Claims (22)
- 物理蒸着(PVD)法を用いて金属化合物から放出される粒子状物質が、対流しているオイル内部と略揺動しない前記オイル表面とが形成されている、前記オイル表面上に投下されて製造されることを特徴とする、平均粒子径が5〜500nmである金属化合物の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記金属化合物は、金属、合金、金属酸化物、合金酸化物、並びに、前記金属、前記合金、前記金属酸化物、及び、前記合金酸化物から選択される少なくとも二つ以上が含まれる金属化合物のいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記金属は、遷移金属、ポスト遷移金属、及び、半金属から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記金属は、金(Au)、プラチナ(Pt)、タングステン(W)、タンタル(Ta)、銀(Ag)、パラジウム(Pd)、ルテニウム(Ru)、モリブデン(Mo)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、イットリウム(Y)、亜鉛(Zn)、銅(Cu)、ニッケル(Ni)、コバルト(Co)、鉄(Fe)、マンガン(Mn)、クロム(Cr)、バナジウム(V)、チタン(Ti)、スズ(Sn)、インジウム(In)、ゲルマニウム(Ge)、ガリウム(Ga)、アルミニウム(Al)、及び、シリコン(Si)から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記合金は、鉄基合金、銅基合金、アルミニウム基合金、及び、ニッケル基合金から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記金属酸化物は、請求項4に記載されている金属の酸化物から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記合金酸化物は、請求項5に記載記載されている合金の酸化物から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記オイルは、引火点が200℃以上で150℃×24時間における揮発分が0.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記オイルは、220℃における蒸気圧が1tоrr以下であるオイルであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記オイルは、25℃における動粘度が30〜5,000cStであることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記オイルは、25℃における比重が0.960〜1.100であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記オイルが、シリコーン化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- 前記オイルが、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリメチルフェニルシロキサン、及び、ポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサンから選択される一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイル。
- PVD法を用い、金属化合物から放出される粒子状物質が、対流しているオイル内部と略揺動しない前記オイル表面とが形成されている、前記オイル表面上に投下されて製造されることを特徴とする微粒子分散オイルの製造方法。
- 前記PVD法が、真空蒸着法、スパッタリング法、イオン化蒸着法、及び、イオンビーム蒸着法のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造方法。
- PVD装置を備え、金属化合物から放出される粒子状物質が飛行する空間とオイルの表面が接触するように、前記オイルの容器が配備されていることを特徴とする微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
- 前記オイルの表面が略揺動されない状態で、前記オイルが撹拌される撹拌手段が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
- 前記オイルが貯留される容器に、一つ以上の撹拌羽が周設される撹拌軸を含む撹拌手段の少なくとも前記撹拌羽が、前記オイルに浸漬されて回動可能に備えられ、前記撹拌軸の回動によって前記オイルが撹拌されることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
- 前記撹拌羽が水平面に対し0〜45°の傾きを持って、前記撹拌軸に周設されることをを特徴とする請求項18に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
- 前記オイルが貯留される容器の直上に、前記オイル表面だけが前記粒子状物質に暴露されるように、前記粒子状物質の遮蔽手段が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
- 前記遮蔽手段により形成される、前記オイル表面直上の開口部の外周形状が、前記PVD源の外周形状を拡大した相似形であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
- 前記PVD装置が、真空蒸着装置、スパッタリング装置、イオン化蒸着装置、及び、イオンビーム蒸着装置のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項16〜21のいずれか一項に記載の微粒子分散オイルの製造装置。
