in the chemical solution contained in one product of lotion tissue paper having a predetermined mass, with one product of lotion tissue paper having a predetermined mass adjusted under JIS P 8111 (1998) as the denominator (A) (g). The mass (B) (g) excluding water is used as a molecule, and the ratio of (B) divided by (A) is represented by (%). The calculation of (B) can be quantified by, for example, extracting lotion tissue paper 1 with acetone / ethanol.
(Drug content) = (B) ÷ (A) x 100 (%)
By setting the drug content within the above range, the softness, smoothness and moist feeling of the lotion tissue paper 1 will be improved, wrinkles will occur, and the rotary interfolder and multi-stand interfolder will be used. Paper breaks in the folder are prevented, and processing suitability is maintained well.
(Raw material for tissue paper)
The 2-ply sheet constituting the lotion tissue paper 1 contains pulp as a main component, and preferably contains 50% by mass or more of pulp. Examples of the pulp that can be used for producing the lotion tissue paper 1 include wood pulp, waste paper pulp, and non-wood pulp, but the lotion tissue paper 1 of the present invention may be made of 100% wood pulp as the pulp. , Waste paper pulp and non-wood pulp may be contained in addition to wood pulp. Examples of components other than pulp include fillers, synthetic fibers, natural fibers and the like. In order to obtain the target quality, wood pulp consisting of 20% by mass or more and 50% by mass or less of coniferous bleached kraft pulp (NBKP) and 50% by mass or more and 80% by mass or less of broadleaf bleached kraft pulp (LBKP) is used as a raw material. It is preferable, and it is more preferable to use wood pulp composed of NBKP: 25% by mass or more and 45% by mass or less and LBKP: 55% by mass or more and 75% by mass or less as a raw material.
As the grade of LBKP, pulp produced from the genus Eucalyptus of the family Myrtaceae, represented by the genus Eucalyptus Grandis and Eucalyptus globulus, is preferable. Further, up to about 50 parts by mass of used paper pulp may be contained in 100 parts by mass of wood pulp having the above-mentioned pulp ratio. The quality of used paper pulp varies widely, and increasing the blending ratio greatly affects the quality of the product, especially the softness. Therefore, the blending amount with respect to wood pulp is preferably 20 parts by mass or less, and 10 parts by mass or less. It is more preferable that the amount is 5 parts by mass or less, and it is most preferable that the used paper pulp is not blended. The used paper pulp is preferably derived from a milk carton.
In addition, in order to secure an appropriate strength in the lotion tissue paper 1, the strength can be adjusted by beating the pulp fibers after blending the raw materials by ordinary means. As a beating process for obtaining the target quality, 20 mL or more and 200 mL or less, more preferably 50 mL or more, in the amount of change ΔF of freeness (Canadian standard freeness) measured by JIS P 8121 with respect to commercially available virgin pulp. It is preferable to reduce the degree of freeness to 120 mL or less. A dry paper strength enhancer may be used, and it is preferable to use a wet paper strength enhancer.

[Manufacturing method of lotion tissue paper]
The lotion tissue paper 1 of the present invention can be produced in the order of (i) ply-up and calendar processing, (ii) application and storage of chemical solution, and (iii) interfolder processing, for example, as follows.
(I) Ply-up and calendar processing FIG. 2 shows an example of the

(Ii) Application and storage of chemical solution The chemical solution is applied offline to the secondary
By applying the chemical solution to the secondary
As a method of applying the chemical solution to the secondary
When applying the chemical solution to the secondary
The period for storing the tertiary
As a method for storing the tertiary
The
The
(Iii) Interfolder processing A lotion tissue paper 1 is obtained by processing a sheet of a tertiary
The processing of the tertiary
Examples of the interfolder include a rotary type interfolder and a multi-stand type interfolder, but it is preferable to use the
