Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag.

A conventional resealable packaging bag is disclosed in Patent Document 1. This packaging bag stores wet wipes inside. An outlet for taking out the wet tissue is formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag. A lid seal is adhered to the periphery of the outlet to seal the outlet. After opening, the lid seal reattaches to the packaging bag and reseals the outlet. As a result, the lid seal can be repeatedly opened and closed to prevent the wet tissue from drying.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a top view of the packaging bag 1 of the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG.

The packaging bag 1 has a storage portion 10 for storing the wet tissue 30 as the contents, and a lid seal 12. A plurality of wet tissues 30 are vertically stacked and stored in the storage portion 10. The wet tissue 30 is formed by impregnating water-resistant paper or non-woven fabric with water, a moisturizer, or the like. The wet tissue 30 is a fragrance-free type to which no fragrance is added.

The storage portion 10 is formed by stacking a substantially rectangular upper surface sheet 21, lower surface sheet 22, and gusset sheet 23 and heat-bonding the peripheral sealing portion 15. The upper surface sheet 21, the lower surface sheet 22, and the gusset sheet 23 are made of a laminated film 40 described later.

The upper surface sheet 21 forms the upper surface portion of the storage portion 10 and has a lid portion 11a that can be cut off by an oval half-cut cut line 11b. The lid portion 11a is peeled off to form an outlet 11 (see FIG. 4). The lower surface sheet 22 faces the upper surface sheet 21 and forms the lower surface portion of the storage portion 10.

The gusset sheet 23 is sandwiched between the upper surface sheet 21 and the lower surface sheet 22 by folding the inner layer 43 of the laminated film 40, which will be described later, in half toward the outside. The peripheral edge of the gusset sheet 23 is thermally adhered to the upper surface sheet 21 and the lower surface sheet 22 by the gusset seal portion 15b (see FIG. 2). The upper surface sheet 21 and the lower surface sheet 22 are thermally bonded to each other in the region of the seal portion 15 excluding the gusset seal portion 15b.

By providing the gusset sheet 23, the capacity of the storage portion 10 is increased and more wet tissues 30 can be stored. Further, the packaging bag 1 can be made to stand on its own by expanding the gusset sheet 23 to form the bottom surface.

The lid seal 12 is made of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, or polypropylene.

The lid seal 12 has an adhesive applied to the lower surface and has re-adhesiveness. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used. In addition, various other adhesive resins may be used.

Further, the lid seal 12 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape. The tip of the lid seal 12 partially protrudes to form a protruding portion 12a.

No adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the protruding portion 12a, and a non-adhesive region is formed. As a result, the user can easily peel off the lid seal 12 from the packaging bag 1 by grasping the protruding portion 12a.

The lid seal 12 covers the cut line 11b and is adhered around the lid portion 11a and the lid portion 11a. When the lid seal 12 is peeled off from the packaging bag 1, the lid portion 11a adhering to the lid seal 12 breaks along the cut line 11b. The first base portion 16c is formed in a band shape and is heat-bonded to the lower surface of the upper surface sheet 21. The male portion 16a projects from the lower surface of the first base portion 16c. The second base portion 16d is formed in a band shape and is heat-bonded to the upper surface of the lower surface sheet 22. The female portion 16b projects from the upper surface of the second base portion 16d and occludes the male portion 16a.

By engaging the male portion 16a and the female portion 16b, the chuck member 16 is closed and the opened storage portion 10 is sealed. By releasing the occlusion between the male portion 16a and the female portion 16b, the chuck member 16 is opened, and the opening 10a (see FIG. 4) of the storage portion 10 is opened.

On the outer peripheral side of the chuck member 16, opening start portions 15a are provided on both end edges of the seal portion 15 extending along the opposite long sides of the storage portion 10. The opening start portion 15a is composed of a V notch which is a notch for opening. As a result, the user can easily tear and open the seal portion 15 starting from the opening start portion 15a, and the opening portion 10a (see FIG. 4) is formed at the side end portion of the storage portion 10. Further, the user can recognize the starting point of opening the packaging bag 1 by using the opening start portion 15a as a mark. The opening start portion 15a may be formed by an I notch or a U notch, or may be formed by a group of scars composed of a plurality of fine puncture holes.

The outer layer 41 imparts sealing property, puncture resistance (pinhole resistance), and the like to the packaging bag 1. As the outer layer 41, a known resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyester, polyamide, or polyvinyl chloride can be arbitrarily selected. Further, a plurality of these resins may be laminated to form the outer layer 41.

The intermediate layer 42 has a water vapor barrier property, and can prevent water vapor and oxygen from entering the inside of the packaging bag 1 from the outside to prevent deterioration of the wet tissue 30. Further, the moisturizer or the like contained in the wet tissue 30 can be prevented from permeating to the outside of the packaging bag 1 to dry the wet tissue 30. The intermediate layer 42 is formed of, for example, a thin-film film of a metal such as aluminum or a thin-film film of an inorganic oxide such as aluminum oxide or silicon oxide.

The inner layer 43 may be any thermosetting resin that can be melted by heat to fuse the opposing laminated films 40 to each other, and for example, polyethylene, propylene, or the like can be arbitrarily selected.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram illustrating how to use the packaging bag 1. The packaging bag 1 is used in the order of an opening step, an adding step, a peeling step, and a resealing step.

In the opening step, the storage portion 10 is torn along the chuck member 16 starting from the opening start portion 15a. As a result, the outer peripheral side of the chuck member 16 is cut off from the storage portion 10, and the opening 10a opens at one end of the storage portion 10.

Next, in the addition step, the chuck member 16 is opened and the perfume (including cologne) desired by the user is sprayed or dropped from the opening 10a to add the perfume to the entire wet tissue 30. At this time, since the perfume is added from the side of the wet tissues 30 that overlap in the vertical direction, each wet tissue 30 can contain the perfume. After adding the perfume, the chuck member 16 is closed to seal the storage portion 10.

Next, in the peeling step, the protruding portion 12a is gripped and the lid seal 12 is peeled from the packaging bag 1. At this time, the upper surface sheet 21 is cut along the cut line 11b, and the lid portion 11a is peeled off in a state of being adhered to the adhesive surface of the lid seal 12. As a result, the outlet 11 is opened on the upper surface of the packaging bag 1, and the wet tissue 30 to which the perfume is added can be easily and sequentially taken out from the outlet 11. At this time, since the wet tissue 30 contains the perfume desired by the user, the wet tissue 30 having a scent that suits the taste of the user can be used.

Next, when the wet tissue 30 is taken out from the outlet 11, a resealing step is performed, and the outlet 11 is resealed with the lid seal 12. As a result, the wet tissue 30 can be prevented from drying. The addition step may be performed after the peeling step and the resealing step.
