Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-089209

Patent Document 1 proposes a simple tent composed of square pipes, which simplifies the assembling work of the tent frame. In such a simple tent, after framing with a square pipe, a sheet material is put on the roof part, but in many cases, it is necessary to use a special sheet material having a shape suitable for the skeleton. In addition, a connecting member for attaching the sheet material to the square pipe may be required separately, and there is also a problem that the work of stretching the sheet material takes time and effort. Furthermore, since such a simple tent has a shape in which the frame composed of square pipes is determined to some extent, it cannot be diverted to anything other than a tent, and the user cannot use it for various purposes according to the purpose. could not.
In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides not only a simple tent but also a seat upholstery body that can be freely assembled by a user according to a purpose and can be used for various purposes, such as a partition that can be used in an evacuation shelter in the event of a disaster. The purpose is.

The present invention includes a frame material, a plurality of runners, a sheet material, and a connecting tool. The frame material is tubular, and a partition wall erected between facing side walls is provided along the longitudinal direction inside. On at least one of the side walls that are provided with no partition wall inside, an opening groove extending in the longitudinal direction is formed, the connecting tool connects the skeletons to each other, and the runner is the skeleton of the skeleton. It is slidable along the opening groove and fixed at an arbitrary position in the opening groove, and the sheet material is attached to each runner.

Further, it is desirable that the plurality of skeleton members are connected by a connecting tool so as to have an angle, and the skeleton material has a connecting portion capable of connecting the skeleton members in the longitudinal direction.

According to the present invention, the skeleton is tubular, and a partition wall erected between facing side walls is provided along the longitudinal direction inside, and at least a side wall having no partition wall inside is provided. Since an opening groove extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on one side, it is possible to stretch the sheet material on the frame material, and the frame material can be assembled into various shapes to stretch the sheet material that can be used for multiple purposes. Can be a body. Further, since the sheet material can be attached in various ways by a plurality of runners, it is not necessary to use a sheet material having a special shape, and a general square sheet material such as a so-called blue sheet can be used. If multiple runners are attached to the frame material in advance, the work can be completed simply by assembling the frame material and attaching the sheet material to the runners at the installation site of the seat upholstery body, so installation is easy and quick. Work is possible and efficient.
The runner to which the sheet material is attached is slidable along the opening groove of the frame material and is fixed at an arbitrary position in the opening groove. The sheet material can be easily attached, and the seat is slid by sliding the runner. Since the material can be moved freely, the use of the sheet upholstery body is further expanded.
Further, since the partition wall erected between the opposite side walls is provided inside the frame material, for example, when the present invention is applied to the partition, the back side cannot be seen from the opening groove, so that privacy is protected. be able to. In addition, the strength of the frame material is also high.

Further, if a plurality of skeleton materials are connected by a connecting tool so as to have an angle, and the skeleton material has a connecting portion capable of connecting the skeleton materials in the longitudinal direction, the skeleton materials have various sizes and shapes. Since it can be freely assembled, it can be used as a sheet upholstery body that can be used for more purposes.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The sheet upholstery body according to the present invention includes a frame material 1, a plurality of runners 2, a sheet material 3, and a connecting tool 4. The frame members 1 are connected to each other by a connecting tool 4 to form a frame such as a partition or a simple tent, and the sheet member 3 is stretched by the runner 2 attached to the frame member 1 to complete the sheet stretched body.

The material of the frame member 1 is not particularly limited, but for example, it is a long square timber made of metal, has a substantially square tubular shape as shown in FIG. 1A, and has four corners 10. An opening groove 11 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on at least one side wall of the frame member 1. At one end of the opening groove 11, a runner insertion port 11a formed by widening the width of the opening groove 11 is provided. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the inside of the frame member 1 is provided with a partition wall 12 erected between the facing side walls. In other words, two spaces having a substantially quadrangular cross-sectional view formed by the partition wall 12, the side wall having the opening groove 11, and the side wall on which the partition wall 12 is erected are gathered to form a substantially quadrangular cross-sectional view. Further, the framework member 1 has connecting portions 13 and 14 formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Since a convex connecting portion 13 is formed at one end and a concave connecting portion 14 is formed at the other end, the convex connecting portion 13 of one frame member 1 is connected to the other. The concave connecting portion 14 of the skeleton 1 can be fitted to connect the two skeletons 1 and 1 in the longitudinal direction. Further, when the convex connecting portion 13 is provided with the protrusion 13a, the concave connecting portion 14 is provided with the fitting hole 14a facing the protrusion 13a, and the convex connecting portion 13 and the concave connecting portion 14 are connected, when the convex connecting portion 13 and the concave connecting portion 14 are connected. The protrusion 13a may be fitted into the fitting hole 14a. The frame material 1 is not limited to the square tubular shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and may be cylindrical as shown in FIG.

Any number of runners 2 can be attached to any position of the opening groove 11 of the frame member 1, and can slide along the opening groove 11. As shown in FIG. 1C, the runner 2 includes a fixing screw 20, a runner main body 21, a sheet material locking portion 22, and a screw tightening portion 23.
The runner main body 21 includes a front portion 21a exposed to the outside from the opening groove 11 and a back portion 21b located in the opening groove 11. Although the back surface portion 21b is wider than the opening groove 11, the back surface portion 21b can be inserted into the opening groove 11 from the runner insertion port 11a provided in the opening groove 11 and slid along the opening groove 11. .. A screw tightening portion 23 is provided on the front portion 21a of the runner main body 21, and the screw tightening portion 23 is connected to the fixing screw 20. The fixing screw 20 is inserted through the front and back of the runner main body 21, and can be operated by the screw tightening portion 23 exposed on the front side of the runner 2. As shown by the arrow in FIG. 1 (c), by grasping and rotating the screw tightening portion 23, the fixing screw 20 extends toward the inside of the opening groove 11 and can be fixed to the partition wall 12. By this mechanism, the runner 2 can be easily fixed to an arbitrary position of the opening groove 11 with one touch.
The shape of the sheet material locking portion 22 does not matter as long as it is located on the outer periphery of the frame material 1 and can lock the sheet material 3, but as shown in FIGS. 1 (c) and 2 for example, the hook Molds and pinch molds can be applied. The hook type runner 24 having the hook type sheet material locking portion 22 can easily lock the sheet material 3 when the sheet material 3 has holes 30. Further, the pinch type runner 25 having the pinch type sheet material locking portion 22 can easily lock the sheet material 3 even when the sheet material 3 is not provided with the holes 30.

As the sheet material 3, a so-called blue sheet or other general square sheet material 3 of various sizes can be used, and the material is not particularly limited. The sheet material 3 is attached to the frame material 1 via the runner 2. Anything having a hole 30 reinforced with eyelets at the edge as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 can be hooked on the hook type runner 24. It is possible to use various commercially available sheet materials 3, but some manufacturers have different numbers and positions of holes 30, and some sheet materials 3 do not have holes 30. In that case as well, any sheet material 3 can be applied because the position of the runner 2 can be moved to match the position of the hole 30 or the runner 2 can be sandwiched between the pinch type runners 25.

The connecting tool 4 connects the frame members 1 to each other. As shown in FIG. 4A, it is fitted into a connector 41 that can be connected and fixed at about 90 degrees so as to cover the ends of the two frame members 1 or an intermediate portion of one frame member 1. , A connecting tool 42 capable of connecting and fixing the ends of the other frame members 1, and further, as shown in FIGS. 4 (b) and 5 (a) and (b), three or more frame members 1 are attached. Various shapes such as connecting tools 43, 44, 45 that can be connected three-dimensionally can be applied. In FIG. 5, the simple tent is formed by connecting a plurality of frame members 1 to form columns 5 and 6, and the front column 5 and the rear column 6 have different heights. Therefore, the roof portion of the simple tent is inclined downward from the rear side to the front side, but in order to have such a configuration, the connecting members 44 and 45 use the frame members 1 to each other according to the inclination angle of the roof. It can be connected.

According to the sheet upholstery body configured in this way, the frame member 1 has a tubular shape, and a partition wall erected between the side walls facing each other is provided inside along the longitudinal direction, and the partition wall is provided inside. Since the opening groove 11 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on at least one of the side walls not provided with the above, the sheet material 3 can be stretched on the frame material 1 and the frame material 1 has various shapes. It can be assembled into a seat upholstery that can be used for multiple purposes. Further, since the sheet material 3 can be attached in various ways by the plurality of runners 2, it is not necessary to use the sheet material 3 having a special shape, and a general square sheet material 3 such as a so-called blue sheet is used. Can be done. If a plurality of runners 2 are attached to the frame material 1 in advance, the work can be completed simply by assembling the frame material 1 and attaching the sheet material 3 to the runner 2 at the installation site of the seat upholstery body, so that the installation is easy. It is possible, quick and efficient.
Since the runner 2 to which the sheet material 3 is attached can be freely attached to the opening groove 11 of the frame material 1 and can slide along the opening groove 11, the sheet material 3 can be easily attached and the runner 2 can be slid. Since the sheet material 3 can be freely moved by allowing the sheet material 3 to move, the use of the sheet upholstery body is further expanded.
Further, since a partition wall erected between the opposite side walls is provided inside the frame member 1 along the longitudinal direction, for example, when the present invention is applied to a partition, the back side from the opening groove 11 is Since you can't see it, you can protect your privacy. In addition, the strength of the frame material 1 is also high.
Further, if the plurality of skeleton members 1 are connected by the connecting tool 4 so as to have an angle, and the skeleton member 1 has connecting portions 13 and 14 capable of connecting the skeleton members 1 to each other in the longitudinal direction, the skeleton members 1 Since 1 can be assembled into various sizes and shapes, it can be used as a sheet upholstery body that can be used for more purposes.

In the present embodiment, the embodiment in which the opening groove 11 is formed on both the side walls of the frame material 1 in which the partition wall 12 is not provided is described, but one side wall of the frame material 1 is formed. When it is clear that the only sheet material 3 is attached, the frame material 1 may have an opening groove 11 formed only on one of the side walls having no partition wall 12 inside. Thereby, the cost of the frame material 1 can be reduced.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the runner may be of any type as long as it can be attached to the opening groove and the sheet material can be locked, not limited to the ring type, the hook type, and the pinch type. The fixing screw may have any form as long as it can be fixed to the opening groove. The connecting portion of the frame material is not limited to the concave portion and the convex portion that can be fitted, and may be of any form as long as it can be connected. The length and thickness can be changed as appropriate.
