The present invention relates to a container with a coating tool.

Conventionally, for example, as shown in Patent Document 1 below, a container with a coating tool including a container body containing the contents and a coating tool having a coating portion for applying the contents to the coated portion has been known. Has been done.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-205679

However, in the conventional container with a coating tool, when the contents are applied from the coating portion to the coated portion, for example, stains on the coated portion and paint such as lipstick applied to the coated portion first are removed. If it adheres to the coating part, when the coating part is brought into contact with the contents inside the container, there is a problem that the color of the contents inside the container changes or foreign matter is mixed in the contents. ..

The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is that when the content is applied from the coated portion to the coated portion, even if dirt or the like of the coated portion adheres to the coated portion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a container with a coating tool capable of suppressing a change in the color of the contents inside the container and mixing of foreign substances into the contents.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means. That is, the container with the coating tool of the present invention contains a bottomed tubular container body in which the contents are accommodated and the mouth, shoulders, and body are connected in this order along the container axial direction, and the contents. A coating tool having a coating portion for applying the coating to the portion to be coated, a cleaning tool capable of removing deposits on the coating portion, an annular fixing portion fixed to the shoulder portion, and a container in which the cleaning tool is housed. It has a space and a holder portion that communicates with the accommodation space and is open upward and is connected to the fixing portion, and at least a part of the holder portion has the cleaning tool attached to the accommodation space. It can be moved relative to the body so as to open the accommodation space so that it can be attached and detached.

According to the present invention, since the container with the coating tool is provided with the cleaning tool, when the content is applied from the coating portion to the coated portion, the dirt on the coated portion or the coated portion is first coated. Even if paint such as lipstick adheres to the coating part, by rubbing this coating part against the cleaning tool housed in the storage space of the holder part through the opening, dirt, paint and other deposits can be removed from the coating part. It can be wiped off. After that, even if the coating portion is brought into contact with the contents inside the container, it is possible to prevent the color of the contents inside the container from changing and foreign substances from being mixed into the contents. .. As a result, even if the content is directly applied to the portion to be coated by the coating portion, the content inside the container can be kept in a clean state.
When applying the contents inside the container to the portion to be coated, the user grips the container with the mouth facing upward. Since the holder portion is connected to the fixing portion fixed to the shoulder portion of the container body, the holder portion is located near the mouth portion of the container body. Further, since the holder portion has an opening that communicates with the accommodation space and is opened upward, the opening and the mouth portion of the container body face in the same direction, and the coating portion is applied from the mouth portion to the coated portion. Is moved to apply, and the application part is rubbed against the cleaning tool in the accommodation space through the opening without changing the posture of the container body, and then the application part is returned to the inside of the container via the mouth part, so that the mouth It is possible to smoothly perform a series of operations of returning the coated portion from the portion to the mouth portion through the coated portion and the opening.
Since at least a part of the holder part can be moved relative to the body part so as to open the storage space so that the cleaning tool can be attached to and detached from the storage space, at least a part of the holder part is moved. By opening the storage space, the cleaning tool after wiping off dirt, paint, and other deposits from the coated portion can be replaced with a new cleaning tool.
Since the cleaning tool is housed in the storage space of the holder portion, it is possible to prevent the cleaning tool from coming into contact with an object other than the coating portion and being soiled, and the appearance of the container with the coating tool is deteriorated. It can be suppressed.

Further, a ridged tubular cap portion that covers the mouth portion may be provided, and the cap portion may be integrally provided with a protruding portion that protrudes from the outer peripheral surface thereof and closes the opening.

In this case, by mounting the cap portion so as to cover the mouth portion of the container body, the protruding portion of the cap portion can close the opening of the holder portion, and dirt adheres to the cleaning tool in the accommodation space through the opening. It is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the accommodation space. Further, since the protruding portion protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the cap portion and the cap portion has a non-circular shape in a plan view, the user can easily grasp the cap portion and easily open the cap portion.

Further, the cleaning tool may be formed in a tubular shape into which the coating portion can be inserted.

In this case, since the outer peripheral surface of the tubular cleaning tool is supported by the inner surface of the accommodation space of the holder portion, the coating portion can be reliably pressed against the cleaning tool when the coating portion is rubbed against the inner peripheral surface of the cleaning tool. It is possible to efficiently wipe off dirt, paint, and other deposits from the coated area.

Further, the cleaning tool may be made of a non-woven fabric.

In this case, since the thickness of the non-woven fabric and the voids between the fibers can be easily changed, the non-woven fabric suitable for the cleaning tool can be manufactured at low cost.

According to the container with a coating tool according to the present invention, when the content is applied from the coating portion to the coated portion, even if dirt or the like on the coated portion adheres to the coated portion, the color of the content inside the container It is possible to prevent the change in the amount of foreign matter and the inclusion of foreign matter in the contents.

When the holder portion 15 is swung around the band hinge 47 toward the body portion 23, the tip of the first extending portion 45 engages with the first recess 31 of the fixing portion 14, as shown in FIG. The holder portion 15 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 23. In this state, the accommodation space 41 of the holder portion 15 is closed by the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 23, while the opening 42 of the holder portion 15 is opened upward. In a state where the holder portion 15 is attached to the body portion 23, the holder side wall portion 43 has a shape in which the width in the circumferential direction decreases toward the outer side in the radial direction. Further, in a state where the holder portion 15 is attached to the body portion 23, the second extending portion 46 is arranged in the second recess 32 of the fixing portion 14.

A holder detachment prevention protrusion 48 is provided on the upper surface of the first extending portion 45. When the cap portion 17 is screwed to the mouth portion 21 of the container body 11 in a state where the first extending portion 45 is engaged with the first recess 31 of the fixing portion 14 and the holder portion 15 is attached to the body portion 23. As shown in FIG. 1A, the holder disengagement prevention protrusion 48 is arranged inside the lower end of the cap portion 17. In this state, the first extending portion 45 is prevented from being separated from the first concave portion 31, and thus the holder portion 15 is prevented from swinging away from the body portion 23. Further, a pair of ridges 49 extending in the vertical direction are provided on the inner surface of the holder side wall portion 43. In a state where the holder portion 15 is attached to the body portion 23, the pair of ridges 49 are in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 23.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning tool 13 is removable from the accommodation space 41 of the holder portion 15. The cleaning tool 13 is formed in a tubular shape into which the coating portion 25 can be inserted. The cleaning tool 13 may be attached / detached to / from the accommodation space 41 from above, or may be attached / detached to / from the accommodation space 41 from the side. The cleaning tool 13 of the present embodiment is made of a non-woven fabric, but is not limited to this, and may be made of a cloth, a sponge, or urethane. The cleaning tool 13 before being accommodated in the accommodation space 41 is formed in a cylindrical shape, but is not limited to this, and may be formed in a rectangular tubular shape or a polygonal tubular shape. As shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the holder portion 15 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 23, the cleaning tool 13 housed in the accommodation space 41 is crushed by the outer peripheral surface of the body portion 23 and is flat. It is visually semicircular. Further, in this state, the inside of the cleaning tool 13 is opened upward through the opening 42 of the holder portion 15. In other words, the coating portion 25 can be inserted into the cleaning tool 13 through the opening 42, and can come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cleaning tool 13. Further, the opening direction of the opening 42 is the same as that of the mouth portion 21.
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, a replacement cleaning tool 16 in which a plurality of replacement cleaning tools 13 are connected may be used. The replacement cleaning tool 16 of the present embodiment has a plurality of cleaning tools 13 and a box-shaped case 18 for accommodating the plurality of cleaning tools 13. The replacement cleaning tool 16 is not limited to such a configuration, and may be a plurality of cleaning tools 13 connected to each other by adhesion, crimping, or the like, or a plurality of cleaning tools 13 manufactured in a state of being connected to each other. The cleaning tool 13 may be used, or a plurality of cleaning tools 13 may be connected to each other by using, for example, a mount other than the case 18. In this case, when one cleaning tool 13 is taken out from the replacement cleaning tool 16, the cleaning tool 13 may be taken out by tearing it off from the other cleaning tool 13. As described above, in the container 1 with the coating tool of the present embodiment, one cleaning tool 13 is taken out from the replacement cleaning tool 16 having the plurality of cleaning tools 13 and replaced with the cleaning tool 13 housed in the storage space 41. It may be configured to be used.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the holder portion 15 is swung away from the body portion 23, the accommodation space 41 is opened so that the cleaning tool 13 can be attached to and detached from the accommodation space 41. That is, the holder portion 15 is movable relative to the body portion 23 so as to open the accommodation space 41 so that the cleaning tool 13 can be attached to and detached from the accommodation space 41.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the cap portion 17 can be attached so as to cover the mouth portion 21 of the container body 11. The cap portion 17 is integrally provided with a protruding portion 51 projecting from the outer peripheral surface thereof. The protruding portion 51 is formed on a horizontal plate portion that protrudes outward in the radial direction from the lower end of the outer peripheral surface of the cap portion 17 and whose both plate surfaces face in the vertical direction, and an upper surface of the horizontal plate portion and an outer peripheral surface of the cap portion 17. It has a vertical plate portion that is provided over and extends in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 2, a cap positioning protrusion 28 that can be engaged with an engaged portion (not shown) of the cap portion 17 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 21, and the cap portion 17 is attached to the mouth portion 21. The cap portion 17 can be positioned in a predetermined direction by engaging the engaged portion with the cap positioning protrusion 28 at the time of screwing to. In a state where the cap portion 17 is screwed to the mouth portion 21 and is positioned by the cap positioning protrusion 28, the horizontal plate portion of the protruding portion 51 closes the opening 42 of the holder portion 15. The shape of the protruding portion 51 is not limited to the above configuration, and may be any shape as long as the opening 42 can be closed when the cap portion 17 is screwed onto the mouth portion 21.

According to the present embodiment, since the container 1 with the coating tool is provided with the cleaning tool 13, when the content L is applied from the coating portion 25 to the coated portion, the coated portion becomes dirty or the coated portion is first coated. Even if the paint such as lipstick applied to the coating portion 25 adheres to the coating portion 25, the coating portion 25 is rubbed against the cleaning tool 13 housed in the storage space 41 of the holder portion 15 through the opening 42. It becomes possible to wipe off dirt, paint and other deposits from the coating portion 25. After that, even if the coating portion 25 is brought into contact with the content L in the container body 11, the color of the content L in the container body 11 may change, or a foreign substance may be mixed in the content L. Can be suppressed. As a result, for example, after the content L is once placed on the hand from the coating portion 25, the content L is directly covered by the coating portion 25 without performing an operation such as applying the content L from the hand to the coated portion. Even if it is applied to the application portion, the content L in the container body 11 can be kept in a clean state.

When applying the content L in the container body 11 to the portion to be coated, the user grips the container body 11 in a posture in which the mouth portion 21 faces upward. Since the holder portion 15 is connected to the fixing portion 14 fixed to the shoulder portion 22 of the container body 11, the holder portion 15 is located near the mouth portion 21 of the container body 11. Further, since the holder portion 15 has an opening 42 that communicates with the accommodation space 41 and is opened upward, the opening 42 and the mouth portion 21 of the container body 11 face in the same direction, and the mouth portion 21 The coating portion 25 is moved to the portion to be coated to apply the coating, and the coating portion 25 is rubbed against the cleaning tool 13 in the accommodation space 41 through the opening 42 without changing the posture of the container body 11, and then the mouth portion. Since the coating portion 25 is returned into the container body 11 via the 21, a series of operations of returning the coating portion 25 from the mouth portion 21 through the coated portion and the opening 42 to the mouth portion 21 can be smoothly performed.

Since the holder portion 15 can move relative to the body portion 23 so as to open the accommodation space 41 so that the cleaning tool 13 can be attached to and detached from the accommodation space 41, the holder portion 15 is moved to accommodate the accommodation space 41. By opening the space, the cleaning tool 13 after wiping off dirt, paint, and other deposits from the coating portion 25 can be replaced with another new cleaning tool 13. When the new cleaning tool 13 is arranged inside the holder side wall portion 43, the pair of ridges 49 formed on the holder side wall portion 43 can lock the new cleaning tool 13, so that the open accommodation space 41 It is possible to prevent the cleaning tool 13 from falling off from the space, thereby facilitating the replacement work of the cleaning tool 13.

Since the cleaning tool 13 is housed in the storage space 41 of the holder portion 15, it is possible to prevent the cleaning tool 13 from coming into contact with an object other than the coating portion 25 and becoming dirty, and a container with the coating tool. It is possible to suppress the deterioration of the appearance of 1.

Further, the container 1 with a coating tool of the present embodiment includes a climax tubular cap portion 17 that covers the mouth portion 21, and the cap portion 17 is integrated with a protruding portion 51 that protrudes from the outer peripheral surface thereof and closes the opening 42. It is provided as a target. Therefore, by mounting the cap portion 17 so as to cover the mouth portion 21 of the container body, the protruding portion 51 of the cap portion 17 can close the opening 42 of the holder portion 15, and the inside of the accommodation space 41 is formed through the opening 42. It is possible to prevent dirt from adhering to the cleaning tool 13 and foreign matter from entering the accommodation space 41. Further, since the protruding portion 51 protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the cap portion 17 and the cap portion 17 has a non-circular shape in a plan view, it becomes easier for the user to securely grip the cap portion 17, and the cap portion 17 can be gripped. It will be easier to open.

Further, since the cleaning tool 13 is formed in a tubular shape, the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning tool 13 is appropriately supported by the inner surface of the accommodation space 41 of the holder portion 15, and the coating portion 25 is placed on the inner peripheral surface of the cleaning tool 13. When rubbing, the coating portion 25 can be reliably pressed against the cleaning tool 13, and dirt, paint, and other deposits can be efficiently wiped off from the coating portion 25.

Further, since the cleaning tool 13 is made of a non-woven fabric, the thickness of the non-woven fabric and the voids between the fibers can be easily changed, so that the non-woven fabric suitable for the cleaning tool 13 can be manufactured at low cost.

The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the technical scope of the present invention.

In the above embodiment, the entire holder portion 15, that is, the holder side wall portion 43 and the holder bottom portion 44 opens the accommodation space 41 so that the cleaning tool 13 can be attached to and detached from the accommodation space 41 with respect to the body portion 23. Although it is relatively movable, the present invention is not limited to this. The holder portion 15 has a second side wall portion that closes a portion that opens toward the side of the accommodation space 41, the second side wall portion is fixed to the fixing portion 14, and the holder side wall portion 43 and the holder bottom portion 44 are formed. It may be movable relative to the second side wall portion, the fixing portion 14, and the body portion 23. Even in this case, by moving the holder side wall portion 43 and the holder bottom portion 44 away from the body portion 23, the accommodation space 41 can be opened so that the cleaning tool 13 can be attached to and detached from the accommodation space 41.
Further, the holder portion 15 has a holder side wall portion 43, a holder bottom portion 44, and the second side wall portion, and a part of the holder portion 15, for example, a part of the holder side wall portion 43 facing outward in the radial direction is cleaned. The tool 13 may be movable relative to the body 23 so as to open the accommodation space 41 so that the tool 13 can be attached to and detached from the accommodation space 41. In this case, the above-mentioned part of the holder side wall portion 43 is movable relative to the other portion of the holder side wall portion 43, the holder bottom portion 44, the second side wall portion, the fixing portion 14, and the body portion 23. The above-mentioned part of the holder side wall portion 43 may be swingably connected to, for example, the fixing portion 14 or another portion of the holder side wall portion 43 by using a hinge or the like. Further, in this case, the cleaning tool 13 can be accommodated in the accommodating space formed from the other portion of the holder side wall portion 43, the holder bottom portion 44, and the second side wall portion, and the above-mentioned part of the holder side wall portion 43 is moved. At the same time, the cleaning tool 13 may not move.
Further, the holder portion may have any shape as long as it can accommodate the cleaning tool.

In the above embodiment, the holder portion 15 is swingably connected to the fixing portion 14 via the band hinge 47, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the holder portion may be provided detachably from the fixed portion. In this case, the holder portion may be attached / detached by moving relative to the fixed portion in the radial direction, or may be attached / detached by moving relative to the fixed portion in the vertical direction. Further, in this case, a structure may be provided to prevent the holder portion from being separated from the fixed portion by attaching the cap portion to the mouth portion of the container body when the holder portion is attached to the fixed portion.

In the above embodiment, the fixing portion 14 is formed in an annular shape, that is, has a shape extending over the entire circumference, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The fixed portion may be cut at a part in the circumferential direction and may be formed in a substantially C shape in a plan view, for example.

In the above embodiment, the cap portion 17 and the protruding portion 51 are integrally formed, but the present invention is not limited to this. A cap portion and a closing member capable of closing the opening 42 may be provided separately.

In the above embodiment, the cleaning tool 13 is formed in a tubular shape into which the coating portion 25 can be inserted, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a cleaning tool made of, for example, a lump of cotton may be accommodated in the accommodating space of the holder portion.
